The system is overwhelmed and underfunded when it comes to mental health but Northwestern has been a life saver, quite literally, for my child. Her caseworker Annie is absolutely amazing and supportive and her psychiatrist is compassionate and extremely helpful. We were truly lost before we found this support system. The staff is organized and efficient. Registration was easy and visits are always a pleasant experience. We rarely wait and my child’s safety is a priority. I truly can not complain at all. We have been using this service for nearly a year and the positive changes are impossible to express with words. Thank you so much, Northwestern.

I recently visited Spero and it was a great overall experience. The employees were all very detailed and helpful with the answering of my many questions. The most important to me was the level of kindness they all showed. It is not an easy thing for me to actually seek help with my addiction issues, but they made it comfortable. They send reminder texts about upcoming appointments and are available if I need to communicate with them.

WMTC is a great place and they provide a great service. If you can get past some of the stupidity of some program statements/practices you will do great. An example is I had 5 take homes per week which meant I only had to go in 2 days a week, but when I started to taper down by 3 mgs a week (my dose was only adjust once a week) they took my take homes....it was clear they wanted to keep me strung out on methadone! I went down to 10 mgs and quit and have been doing great for over a year...….so I appreciate them getting me off heroin but it is clear places like this want to keep your payment coming in !!!

I can't express in words, how much of a great and compassionate person the owner Pete is. He's a very stand up guy, when I had a problem that conflicted with my hours of school (I'm doing remote from 9:30am-4:30pm). Pete went out of his way to make sure, I could still attend my groups virtually from their IOP residential home during the evenings. When the house manager said I couldn't do this, Pete went and made some calls to accommodate me, so I could get the help I needed while also being able to pursue my dreams in getting a job in IT support. Thanks Pete 😊 🫂 🙏. If you're in need of assistance they are very welcoming at the office aswell. The front desk assistant Hunter was very supportive and understanding of my situation any questions I had she answered promptly and kindly. They offered drinks and food to us while we did our intake an everything. I truly appreciate 🙏 and recommend them to anyone in need of stability while trying to get clean or stay sober. They will provide transportation also to and from there office. Hope's Horizon and their sister company Atom is one of the best rehabilitation centers out there 💯👍.
