I have been to many rehabs and this one by far has been the best I have ever experienced. From admission to after care the staff at Tikvah and Park Manor have went above and beyond for both my wife and myself. The space was immaculate and peaceful. All of my basic needs were taken care of so I could focus on my recovery, relationships, and spiritually. Every single staff member took the time and care to impact my life positively and will not soon be forgotten. I want to make a special mention to Zach, Katherine, Roosevelt, Deandra, Diane, Donielle, and Jimmy. We were able to do family counseling for my wife and I with Jimmy and he helped us to work through our relationship to foster the love and move past our resentments. I was able to develop my personal recovery plan and I left feeling prepared and full of gratitude. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Anyone I love that struggles with mental health or addiction this would be my choice for them with out a doubt. I can't thank them enough.

Tikvah Lake was life changing for me! No one wants to find their self completely broken by the stresses and tragedies that happen in life. But if you find yourself needing help, I would highly recommend Tikvah Lake.
It is a private facility on a beautiful lake in Sebring Florida. There are no more than six guests there at one time, affording the opportunity to have individual care.
The staff was top-notch! So Caring & thoughtful! Chef Ralph rocks that kitchen.
I worked with several therapists in group settings and in individual meetings. I don’t think I could’ve found any better care elsewhere. They have raised the bar high and have lived up to everything I could’ve hoped for.
But I got a rave about my man Zach. He was the first person to contact me and help me make all the arrangements. He’s the right man for that job. He is full of compassion & kindness. He made a very hard, emotional decision peaceful.
My time there changed my path to one of wholeness.

I would just like to state how happy I was with my stay and experience at White Sands treatment center in Fort Myers. The facility is very nice and the staff are all friendly, professional and caring. From my caseworker Janette, who was super supportive and just amazing, to my Therapist Morgan, counselor Kaley, all the techs, health & nursing, house services, dining staff and maintenance, everyone was incredibly helpful and kind. In 2020, I went to the Aloha house in West Palm, after treatment. I was a chronic relapser and out of hope. The structure and support at the house set my feet on a path of victory and recovery. I'm almost 5 years sober today, reunited with my husband and 3 children, and helping others out of addiction. I'm not sure where I would be if I had not found Aloha. My experience at Beachway was not perfect, as nothing truly is. However, I would not change a single thing. I learned so much and was embraced and understood for what feels like the first time in my life. Words can not express how thankful I am for the staff, the therapist, and the facility as a whole. I want to specifically thank Tripp, my primary therapist, and Brandon, my trauma therapist. Without these two gentleman I would not be living the life I am today. As I write this I have almost 7 months sober, moving into my own place, have a great job, and so many connections within the recovery community. I go to sleep often without worry, I breathe more calmly, and I am at peace almost daily. I love my life today, and that is in part thanks to Beachway! They will forever have a place in my heart. I completed 1st Step's IOP program here and I just felt like there is no way I couldn't leave a positive review about them. What makes 1st Step special is how abundantly clear that the Clinicians are doing what they Love, and not clocking in and clocking out at work. They understand recovery, have their own recovery journeys, and enjoy helping others. Every group i attended, I felt like I came out better or with more knowledge. Day by day. Being a Pompano Beach local my entire life, I will also advocate their sober living/php location is Prime time. If I was in php/sober living level of care, I would want to be at that location. No questions. Anyone who says otherwise, should probably practice gratitude. East side near the water in a chill part of town. (P.s - I was not in their sober living and php, but I know where it is, and I see many of the members around the neighborhood) My hats off to first step. And No this review is not botted or paid. I had my doughs when I first came intrepid. It turned out to be the best place for me to get and stay sober!!! I’ve been sober now for nine months… I truley owe my life to the staff and therapists there!! Everyone truley cares for you and the education I received in regards to making a psychic change , and gaining tools to get and stay sober were priceless. This place is great made the right choice in going here. Megan was an amazing therapist who pushed me in ways others have not. The facilitators were amazing. Remix with Tyler and Mariah were by far some of the most impactful groups I’ve been apart of. The food was always on point which is always a huge benefit. The entire kitchen staff was amazing. Sarah and Chae not only provided some of the best food I’ve eaten but also were quick to make me feel at home having long talks after the dinner rush to going as far as making me chicken noodle soup when I was sick. The techs were awesome, Sammy is an absolute gangster and Keelie not only severed as the first person most people were welcomed by but one of the cheeriest and happy people that RU is lucky to have as a face of the company. Amazing treatment center. Took me in when no one else would, I spent about 4 months from start to finish and made life long friends with staff and client alike, and left with a new lease on life. I’m still sober to this day. As someone who has not only visited but also frequented several treatment centers in the South Florida area (I had a long career as a drug addict) I cannot recommend a place more than this place. There is a magic in this place, and the staff care. They care very much. Love Recovery Unplugged. Not to mention it is the most beautiful treatment center physically I have ever seen. Large property, a lot of it outdoor based which is a huge plus for me since I feel most treatment centers are like enclosed hospitals and it gives off the vibe of an institution, this place is much different in that regard. I attended Hanley for 60 days and attended Intensive Outpatient for one month. This was my second rodeo. I was a Prosecutor and Drug Court General Magistrate (Judicial) for 25 years and spoke at every facility you could imagine. Actively involved. I took the fall myself (go figure) and put myself into Hanley because I was well aware of their reputation. It was the best and most holistic experience of my life. Great facility etc. BUT that is not what matters. The 12 Step Concept they utilize along with dual quality education and therapies saved my life. I live by the Steps, follow what they inspired me to do and I am reborn. No scintilla of a desire for a drink. Actively involved with them still and always will be if they will have me!

I cannot say enough about the exceptional care and support provided by Summit Detox Center. This place and the people at Bright Futures are truly something special. I’ve been through multiple rehab centers, and while each offered something helpful, I always ended up back in the same cycle—drinking, isolating, losing myself. I came to Bright Futures broken, scared, and exhausted—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. It wasn’t just the substance use that nearly destroyed me, it was the lack of hope.
From the very first phone call, I felt like I wasn’t just another intake. I spoke with someone who took the time to listen to my story, answer my questions about detox placement, insurance, and what to expect from PHP. I was skeptical at first. I didn’t believe in myself. But Bright Futures believed in me before I could.
When I arrived at the facility in Boynton Beach, I was immediately welcomed with warmth and zero judgment. I was assigned a case manager, Jennifer, who not only kept my treatment organized but supported me emotionally every step of the way. She helped coordinate everything—from therapy sessions to aftercare planning to helping me talk to my family again.
My primary therapist, Matt, made an enormous impact. He didn’t just run through a script—he took the time to dig deep with me, identify my trauma, and help me develop real coping skills. We worked through things I had buried for years. The group therapy sessions led by Ashley were raw and transformative. She created a safe space where I could share, cry, and most importantly—heal.
Melissa, part of the support staff, always made sure I was okay. Some days I didn’t need therapy—I just needed someone to sit with me or remind me to eat. Carlos, one of the techs in the sober living side, treated me like a human being when I was at my worst. They didn’t just do their jobs—they genuinely cared.
The clinical structure here is solid. I was placed in a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) after detox, then moved into outpatient therapy and continued working on myself while staying in the sober living housing they set me up with. The facility was clean, the food was good, the housing felt safe, and the schedule helped me rebuild my routine.
The best thing about Bright Futures isn’t just the therapy or the services—it’s the people. Everyone from leadership to the cleaning staff seemed committed to helping us succeed. There were no shortcuts. Just honesty, consistency, and compassion.
I left Bright Futures with a recovery plan, coping tools, a support network, and something I hadn’t had in a long time—hope. I still check in with some of the staff. They didn’t just get me sober; they helped me remember who I am and who I want to be.
