I was at TRH from 8/13/26 to 8/19/26 for rehabilitation after knee replacement surgery. Every member of the staff treats the patients with kindness and patience while ensuring you get the care that you need. All of the Physical Therapists encouraged you to push yourself even tho you thought you didn't have anything left but didn't push you to the point of exhaustion. The nursing staff were so very kind and caring and so very helpful. Drs Lux, Raju and Bruckman were patient and explained any procedure you may have questions about. There are just too many of the staff to name individually. I will just say I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who needs it.

Luxury? Yes? Do they keep an eye on you if you’re high risk? Double yes. Myself and a group of friends couldn’t complete the program due to needing a higher level of care, but the staff did EVERYTHING they could to keep us there and referred us to excellent programs. The food, programming, rooms (on the res side) were amazing, and they immediately recognized when I wasn’t ready/needed a higher loc. Sierra Tucson saved my life in telling me I needed more (despite how much I wanted to stay…the facility is lovely), and I am grateful.

I've worked in the field of Mental Health and Addiction for 25 years. I've had multiple family members in treatment across different levels of care. Lived near The Ranch for years and didn't know what it was. Drove by several times and would see horses, a well manicured property and goat yoga! Finally the day came where someone close tome needed help with substance abuse and voila; The Ranch offers what they need. That person has been a student of the ranch for several months receiving the help they need. It is nice to see a multi purpose place like The Ranch being utilized and offering help to those who need it, in a very different approach.

Went yesterday to visit someone for they're birthday. Visiting day is Sunday only. But since work prevents Sunday being available for us. And then the fact that it's a 4 hour drive each way. The staff made an exception. We were permitted to bring a cake. Which everyone, staff included had a serving. And gift's were given. I was pulled off to the side to discuss the situation with respect to the rest involved. Staff is helpful and friendly. And most of them seem to genuinely care about the clients. As a wife, watching someone you love struggle with alcoholism , it can be heart breaking. There were days filled with fear, uncertainty, and sadness. Today, because of Renaissance Recovery and most importantly my husbands hard work , I can honestly say my husband is a new man. My husband completed the 90-day Intensive Outpatient Program and continued with nine months of aftercare. The man standing beside me today is not the same man who walked through those doors. He is present, compassionate, accountable, and full of hope. Our marriage has been restored, our family has been healed, and we are building a future together . There simply aren't enough words to thank Steve and the entire staff. They saw something in my husband that he couldn't see in himself. They loved him, challenged him, encouraged him, and never gave up on him. Their support extended beyond recovery—it gave our family a second chance. I am forever grateful that my husband chose Renaissance Recovery and that God placed these incredible people in our lives at exactly the right time.Steve and staff always made themselves available for not just my husband but also for myself. If your family is feeling hopeless, please know that healing is possible. We are living proof that people can change, marriages can be restored, and families can be made whole again. Thank you, Steve, and everyone at Renaissance Recovery, for giving me my husband back. It is a gift I will never take for granted.

Steve is an incredible addiction counselor. He is straightforward, genuine, and truly cares about each and every family he works with — and it shows. From his thoughtful and timely outreach, to the daily positive quotes he shares, to the family group forums he hosts for loved ones of those living with addiction, every interaction is intentional and supportive. The forums have been especially meaningful. They helped us understand what to expect, how not to internalize behaviors related to addiction, and how to better navigate the challenges that come with it. His guidance brings clarity during an incredibly confusing and emotional time. Steve is truly a blessing to anyone who has the opportunity to meet and work with him. I am deeply grateful for everything he has done for us.

I had my first visit with Angela Webb today. It is the first time I’ve ever had a NP or doctor spend that much time getting to know me, asking me questions and discussing options for preventative care. This is a mental health facility that includes Therapy, a Dr to prescribe needed meds to contribute to your mental health and group meetings/sessions like anger managent group. You may be familiar with their services as they used to be on the trail but had this facility built to thier purposes and moved in earlier this year. It is a nice upgrade. I do mostly video sessions myself. It's a nice facility but my agoraphobia doesn't let me leave the house as much as I would like. It isn't as all encompassing as I would like it to be. They focus on they highly popular Depression and Anxiety and don't delve into to the many more disorders that need just as much if not more support. That's why I dropped a star. I'm on Medicare and a fixed income and this facility helps with other things like $0 copay for your mental health meds, a social worker to check in on you at home to see if there are things you need to improve your life that you may not even realize until they offer or you ask. I get food boxes and free rides into therapy and group, if I can go. Your needs may be different so ask the social worker they assign you. I can't speak to all the therapists as I'm satisfied with the Susie the first therapist they assigned me when I moved my therapy here earlier this year. I had a bad experience when I first reached out for help 10 years ago and quit before my 3rd session because I didn't know it was OK to ask for someone else. That not onlly delayed my ability to heal and it actually sent me into a downward spiral, out of control for a few years. I say this because it's really important to know. One therapists style is not a good fit for everyone. "Interview" your therapist for a couple sessions and if they don't feel right ask for another. Some people need to try on multiple therapists to find one that fits. You need to be 100% comfortable opening up to and bearing your inner most (and sometimes darkest) secrets, and problems to. You talk to this person about things you don't even tell your spouse/partner. Ask for another option, they won't be upset. I hope you can get help here. If you can't then find somewhere to go. You can't start a new life without support. Mental health is not something you can do solo. If you could you'd already be healed.

I am eternally grateful for the loving care my mother received in the last few years of her life at Copper Sky. Living with a loved one afflicted by Alzheimer’s can be quite difficult and very stressful. As a family member I was always supported by staff and felt her care was nothing less than excellent. The staff truly do care for their residents. Everyone is family at Copper Sky! Thank you, Quintin, Taylor, Amber, Karla and all the staff! You are the best! Peace and love to you all. -Kristin (daughter of Mary C.)

My LO has lived here for 5 months. The staff from the owner all the way down are caring, helpful & loving. My LO can be very difficult and has presented some challenges. Mgmt is always willing to discuss situations with us and find solutions. The facility is homey and always clean. They have appropriate activities. The rooms very in size, all have a large window & high ceilings so even my LOs smaller room doesn’t feel cramped and is very inviting. The whole building is bright. It has been a great comfort to me, especially days I can’t visit, to know that my LO is in. Safe, clean, caring environment. I looked into other places: one local AL’s memory care section resemble a dingy hospital. There isn’t much in Casa Grande to choose from but we have the Crown Jewel in AL Memory Care Facilities. I really don’t think you’ll find one better anywhere. Their brochure photos are accurate.

My wife is a resident in Copper Sky. She is the one that said I want to live here when we visited while she lived on her own. I don’t have any regrets about Mary’s care at Copper Sky. If I need care in the future I’ll be happy to live there too.
