Hello my name is Adam. I came to Reign about a month ago. I came from NJ and enrolled to the treatment center because I was struggling with some mental health symptoms that were unmanageable with life and needed assistance with getting myself back on track. The admissions team was so helpful and supportive, they were there when I was making my 22 hour drive. Jake, Benzi, Justin, and Morgan were so supportive on my drive. When I arrived at the facility and during the duration of my stay Corey the primary therapist was very friendly and welcoming. He wasn t like normal therapists where you would have your 30 min session and you re out but he gave me as much time as I needed and let me use my phone and make calls as much as I wanted to do. Then there was Brantley the operations manager and he Was just the absolute best. I developed a great friendship with him and every night we had a thing where we watch movies together. Gina was a great group facilitator and had very informative groups. Overall I had an amazing life changing experience,

This place an amazing regeneration program when I first came into cross training I tryed everything to go back home. Not for my family but for my selfish reasons. After ing being there I realized I was a very selfish person I was in addiction of drugs and achohol for 2 to 3 years before. This regeneration program helped me grow up and become a good Cristian man it is a lump sum of time so you think but if you look at it as an investment it is the greatestt one you can make. Now rewriting this I have graduated and have been sober allmost 2 years and allmost one year out of the program. This place has gave me the tools to live life sober. Tikvah Lake was life changing for me! No one wants to find their self completely broken by the stresses and tragedies that happen in life. But if you find yourself needing help, I would highly recommend Tikvah Lake.
It is a private facility on a beautiful lake in Sebring Florida. There are no more than six guests there at one time, affording the opportunity to have individual care.
The staff was top-notch! So Caring & thoughtful! Chef Ralph rocks that kitchen.
I worked with several therapists in group settings and in individual meetings. I don’t think I could’ve found any better care elsewhere. They have raised the bar high and have lived up to everything I could’ve hoped for.
But I got a rave about my man Zach. He was the first person to contact me and help me make all the arrangements. He’s the right man for that job. He is full of compassion & kindness. He made a very hard, emotional decision peaceful.
My time there changed my path to one of wholeness.

I just finished 30 days here, and honestly—it changed my life. I came in feeling broken and overwhelmed by trauma, and I’m leaving feeling lighter, stronger, and so much more myself.
The staff is amazing—so kind, supportive, and truly there for you. My therapist helped me work through things I never thought I’d be able to talk about, and I’m so grateful.
Also… the chef deserves a shoutout! The food was actually really good, and it made such a difference during tough days.

I have stayed at both Tikvah and park manor (fortunately/unfortunately because I needed 2 stays). Both houses are great! Tikvah has a more “modern” feel and park manor has a more “Home like” feel. I am a professional so those looking for a place to have the freedom to stay in touch with work and have a place who understands this, this is the right place! What makes this company so special, unique, and sets it apart from anywhere else (unfortunately this isn’t my first rodeo, I relapsed after 3.5 years) is the staff. The concierges truly want to make you as comfortable and happy as possible!! Roosevelt, Dee, Dianne, Linda, Victoria, Dana, and Leslie are all hands down incredible and truly do this job because they CARE about the clients. I’ve been in and out of therapy since college (I’m 45), i haven’t had therapists more engaged, knowledgeable and caring. Byron at Tikvah and Jimmy at Park Manor are incredible, honestly words can’t describe how amazing they are. I just left an 11 day stay at park manor, I can tell you in that short time jimmy made a huge impact with myself as well as my relationships with my kids due to me breaking trust relapsing. He taught me how to manage triggers and process stress and depression in a positive way. This company was a God send to me!! Katherine, the director, will give you her cell phone and encourage you to call if you need ANYTHING, and she means it!! The food is great and if you don’t like something the concierge staff will make sure you do have a meal you enjoy, the chef prepares alternative dishes too. There’s a pool and hot tub at each location. You will have your own room and bathroom! The groups are great! Alesia was my favorite facilitator, Neville is amazing as well and does a great job challenging you in a positive way. The mix of personality’s and therapy style couldn’t be better!! I will say make sure you are clear on your expectations with Zack (admissions), he is a reasonable guy, cares, is transparent, and also will be available before, during and after your stay (rare for an admissions person in my experience). Also if you know you’ve got a hard detox ahead of you, let him know. Both houses manage medicine but they aren’t a “full detox”, Zack will set this up for you if need be before coming to one of the houses. I hope I never need to go back, but if I do, I will hands down come here. I will miss all of these people who cared for me like they’ve known me for years yet I was a complete stranger. But I will keep in touch.

This place saved my life!!! If I had not come here and received the treatment they provided, I would have probably been dead. The admission specialists was very helpful and resourceful. The Doctor is truly amazing and spot on when it comes to diagnosis and medication. The Therapists are awesome, caring and resourceful. The case manager really knows how to communicate with your job, so that's something you don't have to worry about at all. The nurses are very caring and holds conversations with you, make you laugh,. The BHT's are Awesome!!! They treat you with compassion and love that's genuine. They are very helpful and will help you anyway they can. I definitely would recommend this place for anyone needing treatment. This is the best place to get the help you need.

This program will work to help you with anything you need help with. Yes it sucks with the revolving door of counselors. But if anyone has been on program & clean you can have take home bottles it s been a yr. And I pick up my meds monthly & have been for at least 6 months. And I m down to 25mgs got my life together was able to save more money then ever!!! Got health together or moving along nicely I don t even think of getn high.Sometimes I even forget to take my meds! If you follow the program you should not be there 2years & have nothing not even a 2bottles to show for it, your not clean or following any directions & there s not many. Pick up c ur councilor 1 maybe 2xs a month if needed. Or more if wanted. Someone is always there for you. Thank you New Seasons! & yes we all miss Sam and Arianna, she started tough as nails, but once she knew u,she was a doll! I loved & miss them both. Sometimes when we re lucky Sam fills in.

We want to thank the staff at Celadon for their commitment to what they do everyday to help those with mental health and substance abuse problems.We first visited Celadon in August 2024, where Jan the Executive Director spent time with us to hear our son s situation and how we wanted to participate in his recovery journey. After Celadon staff investing time with us, our son refused to go to recovery and instead was homeless for (5) months, living on the street, hungary, dealing with marijuana induced psychosis, and in and out of crisis mental health facilities. During this time Jan and Nathan were constant sources of support and guidance. Finally after 5 months our son decided to go to recovery with a diagnosis of bipolar, major depressive disorder and marijuana abuse disorder and Celadon was waiting for him. Celadon staff did our son s intake on Christmas day, Adam and Andrew have been working with our son since December 27, 2024 and are helping him to understand that addiction to marijuana is as harmful as any other drug when you have a mental health issue too. They are assisting him to secure a sober living residence and helping him to understand what sober living will mean for his health and future. Thanks to all the staff at this facility for your caring and dedication to help those who need help the most for both mental health and addiction.

My daughter has bipolar one, and we have been to numerous other facilities. Her therapist recommended Celadon and I am so grateful. I toured first, and Jan, the Director, spent several hours, letting me tell my daughter s story and then responding so kindly. I also met with Alexis, the therapist who took beautiful care of my daughter and also Andrew, who worked beautifully with her. All of the nurses and other staff were wonderful, gentle, and compassionate. That Jan went above and beyond with my daughter, and I had such great communication with her, which is some thing that I have never been able to achieve in any other facility. Being on the water is also very peaceful and healing. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Celadon, but most importantly, to me, is that they are the first facility that ever really seemed to care and love my child, and no matter what was going on, they treated her with respect and love.

For people looking for Sober Living options in the Southwest Florida area, I highly recommend SalusCare. They came through in a pinch for me when I stepped down from residential treatment at the Hazelden/Betty Ford Clinic in Naples.I had made arrangements to step down into sober living in Naples as my next step on the path to recovery. As you may or may not be aware, there is a huge recovery community in Naples, and the sober living options are often full with waitlists. I was originally scheduled to step down at the end of my stay to a recovery house system in Naples, but they gave my slot away on my day of discharge.I was forced to scramble to find a place, and looked a little further up the state on Ft. Myers. That is how I learned about SalusCare.The staff is fantastic, holding weekly community meetings for residents to check in and let people know what kind of help or support they might need. They can also connect clients with medical providers and help develop a plan to lead to lasting sobriety.The units in the SoberLiving portion of the facility are modern, clean and neat.At first I was a little hesitant, but the staff s attention to detail and eagerness to help saw me take my next step towards sobriety and into sober living within 24 hours of contacting them.I have been matched with a great set of roommates, and it is a nice step to kind of retrain as far as job assistance, cooking and cleaning all the necessary life skills needed to ensure continued sobriety.They are also conveniently located near a number of 12-step meetings and Grace Church is a short walk away with plenty of opportunities to volunteer and give back to the community.I gave SalusCare 5 stars the only reason being was that I couldn t give 6.If you are looking for a sober living environment, I highly recommend SalusCare.

I like Salus care as my new Mental Health Place I wanted to update my review and give a few peices of helpful advice: I nicknamed My Psychitrist DR Joseph Flask Dwarf in the Flask from Fullmetal Alchemist Manga and Fullmetal Alchemist brotherhood Anime. I finally got the help I needed from my Psychitrist, I highly recommend Dr Joseph if you live in Cape Coral Florida or Fort Myers Florida as I feel like I can trust people again in my life. I'm a very complex case mentally and Physically being a Mentally and Physically Disabled person isn't easy by the way and i wanted to mention that I'm a healthcare Advocate for an end of life Paitent and I've been going through alot emotionally and sometimes i have to come here to get my meds adjustmeted or refilled because I work long hours and being without my lifesaving maitence meds is a nightmare, Joseph Flask is a very nice doctor and he actually takes the time to listen this alone shows that he cares, and he understands that i run out of my meds sometimes, he looks and me and gets to work on fixing any issue that I have with my meds or treatment plan, he's the only the second Psychitrist I've ever trusted in my entire life of 25 years, Although in Fort Myers Saluscare Psych hospital have really really stiff and uncomfortable beds that need to be updated so they don't destroy your back everytime you sleep on them. If you sleep on those beds no kidding that'll put your back out of place for a month and you'll need to go see a chiropractor for a while, I also saw Guy there named Paul at the Salus care Psych hospital he's pretty nice I also recommend having a chat with him while your in the Psych hospital because he actually takes the time to listen to you because while your in there you might as well make the best of the situation your in whatever that might be even if your homelessness and out on the streets, I know because I originally came from Michigan before coming to Florida was homeless for about a week moving up and down state lines, when I came here they gave me what I needed which was medication and a place to get the horrible feelings mentally I had out of my mind because if I didn't have I would have been homeless again due to unfortunate circumstances within less then a year of moving to Florida for nesscisary relocation. If anyone here ever treats you like dirt talk to the people here that you have the most faith and trust in and if you don't trust them consider switching providers to someone like Joseph Flask who is a Decent Psychitrist especially if your mentally hurt and are a homeless person who needs a little help. Visited this camp 2 months in my walk with Christ, I can honestly say the atmosphere is amazing. The staff was very respectful. The facility was clean Their patients were welcoming, and had the sense of willingness to accept. 12 years later to this day, I have not forgotten the vision I received and recognized just from one visit of this program. This hospital is without a doubt wat should be the standard for all hospitals al over the world when it comes to professionalism respect and over all courtesy for patients and there guest. Every nurse and doctor and even the cleaning staff shows each and every one of those attributes. I traveled past 2 other hospitals to get to this one and will do it every time going forward.

Pretty good overall. Only issue was with check in upon arrival. No one at desk and no indication of alternative. No sign telling you where else you could check in, etc. Suggest a sign directing check ins elsewhere.

This is a wonderful place. Great staff i was scared at first being bakeracted never. New. What that was by the police and new to the area from suffer from depression and lots of stress and nerves and aslo a crime i did not commit these people will help you. And go above and beyond to help to guide. You to help you if you olny listen to them. And thanks for helping me i learn my lesson on this one and i will keep moving forward and get to help other people what they face in life as well and my own

These people saved my life. After my failed suicide attempt, I stayed for a month and with the help of the clinicians, psychologists, doctors and work on my part; I am a survivor. I wished many times that my condition could be diagnosed and visualized like an exray of a broken bone. However it takes learning the language of how to express how I am feeling, honest hard work to follow their direction and the support of those who love me to make me well. Now through trial and error, I have found what I need to keep me stable. I never miss a checkup or fail to take my medication. If I feel that I'm in trouble, I don't walk, I run to them. Honestly this program helped a lot! The staff really knows thier stuff and made me feel heard most of the time. I do wish there were more LGBTQ resources. The place itself was decent (not fancy or anything) but clean. Some parts felt kinda old. Still I left feeling stronger and way more grounded than when I came in.

I cannot comment on the beds or other physical aspects of this facility but I can comment on the staff (especially Christine) and the director who NEVER gave up on a family member of mine who was a patient there. Another inpatient facility in town would discharge my family member with a handful of prescriptions and papers without follow up resulting in repeat admissions due to noncompliance. The staff at Saluscare showed true compassion and concern for my family members welfare. I am truly grateful for what they did.

My brother has been sent here 3 or 4 times and honestly it has kind of helped him. I haven t been here myself personally but I truly do think the staff care about their patients and if it happens again I definitely would recommend. The staff answer all questions and get my brother and other patients out very quickly and effectively.

My psychiatrist is wonderful! She really makes me feel at ease and helps me understand everything with medications and my diagnosis. The whole outpatient team is always welcoming when I come in, and unlike other reviews I have never felt judged here.

Misty helped set me up for my next steps, and truly cares and checked in on me to make sure it was the right fit.
