My experience at the lighthouse was life-changing Tiffany she's the best she definitely is one tough act to follow even when all the clients were mad about the phone she maintained her ground taught us fairness within the staff and within the clients she inspired me. To keep being myself even when the struggle hits we really related on the whole chosen topic. And a big thank you to Janie henke my lighthouse counselor she really is the heart of the program acting as a personal manager all those requests all the phone calls she has to make all the organizing whatever we got going on in our lives she really does take off some big weight from us without her I would have had the hardest time in there. Big thank you to Steve who made it happen for me to be there for my son's surgery he's the best and the lunch Ladies we really stay because they cook for us the most amazing food. And Cheyenne what a sweetheart she really spoke real she really always made us reflect about the reality on the outside. I can say she prepared me and because of her wisdom she shared I am still sober today

Lighthouse is the best recovery center I've been too it really saved my life. The staff was so loving and supportive throughout my whole stay. I am living proof that their recovery program works. So proud to call myself and alumni. If your needing somewhere to go that will truly save your life help you start over I recommend them.

I've been in Anaheim for 2 months and being from Texas ,I love it out here. Not just the weather but the people at Restorations are awesome, the actually care about their clients. Even Roc the guy that runs the program. The 1st time I met him I went to introduce myself and he already knew who I was. I think that's awesome. I can tell he's been where I've been by listening to him speak. Coming out here has been one of the best decisions I've made next to goin to college I would recommend giving it a try if your looking for help to get your life together.

The building has more than one office to help mentally affected persons. Upstairs is the entry point and Dr. Kalika is amazing. He really listens and really cares. Downstairs is the PACT team which you may qualify for if you've had more than two 51/50s in the last year. This is a more intense therapy schedule and higher monitoring to keep you out of the hospital and jail. Jeuen is a wonderful counselor and uses EMDR to help deal with trauma, which is a highly effective therapy. Dr. Cheung is kind and compassionate and does more than just write scripts. Overall, my experience at this particular OCHA has been much better than the Westminster location years ago. I feel cared for, listened to and like the therapy is actually making a difference in my life.

I started hope house at 18 , I knew many people, I was 18 in the 90's just saying, my family donated, Mark is the best this program works, the only reason anyone would give a bad review is because nobody wants a change, I highly recommend this program for anyone who wants it's and not court ordered unless you want change!

I see most of the bad reviews are for the ER. I had a surgery here and it was smooth and easy from checking in to leaving. Brenda in particular was extremely great and called me multiple times, before surgery to double check any conditions I had, and after surgery to see how I was doing. It was the first time I'd gone under general anesthesia and I felt comfortable and safe going into it thanks to all the kind staff.

Better Days Detox truly lives up to its name. I’ve been here a few times, and every single time I’m welcomed with open arms. The staff is beyond supportive and genuinely cares — Gina, Tiffany, Earl, and John are all amazing, but my favorite is Hasya. She always goes above and beyond and makes you feel seen, safe, and supported. Detox isn’t easy, but the compassion and encouragement from this team makes a huge difference. Better.days was the best experience possible. All of the staff was so professional and so kind. A special thanks goes out to Tiffany, Earl, Haysia, Ayasia (spelling ?) and Jeremy who I was able.to really connect with. Jon was so awesome at getting rid of my anxiety when picking me up from the airport. This place is a hidden gem and an awesome place to learn. If anyone is looking for a safe, fun, and.caring environment I whole heartedly recommend Better Days for you.

Better Dayz has been one of the greatest experiences in my journey of recovery. From all the helpful staff: Tiffany, Gina, Lauren, Hasya, John, Earl, Aisha, House Manager Matt, and last but by far not least Chef Jeremy. When make a change in life for recovery, this place does it all. Great daily groups, meetings, private chef, pool and hot tub, and wonderful outings. I cannot thank everyone enough for all that they have done for me on my path. If you feel like making a positive step in recovery, definitely choose Better Dayz!

I’ve been a patient at Aegis Treatment Centers for a while now, and I really want to give a heartfelt thank you to the nurses there. Whenever I’m sick or not feeling well, they always step in right away and make sure I’m taken care of. It never feels like I’m just another patient to them. They genuinely check on me, help me through it, and make sure I’m as comfortable as possible. All of the nurses work together in such a kind and supportive way, and because of that, I always feel really welcomed when I walk in. Even on rough days, I know I’m going to be met with patience, understanding, and care instead of stress or judgment. It’s honestly a comforting place to go when I need help, and I’m really grateful for how consistently compassionate and attentive the nurses are. God bless 🙏🏻

I arrived at Opus seeking treatment primarily for my addiction to Kratom and Alcohol, and was also equally hoping to find solutions for my anxiety and depression. What I received in 30 days “far” exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived I was met with warmth, kindness, and an implied sense of understanding I hadn’t expected. Although a little apprehensive initially, I felt I had arrived at the right place. Having felt for so long that no one could possibly understand me or the complexities I had been dealing with, I was somewhat taken back by how quickly I’d be relieved of that burden and begin to build trust in the members of the staff. Speaking of which, each member of the staff always made me feel welcome, cared for, and that they were motivated to make my stay as comfortable and productive as possible. Their insights and expertise they would share at the group sessions (and when I’d speak to them individually) always left me better than when I arrived. I will forever be grateful for the Opus team. I believe not only have they changed my life for the better but set me on an entirely new trajectory to make the most of my future. Some of the staff left an especially big impression impression on my heart, for various reasons(in no particular order), including Cheryl, Manny, Dr. David, Dr. S, Dr. Tenney, Trayce, Andrew, Tommy, Gabe, Todd, Adrian, “Chef,” Candace, Maribel, Shugar, and others. My time here has been an experience I’ll never forget, and I’m incredibly grateful for the people who made it what it was. The staff were absolutely amazing. I especially want to recognize Tom, who went above and beyond and had a real impact on my experience here. I also want to give a huge thank you to Chuck, Adam, Cruz, Kolby, and Chef for everything they do every day. Each of them brought something different to the table, and I genuinely appreciate the care, patience, and support they showed me. Bobby has done an incredible job building and leading the coaching staff. You can tell that the people here genuinely care about the individuals they work with. They don’t just make you feel like another person going through a program. they make you feel seen, heard, valued, and respected. This place challenged me, helped me grow, and gave me memories and relationships that I’ll carry with me long after leaving.
