RJ S 1 year ago I’m writing this review as it has been 6 months and 1 day since a small group of family and indirect supporters led me to Enterhealth after months of isolating with Tito’s was followed by years of binge drinking and drinking throughout the day, to get through the day. Everyone’s journey in sobriety is different and people take away different things from recovery. This is my 2nd time to go to treatment and it has been completely different than my 1st time. I feel like Enterhealth not only “got me sober”, but they helped me battle this by addressing my physical health, my strengths and weaknesses as well as my mental health. I also feel like I was given the freedom to be in charge of my own recovery plan. Physical and mental health were important to me and they allowed me to dive into that. I’m also not religious so I was much more receptive to their curriculum on the disease instead of just praying it into remission with AA. (Although they do offer AA based groups). Other things such as the community, the food, the privacy of your own cabin, the routine and the amenities are all major perks that help you focus on your treatment. I will say, this place is a major investment. I would be wary if your loved one is resistant to change. I feel like Enterhealth is a huge gift. There is an article by, David S. who is an alumnus of the Sontx Residential Program. Wrote and published an article called: "Acceptance Is (Not The Final) Answer" It's sad that their are individuals who place personality before principals. This article proves it. The individual takes a corner stone in recovery, "Acceptance" and makes a mockery of it by taking the negative points that an individual can take away from it and saying that's all we believe in recovery. Obviously, David has not fully subscribed to recovery yet. All that he accuses those in recovery of believing about acceptance is wrong and only shows his ignorance. I don't choose to subscribe to the thought that all in recovery are as ignorant as David S. However David said "Acceptance is not the answer to all my problems today"! If David who's in recovery say all in recovery are liars, Is he telling the Truth? Not interested in referring anyone to this program! The structure of the program not only thought me what I needed to know about myself as an addict, but enforced greatly the severity of working my Steps as well as working with a sponsor. Now, I myself sponsor others and have placed myself in a position in life I never thought would be achievable. Randy Robinson 1 month ago I was admitted to the Psych Ward (hopefully this is the right place to put the review) a little over a year ago because I was withdrawing from a drug (I'll be coy about which one it was, but those in the know can probably guess and whittle it down to one or two classes of drug) I no longer wanted to take that can cause death if the withdrawal is not handled medically. The staff at the psych ward for medical city Frisco are probably why I'm alive with a healthy body (I've lost a lot of weight since as well, another good side effect of quiting the drug was that I no longer would gain weight because of it) and doing well today and have not had to take said drug again to manage my condition. I feel morally obligated to thank the mental health and psychiatry people at Medical City Frisco for how well they handled my emergency. Also, the facilities at this hospital (not just the Psych Ward, I took a little stroll through the whole place as I was leaving) are truly next level. This is BY FAR the nicest looking architecturally and probably most advanced technological hospital I've ever visited (for myself or as a visitor for family). If you need truly top tier care, you can't go wrong with the Medical City hospital chain in my opinion, and especially their new Frisco branch, which is even more impressive than the one in Plano. Individual care and whatnot is of course going to depend on things like which doctor you get...but the facilities are truly really cool here and that IS something to take into account if you have an emergency. I imagine every good doctor in the DFW area wants to work here, and so the quality of care may be correlated to the facility quality, which is top notch. Hopefully others receive the same quality of care I received. If you are having a psychotic episode or other severe mental health issue that requires hospitalization, then please consider a Medical City hospital and especially their Frisco branch if you have the ability to choose the location of your stay. Also, the food while I was staying was really good. Just a little thing I know, but it goes to show they don't skimp anywhere in their treatment. They definitely push to medicate, so if you are not comfortable just voice your concerns and request a more thorough diagnosis. I was able to contact my loved one and they were able to call me anytime. I was able to see my loved one 3x a week but I had to sign up via signup genius in order to do so. Definitely read their policies thoroughly. We unfortunately came through intake around 3 am and I was very tired and missed a few rules. It makes visits and dropping off clothes easier if you read. While I recommend this hospital, one piece of advice is for aftercare. Definitely do your research on PHP and IOP programs because they are not all as good as this hospital. I finally tried looking for some place closer and thank the Lord He led me here. I called and they asked about insurance which I gave all my info about. I seriously had doubts that it would be of any help. Years ago methadone wasnt covered easily by insurance... But they made my day when they told me yep they take my insurance which is through marketplace. AND I would not have to pay anything out of pocket!! I was singing and dancing. Been here ever since. Even when I messed up and missed open enrollment, they still worked with me without insurance... i was so worried but everyone reassured me that they would find a way to help me here and they did. I was at Enterhealth last year — and I’m proud to say I’m one year sober! Thanks to Enterhealth I got my life back. If you’re struggling and need help this is the place to go. Lenny was awesome. Tammy was great. The nurses were awesome, and the techs were just as incredible — everyone always kind, nd there when you needed them. And the food? Top notch. Way better than I expected. I’m writing this review as it has been 6 months and 1 day since a small group of family and indirect supporters led me to Enterhealth after months of isolating with Tito’s was followed by years of binge drinking and drinking throughout the day, to get through the day. Everyone’s journey in sobriety is different and people take away different things from recovery. This is my 2nd time to go to treatment and it has been completely different than my 1st time. I feel like Enterhealth not only “got me sober”, but they helped me battle this by addressing my physical health, my strengths and weaknesses as well as my mental health. I also feel like I was given the freedom to be in charge of my own recovery plan. Physical and mental health were important to me and they allowed me to dive into that. I’m also not religious so I was much more receptive to their curriculum on the disease instead of just praying it into remission with AA. (Although they do offer AA based groups). Other things such as the community, the food, the privacy of your own cabin, the routine and the amenities are all major perks that help you focus on your treatment. I will say, this place is a major investment. I would be wary if your loved one is resistant to change. I feel like Enterhealth is a huge gift. I would recommend this place to anyone who is ready to embrace a better life and is ready to work for it. 💜

If a rooster say all chickens are liars is the rooster telling the truth? There is an article by, David S. who is an alumnus of the Sontx Residential Program. Wrote and published an article called: "Acceptance Is (Not The Final) Answer" It's sad that their are individuals who place personality before principals. This article proves it. The individual takes a corner stone in recovery, "Acceptance" and makes a mockery of it by taking the negative points that an individual can take away from it and saying that's all we believe in recovery. Obviously, David has not fully subscribed to recovery yet. All that he accuses those in recovery of believing about acceptance is wrong and only shows his ignorance. I don't choose to subscribe to the thought that all in recovery are as ignorant as David S. However David said "Acceptance is not the answer to all my problems today"! If David who's in recovery say all in recovery are liars, Is he telling the Truth? Not interested in referring anyone to this program!

Their are countless of drug treatment programs, and sober living homes out there, but I honestly don't think I would of have gained as much as success as I have now if it wasn't for Solutions of North Texas and their staff. The structure of the program not only thought me what I needed to know about myself as an addict, but enforced greatly the severity of working my Steps as well as working with a sponsor. Now, I myself sponsor others and have placed myself in a position in life I never thought would be achievable. As of now there’s only 1 nurse working & she’s doing a great job! The rest of the staff is great aswell and have always been very helpful if I’ve ever needed anything. To the one nurse that’s by herself, I feel bad for her but she’s doing what she can to make sure everyone gets taken care of & she’s doing an awesome job of it.

For all of the criticism that the VA gets, this clinic surprisingly operates very efficiently. The staff always seems eager to help and ask questions. The nurses are capable and have a great attitude as they help veterans get the care that they need. Sadly the wait time to get new appointments often means weeks or even months of waiting.

I was admitted to the Psych Ward (hopefully this is the right place to put the review) a little over a year ago because I was withdrawing from a drug (I'll be coy about which one it was, but those in the know can probably guess and whittle it down to one or two classes of drug) I no longer wanted to take that can cause death if the withdrawal is not handled medically. The staff at the psych ward for medical city Frisco are probably why I'm alive with a healthy body (I've lost a lot of weight since as well, another good side effect of quiting the drug was that I no longer would gain weight because of it) and doing well today and have not had to take said drug again to manage my condition. I feel morally obligated to thank the mental health and psychiatry people at Medical City Frisco for how well they handled my emergency. Also, the facilities at this hospital (not just the Psych Ward, I took a little stroll through the whole place as I was leaving) are truly next level. This is BY FAR the nicest looking architecturally and probably most advanced technological hospital I've ever visited (for myself or as a visitor for family). If you need truly top tier care, you can't go wrong with the Medical City hospital chain in my opinion, and especially their new Frisco branch, which is even more impressive than the one in Plano. Individual care and whatnot is of course going to depend on things like which doctor you get...but the facilities are truly really cool here and that IS something to take into account if you have an emergency. I imagine every good doctor in the DFW area wants to work here, and so the quality of care may be correlated to the facility quality, which is top notch. Hopefully others receive the same quality of care I received. If you are having a psychotic episode or other severe mental health issue that requires hospitalization, then please consider a Medical City hospital and especially their Frisco branch if you have the ability to choose the location of your stay. Also, the food while I was staying was really good. Just a little thing I know, but it goes to show they don't skimp anywhere in their treatment.

The nurses, therapists, and technicians are great here. I spoke with a doctor one time during my loved one’s stay. They definitely push to medicate, so if you are not comfortable just voice your concerns and request a more thorough diagnosis. I was able to contact my loved one and they were able to call me anytime. I was able to see my loved one 3x a week but I had to sign up via signup genius in order to do so. Definitely read their policies thoroughly. We unfortunately came through intake around 3 am and I was very tired and missed a few rules. It makes visits and dropping off clothes easier if you read. While I recommend this hospital, one piece of advice is for aftercare. Definitely do your research on PHP and IOP programs because they are not all as good as this hospital.

To be completely honest, I thought I would absolutely loathe these online sessions. And while I did at first considering I was forced to go through with it, I'm glad I did; and I would do ANYTHING for my girls. Matt and Sydney taught me things about myself I didn't know in my [at that time] 32 years of life. Matt was great and reminded me of Seth Rogen. He was very funny and straightforward and I like that. Also, he was a great teacher and has a good way of getting you to understand things. Sydney was the best counselor I could have asked for, and I appreciate EVERYTHING she did for me. She was more than just a counselor to me and even went out of her way to help my girls and I. I am forever grateful for her, Matt, and this program. I've never been to a rehab before this one so I may be biased, but if you're looking for a place to grow and get help, this is it. Thank y'all!

I attended LMR back around 2010-2012. I look back today and am so grateful for the support I received as I struggled with Cocaine addiction. I had been arrested just 8 months after losing my father to pneumonia and was having a very difficult time just living day to day. Thank you for everything you do and continue to do. Though their weakest link is a lock of communication between counselors, each counselor has something to bring to the table and with individual counseling with one that speaks to you, this is a great program. They help those that are lost with readmission when progress has been observed. With a few over sights in policy that I had to endure and point out, this group truly lays it out on the line for those entering their program, regardless of its 12 step based lean. I would recommend this to anyone looking to recover from any substance abuse. I suffering from bipolar and addiction, have found no reason to stop attending, although I have relapsed and have never felt I was without support from the staff or my counselees. Truly a place that brings us together, to fight the storm together, to grow together and to, together, raise ourselves up to fight a common disease.

I have been in the DARKEST place for so long. Symetria was my saving grace. My counselor Callie (my saving grace) showed me that I actually really do matter and gave me a sense of belonging for the FIRST time in my life! She truly cares and has helped me in so many ways that I can't thank her enough. If it weren't for her, I'm not sure where I'd be in life right now without her. Ms Callie, if you see this, thank you again. To all of the concerned mothers/fathers out there, I promise you, this is the best methadone clinic in the United States. Thank you for taking the time to read my comment, I promise I wouldn't steer you the wrong direction. <3 Please take into consideration coming to Symetria. I finally have hope.

I use to go to denton clinic last year and even years ago and I was honestly struggling very hard to keep up with payments and Im not here to bash... I blame myself for not communicating better. At the time I was forced to leave my denton home and stay with family in the colony and had to drive every day Mon thru Fri to denton. I finally tried looking for some place closer and thank the Lord He led me here. I called and they asked about insurance which I gave all my info about. I seriously had doubts that it would be of any help. Years ago methadone wasnt covered easily by insurance... But they made my day when they told me yep they take my insurance which is through marketplace. AND I would not have to pay anything out of pocket!! I was singing and dancing. Been here ever since. Even when I messed up and missed open enrollment, they still worked with me without insurance... i was so worried but everyone reassured me that they would find a way to help me here and they did. Everyone is SO NICE also. Love it here.

I absolutely love this place from the front staff all the way to the back staff. Everybody is so amazing and so kind. The office manager helped me find a location where I could get my dose since I missed it on Saturday and I was so grateful for him to reach out because I finally got my dose I needed Because THEY CARE! I recommend this place to anybody struggling with opioid Use disorder or pain. Don’t be afraid to pick up the phone and call. Everybody is so nice and you’ll be taken care of🖤
