I will start this review off by giving some information about myself so you can actually get something out of this review and hopefully it will help someone else get their life back on track.
I travel 46 weeks out of the year, sometimes my company has to fly me home for a day so I can make an appearance at my home clinic to stay compliant, so I have been to Methadone Clinics all across the United States as a Guest Dose Patient. I can honestly say New Season is one of the good ones. The lady who works up front is super nice And has been nothing but helpful to me. I believe it is $15 a day to pay for your methadone and If you want to go the Suboxone Route they also offer that as well ( I dont remember the cost per day but it is slightly higher than the methadone ) they only serve the liquid methadone ( cherry ) IF you are guest dosing there is a $25 charge, but you only have to pay that once a year.
BUT what makes New Season Treatment a good to great clinic in my eyes, is no matter what person you deal with it is always with respect and they seem to actually care about the people they serve . From the Doctor to the Nurse to the Counselors dont have anything bad to say about any of them. I was in quite a predicament at one point in my recovery And I actually was a full time client with New Season and I ended 2 weeks later having to move to Houston And they never treated me differently or made a fuss about the situation just helped me get the transfer to Houston. I would WAY rather have stayed with New Season than my current Home clinic if I'm being %100 honest...
I can also say I went to other clinics in the DFW Area and I had a horrible experience at another clinic in Dallas and New Season is my go to for the Dallas / Fort Worth Area.

Ive been going to M.A.T. texas for 4 years now. For the most part I hadn't had any issues. Most of the people who work there are compassionate, empathetic, caring down to earth people. Ive had no issues with 99% of the people who work there. My recovery has been going well as I haven't used illicit opiates AT ALL since coming there. Which brings me to my only issue. I failed my 1st U.A. testing positive for fentanyl, which I found odd seeing as ive NEVER knowingly consumed fentanyl in my life. But I just figured it was a "wink-wink" kinda thing where in order to get your business you have to have a failed U.A. for opiates, so I didn't say anything. But then a few months later another positive test for fentanyl. So, me being absolutely positive I hadn't taken any fentanyl, asked if my counselor could send it off to a lab for further analysis, which he did. And lo and behold guess what? NOT POSITIVE FOR FENTANYL!!! So after another 5 or 6 U.A.'s which also tested positive for fentanyl until sent to lab for thorough analysis, in which it comes back NEGATIVE for fentanyl EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! So last month I took a U.A. same thing "positive " for fentanyl. So 2 weeks went by and still no results back from lab because apparently the U.A. was accidentally not sent when it was supposed to have been. But in the mean time, the doctor took it upon herself to drop me down TWO steps to step 4 which means I have to come in every other day instead of just once a week. So the doctor couldn't give me the benefit of the doubt even though unanimously unequivocally every test I tested "positive " for fentanyl came back after further analysis that it had no fentanyl in the sample at all! Now I have to waste gas and time going up there every other day and when this test result comes back NEGATIVE, I will be editing and updating this post. This is just wrong on every level when for 4 years I have adhered to the program 100%!!! Never missed a single day!!!

I was looking for a new clinic when I found MAT. I met the doctor, super compassionate and very knowledgeable. You can tell this Dr. doesnt treat people in recovery like another number. I just came to say the staff really do make this place. I’ve been here about 4 times in the adolescent unit and each time the staff have helped me alott. I recommend this hospital a lot it’s definitely the better one out of the options here compared to what goes on at some of the other ones from my experience. Although a little overstimulating and annoying for me at times I’ve personally never had a bad or horrible experience with the hospital itself or the staff. I really just came here to personally shout Mrs. Taz especially she’s suchhhh a cool and nice person definitely played a big part in my progress and comfortability and the therapist here are amazinggg they really take their time with you and getting to know you and what you’re dealing with. I became quite comfortable with them all but especially Darius he’s the goat fr!! He helped me in so many ways and I’ll forever be thankful for him and really all the staff I got to know pretty well even Mrs. Heidi and Janise. I don’t know if they’ll see this but I hope they do they’ll know who it’s from lol but in the event that they do I miss yalll and I’m forever grateful for you guys. like I said I won’t be back but I hope yall are doing well and I wish yalll the bestt!

I went in suicidal and homicidal last week on Monday and was released Monday of this week. They tweaked my medication. I am doing fine. Faculty numbers were representative for the number of patients. One on one was present as well. If people complain about not enough staff then go in with a need for someone to be assigned. If not that bad stop complaining. They accommodate as needed.

I came in from out of town and needed a meeting. The last time I attended a Lewisville Group was 20 years ago or so when they were located on Main Street. They moved to mill street and have now moved off of 121. Great people with great recovery. It's what this addict needed.

Basepoint has been everything we needed and I wish I found them sooner! I was scared to call and not be able to afford a stellar program for my kid - but they offered a payment plan that fit my budget and removed that hurdle for me quickly. Please don’t let fear of cost keep you from making an appointment! the day we had our intake appointment I cried happy tears knowing my child was finally somewhere GOOD! They even offer transportation to and from the program which is so helpful! Que is the best driver around! The staff has an amazing way of connecting, getting on their level and truly mapping out their success WITH them and not just FOR them. My child felt very hands on with her healing which made a huge impact. They listened to my concerns and observations at home and helped build a real village for me as we went through this. Courtney was my child’s counselor and we wish we could keep her forever! So many breakthroughs and advances in mindset were achieved by how she conducts her connections. Marleny made handling our ISD so smooth; both she and Courtney helped fight for things we needed upon her return to school. Miss Kim the program specialist always made her look forward to coming in person. Crystal at the front desk was always welcoming, helpful and has the lobby smelling like a 5 star resort! We are sad to leave our new found village but are grateful for where life is headed with bigger dreams, bigger tools and better familial communication than when we enrolled. This place quite literally saved my life. When I first arrived, I couldn't get myself to leave my room for the first 2 days (because I was so sick) but the staff worked really hard on getting me regulated on meds. I finally came out of my room, made a group of friends that I'll hold close for the rest of my life, and THE STAFF.... some of the most amazing people I think I'll ever meet. I went from refusing to talk to anyone, to a social butterfly in 29 days. I hope they know the difference they made in my life. I am myself again and it's all because of them. I seriously love each and everyone of them.

Ten years strong, Thank you to The Recovery Center and the team of highly trained and skilled individuals who help give me the tools and skills needed to thrive and succeed in life, living with addiction. As of date, I have obtained my Bachelor's in Psychology, working on a master's in clinical counseling. There is success after addiction, the passion to WIN is greater than my addiction.

I spent three days at this beautiful spiritual center, and it was truly rejuvenating. The atmosphere was so peaceful and relaxing, and the food was absolutely amazing — nourishing in every sense. I had the chance to attend their “Finding Your Purpose” workshop and join a few yoga classes, all of which were deeply enjoyable and enlightening.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to take a break from their busy life, reconnect with themselves, and listen to their inner voice. A truly special experience.
