I visited Sabino Recovery a few weeks ago because of a client I had referred to there in the past year. I was thoroughly impressed by the campus itself, the amazing variety of integrative treatment modalities offered and the focus on trauma as the “root issue “of most symptoms that drive addiction /mental health concerns. However, the biggest advantage this place has over competitors is the incredibly skilled /trained and caring staff members as well as the intensive 3.5 day Family program offered. Relationships are where we are wounded and it’s in relationships that we are healed! Sabino is top notch in building deep, authentic and consistent care during and after their treatment. They KNOW the power of community and have built their treatment program to help people feel seen, heard and like they finally belong.

Choosing Sabino Recovery was the best decision I made to finally and thoroughly address the past so it can stop determining my future. I read some of the reviews. This place or any other will not fix whatever you're there for. It has the best detox I've ever been to. They try to get your meds stabilized. It gives you the grounds to walk out with a plan. Most who leave early don't get it. Its a first step. The staff really does care about you. Patience and persistence will get you what you want. Its not perfect but I'll still give it 5 stars.

I'm going to rate it 5 stars, not because everything functioned perfectly, but because, from what I saw, everyone remained professional and tried their utmost to provide the highest possible quality of care despite logistical obstacles: new senior leadership, responses to patient feedback, policy change, shifts in resident population census, and even (sadly) some degree of staff turnover. Hiccups abounded, but the core values of genuine care, respect and intentionality from staff never shifted, as far as I could tell. Thank you to the professionals who offered this care. I never would have gotten the care I needed outside of in-patient, and you all provided a welcoming, warm, and dignifying place to absorb everything I needed. Thank you

This is a great clinic that has helped me so much with behavioral health issues. I’ve used this clinic on a daily basis to dose for methadone and I eventually moved on to suboxone. Thanks to Matt & Ángel. And of course all the other staff are extremely helpful with many resources

I never gave the VA Medical services a try until earlier this year. I have found their support and true concern for my health has been impressive. I have at this point seen four medical providers and interacted with a number of support staff, in person, on the phone and through video. Without exception each one has left me feeling respected and cared for. Respectfully speaking to another Veteran, we must show up and be clear about our needs and treat the staff with upmost respect. I had a wonderful 30 days at ST. From the minute I walked through the door I was met with nothing but kindness and acceptance. And this went from the bottom up - easy access to the CEO, very caring nursing staff, great doctor who really helped me out, and the techs (BHSs?). There are many people I'd highlight, but I'll keep it short - special should to Mona in detox, Asia and Carlo, and definitely matt my primary therapist. The ONLY complaint is the food. You spend so much money - you should have a spa option. The salad bar is pretty good but I wanted to eat healthy food and avoid salads every single day. I cannot believe the change that I have achieved. I came to sierra tucson after a recommendation from the VA. I tried substance treatments in and out for 17 years. They helped me work on my actual traumas from the military, some days easier than others. With the proper babysitters forward I am very confident in my ability to be the husband I am supposed to be. The whole staff from the CEO to the Housekeepers made my stay a very comfortable time. I cannot thank my primary therapist Matt enough!!! Thank you sierra tucson for giving me my life back!!!! I was at TRH from 8/13/26 to 8/19/26 for rehabilitation after knee replacement surgery. Every member of the staff treats the patients with kindness and patience while ensuring you get the care that you need. All of the Physical Therapists encouraged you to push yourself even tho you thought you didn't have anything left but didn't push you to the point of exhaustion. The nursing staff were so very kind and caring and so very helpful. Drs Lux, Raju and Bruckman were patient and explained any procedure you may have questions about. There are just too many of the staff to name individually. I will just say I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who needs it.

I've been clean 11 years and counting, but not without help. CMS has an incredible staff. From peer supports to counselors, these people will not and do not judge you. You're treated like a human being, most been in your shoes. Daniel I want to thank though, he's peer support and goes above and beyond for clients. Bringing resources I didn't even know existed just to help better my day, even got me to a food bank with a ride home. He's a great listener and I hope he knows how appreciated he truly is. All my CMS staff, thank you for all you do!

Other than the great local resources old pueblo has to offer, I applied for assistance to finish school and not risk losing my home as a single parent, Old pueblo provided substantial assistance so I can further my education during my internship. Hands down the best clinic I've ever been a patient of. From the case managers to the nurses to the doctors, they are all very caring, competent, and professional. Being a non-profit, they maintain a culture where the care and wellbeing of their patients is prioritized over profits. Compassionate and non-judgmental with responsive and courteous staff. Fantastic level of care compared to many other clinics I've been to. You can tell they want to see you succeed.

Went yesterday to visit someone for they're birthday. Visiting day is Sunday only. But since work prevents Sunday being available for us. And then the fact that it's a 4 hour drive each way. The staff made an exception. We were permitted to bring a cake. Which everyone, staff included had a serving. And gift's were given. I was pulled off to the side to discuss the situation with respect to the rest involved. Staff is helpful and friendly. And most of them seem to genuinely care about the clients. What I love the most (can't believe no one's mentioned it) is the multiple kinds of methadone that they offer. You choose the form! From liquid, to 10mg tablets. It's great. I personally am on 10mg tablets at 200mg. It's great and works way better for me than the liquid did! Thanks BAC!

This clinic is very good. I did have an issue with my last eye appointment. I drove 2 1/2 hours to get there a half hour early. The front desk told me my appointment had been canceled. The doctor had called in that morning. I asked why I wasn't called. The young lady could only apologize. She wasn't in the position to help me. I understood. I asked if I would get travel pay still. They didn't know. I had to struggle for it but I got it. The main campus VA in Tucson is a premier medical facility. So is the Southeast eye clinic. They just dropped the ball that day. Everyone has a Monday.

The facility itself is stunning, but what really stood out was the incredible range of programs, classes, groups, and comprehensive support they offer to women seeking recovery. It's clear this place is deeply committed to helping women (and mothers) heal in a safe, respectful, and empowering environment. The level of care and thoughtfulness that goes into their services is amazing. A huge thank you to Tracy for giving us such a thorough and welcoming tour, she was fantastic and really brought the heart of The Haven to life. The Physical Therapy Department staff went above and beyond to care for my aunt, who is like a mother to me. The care she received was exceptional, with all of them encouraging and helping Mama Gina to become stronger. Attune IOP program was an excellent choice for transition after leaving treatment. The focus was on group therapy and the group leaders/therapist had experience with recovery and the importance of community. The program also provided dinner which was yet another great asset for feeling comfortable while processing in a group setting.
