Whitesands truly changed my life. I came in broken, lost, and unsure if I could ever get back on the right path. From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt supported and cared for in a way I hadn’t in a long time. The staff goes above and beyond, and the entire program gave me the tools and hope I needed to believe in myself again. I’m especially grateful for Amanda, my Case Manager. She is absolutely amazing—compassionate, understanding, and always willing to go the extra mile. Amanda didn’t just do her job; she truly cared about me as a person. She listened when I needed someone to talk to, encouraged me when I wanted to give up, and reminded me every single day that I was capable of changing my life. She made me feel seen, heard, and valued. Amanda helped guide me through every step of my treatment and aftercare planning, making sure I felt confident about my next steps once I left. She gave me hope when I didn’t have any left and helped me see that recovery is possible. Because of her and the entire team at Whitesands, I’m leaving with a new sense of purpose, a clear mind, and a grateful heart.

This facility is incredible. The staff is my favorite part. From Ryan and Mark in admissions, Angel, Jason and Shannon directors on site, my case manager Amanda, and therapist Joel. All incredibly supportive and understand addiction and recovery. The support staff is highly professional as well. Medical staff was very knowledgable. Detox was smooth. Beyond anything I could ever expect. From admission to aftercare this facility is the best there is (and I have been a few places). If you have ever had a bad experience elsewhere.. then come here. I myself have been to a lux rehab..but it didn't have the program they provided here.

White Sands is an amazing facility. i had a life changing experience while going through their detox and rehab program. From the minute I checked in until the minute I checked out, I was treated with grace and dignity. The staff are amazing from the sweet ladies who clean our rooms…to the techs….the therapists….medical doctors….psychiatric doctors…case managers…the cafe ladies….the food was delicious…everyone was amazing. If you find yourself needing some help, this is the place for you. I had housemates from other States, because White Sands is so amazing.

I attended All in Solutions Wellness in West Palm Beach Florida. The staff was wonderful and professional. The process was seamless. I felt take care like they were family. The dual diagnosis program was instrumental in helping me with my issues. I would attend this facility again.

Making the decision to go to Beachway was, by far, the most positive and impactful experience of my life. The entire staff was incredible, as was the community as a whole. I felt safe, seen, and supported throughout my stay, and even now, as I continue my healing journey at home. I was completely set up for success in my healing journey thanks to Beachway, and I will forever be grateful.

My experience at Beachway was a 100/10. The life skills I learned are priceless and that’s putting it lightly. Beachway was the third treatment center I had been to, following the sudden loss of a loved one. I had prior sobriety before beachway and was convinced that I was only there because of a death, and that that was why I was spiraling. The staff at Beachway saw I needed much more help than that. They all knew before I did that if that death didn’t happen, I probably wouldn’t have stayed sober anyway. There was still much more therapy to be done, and more to learn. The staff took a genuine care in doing so, and looking back at their clinical process they are nothing short of a power house of a team. I never felt so cared for as a human being by people that just met me. The staff quickly became my family, cheering me on while also taking it extremely serious. They are unapologetically honest, which in my experience is the #1 thing needed in recovery. Many of the things they said to me during my time there still stick with me (a year later) and help me navigate life! I tell anyone that has a loved one with Substance abuse or mental health issues about beachway. There is no other place like it🤍

I owe Beachway my life for sure. I won’t lie and say that I loved every minute of it because I didn’t. A lot of it was very painful, because confronting inner demons is painful. It was a lot of group therapy (especially given how afraid of people I was going in), but they truly helped me gain sobriety and face down my trauma. And they put up with a lot of my crazy behavior while I was going through withdrawals in detox. Like any rehab, you’ll get out of it what you put into it. Surrender to the process for best results. Rehab isn’t a magic wand that makes problems vanish. Rehab gave me the opportunity to accept the ways in which I cause my own suffering instead of blaming everyone around me, while surrounded by professionals who prevented me from hurting myself while my dried out, and helped me identify the underlying causes of my addiction. It will be tough. It will be scary. It will be worth it. I wish I’d gone sooner. The staff there are wonderful and don’t get enough credit. Thank you Beachway.

First off, the all staff were nice and friendly. Food was fantastic 5 star chef, nurse's on site 247 techs also. It's on the water, you can fish. Get massages or acupuncture. They really make you feel like home. Aa na meetings daily. I have nothing negative to say about summer house detox, the best in south Florida hands down

This is the best detox center by far! The staff is amazing! They genuinely care. It’s a very relaxed comfortable place. I would recommend this to anyone that is struggling with alcoholism/addiction. It truly is an amazing place! Not a bad word to say about this place!

My experience at Summer House was incredible! The staff were so kind and attentive — they really made me feel cared for from the moment I arrived. The beds… oh my gosh, like sleeping on clouds! And the food? Wow. It honestly felt like eating at a restaurant every day, from breakfast to dinner. The nurses truly care about your health, and the therapists put so much heart into helping you heal mentally and emotionally. I’ve never felt so safe or supported in any detox before. This was a great place to learn how to grow up. As an alcoholic, I avoided adulthood and had a ready made excuse as to why I didn’t achieve or succeed in things. “I’m a drunk.” Once I removed the bottle, I quickly saw how much maturing I needed to do in everyday, regular life. The guys at RBC get you moving towards adulthood. There are simple rules to be kept and standards to live up to; youre required to work the 12 steps, get a job, and respect the grounds and the people that live and work there. They are simple rules that many of us come in not knowing how to follow or have bucked at all points in our active addictions. Slowly but surely, this place guides you away from old habits into new, more productive ones. All in all, this place takes you from beaten and broken to strong and empowered if you follow the rules and suggestions laid right at your feet. I’d recommend RBC to anyone serious about changing their life and “becoming the man they were meant to be.”

My time here hasn’t been perfect but it has been very helpful. I have worked on my anger, anxiety and depression through my interactions with peers and staff. My family therapist, Ilissa, has been great. She has helped me bond with my family. Tamas has been a great therapist and he cares dearly about his clients. Heather ran nutrition and body image groups, where she forms bonds with her clients and gets to know you. She has helped me achieve my health goals. Techs Keisha, Diamond, Stefan, Supervisor Mike, Mia, Dia and Gus were all great. The Director of Residential Operations, James has also been helpful and has helped me understand other people. Nurses Celeste, Gigi and Gia were nice too. Brian, the art therapist, worked with me to find ways to creatively express myself. Dani, the alumni coordinator is wise and talented. Her groups are amazing and bring a lot of insight into AA and mental health. I like the speakers she brings in – shout out Jared! He’s been great and has helped me through a lot of things. I look forward to going home when I am ready and getting to see my nephew, be with my family, and put to use the skills I have learned during my time at Lifeskills.

When I first got to Life Skills, I was very disoriented and going through a lot of hardship. I feel better now that I have attended groups and activities. Especially Dr. Paul, and Krista and Esther were great therapists! I feel I gained a sense of independence while still being supervised and supported. Shoutout to Kevin!

I could say a million things, but what I will say is this place saved my life. They really care. They get to the root of the problem, they don’t do a quick band aid fix. When I first arrived from Georgia I only intended to stay for residential but I went to php and graduated and I am now in sober living. I am truly thriving. My clinician through treatment was Shifra and no words could describe the role she played in my treatment. I never questioned not once if she cared. She is amazing, along with all the staff they know you by name and they love you. When I arrived I really felt like I had no soul and I wasn’t sure anything would help, but I took suggestions and I am still taking them. I was scared at first with the unknown of treatment. I felt the care th staff has, even Gus. I learned a lot from his groups. My clinician, Mrs. Deborah, was amazing! She knew what I needed and made sure everyone was taken care of with any issues. I enjoyed my roommates had a blast just hanging out and talking. I couldn’t have asked for a better place. I went to treatment here twice, and what I will say is this place is a real gem but your experience is going to depend upon your mentality, take accountability people that’s the most important part. When it was my second time coming into treatment I was baker acted out of state. I called Jennifer the virtual manager in the late hours of the night annd she picked up and I told her I was going to end my life. I was tired. She stayed on the phone with me until police came and calmed me down. I remember sitting there with my eyes closed just listening to her voice telling me to breathe and she’s going to help me. She’s an angel in human form she’s one of the sweetest most caring humans I’ve ever come across. Next up is Paul Paul will open his arms to you and make you feel welcomed like there’s never no judgement with the guy he’s very supportive and my god is he smart. The man is great. He’s written a few books the past year and every word deserves to be seen by everyone. Tarah I love you thank you for always being supportive and a shoulder to cry on you are such an inspiration. Ron you’ve got the best attitude better than anyone I ever met your always so happy. Malika is sweet and has the best smile she’s so funny and always makes others smile and laugh. Unfortunately, I have been to a lot of treatment centers. No one does it like Simple Path Recovery. The love, support, and care you receive there you won’t find at other facilities. I found stability, peace, and lifelong friends after struggling with opiates for almost 10 years. I was shown how to learn from my mistakes and appreciate them, but to stop holding on to them. The learning and care does not stop after clinical hours. The techs, staff, and other women in the program will teach you more than you ever could have known. You become a family! The tools and coping skills that I developed at Simple path saved my life. I truly believe this place and the people here are a Godsend!! If you are even just thinking about going to treatment I highly suggest reaching out to Simple Path, they WILL take care of you

Coastal Detox is a good place to work the staff is amazing willing to guide you every step of the way if needed regarding work or even clients assist.The atmosphere feels more Christian base setting which means I really like how godly and positive affirmations are posted given clients hope and a positive mind set knowing they are in a safe place and getting proper treatment with people who cares to get them through recovery. 🙂

My time at Tikvah Lake wasn't just a recovery journey; it was a profound transformation. I feel compelled to share and the positive aspects of this experience, which reframed my entire understanding of substance abuse, addiction, and personality disorders. Before Tikvah Lake, I saw my struggles only as weaknesses. The program taught me to see my life differently. I now understand that my addiction was not a moral failing, but a misguided solution. It was my brain's attempt to cope with pain, trauma, and overwhelming emotions that I had developed throughout my life. My time at Tikvah Lake helped me to develop a level of self awareness, resilience, and coping skills that I never would have possessed otherwise. The staff at Tikvah Lake approached my underlying personality challenges with compassion and expertise. They helped me see that my traits, like my the intense emotions, the patterns of thinking and relating, were not lifelong sentences to misery. Instead, they are a set of challenges that, when understood can be managed. From the great food, beautiful lake, the Florida sun, a personal trainer, massage therapist and very good professional therapists, counselors and support staff, they provided a peaceful and safe place that was essential for me to open up and do the hard work that I needed to do to heal. This program wasn't just about talk therapy. The program helped me build a toolbox for life, not just sobriety. Oh, did I mention that I am a professional and the program also gave me the time and freedom to do the professional work that I still needed to do while I was there. I have been to many rehabs and this one by far has been the best I have ever experienced. From admission to after care the staff at Tikvah and Park Manor have went above and beyond for both my wife and myself. The space was immaculate and peaceful. All of my basic needs were taken care of so I could focus on my recovery, relationships, and spiritually. Every single staff member took the time and care to impact my life positively and will not soon be forgotten. I want to make a special mention to Zach, Katherine, Roosevelt, Deandra, Diane, Donielle, and Jimmy. We were able to do family counseling for my wife and I with Jimmy and he helped us to work through our relationship to foster the love and move past our resentments. I was able to develop my personal recovery plan and I left feeling prepared and full of gratitude. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Anyone I love that struggles with mental health or addiction this would be my choice for them with out a doubt. I can't thank them enough.

After 20 years of my sons battle with addiction and mental health issues which included multiple rehabs and therapists this is by far the best place he has ever been. I finally have hope for him because they are listening and watching him to determine why he keeps failing at sobriety. The staff are kind and caring and the facility is very clean and a pleasant place to be while recovering . They are accommodating to the family also as they truly understand addiction is a family problem. The people who run the facility know what the clients need to get started on a successful happy life of sobriety and are sincere about helping them if they are ready to help themselves .

As a patient your only responsibility is to stay in the building; they take care of everything else and make detox as painless as possible. I've been using the VA for 23-years now and I have no complaints. In 2022 they literally saved my life twice. First when I caught covid, and 4-months later they treated me for Hairy Cell Luekemia. It's three years later and I'm still in Remission!

Heather the counselors and the doctor run a wonderful facility here. They offer freedom from active addiction a promise of renewed hope and a purposeful driven life free from addiction. My stay here a year ago also provided me the opportunity to live in their sober living home. The art, equine, yoga and reki thrapy sessions are incredible. I really liked the bio bed as well as my free time on the patio. 7 Summit Pathways reintroduced me to mindful meditation, grounding techniques and journaling. My counselor Doug was very encouraging. I was able to get a job near to their sober living house in Valrico and protect my anonymity. They had a nice dinner for the holidays and other clients families would join us. The van was always a safe drive and i always felt reassured and comfortable. They offer a native American Wellbriety meeting on Wednesday at 7pm i look forward to returning to again soon. Alot of these examples have helped me as i was able to keep my sponsor and take steps in the 12 step Narcotics Anonymous program. 7 Summit Pathways helped me keep living a productive good and healthy life. I just wanted to say how incredibly helpful and amazing Heather was tonight during a crisis. I reached out at midnight about a family member and was blown away by her kindness, willingness to talk/help, etc. I have worked in the substance abuse field for over 15 years and been a patient as well. I know that parts of the system can be broken at times. Heather went above and beyond what I have ever seen anyone do. She really cares and is a true angel.
