I've been receiving treatment here for over a year now and I have absolutely no complaints. I love the staff they're all so welcoming and helpful especially Lisa Johnson and my counselor Maddy - they go above and beyond to help me and helped me through the most traumatic moment of my life which was losing my mom suddenly they were both by my side and have helped me in so many ways. Brenda at the front is always all smiles and so nice every time I come to the clinic she always greets me and is helpful with anything I need help with or questions I have. Great team and great treatment center. The nurses are also amazing especially since they now have one less nurse, they still do their best and get everyone in and out at a great pace. The groups are great monthly too.

These pics have been on here for a while, and they are NOT COATESVILLE COMPREHENSIVE TREATMENT CENTER! I have a feeling that since there are sister clinics that are run by the same owner company that you got mixed up somehow because the hours were completely wrong and so is the information you’re better off just calling.

I had an great experience in RCA Devon form the staff to the community. Very welcoming and friendly making my recovery a lot smoother and comfortable. That alone makes it so much better for my recovery and well-being. Focusing on what's important and giving me the tools I need for the real world. Thank you PRC, I have 402 days clean and sober today because of the excellent treatment that I received from the entire staff. I got the help from Chris my therapist to work on more personal issues with alcohol drugs and mental illness. He also helped me with my family to. I saw a psychiatrist and a doctor. They provided me with recovery home to live. I feel blessed today and I know that if I stay clean and sober for today, life is worth living. Thank you

They actually listen to you and know what they're doing, they don't just take notes and do what they were going to do anyway, they actually cater to your specific circumstances, let you give input, take that into account, and adjust your treatment accordingly, I've had so many bad experiences with other clinics, so I'm glad I finally found this place! Also, the pink haired Lady at the front desk will remember your face and add you into the dosing queue the second you walk through the doors. She's super fast and good at her job but lady I wanna say GOOD MORNING to you! like... please. you're super good at your job but let me say good morning and say it back to me. I'm not trying to make conversation. I just want to say good morning. 😊😊😊

I've been driving my father here, several times a year, for quite some time now. Staff is always welcoming, the doctors, in any field, always speak with my father like they've been friends for years & making sure he knows exactly what to expect before, during & after his procedure/surgery. Athough it's a hike from the Atlantic City area, the doctors & staff make the drive worth it every single time. I'm actually here now & although there's a bit of a wait, it's still comforting knowing my father will be in good hands.

Earlier today I realized I was out of medication while traveling. This VA hospital got me exactly what I needed. It took a little time because their travel liaison was out of office so I had to go to their ER, and they were on a different system than my home VA, but I really appreciated their dillagence. Literally saved my brain from imploding on itself and were so patient!

Was in there Back in 2003, around before Christmas. Place was beautiful and so surreal and peaceful... Helped me appreciate life Can be beautiful to just look at soberly. Psyhs. Good too. Food was awesome too. They even made me hand poured flapjacks for breakfast. And sausage 😋 I am currently Sober thanks to A lot from MALVERN. For anyone who has a child struggling with mental health issues, I cannot recommend Embark enough. We felt lost trying to help our daughter as she coped with depression, anxiety and a lack of self-worth, and we had tried several therapists prior to Embark. Both the PHP and IOP programs truly were life-saving measures for our family. All of the staff are caring and skilled at providing positive life strategies, but Marissa and Emily in particular are wonderful to work with. Embark is a program option that all schools should know about for teens who need additional support.

Embark was a life changing experience for our family. Marissa was able to successfully facilitate so many difficult conversations and helped our family build trust and the ability to work together again. Completing inpatient on the hill was a great experience. However, being at the outpatient building has been the best experience for me this far in my recovery.The staff is welcoming, understanding, and professional at all times. I have been attending regular groups since September, 2021. My groups consisted of ways to cope with my Mental Health and Addiction struggles. The outpatient Supervisior, Erin L. assisted me in helping a family member into treatment. Her compassion to help others Is top priority. Her leadership with staff and clients are among the best. She is an authentic version of Servant Leadership. The staff is organized and professional at all times. The therapists care Care for their clients. Every time I have interacted with the staff has been pleasant. They are easy to talk to about anything. They will assist you with anything you need. From the front desk to transportation they all should be recognized for their dedication.

I had a really good experience with Blueview Recovery. I was looking for help with my mental health and wasn’t really sure what to expect, but everyone was really welcoming. Tiffaney was actually my first contact and she made me feel comfortable right away. She was easy to talk to, answered all my questions, and made the whole admission process a lot less stressful than I expected. I really like the holistic side of the program too, especially the mindfulness, yoga, grounding, and wellness activities. I’m so grateful my cousin found Blueview Recovery. She had been struggling with her mental health and PTSD for a long time, and as her cousin, it was really hard watching her go through it. Since starting the mental health program, I’ve honestly seen such a difference in her. She seems more like herself, has learned ways to cope with her trauma, and is starting to understand her triggers instead of feeling overwhelmed by them. The staff has been incredibly supportive, patient, and empathetic with her, and I can tell she feels safe and comfortable there. Seeing the transformation in her has meant so much to our family. I’m really thankful Blueview was there when she finally decided to reach out for help. ❤️

My Journey to this point has consisted of 3 rehabs(not court ordered), 2 DUIs, as well as LOTS of good times, lots of travel, the best Friends and Family! A valuable life worth living! A true Alcoholic that should never ever hold or pick up a drink! Unfortunately now I'm plagued with Kidney and Liver Disease. Initially the mere thought of having a 3 hour meeting with a Therapist and small group was the LAST thing in my Vision. However I need this service for 3 months to possibly get on the Kidney Transplant List. I have grown to truly enjoy Kyle's IOP group. I look forward to it and miss it on Wednesdays and Fridays. Kyle has opened my eyes and nudged me to attend meetings. My answer turned from NO thank you, to I will give AA meetings a go. Keep in mind that I have been in and out of the Program for 20+ years. Guess what? I am enjoying AA meetings now! I dreaded them before. I am grateful to Kyle and his group for pushing me to my next step in Recovery. Such a blessing!! Forget any negative reviews! This is by far THE BEST recovery center of all times! Let's start with the director... 1st off, he will insure the best after care for your well being. He is exceptionally fair. I messed up time after time and he gave me opportunity after opportunity. The rules of the program is enforced but he seen in me what I couldn't see in myself. Now the staff??? They became my family. I'm not saying any names but the RSP Supervisor cares deeply about the clients and their safety. She's like Debo who wants you to take the recovery process seriously. As far as the rest of the staff. Individually they they are not just assets to the company but essential to life. Now if I don't say anything about how good Momma Nancy feeds everyone, I would be dead wrong. When I say you get feed like Grandma back around, The food is excellent. My only complaint is that the residents messed up the coffee twice a day. Smh. Somebody broke into the coffee machine and got caught! Tip on my whole coffee operation 😁
