My son is currently awaiting transport to check in at Cirque Lodge, later today. Forget about it! Every single person I've spoken with (Cara, Tyson, Emily, Cherney, and Natalia - in chronological order of speaking with) have been compassionate, skilled, efficient, and any other glowing words one might use to compliment a fellow human being. I am at a failure to adequately express my gratitude for Cirque Lodge for all they have already done to ensure that my son can receive the exemplary care I know that they provide. My loved one came in Nov 23 and left in Feb 24. If you’re loved one struggles with addiction and is looking for hope this is place to go!!! I did a family week around Christmas. I will tell you that it was an enlightening experience for me. The lectures were amazing, family systems is by far my favorite. I opened my mind to concepts and thoughts I had been unwilling to look at for decades. Thank you!

Wow, what an amazing time I have had! Flying in from North Carolina, MK, Sean and Becca were really helpful and respectful of my needs for sobriety. MK, guided me through Admissions and played a key part during my time at Pinnacle. I was worried at first that this facility was just like any other rehabs. Just a common money grab, but to my surprise Pinnacle really wants the best for you. After coming from NextStep Detox, I was greeted by Anthony and Sean! They gave me a great orientation and the clients gave me a warm welcome! Becca and Sean over saw our programming and were very helpful with personal development and were very attentive regarding outside needs during treatment. If I needed to see my legal team or doctors, etc. Becca and Sean would take took time out of their schedule to assist me. The support staff are very friendly, they treated me like I was their best friend. If I got out of line the support staff would help correct me in a way that wasn’t punitive. Anthony and Brooke are both in recovery and so is most staff, they really cared about your sobriety, and will guide you through recovery. The food scene is amazing, nutritious and very healthy. Chef Ed is off the chart, a great chef. I’m not a salmon fan, but he made me a delicious meal to substitute for Salmon! Chef Ed picks fresh foods, so nothing is old or boring! The Interns, and therapists really want to see you be successful. My therapist Julie has gone above and beyond when it came to help my mental health. Her approach to mental health is really awe inspiring. I really appreciate Cassie, Cory and Londyn help as well! The activities are made to help you feel comfortable while working on yourself. Troy, MK, Sean and Becca have built a truly remarkable treatment facility. From Mental Health treatment, to the recreational activities, their passion to help clients are more than I expected. What an incredible journey recovery has been! I came to this place—and wow, I’ve never experienced anything so beautiful in my life. The people who work here are truly extraordinary—so kind, compassionate, and full of love. Honestly, they feel like angels walking among us. I’ve never felt so deeply cared for and loved by people who didn’t even know me.

Pinnacle Recover is amazing. All of the staff go over the top to meet your expectations. The program gives you everything you need to achieve your goals and gives you all the tools you need to help you in recovery. The food is outstanding, Chef Ed is so compassionate about his cooking. I've never had a well balanced diet as good as it was at Pinnacle. The activities you get to enjoy are so much fun. Sober softball, hiking, bowling, batting cages, ice baths, open mic night are some of my favorites. The facility is more than adequate, its an amazing house that is filled with comfort. Overall, Pinnacle has changed my life in so many positive ways. I feel as if my life is starting over and I get the opportunity to be happy again. Shout out to Katie my therapist for all the help and knowledge she has given me. I'm ready to go out into the world and face all the challenges it brings head on. Thank you Pinnacle!!

This place is excellent. Becky was wonderful and has extensive experience in dealing with children and really understanding them to help with trauma and coping. She knows great methods to help my child feel comfortable and to allow the space to speak and display what has happened to her. Would highly recommend. Hey and her staff really care for children.

I am grateful, happy, and hopeful. Before I arrived at Ardu' I was lost in pain and self destruction. From day one I felt recognized not just as a patient but as a person. Ardu's compassionate care, expert guidance and support helped me demonstrate what true healing looks like. Ardu' possesses a spiritual aspect that I will never forget. The Ardu' staff was professional, kind, and compassionate. The meals compared to a five star restaurant, and the classes were engaging and motivational. Ardu literally saved my life. Ardu is just not a business with employees. It is a home with family. They truly care about your wellbeing and will do everything in their power to help you. They show you ow to live life again in healthy ways. If you want to get clean this is the place to go. I am almost 2 years clean and I know there is no way I would have made it with out them.

This program by far is the best Rehab facility in the country. My life was changed after being there for 56 days. The professional staff, attention to detail, intense therapy, and process groups all helped in my transformation on my road in recovery. They also included my family in the process, because this is a family dis-ease… I highly recommend Cirque…if you seriously want to stop drinking or drugging, are willing to be openminded, honest, and willing…this is the place for you. New roads is an amazing program. I received so much help & healing Even just in the few months I attended IOP there. More so than I was ever able to obtain at any of my other programs. My therapist was absolutely amazing, and they all worked extremely hard to make sure I had everything I needed. The Dr's and all the staff are very kind and knowledgeable. They genuinely want to help people who are struggling. It's a different kind of program in its very own special way and I greatly recommend it to anyone struggling. The staff is great about helping you navigate your way so you are able to receive the most beneficial treatment for yourself. I encourage you not to hesitate to call. My LO never had the opportunity to receive treatment here, but I can't say enough good things about Natalia who works at intake. My son was arrested due to his mental illness. In a frustrating system, Natalia was a shining light who worked hard to help my son get treatment instead of prison. She wrote multiple letters to the judge, New Roads came out and did assessments and validated my questions and concerns. If the actual facility listens and cares like she did, I am sure the place would be amazing. It came highly recommended to me from various parents whose loved one's were able to recover, thanks to New Roads. I truly wish my son could have received the help that he needs from a place like this. Unfortunately, our country still has a long way to go in the criminalization of those suffering with a serious mental illness. Thanks New Roads for all that you tried to do and especially Natalia.

This was my first time ever being in treatment, and I truly could not have had a better experience. I researched a lot of different places for 24 hour care, but Center for Change had the best balance of being structured and serious when it needed to be, yet still comfortable and supportive. A lot of smaller treatment centers I looked into did not have nearly as many resources, staff, or the level of observation and care that this one did. Overall, the staff members were incredible. I got so attached to some of them that it was genuinely hard to say goodbye when I left. There were a couple of moments where I had concerns about a staff member, but once I and a few other patients shared our feedback, it was taken seriously and addressed immediately, and I really appreciated how quickly things improved after that. I truly feel like this place saved my life and gave me a second chance. My therapist, Rian, was amazing. In just two months, I did more deep and meaningful work with her than I had in years of therapy before. On my last day, I felt genuinely sad to leave, even though I knew I was ready and had worked hard to get there. I will never forget the incredible staff and patients I met. Thinking about it still makes me emotional. I am so eternally grateful that this was the place my sister chose for me. She had gone through eating disorder treatment elsewhere and was familiar with the options, and she said this was far better in every way. The groups were impactful, the food was surprisingly good (you could tell the kitchen staff cared about us), and every person there seemed genuinely dedicated to helping us heal. The CEO, Nicole, is amazing. She even led one of our groups every single week, and her family week presentation was so impactful for me and my family members. It helped us get educated and understand each other on a deeper level. You can tell she truly cares and takes the time to be personally involved, which says a lot about the kind of environment she has created. That said, I struggled with substance abuse along with my eating disorder and did not feel very supported in that area while I was there. We had one substance abuse group a week, which did not feel like enough. I have been pretty successful in recovery besides that aspect, but my only advice would be that if you are struggling more with substance abuse than an eating disorder, it might be better to find another program that focuses more on that side of recovery. If anyone in my life ever struggled with an eating disorder, I would recommend this place to them without hesitation. Center for Change will always hold a special place in my heart.

I was here for about 3 months, then was in sober living briefly, before going back out. Even though I relapsed, I have never seen a more personable and available and real group of people willing to help you. I put you guys through some SHIT. Especially you Tina. Lol. The therapists are good, but only human. Theyll crack you open good. The real question I suppose is was I better off having come here? Absolutely. But in the end I had to assess whether I was really doing what I wanted. I regret leaving. But I also needed to figure some things out for myself. I miss the community. And dont think they are in it for the money. They arent. They were willijg to pay for all my housing, keep me extra time, and let me stay even when there was no way I should have been able to. Thank you Mark, Todd, Kirk, Dee, CHRISTIAN, and Tina, and all of the therapists. Im currently in detox and really trying to get my life in order. Not out fear, but because I finally understand that my life is in my hands, and God wont drop me. Wasatch Strong! Come visit me for bagels anytime with codeword: “my name is daniel.”

Wasatch is worth every cent because of Todd he told me that I was recovered the day I stopped using drugs. He is one of the greatest minds the Recovery community has. I am writing this from a hyperbaric and still sober. I didn't stay the whole time but I got what I needed. As a veteran in the opiate epidemic and a 20+ time rehab connoisseur. I can say Todd one talk with him brought more healing and more recovery than hundreds of meetings, doing the 12 steps and thousand hours of treatment groups. Find your people. Be of service. Give back. Heal your body. Up north there's a hyperbaric and wellness in ogden ran by a beautiful women named Mel who is also phenomenal human. If you go there try the tesla coil. It is a phenomenal for balacing your energy. I truly believe addicts are healers and if we can conquer our addiction we can light . Anyways thanks for coming to my ted talk

I had an excellent experience at Willow Tree receiving help for alcoholism. The staff was incredible, the facility was clean and comfortable, and the administrative staff did wonders with my insurance company so that the whole experience was possible. I was nervous about going to treatment, but I couldn't be happier that I did, and Willow Tree exceeded my hopes and expectations. Thank you, Willow Tree, for all the help, friendships, guidance, support, and for my sobriety! PS- about to celebrate 6 years. 🥰🙏

This comes from someone who worked with APS on court order, not as a genuine client. If you want to get out of court and on with your life, please please dont come here. I will not pretend I was a compliant client, but their program felt like complete overkill. UA's depend on your severity/ drug-of-choice, 3 x anonymous meetings A WEEK, group therapy everyweek that included a workbook and other assignments, and the fact you have to call their weird phone line every day to see if you need to be tested. Its incredibly easy to miss a step or two and the whole thing is exhausting and outdated. If youre looking for a place to make a change, this place may be for you. (though I guarantee there are cleaner, friendlier, and less outdated places) But if you just want to get out of the legal system, take yourself over to True North in the same business park and save yourself some time. EDIT: Its been a few months of working with another treatment program and its only showed me how terrible this place really is. Its gross, demeaning, and out of date. Pomarri offers other therapeutic services, works better with insurances (I havent payed a dime), and I dont have to call a phone line EVERYDAY! I get texts when i need to UA!! How crazy is that!?!? This place is an embarrassment.
