I had my phone the whole time. For anyone coming from a detox program where everything gets locked away, that's worth knowing. Being able to stay in contact with family and handle things in my life while doing the program made it feel sustainable, not like I'd put everything on pause.

I came to White Sands a shell of a person and was losing hope that life would ever get better. From the moment I was greeted in the parking lot- I was welcomed and treated like a person and not a number. I not only got a chance to get some clean time before going out into the world, but the therapy and the groups they offer really dig deep into the actual issues of why we started using in the first place. I highly recommend the core skills program- its life changing. Many of the people working there are in recovery and it was absolutely mind blowing to me how well I was treated the entire stay. Many of my peers including myself have been to other treatment facilities and never got the kind of care you will recieve here. Even the food is made from scratch and prepared with love. The housing is very comfortable and clean and the whole campus is well cared for. The activities they have for us when we have down time are a lot of fun- pickle ball and can jam were my favorites. They even offer massage and chiro visits. This was an excellent experience overall. Thank you for helping me get back up and ready to tackle what comes next on my journey.

I can’t say enough about this place! White Sands was like home away from home. All of our needs and wants were met with a smile and a caring voice. All of the counselors absolutely love their job and you can see it when they interact with the patients. The techs were very compassionate and did all they could to make our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. The therapists take their time and really get to know you and help you through your struggles. The community is the heart of the program. The more involved you become with others the more you learn along the way. Make sure to take part in the extracurricular activities such as: corn hole, pickleball, uno, karaoke and ping pong, it really does help make it feel more like a summer camp and less like rehab. Finally, Janette one of the case managers goes ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure that EVERYTHING is just right.

Every time I make a new account for a free YT Premium subscription I always leave a 5 star review for WhiteSands. I went three times and it was always so magical. It’s great during the winter months even more so. I was just talking to a friend about WS and we were talking about how it’s such a vacation…. Wake up and walk to the common area with the breakfast buffet. Get a cup of coffee. Walk back to your room and get ready for the day. Process group. 11am group. Now it’s nap time. Afternoon group. Phone. Gym. Hit the buffet… again. Some sort of activity at 8pm. Now the day is almost over and you and your roommate agree on a movie… but first you’re a little hungry so grab a snack and walk around for a second. Anyways. My last time I was there I was a real brat because I was scared…. You know the real world hits fast. 40 hour work week. 5 meetings a week. Therapy. I’m off the Suboxone now, also. Anyways just I think I’m so melancholic about WS is it always because a beacon of Hope. From my first time to the third time I usually arrive in trash bags spun out. And I don’t plan on relapsing. But I made the mistake of going to a treatment center on the East Coast and the entire time I was there I kept saying “You’re not doing this right. You get a vape! Where’s the vape? Where’s the nightly activity? Where’s the community?” The therapist and counselors are actually top tier. Case Managers actually are hands on there. Sometimes I just get so flustered with life I wish I could just go back to WhiteSands and take a break. It’s literally the only reason I pay my insurance premiums.

Incredibly grateful for my stay at WhiteSands. This is as close to five star that you'll get with Florida Blue. Received amazing therapy with Maria, she's an asset to the company! Also thanks to Lawrence, Donald, Anna, Eric, Mike, and Keshawna for group sessions. I've been here before, and they've improved! Amazing case management, medical (including nurses), psych, dietary, gym facilities, and extra activities to keep things interesting. WS has everything you need to begin the healing process and enjoy your stay. I leave with the tools for a successful recovery.

I have so much to be thankful for this company and this process! I was one of those convinced that I didn’t need treatment, that I could do this all on my own. But I’d tried it my way too many times without success. Finally reaching out for help has been one of the best decisions of my life. The staff here are amazing! From the therapists, the BHT’s, case workers, everyone. And especially the LIV program. All of the activities like snorkeling, paddle boarding, and rock climbing to name a few really helped me to remember the person I used to be. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for help, can’t say enough good things about it.

There are simply no words to express how deeply grateful our family is to the Hanley Center. I believe God led our son there at exactly the right time and that the people at Hanley were an answer to our prayers. Our son needed inpatient treatment for alcoholism, however, our local facility had no inpatient beds available. Outpatient treatment was offered, but it wasn’t enough. When we contacted Hanley, Renee Rogers and her entire admissions team immediately stepped in. They treated him as an emergency admit, worked with his insurance, and made the entire process happen quickly and seamlessly. When he landed at the airport, a car was already waiting for him. Their professionalism was matched by an extraordinary level of compassion and genuine care. My husband and I attended family week, which was truly life-changing. The education and guidance we received were phenomenal and gave us a much deeper understanding of addiction, recovery, and how we can support our son and our family moving forward. I strongly encourage every family to participate. Our son’s primary therapist, Michael Friedman, was simply exceptional. He is incredibly knowledgeable, personable, compassionate and gifted at what he does. We will forever be grateful for the role he played in our son’s recovery. To Renee Rogers, her entire admissions team, as well as Michael Friedman, thank you for literally saving our son’s life. You are all incredibly gifted humans and such an integral part of his journey. We will forever be grateful and I wholeheartedly recommend the Hanley Center to anyone struggling with addiction.

Four years ago I walked into Beachway at the lowest point of my life. Mental illness, addiction, and no belief I'd make it out. It wasn't my first treatment center either. I'd tried several before and none of them changed anything. Beachway did. Today I'm four years clean. The therapists and counselors, the entire team, are what make this place. They don't just tell you what you want to hear. They challenge you, because they actually want you to get better, and then they're right there at your hardest moments. In those darkest moments, they help you see light. Their trauma therapy in particular is the best I've ever experienced. It got to the root of things no other place had touched. And the therapy isn't only for the patient. It's for the whole family, and that made a huge difference for all of us. I still stay in touch with one of my therapists there today, four years later. That tells you everything about how much they care. If you or someone you love is struggling: go. It was the best decision of my life.

Without a doubt the best thing that ever happened to me The facility is great Every one there from the techs nurses staff and especially therapists are the best And they have a Christian track and a trauma track that are world class One shout out to Pastor Troy. A absolute embodiment of what Christ himself is like. Even if you’re not a Christian and you slightly have an inkling that there is a higher power in this universe and or not. You will gain so much insight and peace from Pastor Troy This was my second time to a Rehab facility for alcohol drugs and Porn addiction. My first was fall of 2024 to a facility funny enough 4 miles from Beachway. That facility cured me of alcohol. But Beachway provided the cure on the drugs and porn. Why u ask ? Because they really got down to the root causes of my problems How. For me I need a complete restoration of heart mind body and soul . Beachway provided all of this comprehensively So check it out. And being 64 I didn’t have another rodeo in me Lastly after you get healed and cured it is up to you to maintain what the facility did for you and your efforts that you put into recovery You immediately got to get into a 12 step program. Find a good sponsor to help you in the big book. And I mean within 24 hours of leaving rehab. 80% of people are successful in beating their addictions doing this. Otherwise the chances are you’re going to be back in a rehab jail or dead. The addictions just grow like a cancer and this goes for mental health as well. Also I attend Beachway Alumni meetings and Beachway bible study via zoom that is provided for alumni. So with that why wait. Make the call what do you have nothing to lose and your life to reclaim

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It is almost impossible to put into words what Beachway has meant to me. I arrived at Beachway needing help, but I left with so much more than I ever could have imagined. Beachway gave me a safe place to begin with detox and then provided the structure, education, accountability, and support I needed to build a real foundation for sobriety. I didn’t simply learn how to stop using—I learned how to live sober. I learned to recognize my triggers, understand the emotions underneath them, develop healthier coping skills, and begin creating a life in recovery that I genuinely want to protect. The therapists, staff, groups, programs, and community challenged me to look honestly at myself, understand things I had carried for years, and learn healthier ways to move forward. Beachway gave me tools that I know I will carry with me for the rest of my life. But one of the greatest gifts Beachway gave me was the people. I walked through those doors surrounded by strangers and walked out with some of the best friends I will ever have in my life. There is something incredibly powerful about going through such a vulnerable, difficult, life-changing experience alongside people who truly understand you. We laughed together, cried together, challenged each other, encouraged each other, and celebrated each other’s victories. Those friendships became a huge part of my experience and my recovery, and I genuinely believe many of them will last a lifetime. Beachway wasn’t simply a place I went for treatment. It became a community where I felt seen, supported, challenged, and cared about. I learned more about myself there than I ever expected, and I left with a completely different perspective on my life, my sobriety, and my future. I will forever be grateful to the therapists, medical and nursing staff, techs, and every person who walked beside me during my time there. And to the incredible friends I made along the way—you will always be part of my story. If you are considering Beachway and wondering whether taking that first step is worth it, I can only speak from my own experience: going to Beachway changed my life. I came there looking for help. I've had an excellent experience here. The staff has met all of my needs. The accommodations are very comfortable. The nursing staff has been very understanding and kind. I have had several one on one sessions with therapists and the group sessions have been very productive. There will probably be negative reviews about this rehab but this isn't my first and there are always people who complain. In my opinion this treatment center will meet your needs if you are truly ready for sobriety. You just have to realize that these centers aren't here to hold your hand but are here for guidance. You have to do the work. If you're truly ready than The Haven is a great place to start.

The IOP program here is amazing, would highly recommend it to anyone continuing on in their recovery journey. Lyma is an awesome therapist, in the group setting and in one on one sessions. Amy is a really helpful case manager and will answer any questions you may have and point you in the right direction of resources to help you. The men’s sober living on Concord Street is a really nice, supportive environment that’s conveniently located a two minute walk away from daily AA meetings. The house is run by Patrick and Glenda and they make sure you are well taken care of, make you aware of any and all resources available to help you get back on your feet, and really care about your success in your recovery.

Very good facility. Having had experiences with a lot of different treatment centers in the area Comprehensive Wellness center shines with its staff. Breanna The case manager was wonderful. She was very caring available and responsive during the time that my son was there in the mental health residential. Derrion the therapist was exceptional also. We only met him once, but he made a point of letting us know that he felt that family involvement was important and he went out of his way to make it happen. All of the other people I interacted with there some of the nurses were also very caring and helpful. My son did well there. A gem in a field of treatment centers that often do not live up to their websites. I would highly recommend Comprehensive Wellness centers.

Amazing!! I have six months clean in part to the help of cwc! I completed there 30 day in patient substance program and loved it, I had been to carpool daf and another down south, and was by far my best experience! All the staff, l Ike really im not joking a ALL OF THE STAFF THERE GO OUT OF THERE WAY, AND THEY DO NOT FORGET IF YOU ARE NEED OF SOMETHING THEY TAKE CARE OF IT RIGHT AWAY! AND IF THEY ARENT ABLE THEY WILL EXPLAIN WHY. OTHER PLACE ARENT LIKE THIS PEOPLE AND STAFF WANT TO COME TO WORK GET PAID AND LEAVE, ITS LIKE ALL THE STAFF WHERE TRAINED IN NOT FORGETING,AND THEY ACTUALLY UNDERSTAND AND CARE, I WOULD RECOMEND ANYONE WITH A SUBSTANCE ABUSE PROBLEM COME HERE. THE LIVING CONDITIONS ARE GREAT MEMORY FOAM MATTRESSES THEY ALLOW YOU MONEY TO ORDER GROCERIES, ALL IN ALL THE BOTTOM LINE IS ,( I WAS NOT ABLE TO GET CLEAN ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE I HAVE BEEN CLEAN NOW FOR SIX MONTHS AND I GIVE ALL THE CREDIT TO GOD, AND CWC!

Hands down the best mental health facility I’ve been to. Everyone here is so kind, understanding, and actually makes you feel like they genuinely care about you as a person. The staff made me feel comfortable and supported from the beginning, and the overall environment is nothing like what I’ve experienced at other places. I’m genuinely so grateful for my experience here and for the people who helped me along the way. Having experienced both the Fort Lauderdale and Deerfield facilities, I appreciate the differences between the two residential campuses. Fort Lauderdale provided the necessary support when my acuity was at its highest, but Deerfield has given me the independence and responsibility I needed so I can start preparing for life outside of treatment. My therapist, Dr. Despina, has a huge heart filled with love and has not only taught me skills, but she holds me accountable and challenges me to use them. She has helped me build a life worth living. Dr. Hume, my family therapist, is really good. She has helped me work on my boundaries and have a healthy relationship with my family. Dani, the Alumni Relations Manager, has been incredible. The love, selflessness and the genuine care and compassion she shows us means a lot. She goes above and beyond when running groups, she's always prepared, and it's clear she wants the best for us and wants us to have a life worth living. She goes out of her way to help us feel special, through birthday cards (and cakes) and remembering small things about us. She really cares and this goes such a long way. I am very thankful for the staff and the care at the Deerfield campus during my stabilization stay!

LifeSkills was there for our family during a difficult time. The Deerfield Beach location provided excellent care, and we were especially grateful for Tomas and Gina’s compassion and support. Dani has been truly incredible. The alumni program and ongoing support groups she leads are among the most valuable parts of LifeSkills. Her dedication does not end when treatment does. I am so glad that I got to come get healthy at JPEC. The staff- all the way from housekeeping to the executive director are phenomenal. They actually care about the clients and their recovery process. I was treated with respect and kindness by everyone. The therapy/counseling sessions were very therapeutic. I was just bragging about Lakeview and pointing a friend in this direction, and i was shocked to see even one negative review. Lakeview was amazing, it saved my life. It felt like a vacation, Its practically a health resort. It was so peaceful and serene. I felt I was cared about when cared for, I felt like they were actually invested in my recovery rather than feeling like a number. From the nurses to the blue-shirts, the therapists, the kitchen staff... everyone was so nice and supportive. The food was amazing, honestly. The pool was nice, gym was immaculate. Yoga instructors were awesome. We went for surfing lessons, went out to a horse farm to pet and feed some little horses. You have a massage therapist come in, and someone to come in for haircuts. Theres even a little zen meditation room. The lake on the men's side is full of life, little ducks and geese, big bass and turtles you can feed - although I don't think you're supposed to, anyways. The facility is nice, its got a real pretty view, good food, great staff. I cant imagine how they could go wrong. If I had to complain, the apartments, the PHP after the inpatient - the last period before you graduate... the apartments kind of sucked, but the comradery, the fellowship there.. it was a great place to transition back into the real world. And the girl at the window that took the cigarette and vape orders seemed like she was always having a bad day... but still. This place is amazing. I love Lakeview. I brag about my experience there. I highly recommend it.

I was a patient at Lakeview from October 20, 2002, to November 19, 2002. I was there during Lakeview's infancy, when there was only one building, a couple of picnic tables, a basketball hoop and a beat up volleyball net. I can tell you, with great conviction, their program works. Lakeview gave me the tools I needed to learn how to live a sober life. I still use those tools today, and I have been sober for just over 23 years now. I wish I could come down there and speak to the people currently residing there and tell them it's possible to turn theirs lives around. I am living proof of that, Thank you, Lakeview.

Honesty, I wanted to go to a place that would help me. Florida House Experience ended up being that place. I spent 50 days during a nation wide lockdown, a.k.a. COVID TIMES, and came away healthier than I have ever been, mentally and spiritually. They patched me up with good clean food, soft serve ice cream, coping skills, mental health tools, and a forever family through their alumni programs. Thank you FHE, I am here today with your help, because the night before EMTs were picking me up out of a gutter and the ER threw me out after a cup of water. I never saw that attitude while I was at Florida House Experience. Are there rules? Yes, but they are there for safety and part of the plan to bring you to a better state of health, physically, mentally and spiritually.

This is by far the best place in the US for struggling first responders! Everybody has there own recipe for getting through life events and struggles and its certainly not a one size fits all process. FHE Shatterproof offers literally a buffet of resources for you to explore and determain what helps you specifically! Your not ever forced into any specific modality of proffesional service and get to build your own custom plan to gain peace and happiness back! FHE is the only place I have ever heard of that provides outstanding followup to include a free annual retreat at the beautiful Lake Aurora Christian Camp located in Lake Whales, FL. What an incredible experience at the 2026 FHEHealth Retreat in Lake Aurora, Florida. I can't say enough about the staff who organized and executed the itinerary for the weekend. The Lake Recovery truly changed my life. Last November, I made the decision to enter a 30-day inpatient treatment program because I knew I needed more help than the people who loved me could give me on their own. I walked in carrying years of trauma, hurt, shame, anger, fear, and emotions I had learned to survive instead of actually heal from. From the beginning, the staff helped me feel supported, understood, and safe enough to finally start doing the difficult work on myself. Treatment did not magically make life perfect, but it gave me tools, perspective, self-awareness, and a completely different way of looking at my life and my trauma. I especially want to give the biggest possible shoutout to my therapist, Katherine Fanning Wesley. I genuinely do not believe I would have been able to complete those 30 days without her. Katherine met me where I was, pushed me when I needed to be pushed, gave me compassion when I needed grace, and helped me recognize the difference between the things that happened to me and the person I am. The Therapy is definitely top notch. I’m bougie as it comes so I was a little bummed that their hot tub didn’t work they could invest in a better pontoon boat, but those two things didn’t interfere with the care that I received. She helped me understand my triggers, work on impulse control, set healthier boundaries, become more intentional with my decisions, and stop allowing my trauma to define my entire identity. Stop allowing my job become my entire identity. She also helped me find my laugh again and reminded me that healing can mean using the painful parts of your story to become a better, stronger, more loving version of yourself. I still have hard days and I am still a work in progress, but I can honestly say I do not think, react, or carry myself the way I did before treatment. The growth I have experienced since walking through those doors is something I will always be grateful for. To Katherine and everyone at The Lake Recovery: thank you for giving me tools when I did not have them, perspective when I could not see clearly, and support during one of the most vulnerable times of my life. Seeking help was one of the best decisions I have ever made, and I will never be embarrassed to say that. Thanks for the luxury facility that felt closer to home. The concierge were always there and willing to help in anyway they possibly could. If you are struggling and wondering whether getting help is worth it, it absolutely can be. Give yourself the opportunity to heal.

My experience at Umatilla TRV was mixed, but one person who genuinely stood out to me was Chris Fields, the Financial Manager. Chris was one of the best advocates for clients that I encountered. He was patient, understanding, and willing to actually listen and help when I had concerns. He made an effort to explain things clearly and treated me with respect, which made a real difference during a difficult time. I truly appreciate the way Chris advocates for clients and goes beyond simply doing his job. His compassion, professionalism, and willingness to help definitely deserve recognition. Overall, I’m giving my experience 4.5 stars, with Chris being a major reason for that rating.

I am completely impressed. Coastal Detox and residential is absolutely gorgeous, well maintained, clean, and on the ball. The staff is 24/7, from nurses to Techs, doctors, therapists and counselors. Three chefs that are over the top with beautifully prepared meals, even made to order if I did not like what was on the menu. Judy was available every single day, and evenings as well. I saw an influx of anywhere from 29 to 45 patients handled professionally and seamlessly. Shout out to Karen for helping me through my first week. Her kind words and support motivated me to stay and get the help I needed. All the Techs are kind, funny, patient and I felt safe the entirety of my 40 day stay. Doctor Amanda is brilliant. The only doctor I ever trusted. Thank you so much Amanda for helping me with my anxiety. Shout out to Claire and Catherine, my therapists. I saw them every single day. Intelligent, compassionate, beautiful women genuinely interested in listening and getting my needs met. 10 stars to the nursing staff! I have never witnessed a team of better educated, concientios and patient women and men, doing a 100% job, all day, all night, every single day. Wow. I could go on, because everyone and everything at Coastal Detox was above par and they saved my life. I cried when I left, and I hope to see you guys in my new, healthy, sober community soon! The staff are wonderdul and helpful. The groups are very good and the place itself is immaculate. And there is no beating the incredible food!!! The nursing staff was so supportive.
