My son is 18 and struggling with a fentanyl addiction. To say the very least it’s been hard and traumatic. My son went to the crossroads detox facility. The 12 step program works miracles and the people that work within the facility have first-hand experience often times with their own addiction recovery. Rose and Bridgette were incredibly impressionable on my son and worked very hard to influence him positively. If I could afford to open a dozen more of these places I would. God bless these people and those struggling with addiction.

Back 2 Basics has been instrumental in helping change my life. I had a really rough time in 2025 and in November of 2025 I found Back 2 Basics and they helped me in ways that I could not have imagined. The staff was amazing throughout my entire time from my residential stay to my after care. My experience at Wolf Creek Recovery was truly life changing. I have been to many rehabs but this one is the best by far.. Im surrounded by people who acutally care no matter how much I dont want the support. Steven Nolan is a great guy who has helped me in many ways and takes time iut of his day just to check on me....Harrison is the case manager and he knows excatly what to do and say. My therapist Allen my therapist makes me feel so comfortable and John who I finally met today was amazing. He took time to sit down with me and asked me If I was okay.. I wouldnt trade Wolf Creek for anything, highly recommended!

As a mom of two little ones with a full time job, I felt I’d never have the opportunity for rehab. I accepted I’d have to live the way I was living forever. Thankfully, my closest friends and family saw my alcoholism rapidly progressing and found Wolf Creek for me. I don't even know where to start!! From speaking with Sandy at intake to all the staff at both residential and PHP everyone was amazing!! I was so nervous coming in and not knowing what to expect but if you stick with it and stay you will not regret it!! Everyone who works here is amazing and deserving of 5 stars!! Their kindness, attentiveness, knowledge, passion, and enthusiasm topped the charts!! I found my tribe here and I cant say Thank You enough!!! Makes me cry just typing this out because this place and all the staff, the entire team is phenomenal!! I miss my family here and I am and will forever be grateful for their help and the difference they have made in my life!!! Despite my obstinate reluctance to participate in this type of therapy, the staff has been extremely confident and flexible in finding a way to help me. I am still surprised and very grateful for their commitment and sincerity. They really have helped in a direct and tangible fashion in a very short time. I never would have guessed that I would end up with such gratitude and respect for the people and process I have been gifted with. I offer my best wishes for all those who sacrifice so much to help and serve to foster recovery and wellness for others. Somehow, even I seem to be worth the effort from such generous folk. I just left River Source in Arizona City today. it was a great experience! The staff was great and the program exceeded my expectations. I have to give a shout out to my case manager Delia. She always made time for me and everyone else. I also have to give shout out to Francisco, a great BHT. And to T, Brandon, Fernando, Ecendeo, Kevin, Miguel, the nurses,Dr's, super shout out to therapist J-Nice and Brenda and Josset. You guys gave me the tools I need to be successful. I have been to this facility 2 times now and I love it! I'm going one. More time and as much as I love this place it WILL be the last time. This place is great tho! They really care about everyone, the food is great! The beds! Like sleeping on a cloud! The comfort meds work so very well and no one bothers you. My Mom has been with Soul Surgery for the past 2 months. It's been truly amazing to witness her transformation & continued progression since joining. What I love about Soul Surgery is that it has provided my Mom with a stable environment to live alcohol-free, receive support and training for sober living, and encourages her freedom in creating a fulfilled and joyful life. She rides her bike every day around the city and nearby parks, chooses to meal prep her food weekly for health, enjoys fun hobbies, and is free to come and go as she pleases. She is vibrant, excited about life, and is consistently engaged in the training activities and group meetings that she attends daily. I am happy that we are able to spend time together anytime on and offsite. It was great to get together on Memorials Day for swimming & family time. It is so nice to get to visit and talk on the phone and in person. I am extremely grateful for Soul Surgery and the difference it is making for my Mom. With this facility transitioning to a hybrid sober living platform requiring the daily programming with the way it has been taught has been life changing to say the least, the opportunity my wife and I have been given to join this program I must say not only my life individually has been saved my marriage has been as well and that has not been a focus in fact my marriage saved is a most pleasant by product of my own and my wife's sobriety as individuals, while my wife and I are working this program as individuals our bond has grew in strength along with the connection we have which is growing daily, this in depth 12 step based program has taught me how to live differently in sobriety. With learning how to live differently in sobriety the freedom to come and go as we please along with the ability to work has been excellent to allow us to experience the outside world while still in a safe environment, with this being my first and only treatment that I've ever gone through it be extremely difficult to imagine any other program having the impact Soul Surgery has had on me if I was given a choice how I want to attain sobriety I would chose this place, I am forever thankful and greatful for having the opportunity for sobriety and learning how to use the tools from who I have learned them from. I have been coming here for some time. They are very supportive and helpful. I will admit there have been some speed bumps on both sides, but they are always getting better and better and implementing positive changes both in the services and the support that they offer. PPR was the best experience I have ever had. The staff and residence take time to make you feel good and proud of your hard work. Now as I leave, I am a whole new person. The nurses and case managers deserve high praise for their attentiveness. This is a great clinic that has helped me so much with behavioral health issues. I’ve used this clinic on a daily basis to dose for methadone and I eventually moved on to suboxone. Thanks to Matt & Ángel. And of course all the other staff are extremely helpful with many resources

I was a resident in treatment for 28 days at the North Scottsdale location. My experience was second-to-none, and I would like to thank each member of the staff. This place gave me my life back. They helped me uncover the root of my problems. They guided me through intensive therapy. Their staff took genuine care of my well-being through a balanced routine of individual and group therapy, education, physical, and nutritional practices. They allowed me space and time to look inward to process grief, trauma, self-destructive tendencies, behavioral issues, addiction, and mental health issues. Michael handled my individual therapy and lead process group. His wisdom, charisma, and honesty lead me through breakthrough after breakthrough from my trauma, my triggers, and the root causes of my behaviors. He helped me outline a treatment plan suited to my individual needs and goals. He was the maestro and I the musician. Cami provided education, lead group discussion, and gave us tools daily to help me through treatment. She provided clarity and helped me navigate the deeps waters of my issue simply by supplying the life vest to keep me afloat. As the case manager she helped me navigate the balance between my wants and my needs. Gerry was the behind-the-scenes director of the house, the staff, and the structure of my care. She managed every in and out of the schedule, provided a foundation for the house, a structure for the day-to-day needs of the residents and the staff who cared for them. She is the ultimate mother hen, tediously and tirelessly devoted to overall well-being of all who enter the home. Patsy is the resident chef and an absolute angel of a person. Not only did she provide the residents with the best meal plan, catering to the needs of everyone, she professionally and excellently prepared and configured every meal. She wasn't just the chef, she was the glue to bring everyone together. Having her around during the day offered a safe space to communicate, to show care, and bring love, light, and kindness to the home. She will give it to you straight with a smile and then drag your ass to the gym when you’re ready. The nurses, Layla and Vicki, were so wonderful. Responsible for keeping our meds, appointments, and care daily. They meticulously took notes and monitored our mental and physical well-being. Devoted and willing to do anything needed with a smile. He was genuine, hilarious, thoughtful, and kind. Easy to talk to and helpful in any way. Nate was a gentle, observant, and spiritual soul. Relatable, considerate, and an advocate to all. He showed up with a willingness to work and help others, always. Brian, a man of true integrity, wisdom, and heart. Often he would engage with every individual and provide honesty, guidance, and actionable advice. A real no BS straight shooter, but a loving, thoughtful and caring man genuinely looking out for the well-being of everyone he interacted with. Desha, a hardworking, insightful, and calming presence. Willing and able to meet anyone at their level. Considerate, giving and thoughtful, another true gift to the program. Jay is a yoga master born of light and love, ready to guide you to peace. Master T is a man wrapped in light and positivity. As a trainer he challenges your physical body and sharpen your mind along the way. I will forever be grateful to each and every one of the people who contributed to helping me get back to my wife and children a better and whole man, forever changed for the better. I started at Cornerstone in December of 2024, thinking I would be in and out in the virtual program. Now, see I needed a liver transplant and thinking it would help get me on the list quicker do this and be done. Todd My counselor and the rest of the staff helped me through my ups and downs and understood when I wasn’t with it! But I still showed! They saved my life and were there for before and after transplant. The staff showed me I needed to love myself before I could work on myself but I needed to work on myself before I could love myself. Now I get the pleasure to be part of the staff. I always say it is hard work but when you get it , you get!

I completed residential treatment at Cornerstone. I was at Grayhawk Manor with 8 other people. My experience was completely amazing. The staff and therapy is 5 star as well as everything else about my stay. I cannot recommend the facility enough. If you are a loved one are struggling with mental health and/or substance abuse you will get fantastic care at Cornerstone.

After interviewing several facilities in and around Arizona, our family chose Cottonwood. They are strong in treatment of both mental health and substance use issues. Meredith Cohen as a primary therapist was particularly helpful for us, as was Sallie who utilizes EMDR/NARM modalities to therapy. Their support staff is educated, kind, and attentive. Cottonwood also emphasized the importance of the patient working to build their support system and truly be immersed in the community while receiving treatment. We highly recommend Cottonwood.

What a wonderful experience here. I mean… if you have to go to a treatment centre— and this was my first and hopefully only time— Carleton/Decision Point is it. Loved my therapists, Jessica and Doug, and case manager Stephen. They really care about you and I am impressed at the progress I made in the 45 days I spent here. Also the nurses are kind and caring and really helped me a lot, especially Dena, Heather, and Katie. The housing and campus at Carleton are beautiful and spacious. The level of independence mixed with care and guidance is a good balance. Wish there were more outside activities, but otherwise I can genuinely say “5 stars.”
