My fiancé currently does not have insurance and is unemployed at this time. I called Pathways on Monday and asked if they saw patients without insurance and the girl, her name was Ashley I believe, was very helpful and let me know that they do see patients without insurance and walked me through how to get him in. We went to the Department of Labor on Monday and got his income verification, then went to Pathways Tuesday morning early as a walk-in because that’s what you have to do to be seen for free. We got lucky and he was seen within 30 minutes of getting there! Every person that works there was pleasant and friendly. The staff at the front were friendly to every patient that came in, and they actually seemed to enjoy their jobs, and truly care about making sure patients got the help they need. I heard them communicate with people over the phone as well, and they were friendly and helpful. I have a lot of experience with doctor’s offices, and worked in many myself, and it is refreshing to be greeted by friendly, helpful, non- judgmental staff. Thank you SO much for your help today, you have no idea how much it means to me personally, but to my fiancé as well. 🙏🏻

Absolutely LOVE my doctor an therapist. If you need a good therapist an doctor therapist I HIGHLY recommend Deanna an doctor Knight-Nelson. Both of them work with you an don’t judge you at all. This was my first time using the VA for medical and it was a pleasant experience. I requested an appointment online and was called a couple of days later to confirm the date and time. It is easy to find and there is plenty of parking. The front secretary wasn’t exactly warm, but otherwise everyone was very friendly. Dr. Bigoms and the staff at the eye clinic took their time with me and made me feel like I mattered. That doesn’t happen often in healthcare anymore, unfortunately.

We have been with Tanner for 3 years now and have been through our fair shares of different staff members in that short time. The only and I mean only staff member that I have always been able to count on is Maggie Norton at the Carrollton location. Shes been able to help even when we were being seen at a different location due to the ma's at that location not answering or returning phone calls. Highly, highly recommend Ms. Maggie!! She is the sweetest and most professional person to talk to at Tanner that I have found!

Place is great for youth. The staff genuinely care about the kids and want them to succeed. I was a client there and they really helped me out and helped me accomplish my goals. Only problem is that they need and deserve more funding.

I wouldn't be writing this review if it wasn't completely true, what Tanner Center did for me and my wife has no price, they gave an amazing treatment which was the one that saved my marriage. Instead of getting me clean and sober they also helped me to fix my marriage with the couple therapy sessions.

My time at Willowbrooke was the thing that most helped me to be able to recover, they marked my life in such a positive way and I don't have enough words to thank them for that. I am sure that as they helped me they can help everyone else in need.

The assessment portion was great but the "Urgent" portion is not. It took 3 days for someone to call about meds and that appointment is a month away. We still haven't found a therapist in the system that accepts Medicare. This has added to the stress.

Overall I rate this hospital as one of the best inpatient experiences I've been in for years. Intake process is quick and easy. Rooms are updated and very clean. Food is good quality and vegan options are available. Doctors are very knowledgeable and understanding of your needs. DBT therapy and groups sessions are resourceful and offered daily. Staff is always available to assist.
My only suggestion is to swap out the water fountains for bottled water or a filtered water dispenserary.

This AMAZING place is honestly the best of all, hands down.
From the doctor, director Jennifer, miss Holly amazing nurses especially Yolanda, and many more especially when you are recovering in recovery the amazing counselor's , such as sweet, caring, and supportive while REALLY LISTENING AND KEEPING IT REAL and making you feel comfortable and in a safe place is just a big perk in recovery. Counselor/therapist Ames. Adrienne has really helped me with so much.
But I do want anyone who is reading this that knows someone or if you are struggling with addiction and ready to live a good life if you are scared to do it cold turkey or don't have the support or financial to pay for rehab or detox and all that this is the best place to do it and recovery can happen in all different forms cold turkey clinics Suboxone and it doesn't matter what you do as long as you do it and make a difference in your life and better yourself but this is the place to go and is a great option if you're open to it and ready to do it just make sure you're open ready and you want it and I encourage you that this clinic is the clinic for you or anyone if you know anyone struggling . I am starting as guest dosing and will become perm patient this week and I did read ALL reviews prior to going. I have to disagree with these bad reviews EVERYONE from the front desk (Tracey) to the nurse was extremely kind and extremely helpful. I was never made to feel like they were talking about me I felt so comfortable which is why I chose to go here permanently. If you are looking for help don’t wait and waste your life and money on the streets I waited to long years thinking I needed to go to a clinic and finally started 2 years ago and life has changed for the better and it will for you too. All that said I agree with another reviewer that once you start this your stuck BUT it’s better than looking on the streets for pills etc... your can change your life for the better with MAT it was the right choice for me don’t keep waiting start today!

I have attended other methadone clinics but this one actually cares about me. I'm not treated like an addict. They treat you like a person and don't think they are better than you. All the staff care and take the time to help me when I need something. I have been coming here for several years now and have never had a problem. Great place in the 7 weeks there I never got up and regretted going to the meeting. The staff was amazing and treated everyone with great respect I highly recommend this place for recovery for professional patients for sure they target your profession directly getting you the help personally and mentally also completing the needed paperwork.

I want people to understand something important about the program. When you complete it and leave, the medications they use as “crutches” (like SSRIs) are not designed to be permanent solutions — but they don’t really prepare you for what happens when you try to come off them.
In my case, when I finished the program, I was left with nothing but “good luck.” No tapering support, no real plan, no follow-up guidance. The withdrawal from SSRI medication was a horrific experience, and I had to seek out a separate doctor on my own afterward just to cope.
People should know going in: the program does provide structure and tools while you’re there, but the aftercare is lacking, especially around medication dependence. Be ready to advocate for yourself and find outside medical support when you leave.

I choose "other" because my loved one was treated for "multiple of the above"... including but not limited to pain pills, marijuana, meth, and alcohol. Never in a million years did I ever think he would get and STAY clean and sober. He had tried AA, an out of state rehab, counseling, etc etc, nothing worked. He was arrested, in jail, lost the right to see his son, estranged from his family, broken from his fiance, no job, no car, no steady living arrangements... But it seemed like he would never hit "bottom" that everyone talks about.....after looking at tons of programs, we found Alana and it is the best thing that could have ever happened. He has been clean and sober for over two year and has completed turned his life around to the point that he is now other the other side of it and dedicates his life to helping others! he is back in his sons life, has steady housing, steady job, a relationship with family etc. I cannot say enough positive about this program!!

Alana is a wonderful place for recovery. The coping skills you learn are top tier! The staff really cares about your progress and they try to do as much as they can to help you with recovery. Cliff, Darnell, Joy and the full staff are amazing. They definitely help you pack life long tools

I wanted to write a review to say how thankful I am to this facility and the incredible team (special shout out to my therapist Angela and Josh )who work here. Upon arrival I was going through it. From the very beginning the staff welcomed me with compassion, respect, and patience. Not only did they provide incredible treatment- they provided me with a family-like support. I felt understood, safe, and valued.
The therapists and facilitators earnestly listened and helped me navigate through the most difficult time of my life . Thanks to them I made progress and built confidence, learned healthier ways to cope, and began to learn how to love myself. I never felt alone, and felt encouraged and cared for each and every step of the way.

I came to this center after a traumatic experience. These people made me whole again. I cannot say how much this place meant to me the 4 months I was there. Caring nurses, wonderful doctors and a cook who knew how to make hospital food palatable. I cannot recommend this place more!

I really appreciate the workers at this hospital. They are kind, accomodating and respectful. I didn't feel condescended to, nor treated like less of a human being. I felt that the workers set a tone of respect and dignity and support on the unit. The groups were awesome and very well facilitated. I felt like they weren't just there for a paycheck, that they actually cared about doing a good job. I would definitely go back there if I ever need mental health inpatient care.

It was a safe place during my most suicidal years. I really appreciated the ability to isolate in my room, unlike other facilities that lock the rooms during the day. That was a necessity for me as an autistic person, in order to prevent overwhelm and truly feel safe. Therapy groups could be stressful, but I wasn't forced to attend which I really appreciate. When life feels so out of control, small things like that can go a long way

John my therapist helped me so much! Getting me to finally accept my mother’s death was hard, but I finally did get through it because of him! Amazing therapist! I want to add the entire team of BHT’s. They did so much for me! Andrew’s, Thomas, Kendra, Marvala, Sharla, Andre, Joe, Lorenzo, and Erica! My intake was done by Tamara who was also so amazing! Best food I’ve eaten in a while! Shout out to Miss Monica and I hate that I don’t remember the other chef but his food was also so amazing. King Dre! You are the man! All the therapists were also so amazing! Christina’s energy was incredible but scary! Haha. Just kidding. I had the best experience at ADC! If anyone at all is having substance abuse problem?
