Touchstone saved my life! Before I went there I was in a deep state of depression and could not see a way out of it. The staff kept encouraging me and believing in me - when I did not believe in myself! Something’s about the center- large cabin with plenty of space, great food and good groups. This place saved my life.. Amber, Ms Julie, nurse Ms Kristy, and Ms Nadine etc where a big help and important part of my recovery they toke awesome care of me and made me feel right at home while during my stay of 69 days. All glory to God.. Amazing place, Amazing atmosphere, Amazing staff ,Amazing recovery. Special thanks to them all at touchstone ranch and can’t forget my amazing family/ clients that were and are still there. In 2011 I went through treatment twice in one summer. The 1st time I completed it but wasn't committed and was back the next month. The 2nd time I was all in and worked the program to the fullest. I was clean for 12 years. I also had 3 family members who attended the treatment center and were a success. This place was awesome. However, after 12 years, I recently had a 2 yr relapse and decided I needed help. I knew the place to go. The only problem is I called and called and called and any number I could find apparently was not Summer Sky or it appeared it no longer existed (even through Facebook). This was so disappointing. I chose a different place closer to home and left early during the detox phase because I needed the structure that Summer Sky provided at that time. Not sure what is going on but if there is a next time for me, I sure hope there is a better way to contact them.

HOPE gives you the tools to understand your addiction. It works if you work it, and it won’t if you don’t. Many years ago it worked for me. If you see a bad review on here, what you’re really seeing is a bitter addict unwilling to be honest with themselves and do the work.

Karen and her team welcomed me and gave me strength and hope to getting better. My journey has just begun with the help of these lovely people. I can start living my life again. DPR was truly an amazing experience. They genuinely care about you and your recovery journey. Lucus pours his heart into this place and it shows. Cindy, TJ and JJ were extremely supportive and personable. The nurses, Amanda, Kenya, Bradie, and Kate were so kind and helpful. And of course Drew and Star were a highlight with the awesome food they prepared and had really great insight. It is truly a gem in the recovery community.

I use to go to denton clinic last year and even years ago and I was honestly struggling very hard to keep up with payments and Im not here to bash... I blame myself for not communicating better. At the time I was forced to leave my denton home and stay with family in the colony and had to drive every day Mon thru Fri to denton. I finally tried looking for some place closer and thank the Lord He led me here. I called and they asked about insurance which I gave all my info about. I seriously had doubts that it would be of any help. Years ago methadone wasnt covered easily by insurance... But they made my day when they told me yep they take my insurance which is through marketplace. AND I would not have to pay anything out of pocket!! I was singing and dancing. Been here ever since. Even when I messed up and missed open enrollment, they still worked with me without insurance... i was so worried but everyone reassured me that they would find a way to help me here and they did. Everyone is SO NICE also. Love it here.

I absolutely love this place from the front staff all the way to the back staff. Everybody is so amazing and so kind. The office manager helped me find a location where I could get my dose since I missed it on Saturday and I was so grateful for him to reach out because I finally got my dose I needed Because THEY CARE! I recommend this place to anybody struggling with opioid Use disorder or pain. Don’t be afraid to pick up the phone and call. Everybody is so nice and you’ll be taken care of🖤

As a recovery professional, I’m very intentional about where I refer my clients. I recently referred a client with substance use disorder , significant trauma and co-occurring mental health concerns to Santé Center for Healing, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the care she received. What stood out most was that her treatment never felt like a cookie-cutter program. This place is in high demand for a reason! Try not to be discouraged by the lack of space - there are plenty of good rehabs in the area, but this one tends to stay full most of the time. My case manager, Courtney, has been very helpful in managing my issues in and outside of Riverwalk ranch. I like many of the therapists - I’d say that Richard, Johnny, and Erica (in no particular order) have been most helpful in my recovery. I stayed for 45 days, but 60 and 90 day stays are also available depending on your insurance. 45 days is generally the minimum program length. I only stayed in the detox room for two days, but many people stay for a week or more. The detox room is rather annoying. I can’t speak on the women’s end, but the men’s detox room is right by the main outside door and is often loud. The rooms are rather densely packed so that can get old, but I adjusted to it rather quickly. I’ll give a shoutout to the recovery coaches Bo, Samantha, Sierra, and Taylor. If you come here please treat them well because they deal with a lot! Overall I give this place a 9/10. There could be some stronger structure at times, but I do like the sense of independence you can maintain here relative to other rehabs I’ve been to (just two). Worth it

Stonegate Center was exactly what I needed to change my life around. They integrate Big Book/12 Step immersion with the Bible better than any place I have ever seen, and I’ve seen many programs out there. I went in with my life in shambles and came out living a life that I didn’t think possible. Before going to Stonegate Center I was useless to the people around me, with nothing to give of any value or good use. I got through all 12 steps while there and re-established a connection to God that I haven’t had in many years. I was given the tools that are necessary to maintain long term sobriety. I now have a purpose and can be of real help to other people and I am so thankful for that. The staff there is amazing and tough on you at times, but they really do care and truly want to see you get well and help others. When I first got to the facility on Sunday afternoon January 4th 2026.I didn’t know what to expect . I was shocked when they took all my belongings away from me.Two former clients checked me into the facility.They were pretty scary looking. I got most of my belongings back the next day and was moved from detox to residential area. My mentor did not tell me anything about the place. I didn’t even meet him until the end of the week so I had no idea of doing homework until that Friday. I started out feeling like I was behind all the others in my class. But I didn’t panic. I went on studying at my own pace and finished the 12 step study 2 days before I walked over the bridge.That was so cool, my son came to pick me up. He surprised me when he walked over the bridge to join me for the commencement ceremony. have not had a drink nor the desire to drink since!

Clearfork Academy was truly a positive experience for our family and especially for my son. From the beginning, the staff treated him with respect, compassion, and accountability while also giving him the structure and support he needed. What impressed me most was the growth we saw during his time there. He took the program seriously, worked hard, and ultimately completed the program successfully. The staff recognized his progress and strengths while still challenging him to take responsibility, communicate better, and continue working toward his goals. I also really appreciated the family involvement. The family sessions gave us an opportunity to have conversations that weren't always easy, but were necessary. We weren't just focused on what he needed to work on. We were also learning how to communicate better and support him as a family once he came home. Leaving Clearfork didn't feel like simply finishing a treatment program. It felt like he was leaving with accomplishments he could genuinely be proud of and a stronger foundation for what comes next. Several members of the team even offered to provide character letters for him, which meant a great deal to us because it showed that they truly got to know him as a person and recognized how hard he worked. I am very grateful to the counselors, staff, and everyone at Clearfork who played a part in his time there. Treatment is never something a family hopes their child will need, but if you find yourself in that position, having people who genuinely care about your child's growth makes all the difference. I would absolutely recommend Clearfork Academy to another family looking for that kind of support.

Went here 3 years ago staff was awesome. Learned coping skills when I was there that helped me when I was actually ready to get sober. Don’t expect your kids to come out never wanting to do drugs again that’s their own choice. My only complaint was the favoritism that would go on there besides that pretty solid. In the 33 days I spent there I was given time to medically detox, fed delicious and nutritious food, taught the nature of my addiction in scientific terms, given one on one therapy, given the option to attend wellness activities such as yoga and was provided time with a personal trainer to work on regaining my strength. We enjoyed the on facility pool, team building exercises with the other residents and even had movie time once a week. I also was able to take advantage of a virtual reality session that prepared me for being exposed to my DOC in a safe environment and allowed me a one on one session with an expert trained in exposure therapy. This allowed me to see how physiologically my body will respond to triggers and therefore gave me much better ability to prepare for returning to my life outside of the center. The residental staff is caring, compassionate and friendly. The therapists were knowledgeable, present and available when I needed them. The 12 step team taught a comprehensive program that broke down the literature in a way that was easy to grasp. The kitchen staff provided fantastic meals. The rooms were kept clean daily and provided me with my own private balcony-a beautiful place to begin and end my days, reflecting on the many thoughts that addicts ponder during treatment. I look forward to continuing my treatment there with the PHP program and intend to complete my IOP at this location as well. I was given such great care that I wanted to ensure continuity of treatment throughout all the steps of my treatment program. Highly recommend to anyone who's ready to change their life.
