I have been going to this clinic for awhile now. You get out of it what you put Into it. I personally don't have any support system or family to help me with anything but Tara at New Season's has been amazing. You can tell she really really cares about her clients and definitely goes above and beyond to try to help in anyway she can. I don't think I'd still be going if it wasn't for her and now I don't feel so lost and alone either. They have made alot of changes there I believe people should give this place a try now if they've gone there before and had a negative experience.

This Clinic has changed my life. Both my Husband & myself have been clean for almost 4 years. We couldn't have done it without New Seasons. I've been coming to this clinic for over 3yrs now. When I first came I was pregnant and scared, almost losing my babies. Thank god we never did tho!! It took me a min to accept the fact that I actually did need help, but once I did start helping myself, and being present for my kids, and holding myself accountable, new seasons was there as well. It took me 3 counselors to get in with the right one, and I absolutely LOVE Julie she's a good one "The trick" to actually liking the clinic, is truly wanting to do better and than DOING IT! Because in the end its YOUR recovery that should matter to YOU. It is a safe place to work on sobriety and yourself. The meds help, but make sure to take them correctly or else you may feel withdraws and in my experience it's worse than regular withdraws. And IF you do happen to relapse, they help you thru it and not "condem" you. I've recommended a few friends to the clinic and it makes me feel good seeing them better themselves! They arrived today, Dec. 5, 2024, to pick up a full size futon and a desk.In the seven years we have lived in GJ we have had The Salvation Army come to pick up donations several times. Unfortunately, this year I got to experience the tearing of the ACL. To say I was devastated would be an understatement, but when I started physical therapy at this location really gave me hope in a full recovery. Cheryl at the front desk took time out of her day to clearly explain how my insurance works in this specific situation and how the deductible works and what my insurance will cover and what I should budget out for out of pocket cost instead of just breezing over it. This being my first time having a serious injury, I do need all the help I can get navigating the complex health insurance plans. My physical therapist, Sarah, has been absolutely amazing and continues to go above and beyond to ensure that I have a full recovery. She is allways positive and makes the PT sessions an enjoyable experience. All the staff at this location are extremely positive, uplifting and really do their best to answer all your questions. I honestly look forward to my PT appointments because all the people there are so wonderful and an absolute joy to work with!!!

This is Maxwell Kremin a former and proud patient. I came to Jaywalker after a very bad experience at another treatment facility. Over there, there was a clear focus on money over treatment. This is the exact opposite of Jaywalker. Jaywalker would not spare a dime if it meant that we would have a better experience during recovery. The staff are incredible and the other patients I met were some of the most amazing guys I’ve met in my entire life. If you or someone you care about is dealing with addiction this is hands-down the only place in America to send them if you truly care about them. I extend my sincerest appreciation to all still working at Jaywalker.

My elderly friend who is a disabled veteran goes to this clinic for health care from his primary care physician. My friend has no complaints and only speaks highly of the staff in this office.I drove him to an appointment and walked in with him. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff treated my friend with respect and answered all his questions.
