The entire staff was amazing! The counselors were great at communicating with the patients! Everyday was filled with positive and helpful information! The nurses were awesome at making sure everyone was comfortable, got their meds and were feeling as good as you could thru the program! Even the front desk person was very attentive to the patient's needs. Definitely a wonderful place to start your journey to recovery!

I am 5 years sober thanks to West Pines I can t thank the professionals (in the detox and rehab centers) enough for SAVING MY LIFE! The staff truly cares about their patients and provided care that met my needs. The whole program exceeded my expectations and I can't thank everyone enough for the impact they made on my life and mental health. Deciding to seek treatment was not an easy thing for me but I am so glad I chose Footprints to Recovery. It wasn't all just sitting around doing therapy all day and we got the chance to do yoga, art and music therapy, and also go outdoors with Adventure Recovery. If you are considering treatment I highly encourage you to invest in yourself and give Footprints a call!

Footprints was an absolutely stellar facility to go to after completing inpatient addiction treatment. The staff were all very patient and understanding during my biggest ups and downs during treatment, and I never felt any judgement even at my lowest points. Recovery is such a serious rock to carry but the groups and providers helped me collect the tools necessary to be able to tackle this journey on my own. The nursing team was incredibly helpful in finding me medications that are actually helping my mental health and addiction cravings. I've had more success in the three months I got to share with Footprints than the years I've worked with my primary care and therapist. Andrew with case management is hilarious and hugely helpful with resources and managing work and life alongside treatment. Anika is an incredible therapist and I am sad to leave her care, but know she will continue to do amazing things for other clients. If you are struggling with any substance abuse, I highly recommend seeking help with Footprints. They will absolutely get you back on your feet.

I went to the IOP program and had a very uplifting experience. Councilors are top notch. I believe this because I have been a part of other programs and the group settings here are all inclusive where I felt everyone had ample time to express feelings and issues safely. Well run meetings and varied topics. Another wonderful aspect is the on going on line family member meetings where loved ones have great opportunity to share and learn! Also all recovery meetings weekly on line meetings for us as patients/ clients. My own recovery is going well with 70 sober days now giving me a renewed sense of inner peace and joy. God bless.

This was my first time trying sobriety and this was the first place I came to!!! The clinicians and the groups are amazing! It's not like any other program. They help you to find yourself. They give you the tools to become someone that you made. They aren't people who tell you what you need to do but people who help you along the way of your own growth! Alex and Allison are amazing! The group interactions are spectacular! Everyone is so engaging and come from all walks of life! The way they tie your addiction into psychological and scientific understanding gives you so much more prospective within yourself. They don't tell you why you did it they help you find your own answers! Their guidance is amazing! This program is one that keeps you interested. I went here two years ago and I still miss sometimes when life gets hard and it was an amazing program. The thing I liked about NDF was that if you want to be successful in recovery they don’t baby you but they also treat you like a person. every session and handout was different, interesting, and helped me learn more about my disease, helping me heal. The staff put a lot of time and energy into giving a shit about my success in recovery, if you care about yourself your family and your future they will help you and they don’t forget you when you leave. They have an alumni program that is getting off the ground but is the best part of my week that I have for myself as a mom I really need that. I owe my life to the caring of these people!!!

If you hit that bottom in your life, This is the place to find yourself. It is a spiritual program with staff that been through the same experiences in life that are there with open arms. No one is better than anyone there. We're all in this together. I'm not from here so I didn't know what to expect but I was welcomed with open arms. The love and knowledge that is shared is unbelievable. It gives a sense of hope and is the beginning of the rest of your life. My stay at New Beginnings was very warm and welcoming from the very beginning. The staff are kind compassionate and understanding. They care and go out of their way to help you on your recovery journey. The groups are both educational and eye-opening. I would definitely recommend this place for anybody that is struggling and wanting the tools for long-lasting recovery.

Raleigh House The Center did amazing things for me. There were some issues with things being broken and the food being repetitive but what they gave me was well worth that! DWR has been amazing for my mental health healing. This place saved my life. It truly is a home away from home where they help women by welcoming them without judgement and with such kindness. I would not be the woman I am today without the support from Alex, Rachel, Lilly, and Crystal. You women are absolutely amazing and I thank you so much for all your love and support … and allowing me to cry, laugh, crash out, and be myself… and of course hold me accountable in my recovery. In July 2025, I started IOP at DWR which was the best decision I ever made. Their staff are supportive and extremely knowledgeable; special shoutout to Rachel, Amanda, and Crystal for all of their endless support! During IOP, I relapsed more than once and was never treated differently because of it. Instead of criticizing my decisions, DWR provided me with the support and safe space to work through my relapses while still holding me accountable. I have now been sober just over one year and even though I am the one who makes the decision to continue my sobriety everyday, I owe DWR for giving me the tools and confidence to do so. Thank you DWR for saving my life when I had almost given up and helping me create a life worth living.

The doctors, nurses, and support staff were attentive, compassionate, and took the time to answer questions and make me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The best detox i have been too. Im surprised they take medicaid. All of staff are exceptional, they treat you like a human, and are willing to go out of the way to help you. Conor, your the man! The facility is a bit small and laid out kind of funky, but you get essentially a hotel room with a TV. Private bathroom and good shower. Yes, you may share the room with someone, but most of us i'm sure have been bunked up with a lot more than one other. Food was good, snacks when ever you want. You may smoke outside and vape indoors. If in the Springs or Pueblo it's definitely worth the drive. I'll definitely be recommending this place to anyone I know that is thinking of a detox facility. Thank you very much to all that helped.

I really liked this VA location and had great specialists that did everything they could on my case. The facility is very nice, new, and they have wheelchair service. It is too difficult to get to RMR from Colorado Springs though through illness, too far to travel, so I couldn’t stay with them. The process of getting transferred over to the Springs was difficult. There was also a hiccup with neurosurgery for quite some time and waiting on genetics for a year and a half. Other than that, the RMR team was really great and I appreciate everything they did.

I was sent here 7 years ago during a difficult moment in my past life. I didn’t have any particular problems at the facility at all. Was sent against my will from Swedish medical center. The food wasn’t great but, gushers and fruit snacks were available all the time that was my favorite part, my comfort food thank you. You could smoke cigarettes, and have your phone back then. Possibly still now I don’t know. I didn’t participate in any of the group sessions, but It was a reset for sure, no complaints besides the horrible food. 🍱 I would like to speak to the old doctor who asked me about my childhood emdr, I need to speak to him. How can I contact him? Just a phone call. He is the doctor who tells people they can’t leave until he says so. Minimum 3 days but up to 2 weeks. I need to tell him thank you and I need answers to my questions.

This was the best experience I had and the nurses and staff made made me feel safe during my stay. I always come back here. Thanks Denver Springs for great experience y'all get 10 and above in my back
