This clinic is amazing. Saved my life and I have been clean since I started here. They will work with you I didn't have a valid ID when I started and they still helped me. The staff and nurses are kind and compassionate. My counselor Maddie is the best and is understanding, a good listener and on top of appointments. I am so grateful I started coming to this clinic it was the best decision I could have made.

This place is truly amazing. If I could give it more than five stars I would! This team is phenomenal! My husband was struggling of alcoholism and went to Redemption for help. We were both unsure of what to expect but from the moment he arrived, it was clear that this was a place of healing and hope. The staff is compassionate, knowledgeable and committed to not just treating his addiction but to helping him understand the root causes of his struggles. They are also available to provide guidance and direction to the family giving us the tools needed to encourage him without enabling his addiction. They go above and beyond to be sure that he feels supported every step of the way. The level of care and concern that you receive here is just amazing! And when they tell you they are available at any time, they mean it. They are always available for any problems or questions or concerns that either one of us has. We’re both more hopeful and optimistic about the future and a big part of that is thanks to this incredible team. I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for a recovery program that works. Their dedication and compassion has had a profound impact on his recovery and our family is sincerely grateful for all of the encouragement and support. Words truly can not express how thankful we are for helping us through the most challenging time in our lives!

I recently completed treatment at malvern (king road location) the facility is decent , they seem to keep it very clean and so do most of the patients . I gave a solid 4 stars because of these factors: the grounds are nice they provide a decent sized walking trailer , they have outdoor games and activities that everyone who is able can get involved, they have decent sitting areas . The food was okay, some days the meal choices were odd, like grilled cheese and Italian wedding soup for lunch then burgers with tomato soup for dinner , alas it was still tasty. The staff were great ,they all seemed to actually give a damn , and I cant tell you how many positive things they say throughout the day.( Lynnwood, doreen,Justin, Evan, Katie, Kristie, Jen, Matt, Charles, Shaun) my small list of people who made my stay worth while . Along with my counselor Maddie putting in the extra 10 percent to make me comfortable during my time there. The negative factors, there isn't much curriculum, I think the patients would benefit from more book work , I have done tc program in state prison and while there was a lot of book work it helped me greatly understand myself more and learn how to practice healthy coping skills and positive self talk , even how to adjust my core beliefs. All that from having to do some book work . In malvern most of the groups are just open floor discussions, not much is done to help people change the negative self talk they impose , or better yet give them a solution to there problem . I have several years sober before I relapsed and I would often re read my books from TC. SO a more structured tc like programming there may be very beneficial. Further more there is a lot of favoritism going on within the facility which seems to cause push back with patients and there is also alot of fornication taking place which is often lot ho several times before the individuals are removed from the program. Maybe using the advantage of several facilities, and further separation by age would be best. It seems the younger individuals are more interested in the sex acts then the older ones. But all in all the place wasnt bad id love to apply for a job there to also help people and even help make the place better one day . My advice is if you go , your small group is the best group to share in . -Zach

I came to Silver Pines in a very bad mental state. I never thought I would ever see myself in a situation like this, but I am so thankful I went to Silver Pines. Being around others who were struggling and forming bonds and getting to know the staff was incredibly helpful. I was quite isolated in a lot of ways before I went and I feel like I can pick myself up now and take more control over my life. The groups, especially process groups, were very helpful and cathartic. Staff was also very understanding and encouraging. I want to thank Alisha, Doug, Deidre, Cat, Eddy, and many others (that I can't remember at this very moment, you were all fantastic though!) for all the support. The behavioral health techs were also fantastic. Of the BHT's, Tim really helped me to open up and he helped me immensely when I was getting familiar with the place and nervous in my first few days. When dealing with people who are struggling, that type of compassion is important and he really made the difference for me. Thank you again.

As a healthcare provider in the ER in the city of Wilmington I know first hand how big of an issue addiction is, and how hard it is for people to get help. I have send many people to Crossroads, both patients and people who reached to me for help. I have had nothing but positive feedback. The owner Alberta goes above and beyond to get patients the help they need. I refer patients to Crossroads with the utmost confidence.

This place is wonderful. I used to go here when I was younger and they were in a different office down the street. The staff were super nice and seemed to genuinely care about the wellbeings of their clients, along with the others in the waiting room. I was maybe only thirteen, but it was an amazing experience. I stopped because I felt I had no longer needed therapy, considering I was only in it following a traumatic event. Flash forward to now. I currently see Andrea and she is the BEST therapist I have worked with. She always listens to everything I have to say and is eager to hear updates on past things we discussed. She remembers things very well and always steers me back on topic when I go off on a tangent. Kurt, who works at the front desk, is also super friendly and is super nice. He recognizes me now considering I attend weekly sessions and always greets me upon arrival. Their main goal is to ensure you are physically, emotionally, and mentally safe around yourself and others and I believe it is one of the best things ever. I highly recommend this place to anyone considering to go here. Andrea has helped me so much in the short amount of time I've been attending her sessions, and I feel like I'm not the only one who has these beliefs. Ignore these hateful 1 star reviews and listen to the people who know and understand. This place is amazing and I feel super comfortable in it.
