The Desert Star Program is very good and and effective part of any recovery. My classes were all virtual, however I'd recommend In-Person if possible to connect better with the other participants and the facilitator.

I met with Craig Lees and learned about both the team and their approach to treatment. I was impressed with his sincerity, and humbleness, as well as his knowledge and experience.

Lived near The Ranch for years and didn't know what it was. Drove by several times and would see horses, a well manicured property and goat yoga! Finally the day came where someone close tome needed help with substance abuse and voila; The Ranch offers what they need. That person has been a student of the ranch for several months receiving the help they need. It is nice to see a multi purpose place like The Ranch being utilized and offering help to those who need it, in a very different approach.

Have been here multiple times in the past 10 plus years, the staff in the Ed are fantastic! Robin the PA there is very thorough and has helped get me back to feeling my best many times! George the PA in the ER is very knowledgeable, Kelly the NP in the ER treated some post op pain I had, and made sure there wasn’t anything else going on, she was very respectful and did not gaslight me at all! The surgical department and staff have always taken great care of me from check in to recovery! The pharmacy has always been very communicative and has been able to get all my meds for me so I don’t have to go elsewhere. Would highly recommend!

My wife and I use Banner for most of our medical needs. My wife was admitted twice in the last couple of months. I was admitted recently for a one night stay after an ER visit. The ER in CG was very efficient and got me in right away. They took care of my issue's quickly, but wanted to keep me overnight. It did take awhile to get admitted and get a room. I was provided good care and followup during my brief stay. The major issue my wife and I have during these occurrences of being admitted, is the getting out of the hospital. On the day you are to be released, the communication was the same in all 3 cases. The house doctor or nurse would say early in the morning, the specialist or doctor will be by this morning and then we will proceed with the release. Then all the communication and even nurse visits stop for the rest of the day. For some reason nothing happens as communicated earlier. Then we sat there for hours. Not sure what we're waiting for. Eventually getting a visit by someone late in the afternoon and released. During my recent visit, I am grateful to my nurse Veronica, who went above and beyond and communicated with me on what was going on and even calling individuals to find out what the delay was. She is an outstanding nurse and is a asset to Banner. She was very empathetic to my needs. We like Banner Health and will continue to use them, but that's one area I feel they need to improve, the release stage of a hospital stay. Once again, thank you Veronica to a job well done. I recently had outpatient surgery at Banner Casa Grande. I could not have had a better experience. From the minute I walked in the door through the whole process, I was shown nothing but care and compassion. All the nurses were fabulous, the operating staff was great. I am greatful that we have such great healthcare professionals in our community.

I want to share that my husband has been struggling with alcohol and came to see Sophia, he still has struggles but she has gone above and beyond to be there every way that she can. Her supervisor even stopped to help, I am extremely impressed by how attentive and compassionate they have been. Thank you again for being amazing and caring when you don’t have to.

I use primary care and mental health here. My case worker was amazing. I was scheduled right away. I have Sabrina, Thomas and Barry and they have listened to all my concerns and have addressed them! I had cvs issues and they called and took care of it same day!!!! I missed an appointment sick and they called to check on me asked if I needed anything!!!!!! I’m definitely gonna keep coming here!!! Front desk is very kind as well! I believe it’s Alex that takes the blood pressure and takes you to room, she makes me feel like were family hahaha great person!!!! Thank you all for such great care and listening and addressing health issues that no other place would listen too!!!!
