I had excellent care from the ER to the inpatient. The nurses, doctors, and CNAs were all friendly, helpful, and professional. I went for an urgent matter in the ER, the treatment was very thorough. I, unfortunately, had to be checked in for treatment. My stay was comfortable and attentive. They take care of everything even when I was discharged, they schedule my aftercare appointments, the pharmacist came by and dropped off my medication to take home. Overall great care.

The River Source took me in when I was close to being too far gone. It's not a vacation, and don't expect one. However, the Staff did an extensive evaluation on my individual needs in terms of dietary, medical, and mental health; and ultimately everything I required to be healthy and sober. The Staff inspires you to live again instead of existing, or not existing. After a detoxification period of 7 days from the last time you used, you will move to the Residential side where you will really learn the affects of drugs in your life and all those in it by utilizing a 12-Step holistic program curriculum. You will build strong bonds with fellow clients and realize you are not alone. And no matter how bad you think your life is going, there is someone sitting next to you in a similar, if not worse, situation. You will have the opportunity to exercise and learn meditation techniques to elevate the healing in your body. You will be amazed at your transformation if, and only if, you put in the work. The Staff provides you with the tools you need to become a sober addict. And once you are there, give yourself the break you deserve and be proud of your progress. Don't expect perfection because you will be disappointed.
I just passed 90 days sober. I drank over 30 years and after multiple spinal surgeries, I was prescribed opiates. Slowly, gradually, and piece by piece, my life fell to shambles over 15 years Yet, I was holding onto a runaway train. The opiates were telling my mind that I was feeling more pain than was actually there in my body. If you can identify with any of what I said, get help. If not from The River Source, then get it somewhere before its too late. The River Source saved my life and I am eternally grateful.

What brought me into this place was Alcoholism, I was hitting rock bottom, and I needed to once and for all stop relapsing. I felt lucky to have found this place, they were a Godsend to my life. They saved me, thanks to them I'm living in sobriety.

I originally signed up for 30 days and I eventually extended treatment. Everything about my time here was great in my darkest of days my fellow brother and staff helped me push through it. Groups inside/outside meetings were great especially the outside meetings. Trips were very nice as well. Vitamin I.V. bags were very helpful part of my recovery. Massage, Yoga, Exercise Time were a huge part of my recovery. Food was always nutritious but it would have been nice if they could have thrown some chicken & waffles every now and then. I was very greatful to have been here for my recovery

I have been coming here for over 15 years and would tell anyone struggling with opioid addiction that there is a place where you can find help and never have to suffer from debilitating pains in agony because your body is going thru withdraw and you will never have to suffer in silence trying to hide from your addiction that is always going to catch up with you so if your ready to free yourself from burden of having to chase pills and always wandering if you'll have enough to make it thru another day just hoping you can find someone who has some thing to stop those withdraws this is the place for you to find what your looking for. Methadone treatment saved my life and don't listen to what anyone tells you or what you may have heard about methadone treatment just make the call and come talk to one of the counselors to get the facts and then give it a chance because they don't expect anyone to be cured overnight but they can offer the support and start you on medication and give you more the next day and keep sticking to that plan to show up everyday youll keep getting a little bit more everyday by the end of your first week you will start to feel so much better by end of week 2 you'll be able to get a good night's rest 3rd week you won't worry because the withdraws will subside by week 4 you'll still be raising your dose but withdraws will be gone but you may still have cravings or you may not need to raise your dose any higher but whatever the case they will give you everything you need to get you drug free until you have no more cravings and you will soon wander why you waited so long to start treatment. Whatever excuses you have not to start or keep going back they can help with getting rides , filling application for access if you need help paying or can't pay they have lots of programs that might qualify you for help to get started on treatment so give them a call , you won't regret it and privacy for patience is a top priority so if your worried someone might find out like an employer or family member they do not and will not ever acknowledge if someone is or is not a patient so they can protect every person who walks thru their doors from having to worry about the choice to come there and consequences of someone finding out they make every patient sign a non disclosure agreement so if someone you know happens to show up one Day they are banned from exposing any person or patient or even talking about seeing someone while they are there for treatment so it's very discreet and you need to take a chance make the call and get your life back on track because your never to old to learn something new like how to live your life sober and happy so they will give you the tools you will need to succeed and I hope if I can convince just one person to try then these words will have been worth all it took to get them somewhere to let someone find them and if I save just one person that's enough for me and I hope to see you there one day

This place doesn’t make you feel worthless because of the reason you are here. They extend more than just help with drugs. They’re sincere and human and my counselor Marne is amazing and a wonderful woman. She has definitely been in my life and has made such a huge difference in my recovery from prescription pain meds to now Suboxone. This is going to be my sixth year in recovery. I learned a lot going to TLC. I have heard many stories about others and how they don’t work but this one works! The staff are absolutely amazing and help anyone and everyone in anyway possible. It’s a 4 month treatment center but in that 4 months they teach you so much and they help you get back on your feet. You go out and look for jobs so that when your time is done there you should have a job and some money saved up and not just thrown back out in the streets! This place was a god send!

I started Modern Recovery’s virtual IOP the end of April 2025 for substance abuse and mental health and graduated July 2025 after my 12 week treatment plan.
I loved the group session and my facilitator Braedon was amazing. He asked questions that were thought provoking and made me feel things I’d been bottling down and helped with through “sitting in the suck”. I never felt judged by anyone and only felt a great amount of support by my peers.
My case manager and individual therapist were also amazing and supportive. The team they have is responsive, respectful, and just plain amazing.
I thought there was no hope for me. I’d done detox twice and a 30 day inpatient rehab. This program helped me change that outlook and I’m full of gratitude. I’ve used the tools they have given me numerous times to work through cravings or through bouts of anxiety and/or depression. I am 244 days sober today and thankful for every moment that I felt exhausted and overwhelmed and didn’t want to go to group but did.
If I could continue the course with new educational modules I 100% would. Take the chance. I questioned it at first but I’m forever thankful I did.

I worked as a trail walker in 1996. I served a mission in Venezuela. I was praying to know what to do when I got back from Venezuela and had a dream I was sitting around a fire with all these boys . Then around the hill came a group of boys . While I was in Venezuela I had a friend send a picture and on the back of it said Anasazi . I knew I was suppose to go work their when I got back. The very first day I went out their . I was sitting around the camp fire and that group of boys I had dreamt about came around that hill. Those boys I ended up working with them a month. I had the best experiences of my life with them changes happen to so many of them. I remember the first day climbing this huge mountain . I remember thinking wow this is soo hard that group of boys was the fastest group at hiking , I remembering thinking I am not sure I can continue . That exact moment I had that thought this boy by me said I remember this dream I had about you a couple weeks ago and you where that Angel that came to help me.
Anasazi is truly a place that changes hearts and families. I loved seeing the kids come in and the changes that happens with in them. They come from all kinds of backgrounds of life and then leave with this confidence and peace that comes with being out their and finding their way, because all the distraction of this world are gone. I've had two kids go to Anasazi for different reasons but life changing for both of them. A son 4 years ago, and a daughter who completed the program just a few days ago. Anasazi stands above all other wilderness survival programs because of their "walking as we" approach. When my daughter walked "ran away" from her group, the leaders went with her and walked alongside her to support her in her anxiety. No pressure, no conflict, just love and support. She chose to come back to the group and we picked her up 7 weeks later (last weekend) with a resilience in her eyes I've never seen before. If you are questioning your decision to send your child to Anasazi, don't. It's for teens and adults of most every level of struggling. The ASAP program was absolutely life changing for us, my husband and I thought it was so beneficial. It helped us get through a really tough time and gave us tools to better navigate a situation we never dreamed we would be in. Our daughter came out of a 30 day residential treatment program into ASAP, it was exactly the accountability she needed to stay the course to becoming clean and staying clean. The therapists were really great and the tools and content taught in the program were a game changer for us. ASAP definitely enlightened us on boundaries and the ways we were enabling some of the behaviors unintentionally, we are so grateful for that. While she might never admit it helped save her life, we know it did.

Great Clinic with great staff!! Donna is my counselor and she’s the best!!! Everyone is friendly and I like how Melissa has really turned this place around with finally a great staff of people who love their jobs but more importantly genuinely care about their patients!! Unlike other clinics I been to never have I had so many people at one place know who u are and accept who u may once been before but who u are today by not making the same mistakes so many of us did in the past!!! Being treated fairly and when u may need someone to talk to from Lisa up front who’s always got that smile to make any ones day or the gals dispensing the medication to remind u to bring ur box on days they might be closed or Dr Tracy to see how the medication is working and. Lisa to remind everyone it’s almost 11 sometimes so u need to come earlier or in time which she is definitely the enforcer of the bunch but that is what makes this place unique and why they know every single persons name and more cause they care and u don’t find that in clinics anymore!!! This place was absolutely amazing. Exactly a year ago I was admitted and the staff were nothing but extremely kind, Mr.Herb was an absolutely amazing health tech who made me and my friends smile and laugh all the time, I was called by my preferred name by everyone, the food was absolutely amazing as someone who has problems with many foods, my only problem was this one nurse that was one nurse, when I went to take my meds in the morning I saw that she was a nurse that didn’t usually work in my unit, and she was trying to tell me that none of my problems were real and that I’m just dramatic, later that day i had an “outbreak” I’ll call it and she was very unkind afterwards, looking at me with distain when giving me bandages and when I asked to use my hair brush when I got out of the shower she said I couldn’t have it because my doctor said that I could harm myself with it and that she didn’t trust me, I talked to my doctor the next day about it and he said that did not happen, but other than that every nurse and health tech was super kind, funny, and were really just trying to make our stay better and I appreciate all of them, especially miss Hannah and miss Rachel (I think that’s her name), all these negative comments really confused me, this is a lovely place, and there were rarely many fights and one of the only violent people I remember was actually really sweet, Sedona unit made this horrible time in my life much less stressful and I’m glad to say I’ve really recovered because of this hospital, though getting in contact with the place to see about admitting me was really hard and the lady lied about what we could have in the hospital, many things she said we couldn’t have, if we asked our doctor we were 100% fine to have this stuff, I really recommend this place ♥️

This place saved my life. Be forever grateful for it …No, I mean YOU should be EXTREMELY grateful for it! EXCELLENT STAFF GOOD PEOPLE! I have referred at least 100 people to Crossroads. Probably 10 went. Out of that 10, I betcha 10 of them are still sober! They taught me how to deal with things without getting loaded. I lost everything I owned and instead of dwelling on that they taught me coping skills and I’ve successfully completed and I’m off probation now. Lived near The Ranch for years and didn't know what it was. Drove by several times and would see horses, a well manicured property and goat yoga!
Finally the day came where someone close tome needed help with substance abuse and voila; The Ranch offers what they need. That person has been a student of the ranch for several months receiving the help they need. It is nice to see a multi purpose place like The Ranch being utilized and offering help to those who need it, in a very different approach.

I visit here with my fiance he's been on and off coming to this location struggling with his addiction. Luckily I was able to get mine under control but as for him who still gets easily tempted.. this place is crowded sometimes during late mornings and people easily make drug deals right in front of recovering addicts. Please switch chairs around how they were facing forward towards the desks at one point and make sure people are not crowding on the walkways ect. Because it is triggering for people still struggling with addiction currently 🙏 especially asking if they have some to go walk anf smoke out in their cars... also maybe no purses in the bathroom if they place hooks on the outside door in front of the nurses to monitor. Because people WILL do FENTANYL in the restroom.. I've smelt it. Other than that. Staff are always nice even to me as im not a patient here 🙏

Have been coming to CMS for a little over 4yrs now, and can quite honestly say these folks brought my life back. From Kurt, to Jon, Sandy, and as of recently Ryan. I've never missed a day, and have never failed a UA. There was no need to return to my old ways. Recently I had my first, and hopefully only hiccup in the system. It forced me up the chain of command, and a gentleman named Ryan cleared the concern up. I'm so.very grateful for him swingin the bat for me, and resolving a potentially huge problem. Never once have I been treated lower than, and made me feel like I was an ordinary guy who hit a bump in the road. Couldn't be more thankful for Ryan and the team. They're true professionals, that can see thru the BS, and help where help is needed. Thank you CMS for giving me the tools to get my life back where it belonged, and for continuing to help in a judgement free manner 👍👍👍

We love Banner we went in today for my daughters first MRI recently diagnosed with epilepsy and has gone through some testing which had previously caused anxiousness. The staff here is amazing! From today’s visits from the nurse who was with other staff who were students and there were many people in the room. They all were so pleasant including the anesthesiologist and made my daughter feel so very safe leaving me to get her MRI done under sedation with the nursing staff. From waking up from anesthesia to educating me on what to look for at home. I was so pleased. She sees the neurology team there too and they’ve been so wonderful as well.
