If you want to be bounced around from therapist to therapist this is your place to go, or more like intern to intern. Cuz they can't seem to keep people around I guess. I've seen 3 different people now in less than a year and I was with the same person prior for like 4 years til she switched her therapy styles. 10/10 do not recommend going here. Oh, and they never answer their phones and take forever to get back to you, or if they do they are not helpful at all. I loved this place until the last year and half where it has gone downhill. Find somewhere that actually cares about your mental health.

I came here for a program required by state, was told no group wait but then they told me there was a long group wait and I could only do the 1:1 sessions meanwhile. This postponed the program for the state. I asked for a specialized 1:1 given my diagnosis and was told there was someone, they scheduled before checking with my insurance and got my hopes up.a few months later my phone was out of commission and my wife called to inquire for an appointment. She was under the impression they would call me to confirm but they did not. I ended up not knowing I had an appointment and was charged. I was then discharged for noncompliance but I was actively seeing them. Would not recommend unprofessional don't recommend

I have spent many moments and required much care in various Hospitals. I quite honestly never experienced such a wonderful Medical care service with Dynamic Social environment as I recently have with Ascension All Saints Hospital at Racine Wisconsin. Being toted Into The E R at first by Local Paramedic, Fire Rescue from 911 call by Me for Help was of course associated with stress and concern which was quickly addresses by the E R Team. Once all of the tests and blood work had been accomplished, I was admitted As a Patient. Within the Next following Three. Days, I was cared for and medically treated in such professional and concerning manner that I felt the confidence and secure care that was going to help Me achieve a healthy recovery from My Heart Failure. The. Cardiac Care I received was profoundly second to none! The entire nursing Staff I found to be very Professional, et Personal to be able to be in medical concern that resolve to My Health difficulties was going to be found before I go home. No one particular nurse was better than another. Each and every Nursing Staff Member And supervisory individual was always on their job professionally to cover each necessity as needed with fluid response. The food which was provided for Me to have in a healthy diet was delicious, very fulfilling and easily approved According to My health needs. In the entire analysis of My experience here at Ascension All Saints Hospital was incredible and without question, the best care I have ever experienced in any Hospital anywhere. Thank You! I am writing this review in regards to my counselor Heidi. I have been seeing Heidi since late July when she was still employed at the Franklin office. Heidi has been a life saver for me- literally!!! She has taught me so many coping skills, she always actively listens, she advises, she encourages and she corrects. I look forward to my weekly meetings with her. As soon as I head to my appointment I feel a sense of calm. My main reason for seeking counseling was because my grandmother passed and the grieving process was really taking a toll on me physically and mentally. I honestly didn’t know what to do or where to turn. I know I will never forget the pain of my grandma passing but I am learning to cope. One day at a time I’m progressing. I have fall backs but I’m actively remaining positive to keep moving forward. My grandma was my everything and from the beginning Heidi understood that. I am grateful for meeting such an amazing counselor who has helped me to slowly progress… Thank you so much!!! ❤️

The ARC is one of those rare places that feels like it was carved out of the chaos of the world and built for the sole purpose of giving people a fighting chance. You walk in and there is this unmistakable feeling of steadiness, like the walls themselves have seen storms and stayed standing so others could find shelter. The energy is honest. No masks. No performative nonsense. Just people doing real work, telling real stories, and showing up for one another with a kind of grit and loyalty you cannot manufacture. Meetings run with the kind of clarity and calm you only get when the room is anchored by people who have survived a hundred different versions of hell and decided to turn that into something useful. Wisdom flies around casually, like it is no big deal, even though half the lines you hear could be tattooed on someone’s ribs and still hold meaning twenty years later. The volunteers and long-timers move with purpose. They make coffee like it is a sacrament, set up chairs like they are preparing a sacred arena, and greet newcomers with a mix of warmth and keep-it-real that instantly cuts through fear. You do not feel judged. You feel seen. Big difference. And the atmosphere? It has soul. Not the fluffy inspirational-poster kind. The lived-in, scarred-up, hard-earned soul that comes from countless nights where someone found the strength to stay alive because a chair was waiting for them and a voice said, “Sit down, you're not alone.” The Antioch Recovery Club is not fancy. It is not trying to be. It is solid. It is consistent. It is there when people need it most. That reliability, that history of people holding each other up, is priceless. If hope had a clubhouse, it would look a whole lot like this. If resilience had a mailing address, it would be in Antioch, and the door would probably already be open with the coffee brewing. The Antioch Recovery Club is community at its most raw, most human, and most necessary.

Scheduling was super easy, and all the links and forms worked smoothly. I received clear reminders and instructions before my first appointment, and communication was great overall. My insurance covered the visit, and I just paid a small copay before logging on. The only hiccups were that my provider joined the Zoom session a few minutes late and I didn't receive a confirmation email for my follow-up appointment. Otherwise, everything was organized and straightforward — a really good overall experience!

The outpatient program at Rosecrance has been invaluable to my recovery. Dominique demonstrates an authentic commitment to helping me, and others in the group, maintain our sobriety. Whether it is through therapeutic programming, providing resources to enable our recovery, or just simply by helping navigate confusing financial aid forms, she is all in and wants to see her clients succeed. When Steve has had to fill in, on days Dominique was not here, he did the same. They both really just seem to care…but also hold you accountable if you are not helping yourself. The culture of this program has allowed me the opportunity to really get to know other clients in this programs as well. The friendships I have developed here will stay in my heart forever.

I was a patient in 2-South recently. The condition that landed me in NCHBHC isn't the usual (it's an endocrine disorder with marked psych symptoms), but thankfully the teams of nurses, docs, caseworkers, and BHAs at NCH not only took me at my word when I explained what was going on, but actively asked insightful, curious questions to gain a better understanding of my condition and how best to help me get back on my feet. They were also phenomenal allies, and because of their conscientiousness and willingness to listen, I felt safe as a nonbinary patient. Thank you Dr Okoli, Dr Ghani, the entire glorious nursing team, Jen, and the fantastic BHA team. Y'all worked in tandem with my outside team of docs and helped me get back on my feet when I was too exhausted to keep up by myself. Special thanks to Alma, Jen, Donte, John, Emma, Aleksandra, and Syed, who sat with me during difficult moments and made me feel seen and cared-for as myself, not just as a patient. Endeavor, you'd do well to give every single employee there a solid raise (they've seriously earned it), and perhaps consider hiring a few more folks. I was surprised to see some faces back so quickly after they'd already put in a full shift. Your teams need rest and recovery time, too, especially teams so attentively patient-focused as this one. As far as the facility goes, it's an inpatient mental health hospital. You're rarely the only patient on the ward, and you definitely shouldn't expect to be waited on hand and foot if you're otherwise able-bodied and of sound(ish) mind. You don't get to have your phone or electronics, no drawstrings, no belts, no hoodies-- it can feel isolating, but it's standard protocol for these sorts of places for good reason. This is not a penthouse suite at the Ritz-Carlton-- it is a hospital where you *will* be working alongside your doc team and other patients to heal and adapt. Adjust your expectations accordingly. Some rooms are singles, and some rooms are doubles. All the floors are clean, beds are comfy, blankets are hospital standard (you can ask for an extra if you're cold, and room temps can be adjusted individually), and the nurse and BHA teams check in every fifteen minutes, day and night. Leaving your door half-open helps mitigate the change in light levels when they check in if that disrupts your sleep, and the nurses can give melatonin to help with getting *to* sleep. Showers are on a sign-up basis in morning and evening, and while the spigots kind of have an awkward spray, the water is warm and the shampoo smells good. The food is palatable to enjoyable (with the sole exception of the chicken parm, which is... well, it's *only* describable as edible-- best avoid that one), the papers come in daily so there are always crosswords, the TV gets regular channels as well as Freeform and Netflix, and coloring pages and word searches can be requested. They keep you busy with six to seven group sessions a day-- it can be exhausting to attend, and some folks find the topics 'cringey', but believe me, it's stuff that can really help, especially if you're honest with yourself and your docs about what you're dealing with. Overall, I would recommend NCH Behavioural Health 2-South to any adult in crisis as a safe, warm, helpful place to heal and find your footing again.

Changes Place is located in Loves Park, Illinois. This is a counseling facility that provides in person and online services. They offer substance use disorder treatment on an outpatient basis. Their first step is to conduct a face to face assessment. This allows them to determine the nature and extent of your relationship with drugs and alcohol. Yo

Great people! If you're in need of the services they offer. I would stop looking now and just give them a call. Jack is amazingly personable and was easy to talk to. His daughter Trisha is professional, wears a huge smile and is very friendly. They are a down to earth home grown facility that will help you get what you need done. Highly recommended.

This is the place to go to save your life. If it didn't work for YOU, it's because YOU didn't work it. If YOU had a problem with anyone, it's because YOU created it. If it didn't help YOU with your sobriety or mental health, it's because YOU didn't want it. Do YOU see where the problem is? Great staff, great therapists, and great doctors. Beautiful compound with AMAZING meetings filled with AMAZING people. I hope to meet some of you as we trudge the Road of Happy Destiny. May God bless you and keep you until then.

I wish I'd never had to write a review here, but I am doing it because the STAFF deserves to be recognized by the incredible work they do. From check in to discharged, everyone has empathy and care for the patients. My lifeline during my 10-day stay was my nurse Cheryl and other people that contributed to my healing journey were Dr. Gladwin, "Katrina", Paul and Joy among others. If I had to do it again, I'd once again check myself here. Thank you team!

As of 2025 it appears that staff is more engaged and knowledgeable on different policies and procedures. Visiting hours are much better as well. The overall treatment that is provided appears to be greatly improved since 2023. As such, I am updating this review from 1 star to 4 stars at this time. Keeping original review for historical comparison as time goes on. Below was from 2 years ago, approx. 2023. Absolutely avoid this place unless you want yourself and/or your loved ones further traumatized. First off their own site shows, as seen below, daily visitation periods when in fact they only allow visitors Monday, Wednesday and Friday for a 45 minute period each day. On top of that they frequently cancel one or two of those days weekly and often with no notice. If you call them out about keeping you from their family and try to stand up for your loved ones then they will add on with denying phone calls to your loved ones with claims that they are in crisis or "unavailable." Reason I say claims of being in crisis is because I had our outside therapist call them and they verified to me there was not a crisis situation with my loved one. Also wgile they stated on the phone my loved one was in crisis they stated "the doctor said i dont have to give you any more information," and hung up...excuse me? I am this persons emergency contact AND she signed a release form during intake authorizing me to be given any and all information on her care. Now they are also violating patients wishes outright. And as for the "unavailable" they then said my loved one was sleeping. Well, their own security in addition to wauwatosa police verified that was not the case. Also, during intake they stated they could even be flexible on the visit hours due to work schedules but then when the day came to visit they denied any time of day to visit. Their actions actually did then send my loved one into crisis and as such they were doing harm to her and violating the hippocratic oath as they were 100% denying any and all forms of communication with her biggest support system. They have shown in this situation that they do not actually care for their patients as their actions violated signed agreements with their patient, removed them from their support system and they even gave false information and lies to family members with signed authorization to information.
