8.18 / 10 | Healing Springs Ranch in Tioga, Texas, is a substance use and co-occurring mental health disorder inpatient treatment facility for adults. They take a holistic approach to recovery and healing. The facility is Joint Commission accredited. While here, you will work with a team that will get to know you and your history of substance use, so that they | Treatments Programs Payment Options | HSR partners with the client on a journey whether it is for mental health, trauma or addictive patterns. Just because someone goes to treatment does not mean they are ready for it. We are often there at our lowest moments and unhealthy. There is agency on the client to embrace their own journey. What I like the most about the HSR curriculum is that it is diverse. They are not endoctrinated to one model as one model does not fit all. They introduce you to many tools so we can pick the ones that serve each of us. We also know that if a tool stops working for us, there are others out there. Recovery is a journey. Not a destination.

When I referred one of my clients to treatment, he replied, “I’ve sent my wife to these places before. They take my money and do nothing, but I get to tell my friends I tried. She needs healing, not this.” I understand where he’s coming from as I’ve read similar stories in the media.
HOWEVER, those experiences are the exact OPPOSITE of the care given at Healing Springs Ranch.
I’ve had the joy and honor of getting to know Rachel and Melissa the last two years. I’ve heard how they talk about the business after hours and I've seen the work they put in to make HSR amazing.
They are creative in their programming, dedicated to their clients, and committed to doing the right thing.
You’re not there to play on your phone and do your own thing. This ain’t Celebrity Rehab.
Their program goes beyond the addiction and drills down to the trauma that caused the addiction. When that trauma is explored, understood, and healed, a new, healthy lifestyle begins.
It’s amazing (and hard not to cry) when you see a family member hug these two women and says, “You gave me my son back”.
If your family is ready, Healing Springs Ranch is your greatest hope.

I've had both great help and not so great.unfortunately only one social worker had my best interest and did everything possible to help her name was Emily. The music therapy was good also.My belief is that all the nurses were very professional and I want to personally thank both of the nurse names Robert. The kitchen staff was excellent and food I thought was tremendous.Much thanks to the Dr'S also.
I wanted to add another thank you for how your entire staff treated me again and again...it is very refreshing to know that if I believe I need help with my emotions and reevaluating my needs that you're employees are invested in the patients 💅 care 💅... Thank you 🙏

I absolutely love this clinic. They are so nice. This clinic has done everything possible to make the closing of my old clinic 4 yrs ago, so it was seemless and easy. I have stayed because I am completely comfortable. The counselors are so wonderful and nice. The cost is typical. They are even accepting Medicaid and Medicare. I am so happy I was able to transfer. I’m writing this review as it has been 6 months and 1 day since a small group of family and indirect supporters led me to Enterhealth after months of isolating with Tito’s was followed by years of binge drinking and drinking throughout the day, to get through the day.
Everyone’s journey in sobriety is different and people take away different things from recovery. This is my 2nd time to go to treatment and it has been completely different than my 1st time. I feel like Enterhealth not only “got me sober”, but they helped me battle this by addressing my physical health, my strengths and weaknesses as well as my mental health. I also feel like I was given the freedom to be in charge of my own recovery plan. Physical and mental health were important to me and they allowed me to dive into that. I’m also not religious so I was much more receptive to their curriculum on the disease instead of just praying it into remission with AA. (Although they do offer AA based groups).
Other things such as the community, the food, the privacy of your own cabin, the routine and the amenities are all major perks that help you focus on your treatment.
I will say, this place is a major investment. I would be wary if your loved one is resistant to change. I feel like Enterhealth is a huge gift. I would recommend this place to anyone who is ready to embrace a better life and is ready to work for it. 💜

To be completely honest, I thought I would absolutely loathe these online sessions. And while I did at first considering I was forced to go through with it, I'm glad I did; and I would do ANYTHING for my girls. Matt and Sydney taught me things about myself I didn't know in my [at that time] 32 years of life. Matt was great and reminded me of Seth Rogen. He was very funny and straightforward and I like that. Also, he was a great teacher and has a good way of getting you to understand things. Sydney was the best counselor I could have asked for, and I appreciate EVERYTHING she did for me. She was more than just a counselor to me and even went out of her way to help my girls and I. I am forever grateful for her, Matt, and this program. I've never been to a rehab before this one so I may be biased, but if you're looking for a place to grow and get help, this is it. Thank y'all!

As a recovery professional, I’m very intentional about where I refer my clients. I recently referred a client with substance use disorder , significant trauma and co-occurring mental health concerns to Santé Center for Healing, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the care she received.
What stood out most was that her treatment never felt like a cookie-cutter program. The team took the time to understand her unique needs and developed an individualized treatment plan that addressed the whole person. They also did an exceptional job involving her family throughout the treatment process, providing education, support, and meaningful opportunities for healing together.

Santé Center for Healing saved my life.
I spent 91 days there, and I can honestly say they were the best 91 days I have spent in the last 10 years. I have not felt this clear, this alive, or this connected to myself since I was 21 years old — and now I am middle-aged.
Santé taught me who I was. Not just who I thought I was, not just who my addiction told me I was, but who I actually am underneath the fear, shame, secrets, and survival patterns. I learned how to be honest. I learned how to be humble. I learned how to be seen. I learned how to let other people help me.
For the first time in a very, very long time, I made real friendships. I healed relationships with men. I found a new respect for women. I learned how to be part of a community again. I learned that recovery is not something I can do alone — and that trusting others is not weakness. It is wisdom.
Before Santé, my addiction had ground my life down into a tiny pinpoint of vision. Everything felt small, secretive, isolated, and hopeless. Now my life feels bigger — visibly, emotionally, spiritually, and experientially bigger. I am still recovering, but I no longer feel like I have been left flapping in the wind. I feel genuinely prepared. I have a foundation for what I believe will be a lifelong recovery.
I know what success looks like because I experienced it there. I know what progress looks like because I made it there. I know what humility looks like because I had to practice it there. I no longer have to live with secrets. I am learning how to live as an open book.
The routine at Santé was stabilizing. The facilities were clean. The food was good — be prepared to gain a couple pounds, LOL. The activities, sports, basketball, volleyball, and especially the ropes course were powerful parts of my healing. The ropes course was heroic for me. It taught me how to trust, how to work with a team, and how to do things I thought were impossible on my own — only to discover they were possible with support.
Those lessons were not just taught once. They were repeated over and over again until they became part of me.
The clinical staff is world-class. The people there genuinely care. My primary therapist and case manager, Lisa, was outstanding — truly international-class. She was wise, direct, compassionate, and deeply skilled. Quite simply, she was amazing.
Jumping for my coin was one of the most courageous things I have ever done. That moment represented more than completion. It represented a new life.
I am so deeply grateful for Santé Center for Healing. If you want help, and you are truly ready to receive it, Santé is the place to go. It is where you go to find the foundation for a new life.
Thank you, Santé.

I have only positive thoughts about Chapter House. My son has been there the last 10 months until his recent transfer. Last year was the most difficult time for him (and us). Doug and Marty were fantastic. They get to know their clients and are really dialed into each of their challenges. My son has been in many treatment facilities the last 6 years and I can tell you he made the most progress at Chapter House, he is the most stable that he has been in years. Chapter House is more than a Sober Living facility, they have much more safeguards and work more closely with the clients, more so than other facilities he has been to. Update: The director switched me doctors to Reddy and she was by far way better than Dangra. She is very nice and listened to me.

If it weren’t for MHMR, I wouldn’t be alive today. They have saved my life! Maybe my situation is just different?! I called 988 in July 2024, and they sent 2 regular people to just talk to me. They did not judge or tell me what to do, they listened and were able to get me out of the living environment that was making my grief from my sweet baby brother’s suicide so much worse. I’ve been homeless and was DONE soI took half a bottle of blood pressure pills. Crazy thing because I didn’t even get a good night sleep. So then I was assigned a case worker who was a regular person going to college to get his degree in counseling, who would come and pick me up, take me to my appointments and take me to the pharmacy. It was amazing and it’s because for once I was SHOWN my life was worth living, clearly something my own family would never do. I’ve been at this clinic almost a year and now my social security will finally go through in a few months. They even helped me do my application and soon I will have my own income and will never need help from any family ever again, and THAT feels great. I’m healing a little and none of this could have happened without MHMR. I’m just so grateful & this place does great work if you’re very direct and honest about what you need.
