This place is amazing the staff was willing to help at all times. I would send my mother here. If you need detox or residential I did both it was amazing. Rachel at detox Allen the therapist at residential and the doctor Alex who is over both was top notch. Highly recommend this place if you need help. My son is 18 and struggling with a fentanyl addiction. To say the very least it’s been hard and traumatic. My son went to the crossroads detox facility. The 12 step program works miracles and the people that work within the facility have first-hand experience often times with their own addiction recovery. Rose and Bridgette were incredibly impressionable on my son and worked very hard to influence him positively. If I could afford to open a dozen more of these places I would. God bless these people and those struggling with addiction.

Back 2 Basics has been instrumental in helping change my life. I had a really rough time in 2025 and in November of 2025 I found Back 2 Basics and they helped me in ways that I could not have imagined. The staff was amazing throughout my entire time from my residential stay to my after care. My experience at Wolf Creek Recovery was truly life changing. I have been to many rehabs but this one is the best by far.. Im surrounded by people who acutally care no matter how much I dont want the support. Steven Nolan is a great guy who has helped me in many ways and takes time iut of his day just to check on me....Harrison is the case manager and he knows excatly what to do and say. My therapist Allen my therapist makes me feel so comfortable and John who I finally met today was amazing. He took time to sit down with me and asked me If I was okay.. I wouldnt trade Wolf Creek for anything, highly recommended!

As a mom of two little ones with a full time job, I felt I’d never have the opportunity for rehab. I accepted I’d have to live the way I was living forever. Thankfully, my closest friends and family saw my alcoholism rapidly progressing and found Wolf Creek for me. I don't even know where to start!! From speaking with Sandy at intake to all the staff at both residential and PHP everyone was amazing!! I was so nervous coming in and not knowing what to expect but if you stick with it and stay you will not regret it!! Everyone who works here is amazing and deserving of 5 stars!! Their kindness, attentiveness, knowledge, passion, and enthusiasm topped the charts!! I found my tribe here and I cant say Thank You enough!!! Makes me cry just typing this out because this place and all the staff, the entire team is phenomenal!! I miss my family here and I am and will forever be grateful for their help and the difference they have made in my life!!! Despite my obstinate reluctance to participate in this type of therapy, the staff has been extremely confident and flexible in finding a way to help me. I am still surprised and very grateful for their commitment and sincerity. They really have helped in a direct and tangible fashion in a very short time. I never would have guessed that I would end up with such gratitude and respect for the people and process I have been gifted with. I offer my best wishes for all those who sacrifice so much to help and serve to foster recovery and wellness for others. Somehow, even I seem to be worth the effort from such generous folk. My inability to fathom anything that could justify the time spent with me by such wonderous people does not diminish my gratitude for the effects of the education, caring and results achieved.

Complex Trauma rears its ugly head without warning, oftentimes a slow boil over years. I just left River Source in Arizona City today. it was a great experience! The staff was great and the program exceeded my expectations. I have to give a shout out to my case manager Delia. She always made time for me and everyone else. I also have to give shout out to Francisco, a great BHT. And to T, Brandon, Fernando, Ecendeo, Kevin, Miguel, the nurses,Dr's, super shout out to therapist J-Nice and Brenda and Josset. You guys gave me the tools I need to be successful. I have been to this facility 2 times now and I love it! I'm going one. More time and as much as I love this place it WILL be the last time. This place is great tho! They really care about everyone, the food is great! The beds! Like sleeping on a cloud! The comfort meds work so very well and no one bothers you. My Mom has been with Soul Surgery for the past 2 months. It's been truly amazing to witness her transformation & continued progression since joining. What I love about Soul Surgery is that it has provided my Mom with a stable environment to live alcohol-free, receive support and training for sober living, and encourages her freedom in creating a fulfilled and joyful life. She rides her bike every day around the city and nearby parks, chooses to meal prep her food weekly for health, enjoys fun hobbies, and is free to come and go as she pleases. She is vibrant, excited about life, and is consistently engaged in the training activities and group meetings that she attends daily. With this facility transitioning to a hybrid sober living platform requiring the daily programming with the way it has been taught has been life changing to say the least, the opportunity my wife and I have been given to join this program I must say not only my life individually has been saved my marriage has been as well and that has not been a focus in fact my marriage saved is a most pleasant by product of my own and my wife's sobriety as individuals, while my wife and I are working this program as individuals our bond has grew in strength along with the connection we have which is growing daily, this in depth 12 step based program has taught me how to live differently in sobriety. With learning how to live differently in sobriety the freedom to come and go as we please along with the ability to work has been excellent to allow us to experience the outside world while still in a safe environment, with this being my first and only treatment that I've ever gone through it be extremely difficult to imagine any other program having the impact Soul Surgery has had on me if I was given a choice how I want to attain sobriety I would chose this place, I am forever thankful and greatful for having the opportunity for sobriety and learning how to use the tools from who I have learned them from. Glendale CMS: A+++ By far the BEST CMS location! I've been at CMS Glendale for over 7 years and I I didn't think it could get any better. But... It DID! With the few changes made over the last several months, my satisfaction level for every department has skyrocketed! Jaden, at the front, is not just super knowledgeable, he's got an incredible rapport with everyone. A+ for him! My counselor, Francis, is ALWAYS understanding, supportive and just a delightful person. I feel like she's one of those unique people who actually hears you when you talk. I'm beyond grateful for her time and her ability to go help me no matter what I'm dealing with. A+ for her! The nurses have never treated me with anything other than kindness and dignity. It's very refreshing to not be labeled for my disease but rather cared for and understood. A+ the them! If you or a loved one has problems with substances, this program is a blessing. Everyone here welcomes with arms wide open and a love that many of us are not accustomed to but many adapt to in a time of dire need. The staff here goes above and beyond to see that we become the upmost productive members of society that we are ment to be. I can honestly say that this program has changed not only my life but everyone’s around me from my friends to my family. I am extremely grateful to experience this opportunity in my life. The staff and therapy is 5 star as well as everything else about my stay. I cannot recommend the facility enough. I spent close to 5 months here at Cornerstone. It’s my second time in treatment and this place truly saved my life. From support through PHP to IOP3 , my case manager Holly, the navigators, and my incredible therapist Emma and Evan. All of the staff really want you to succeed. It’s very structured here and they hold you accountable. I am currently 7 months sober, which is the longest time I’ve ever had in the last 15 years. They helped me through substance abuse as well as my mental health struggles. My peers have always been loving and supportive. I attend the Monday night alumni meeting to keep in contact with all the friends I’ve made here during my journey. They encouraged me to get a job, and truly wanted to see me succeed. I would HIGHLY recommend Cornerstone to anybody struggling with substance abuse or mental health. I am forever grateful for them laying down the foundation for a better life. I don’t have to live in misery anymore, and it’s all thanks to Cornerstone.

Cornerstone was a life-changing experience for me. The staff genuinely care about people and truly want to see clients get better, heal, and live a sober life. Throughout my time there, I learned a lot about myself, gained structure, and became a stronger person mentally and emotionally. The environment gave me an important foundation and helped reset my perspective in a major way. Recovery is never easy, but being around people who care and who hold you accountable made a real difference for me. No program is perfect, and there were moments I didn’t agree with every decision, but overall I’m extremely grateful for my experience there. After interviewing several facilities in and around Arizona, our family chose Cottonwood. They are strong in treatment of both mental health and substance use issues. Meredith Cohen as a primary therapist was particularly helpful for us, as was Sallie who utilizes EMDR/NARM modalities to therapy. Their support staff is educated, kind, and attentive. Cottonwood also emphasized the importance of the patient working to build their support system and truly be immersed in the community while receiving treatment. We highly recommend Cottonwood.

i’ve been in one IOP and one residential previously and cottonwood was the absolute best out of them all. i felt comfortable and welcome from the beginning and the staff is wonderful. kelly is the best and kay is a fantastic therapist. 💗

Cornerstone saved my life. I went through IOP5 and IOP4 With Cornerstone. The staff there is the best. I’ve been to other places, but I would definitely recommend other people try Cornerstone, no better place for recovery in my opinion.

I checked into the west side clinic from detox on October 14th 2024 , I will be beyond grateful for the rest of my life to cornerstone. Not because of 1 specific reason but I can honestly say everything about this treatment center is solid. From the staff , to the food system they have in place where clients cook there own meals, to the ability to have sponsor passes but also the way they have the iop setup as far as a 3 phase program , thats what I did and ive been a little over a year sober. Some of the staff that really helped me when I didn’t have the ability to call my sponsor about whatever the situation was , Taylor at the center and BHTs ,Shane, Kenny, remmy And Joe Also tom Higgins Cornerstone is somewhere I will always recommend people still struggling with addiction and alcoholism to check themselves into cornerstone

When I learned that I would be completing 30 hours of DUI online training it seemed daunting and I had no idea what to expect. The experience, as it turns out, was extremely positive for me. The education and the stories taught me so much, and I come away with a deep regard and empathy for those who have experienced the consequences of driving while impaired and empathy for those who struggle with addiction- the addicts and their loved ones. I don’t consider myself to be an alchoholic but I made a very reckless choice to drive after drinking. My son, who struggled with mental illness and addiction for many years, had taken just taken his life and this DUI came about when I was in the depths of despair. I learned so much about HIS addiction, but also about the choices we make that have irreperable damage. As crazy as this sounds, I am grateful for the experience because I believe it has made me a better person. THANK YOU.

What a wonderful experience here. I mean… if you have to go to a treatment centre— and this was my first and hopefully only time— Carleton/Decision Point is it. Loved my therapists, Jessica and Doug, and case manager Stephen. They really care about you and I am impressed at the progress I made in the 45 days I spent here. Also the nurses are kind and caring and really helped me a lot, especially Dena, Heather, and Katie. The housing and campus at Carleton are beautiful and spacious. The level of independence mixed with care and guidance is a good balance. Wish there were more outside activities, but otherwise I can genuinely say “5 stars.”

My son has been through a few two very traumatic life changing things in the last few months. He lost the love of his life while suffering a traumatic brain injury himself and barely surviving it. After coming through it all he made the very brave decision that he needed to go to rehab. I had kept in touch with Stephen Teele, who has known my son for years, through all of this. So he gave Stephen a call and he helped get him in immediately. This has been the best thing ever for my son! They have helped him so much and have continued to do so and are able to continue to support him as long as he needs it. As for his family, we have had a few obstacles we are having to overcome right now Which have affected my son, but the staff at Decision Point have been there to help him through this also. Thank you to all the staff for all the love , care and support you have given him and the many others you have helped! I would also like to that Troy for his help also. I know there are many others that deserve individual praise, but thank you all very much
