I wanted to write a review to say how thankful I am to this facility and the incredible team (special shout out to my therapist Angela and Josh )who work here. Upon arrival I was going through it. From the very beginning the staff welcomed me with compassion, respect, and patience. Not only did they provide incredible treatment- they provided me with a family-like support. I felt understood, safe, and valued.
The therapists and facilitators earnestly listened and helped me navigate through the most difficult time of my life . Thanks to them I made progress and built confidence, learned healthier ways to cope, and began to learn how to love myself. I never felt alone, and felt encouraged and cared for each and every step of the way.
Hope Harbor Wellness- helped restore my life. Thanks to them I left with clarity. hope, and a strong sense of who I am. If someone you know or you yourself are struggling , I wholeheartedly recommend Hope Harbour Wellness. Their dedication and compassion make all the difference.

The assessment portion was great but the "Urgent" portion is not. It took 3 days for someone to call about meds and that appointment is a month away. We still haven't found a therapist in the system that accepts Medicare. This has added to the stress.

Overall I rate this hospital as one of the best inpatient experiences I've been in for years. Intake process is quick and easy. Rooms are updated and very clean. Food is good quality and vegan options are available. Doctors are very knowledgeable and understanding of your needs. DBT therapy and groups sessions are resourceful and offered daily. Staff is always available to assist.
My only suggestion is to swap out the water fountains for bottled water or a filtered water dispenserary.

Intake rep Michelle is the most caring and compassionate person. She is so passionate about mental health care. Talked me through a crisis over the phone and met me at the door upon my arrival.
Christy S. (LPN) is so sweet and caring. Not only does she always greet you with a smile, she genuinely checks in on you throughout your stay. On Thanksgiving, I witnessed her pass meds and work the entire Unit 4- taking vitals and comforting others. Thank you for our daily talks.

My fiancé currently does not have insurance and is unemployed at this time. I called Pathways on Monday and asked if they saw patients without insurance and the girl, her name was Ashley I believe, was very helpful and let me know that they do see patients without insurance and walked me through how to get him in. We went to the Department of Labor on Monday and got his income verification, then went to Pathways Tuesday morning early as a walk-in because that’s what you have to do to be seen for free. We got lucky and he was seen within 30 minutes of getting there! Every person that works there was pleasant and friendly. The staff at the front were friendly to every patient that came in, and they actually seemed to enjoy their jobs, and truly care about making sure patients got the help they need. I heard them communicate with people over the phone as well, and they were friendly and helpful. I have a lot of experience with doctor’s offices, and worked in many myself, and it is refreshing to be greeted by friendly, helpful, non- judgmental staff. Thank you SO much for your help today, you have no idea how much it means to me personally, but to my fiancé as well. 🙏🏻

Absolutely LOVE my doctor an therapist. If you need a good therapist an doctor therapist I HIGHLY recommend Deanna an doctor Knight-Nelson. Both of them work with you an don’t judge you at all. The staff in general is professional an really nice. I travel an almost an hour an honestly it’s worth the drive !!!!

My experience at getting functional hearing aids at Trinka Davis Veterans Village was simply outstanding. This was my first time using the VA for medical and it was a pleasant experience. I requested an appointment online and was called a couple of days later to confirm the date and time. It is easy to find and there is plenty of parking. The front secretary wasn’t exactly warm, but otherwise everyone was very friendly. Dr. Bigoms and the staff at the eye clinic took their time with me and made me feel like I mattered. That doesn’t happen often in healthcare anymore, unfortunately.
Some staff are rude but Charlie and the rest make it absolutely healing!! I am forever grateful they gave me a safe space to regain my strength physically and mentally!

We have been with Tanner for 3 years now and have been through our fair shares of different staff members in that short time. The only and I mean only staff member that I have always been able to count on is Maggie Norton at the Carrollton location. Shes been able to help even when we were being seen at a different location due to the ma's at that location not answering or returning phone calls. Highly, highly recommend Ms. Maggie!! She is the sweetest and most professional person to talk to at Tanner that I have found!

Impressive informative professional services I received from Marietta Georgia office on both occasions from Ms.Tara and Ms. Nadine.
Place is great for youth. The staff genuinely care about the kids and want them to succeed. I was a client there and they really helped me out and helped me accomplish my goals. Only problem is that they need and deserve more funding.

Great place in the 7 weeks there I never got up and regretted going to the meeting. I want people to understand something important about the program. When you complete it and leave, the medications they use as “crutches” (like SSRIs) are not designed to be permanent solutions — but they don’t really prepare you for what happens when you try to come off them.
In my case, when I finished the program, I was left with nothing but “good luck.” No tapering support, no real plan, no follow-up guidance. The withdrawal from SSRI medication was a horrific experience, and I had to seek out a separate doctor on my own afterward just to cope.
People should know going in: the program does provide structure and tools while you’re there, but the aftercare is lacking, especially around medication dependence. Be ready to advocate for yourself and find outside medical support when you leave.
Alana is a wonderful place for recovery. The coping skills you learn are top tier! The staff really cares about your progress and they try to do as much as they can to help you with recovery. Cliff, Darnell, Joy and the full staff are amazing. They definitely help you pack life long tools

Being at Alana was a great experience for me. I had a chance to learn a lot of things about recovery and the mental aspect of what drugs and alcohol does to the body as a hole. I would definitely recommend this place to others such as myself that's trying to get their lives together. I stayed there 3 months,and I wish I was able to stay there even longer,Ms.Laura,Ms.Brenda,Colin,Chris,Cliff,and Caitlin played a big role in my recovery,these are PEOPLE THAT ILL NEVER FORGET. They helped me so much along the way,I plan in going back to Alana to work,once I get enough clean time.. God Bless the whole entire staff at Alana,including my peers that I left when I graduated...Im looking forward to attending The Alumni gatherings.My journey is by far over with. I really appreciate the workers at this hospital. They are kind, accomodating and respectful. I didn't feel condescended to, nor treated like less of a human being. I felt that the workers set a tone of respect and dignity and support on the unit. The groups were awesome and very well facilitated. I felt like they weren't just there for a paycheck, that they actually cared about doing a good job. I would definitely go back there if I ever need mental health inpatient care.

It was a safe place during my most suicidal years. I really appreciated the ability to isolate in my room, unlike other facilities that lock the rooms during the day. That was a necessity for me as an autistic person, in order to prevent overwhelm and truly feel safe. Therapy groups could be stressful, but I wasn't forced to attend which I really appreciate. When life feels so out of control, small things like that can go a long way

I came to this center after a traumatic experience. These people made me whole again. I cannot say how much this place meant to me the 4 months I was there. Caring nurses, wonderful doctors and a cook who knew how to make hospital food palatable. I cannot recommend this place more!

John my therapist helped me so much! Getting me to finally accept my mother’s death was hard, but I finally did get through it because of him! Amazing therapist! I want to add the entire team of BHT’s. They did so much for me! Andrew’s, Thomas, Kendra, Marvala, Sharla, Andre, Joe, Lorenzo, and Erica! My intake was done by Tamara who was also so amazing! Best food I’ve eaten in a while! Shout out to Miss Monica and I hate that I don’t remember the other chef but his food was also so amazing. King Dre! You are the man! All the therapists were also so amazing! Christina’s energy was incredible but scary! Haha. Just kidding. I had the best experience at ADC! If anyone at all is having substance abuse problem? You can’t go wrong at that facility! It changed me completely and I owe it all to that staff at ADC!

ARP has truly been an angel sent into my life. I feel so blessed that our paths crossed. When I thought my world was ending and I was losing all hope, they stepped in—for both me and my daughter. Now, about five years later, I can honestly say they saved my daughter’s life, and in many ways, they saved my family too.
It’s not magic—it takes hard work—but none of it would have been possible without the people who work there. I may forget some names, but Jeff in particular is a gift from God. He does his job with love, empathy, honesty, a sense of fun, and unwavering dedication.

My director's (Von & Tracy) help me a lot with my sobriety any time I need to talk or have any issues there always available and make sure im good knowing that they have alote on there plate they still make time.

I worked the program and graduated and God led me back to help lead other suffering addicts to freedom with our 12 step recovery program, our sober network, And help them find God.
