I was sent here 7 years ago during a difficult moment in my past life. I didn’t have any particular problems at the facility at all. Was sent against my will from Swedish medical center. The food wasn’t great but, gushers and fruit snacks were available all the time that was my favorite part, my comfort food thank you. You could smoke cigarettes, and have your phone back then. Possibly still now I don’t know. I didn’t participate in any of the group sessions, but It was a reset for sure, no complaints besides the horrible food. 🍱 I would like to speak to the old doctor who asked me about my childhood emdr, I need to speak to him. How can I contact him? Just a phone call. He is the doctor who tells people they can’t leave until he says so. Minimum 3 days but up to 2 weeks. I need to tell him thank you and I need answers to my questions.

This place is amazing, the staff is phenomenal, polite,and truly care. I never thought I would get on methadone but I'm glad I am. The facility it's self is very clean and they have snacks and coffee. It's my first experience with a place like this and I recommend it to anyone. The staff truly cares about their patients and provided care that met my needs. The whole program exceeded my expectations and I can't thank everyone enough for the impact they made on my life and mental health. Deciding to seek treatment was not an easy thing for me but I am so glad I chose Footprints to Recovery. It wasn't all just sitting around doing therapy all day and we got the chance to do yoga, art and music therapy, and also go outdoors with Adventure Recovery. If you are considering treatment I highly encourage you to invest in yourself and give Footprints a call!

Footprints was an absolutely stellar facility to go to after completing inpatient addiction treatment. The staff were all very patient and understanding during my biggest ups and downs during treatment, and I never felt any judgement even at my lowest points. Recovery is such a serious rock to carry but the groups and providers helped me collect the tools necessary to be able to tackle this journey on my own. The nursing team was incredibly helpful in finding me medications that are actually helping my mental health and addiction cravings. I've had more success in the three months I got to share with Footprints than the years I've worked with my primary care and therapist. Andrew with case management is hilarious and hugely helpful with resources and managing work and life alongside treatment. Anika is an incredible therapist and I am sad to leave her care, but know she will continue to do amazing things for other clients. If you are struggling with any substance abuse, I highly recommend seeking help with Footprints. They will absolutely get you back on your feet.

I highly recommend Aspen Ridge to anyone who needs help with recovery. I have been in recovery for years, and Aspen Ridge is my favorite facility out there. Unlike many others, Aspens Ridge does NOT force any specific modality on folks, such as AA or NA. Many other rehab facilities are 12 step-based, which I haven’t found to be helpful. Aspend Ridge helps folks find the program that works before for each individual, such as SMART recovery, Dharma Recovery, or 12 steps. The therapists and instructors at Aspen Ridge are also all tremendously helpful and motivated. Highly recommended to anyone in need!

I went to the IOP program and had a very uplifting experience. Councilors are top notch. I believe this because I have been a part of other programs and the group settings here are all inclusive where I felt everyone had ample time to express feelings and issues safely. Well run meetings and varied topics. Another wonderful aspect is the on going on line family member meetings where loved ones have great opportunity to share and learn! Also all recovery meetings weekly on line meetings for us as patients/ clients. My own recovery is going well with 70 sober days now giving me a renewed sense of inner peace and joy. God bless.

This place saved my life, in particular, the INCREDIBLE staff that talked me out of leaving early. Naj was an INCREDIBLY healing nurse, along with Amanda and Julie who stayed with me during my darkest period in my experience at this facility. I’d also like to express my gratitude for Brea, the case manager, for 1) being super sweet, and 2) setting me up with the after care I needed to maintain a successful journey in my sobriety. I went here two years ago and I still miss sometimes when life gets hard and it was an amazing program. The thing I liked about NDF was that if you want to be successful in recovery they don’t baby you but they also treat you like a person. every session and handout was different, interesting, and helped me learn more about my disease, helping me heal. The staff put a lot of time and energy into giving a shit about my success in recovery, if you care about yourself your family and your future they will help you and they don’t forget you when you leave. They have an alumni program that is getting off the ground but is the best part of my week that I have for myself as a mom I really need that. I owe my life to the caring of these people!!!

If you hit that bottom in your life, This is the place to find yourself. It is a spiritual program with staff that been through the same experiences in life that are there with open arms. No one is better than anyone there. We're all in this together. I'm not from here so I didn't know what to expect but I was welcomed with open arms. The love and knowledge that is shared is unbelievable. It gives a sense of hope and is the beginning of the rest of your life. My stay at New Beginnings was very warm and welcoming from the very beginning. The staff are kind compassionate and understanding. DWR has been amazing for my mental health healing. This place saved my life. It truly is a home away from home where they help women by welcoming them without judgement and with such kindness. In July 2025, I started IOP at DWR which was the best decision I ever made. Their staff are supportive and extremely knowledgeable; special shoutout to Rachel, Amanda, and Crystal for all of their endless support! During IOP, I relapsed more than once and was never treated differently because of it. Instead of criticizing my decisions, DWR provided me with the support and safe space to work through my relapses while still holding me accountable. I have now been sober just over one year and even though I am the one who makes the decision to continue my sobriety everyday, I owe DWR for giving me the tools and confidence to do so. I had a great experience at HCA HealthONE Sky Ridge. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about providing excellent patient care. The doctors, nurses, and support staff were attentive, compassionate, and took the time to answer questions and make me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The level of care and support I received was exceptional, and it was clear that patient well-being is a top priority here. The facility is clean, modern, and well-maintained. One thing that really stood out was the convenience of having a great cafeteria and a Starbucks right inside the building. I could write a novel about how amazing my experience was at Gallus but instead I will provide the cliffnotes.  I have been drinking every day (a lot) for the past 25 years.  I finally hit rock bottom and knew it was time to stop getting my ass kicked by alcohol and fight back.  My nephew went to Healing Pines for rehab and I decided to do the same even though I live in NC.  My support system did comprehensive research on the best place to detox in the vicinity before going to rehab and found this place.  I checked in for a 7 day rehab with extreme anxiety and apprehensiveness but within the first few hours of being there I felt so welcomed and knew this was the right place to be. The next 7 days will always be a week I will never forget and one of the best of my life.  Gallus only cares for a maximum of 7 individuals at a time and during my visit the most patients there were 3 so the care you get is constant and they will provide you anything you need to heal before moving on to rehab.  The staff is amazing, knowledgeable and truly care about the well being of their patients.  I became close friends with them all and will always be grateful for how they helped me to move on with the next and best phase of my life.  Prior to my visit I had dozens of hours of therapy, none of which helped.  I can unequivocally say I was given over $3K worth of effective therapy in the short time I was there.  When I left it was bittersweet and I cried half way to rehab knowing I will not see the staff again, whom I consider some of my new closest friends.  Obviously I highly recommend this place and guarantee you won't find somewhere better.  Thank you to everyone at Gallus for giving me another chance in life.
