We enjoyed the on facility pool, team building exercises with the other residents and even had movie time once a week. I also was able to take advantage of a virtual reality session that prepared me for being exposed to my DOC in a safe environment and allowed me a one on one session with an expert trained in exposure therapy. This allowed me to see how physiologically my body will respond to triggers and therefore gave me much better ability to prepare for returning to my life outside of the center. The residental staff is caring, compassionate and friendly. The therapists were knowledgeable, present and available when I needed them. The 12 step team taught a comprehensive program that broke down the literature in a way that was easy to grasp. The kitchen staff provided fantastic meals. The rooms were kept clean daily and provided me with my own private balcony-a beautiful place to begin and end my days, reflecting on the many thoughts that addicts ponder during treatment. I look forward to continuing my treatment there with the PHP program and intend to complete my IOP at this location as well. I was given such great care that I wanted to ensure continuity of treatment throughout all the steps of my treatment program. Highly recommend to anyone who's ready to change their life. The 1st time I completed it but wasn't committed and was back the next month. The 2nd time I was all in and worked the program to the fullest. I was clean for 12 years. I also had 3 family members who attended the treatment center and were a success. This place was awesome. However, after 12 years, I recently had a 2 yr relapse and decided I needed help. I knew the place to go. The only problem is I called and called and called and any number I could find apparently was not Summer Sky or it appeared it no longer existed (even through Facebook). This was so disappointing. I chose a different place closer to home and left early during the detox phase because I needed the structure that Summer Sky provided at that time. Even when I was far from a perfect patient, I was consistently met with care, patience, and understanding instead of judgment. The facility was always clean, safe, and comfortable, and the food was good as well. The doctors were attentive and present, which made a huge difference. I never felt like just another number there the way I have at some other facilities. The staff genuinely wanted to see me get well and supported. One person who especially stands out in my memory is Ms. Amelia. Even years later, I still remember the compassion she showed me during a very difficult time in my life, and I will always be grateful for that. The outpatient program at Mesa Springs was also incredibly helpful. Being able to participate in group therapy with people going through similar struggles made me feel less alone and gave me a sense of connection and hope. I would highly recommend Mesa Springs to anyone experiencing a mental health crisis or anyone needing help detoxing from substances. They truly care about the people who walk through their doors. This place absolutely saved my LIFE. The other patients there were very friendly and funny, and managed to get me out of my shell. The staff were so kind and considerate, and always knew exactly what to say. I've never felt safer before when going to a program like this. I was sent because I ran out of options. I didn’t want to listen to anyone and I thought I knew what was best for me. I hated the idea of having to go. At first, I thought it was the worst place ever. Then I decided to open up and really work the program. It is a very therapeutic place. Yes there’s drama and there’s some issues with staff but as long as you do what you’re supposed to do it’s a great place to get help. DPR was truly an amazing experience. They genuinely care about you and your recovery journey. Lucus pours his heart into this place and it shows. Cindy, TJ and JJ were extremely supportive and personable. The nurses, Amanda, Kenya, Bradie, and Kate were so kind and helpful. And of course Drew and Star were a highlight with the awesome food they prepared and had really great insight. It is truly a gem in the recovery community.

This place saved my life.. Amber, Ms Julie, nurse Ms Kristy, and Ms Nadine etc where a big help and important part of my recovery they toke awesome care of me and made me feel right at home while during my stay of 69 days. In the 33 days I spent there I was given time to medically detox, fed delicious and nutritious food, taught the nature of my addiction in scientific terms, given one on one therapy, given the option to attend wellness activities such as yoga and was provided time with a personal trainer to work on regaining my strength. We enjoyed the on facility pool, team building exercises with the other residents and even had movie time once a week. I also was able to take advantage of a virtual reality session that prepared me for being exposed to my DOC in a safe environment and allowed me a one on one session with an expert trained in exposure therapy. This allowed me to see how physiologically my body will respond to triggers and therefore gave me much better ability to prepare for returning to my life outside of the center. The residental staff is caring, compassionate and friendly. The therapists were knowledgeable, present and available when I needed them. The 12 step team taught a comprehensive program that broke down the literature in a way that was easy to grasp. The kitchen staff provided fantastic meals. The rooms were kept clean daily and provided me with my own private balcony-a beautiful place to begin and end my days, reflecting on the many thoughts that addicts ponder during treatment. I look forward to continuing my treatment there with the PHP program and intend to complete my IOP at this location as well. I was given such great care that I wanted to ensure continuity of treatment throughout all the steps of my treatment program. Highly recommend to anyone who's ready to change their life.

In 2011 I went through treatment twice in one summer. The 1st time I completed it but wasn't committed and was back the next month. The 2nd time I was all in and worked the program to the fullest. I was clean for 12 years. I also had 3 family members who attended the treatment center and were a success. This place was awesome. However, after 12 years, I recently had a 2 yr relapse and decided I needed help. I knew the place to go. The only problem is I called and called and called and any number I could find apparently was not Summer Sky or it appeared it no longer existed (even through Facebook). This was so disappointing. I chose a different place closer to home and left early during the detox phase because I needed the structure that Summer Sky provided at that time. Not sure what is going on but if there is a next time for me, I sure hope there is a better way to contact them.

Then I saw the magnificent charming, wonderful Dr. Cruz he listens to your every need He is an all around a great doctor very intelligent, smart as a whip, very caring And very kind I have yet to meet a doctor in this field like him at all I can’t say enough for him or anybody else Or anyone else at Symetria. The first time I came in, I was assigned to the counselor Carolee I met with her maybe twice because I quit coming and then I began to see Mr. wonderful Trey He is so good makes me feel like there’s A light at the end of the tunnel He is another one that will listen to you wants to set goals for you helps you set those goals and meet them so now when I come in, I see a beautiful smiling Karen she’s so bubbly she cares and she will always always ask you if you need anything else. She is a wonderful person. She will let The nurses know you are there and Keeshaw And Vicky are They will have your medicine ready and they will call you back to dose. They are both very sweet and kind and one thing I know they’re both Christians. And they are always smiling When you come back to their cubicle, I know this was lengthy and I’m sorry and I hope and pray you have the time to read this because there’s a lot more than I can say great wonderful things about Symetria but it’s not necessary for me to write a book so come out. Make an appointment do the first step and thank God in the process that you’re on your way to a better you, you will not be disappointed with Symetria and this crew in Fort Worth. so please make that first step with this Symetria family you will not regret it. I have been to Mesa Springs many times for both detox and mental health stays, and the staff there showed me kindness and compassion during some of the hardest periods of my life. Even when I was far from a perfect patient, I was consistently met with care, patience, and understanding instead of judgment. The facility was always clean, safe, and comfortable, and the food was good as well. The doctors were attentive and present, which made a huge difference. I never felt like just another number there the way I have at some other facilities. The staff genuinely wanted to see me get well and supported. One person who especially stands out in my memory is Ms. Amelia. Even years later, I still remember the compassion she showed me during a very difficult time in my life, and I will always be grateful for that. The outpatient program at Mesa Springs was also incredibly helpful. Being able to participate in group therapy with people going through similar struggles made me feel less alone and gave me a sense of connection and hope. I would highly recommend Mesa Springs to anyone experiencing a mental health crisis or anyone needing help detoxing from substances. They truly care about the people who walk through their doors.

I never leave reviews on places via Google, but here we go. This place absolutely saved my LIFE. The other patients there were very friendly and funny, and managed to get me out of my shell. The staff were so kind and considerate, and always knew exactly what to say. I've never felt safer before when going to a program like this. I was almost distraught when I had to get discharged, but overall, during the two and a half weeks I was there, this significantly changed my life for the better. I LOVE ALL OF YOU GUYS!!!!!!! P.S Hannah, I'll never forgive you for making me lose a game of uno on my last day there.

I will never forget what this man, Cris, the owner, did for my son and for our family. When my son was at his lowest point and I didn’t know where to turn, he showed up for us in a way I’ll always be grateful for. He didn’t just give me advice or hand me a phone number—he actually came to our house late at night, talked to my son with such patience and understanding, and then drove him straight to a rehab center himself. I wanted to put a great review here. A family member needed support and we brought them here. The check in process was very smooth and they treated the patient in a great way even offered a sandwich since it was almost lunch time. I would say the woman’s only area is better than co-ed and glad they moved them there. The unit has basketball court, soccer, karaoke, art, music. They also do group therapy which I heard was very helpful. Food is good and they did the laundry everyday. Which was also a big plus. All the staff were friendly and super helpful. Thank you for all that you do!

I used to go here in 2015 or 2016 it was the summer I came fresh out of juvenile I was a trinity boy so we known for getting in fights a lot lol. and this was a milestone in my life for real this place had its ups and downs but that’s because of personal things going on in the building between people not the program lol but beside that this was the best place I ever been I never forgot the field trips the chances at job , Chapel Taught me how to play guitar name was Steve and there was another guy in the chapel Eugene he’s the one who really took the time because Steve was busy. Mr Taylor on sports, There was another guy in sports, the art teacher he was awesome I Mr weidemeire I didn’t spell it right lol one of my fav teachers for social studies remember Alot of staff by face instead of name so if I miss a few I’m sorry but everyone of them was awesome If they ever remember Travis Manning I had anger issues but I ask ways kept pushing and the really helped me be happy fr thanks yall helped my life fr I miss the old trinity boys from that summer I remember their names I won’t say but we should know one thing and that’s TREATMENT TEAM if they ever see this I miss you guys I never forgot yall TRINITY BOYS🫡

I was a patient here twice the most recent being 3/2021-9/2021. I was sent because I ran out of options. I didn’t want to listen to anyone and I thought I knew what was best for me. I hated the idea of having to go. At first, I thought it was the worst place ever. Then I decided to open up and really work the program. It is a very therapeutic place. Yes there’s drama and there’s some issues with staff but as long as you do what you’re supposed to do it’s a great place to get help. I would recommend wcy to anyone parent dealing with a child who has behavioral or mental health issues. It was the best thing that could’ve happened to me.
