If you re serious about your recovery this is the place to take your life back !I started treatment on January 4th 2025 which was the best decision of my life. This is my 3rd month sober and I have to say that it was mainly because of the effectiveness of this program. I want to thank the whole staff for their professionalism and commitment. If there was an option 4 10 stars I would of left that. This place is incredible. Loving, kind, understandable, never judgemental . I've lived it literally tried and been made to try several options and this seems to be the only one working. It took me three bookings and three cancellations to actually finally go but I was so glad once I did!!!! don't hesitate just go it's not going to get better on its own. This will become your safe place and apparently isn't like any other clinic around.

This was THE most friendly and engaging placebeen to in regards to stability and my mental health. At night, they were so very quiet. Previously, the issue of the slamming of doors and laughter, loud talk, etc being couple of behavioral health facility's where they were ridiculously loud. I was actually sleep deprived.The facility is organized and very clean. I was seen by an MD, super, super nice gentleman.My psychiatrist was equally compassionate, and thoroughly looked at my records. I don't have an unkind thing to say. Michelle, my social worker was extremely caring, and was genuinely concerned for my well being. I'm sorry I can't remember the names of all the great individuals that provided such amazing care of me, and the rest of the patients were treated just as well.Thank you Mesa Springs. Staff were mean sometimes, environment was very strict for absolutely no reason. Shout out to Mr. Keith, Ms. Omo, Dr. Alvi, Mr. David, Ms. Courtney, Ms. O (night shift) and another lady that worked yesterday but was off, they were all really sweet and genuinely cared. This place was a huge game changer for my husband. He was really struggling with alcoholism when he arrived. Everyone was kind, honest, and patient. He stayed the whole 90 days and still wasn t ready to leave, he loved it so much. He found peace in himself here. We were recommended to Touchstone by a friend and we tell everyone who asks about Touchstone what a difference it made for my husband. He had attended other rehabs in the past but no where else made a difference. Touchstone will not only change the life of the addict but the life of those that love them as well.

Honestly this is what I needed for my family and me. I have been sober for the first time with out having regrets or burden. Still clean! I highly recommend this new experience, this is where I found out the root of my problems and learned so many tools to finally be the person I always wanted to be which is me myself and I and to me and my loved ones is more than enough. Great truly caring staff that honestly want to see us get better. Experienced staff members only in every way with a heartfelt helping hand. Thank you stonegate highly recommend it.

StoneGate was the first step in my life changing journey. I would recommend this place to anyone that is suffering from addiction, and the effects and Painful situations addict brings. I went for 45 days, and I'm now 70 days sober. I couldn't even obtain that before arriving at StoneGate. StoneGate saved my life.

Edit update 1-8-2024I just received a bill for $577.06 from Bicycle Health for a visit I had on February 16, 2023 almost a year later. I have been on phone with insurance company and Bicycle Health and insurance company is saying denied because they must of coded it wrong. I can't get anyone else to help with this. The visit clearly states $199 a month so I have no idea why they are even charging me $577.06 for a visit. I have good credit . I owe nothing to anyone. Credit is spotless so if I don't pay they will put this on my credit. I will remove this review if someone from Bicycle Health will call me and bill me correctly which is $199 . This has just causedunnecessary stress. I will pay the $199 if you will help straighten this up please. My insurance has paid all year no problems with a $20 copay. I can't believe I'm slapped with a $577 bill almost a year later.Probably like everyone else I thought this may be a scam but I was willing to give it a shot to keep my life. It definitely is NOT a scam. I have been seeing doctor just for a few weeks now and so far I am impressed. The nurse is the nicest person I think I have ever met in the medical field. I don't talk about my past and everything I have gone through ever but she made me feel so comfortable sharing with her. I have been on pain pills since 2008 due to several injuries and surgeries. This year alone I have had two surgeries and although I stopped pills for a few years I had to restart this year because of surgeries that I had and need. I knew where this was headed. Back to the circle of draining account buying pain pills. Losing my life again. I am so grateful for Bicycle Health. Just a few short weeks and I already know my life will stay on track. If you are hesitant about calling and making appointment, don't be. This is 100 legit. I live in Texas so they take my health insurance. Even if they don't take insurance it is $199 affordable. Best thing I have done this year. Get out of that terrible circle. Take the chance and call them. You got this. You are worth it. The app is super easy to use and they also have support groups.
