I’ve loved this place since i started going. The front desk lady Mrs. Portia is a sweetheart and my therapist MaryBeth has been a true blessing to me! Also the nurse and doctors i see are amazing!!!! I couldn’t have found a better place to go for my needs ❤️! So thank you to everyone at pathways for always making me feel comfortable and relaxed!

I just want to thank me. Jessica, Mrs. Tori, ms.suzie, and Mr. Marvin. They have been wonderful. They are open to any thing. They have helped me more than they even really know. I love them so much for all there help. I thank God everyday for having such wonderful people that I have never knew that are there to help me when I truly didn't think that ever existed. For the purpose of my visit, they ultimately handled it extremely well. I appreciate all of you for your service. Please keep doing what you're doing.. Note*.... There's a new intake "counselor" (MSW certified) that did a fantastic job. Keep it up girl. Everyone else has made the experience pleasant. We appreciate it. Also my secondary visit was great.

Meribeth is my counselor and she is absolutely helpful with my situations and told to help me overcome. Pathways is a great center that helps people with mental health. Martha is my group counselor and she is a great group leader. Casey is my anger management leader and she is kind and understanding.
They are the best. I definitely recommend this to everyone in need. Great Doctor. The staff is amazing and a very knowledgeable staff. The staff is non judgmental. Private. It’s not sketchy like most MMT clinics. They don’t put up with no junk from the patients, which I like. You come here with the right mindset, then you will accomplish what you set out to do. It really changed my life. I love it, and wouldn’t change it for the world. You won’t regret it, I promise you!!! 💯❤️👇

I am starting as guest dosing and will become perm patient this week and I did read ALL reviews prior to going. I have to disagree with these bad reviews EVERYONE from the front desk (Tracey) to the nurse was extremely kind and extremely helpful. I was never made to feel like they were talking about me I felt so comfortable which is why I chose to go here permanently. If you are looking for help don’t wait and waste your life and money on the streets I waited to long years thinking I needed to go to a clinic and finally started 2 years ago and life has changed for the better and it will for you too. All that said I agree with another reviewer that once you start this your stuck BUT it’s better than looking on the streets for pills etc... your can change your life for the better with MAT it was the right choice for me don’t keep waiting start today!

The staff at the reprieve are very knowledgeable and will help you any and every way they can. That includes the staff at the php classes as well. If you really want sobriety then the reprieve is a good place to start.

I felt like I was safe at home here. Absolutely loved getting better there. The staff was the best part. Everywhere I turned was a kind smiling face and a warm understanding heart. They know what you are going through because they have been there and made it through. You are not a name and number. You are someone's friend, son, brother. These people care and you can feel the concern they have for each individual. I love you A Reprieve staff.
Great place in the 7 weeks there I never got up and regretted going to the meeting. The staff was amazing and treated everyone with great respect I highly recommend this place for recovery for professional patients for sure they target your profession directly getting you the help personally and mentally also completing the needed paperwork.

I want people to understand something important about the program. When you complete it and leave, the medications they use as “crutches” (like SSRIs) are not designed to be permanent solutions — but they don’t really prepare you for what happens when you try to come off them.
In my case, when I finished the program, I was left with nothing but “good luck.” No tapering support, no real plan, no follow-up guidance. The withdrawal from SSRI medication was a horrific experience, and I had to seek out a separate doctor on my own afterward just to cope.
People should know going in: the program does provide structure and tools while you’re there, but the aftercare is lacking, especially around medication dependence. Be ready to advocate for yourself and find outside medical support when you leave.

John my therapist helped me so much! Getting me to finally accept my mother’s death was hard, but I finally did get through it because of him! Amazing therapist! I want to add the entire team of BHT’s. They did so much for me! Andrew’s, Thomas, Kendra, Marvala, Sharla, Andre, Joe, Lorenzo, and Erica! My intake was done by Tamara who was also so amazing! Best food I’ve eaten in a while! Shout out to Miss Monica and I hate that I don’t remember the other chef but his food was also so amazing. King Dre! You are the man! All the therapists were also so amazing! Christina’s energy was incredible but scary! Haha. Just kidding. I had the best experience at ADC! If anyone at all is having substance abuse problem? You can’t go wrong at that facility! It changed me completely and I owe it all to that staff at ADC!

This place has helped me so much!! It’s a really great place to go to if you need Help. Ms.Poole is so awesome she has helped me more than I can even count. In 2017 when I started coming Ms.Poole was my counselor and she was amazing! She always made sure I was okay and she listened to me when I I was going through hard times and she really cared. She always tried to help me. She even bought me me and my kids food for me to take to my house when I was going through a hard time. Now she is the Director and she is amazing at that. She makes sure that everything is by the book and she makes sure all of her patients are treated how they are supposed to be!!! I love Ms Poole! She is amazing And Ms Twanna is my counselor now and she is amazing also she really cares about her patients. Whatever anybody is going through she will listen to you and try to help you in anyway that she can. I love her too!!! This place is awesome if you need help they will really try their best to do whatever they can to help!! All of the staff members are really sweet and they do their job to make sure the patients are well tooken care of. New season Metro Treatment Center is amazing!!! I really love this place and the staff!!

If you are looking for help, this is the place to go. I have never met anyone as dedicated as Ms. Poole. I came there several years ago in a bad way and they did not have to take a chance on me but they did. The empathy, trust, and respect I was treated with bolstered my desire to succede at this program and I have. It has changed my life and I am forever greatful to Ms. Poole, Sonya, and the rest of the wonderful staff there. Over the years I have come in contact with just about everyone there and have been treated very well. Thanks again for all you do.

I had an amazing experience there! Shaq was amazing, Mac was amazing, and and Cody was amazing!! Also, the therapists that I had there was amazing!!! I still went thru issues after I left there because of my own choices, but I have over a year clean now!!! I even work in treatment now myself!! But I will always have gratitude for GATC and the people there who helped me along the way in my journey!!!

Dr Lowley is the must awesome dr and such good with kids .We enjoy haven him for my boys Dr and would not change it for the world he is amazing.
I love the staff. Very professional and friendly. The staff greet me with a smile and call me by my name.
I absolutely love my doctor and therapist! I know that they are genuinely concerned about my mental health.

My fiancé currently does not have insurance and is unemployed at this time. I called Pathways on Monday and asked if they saw patients without insurance and the girl, her name was Ashley I believe, was very helpful and let me know that they do see patients without insurance and walked me through how to get him in. We went to the Department of Labor on Monday and got his income verification, then went to Pathways Tuesday morning early as a walk-in because that’s what you have to do to be seen for free. We got lucky and he was seen within 30 minutes of getting there! Every person that works there was pleasant and friendly. The staff at the front were friendly to every patient that came in, and they actually seemed to enjoy their jobs, and truly care about making sure patients got the help they need. I heard them communicate with people over the phone as well, and they were friendly and helpful. I have a lot of experience with doctor’s offices, and worked in many myself, and it is refreshing to be greeted by friendly, helpful, non- judgmental staff. Thank you SO much for your help today, you have no idea how much it means to me personally, but to my fiancé as well. 🙏🏻

Absolutely LOVE my doctor an therapist. If you need a good therapist an doctor therapist I HIGHLY recommend Deanna an doctor Knight-Nelson. Both of them work with you an don’t judge you at all. The staff in general is professional an really nice. I travel an almost an hour an honestly it’s worth the drive !!!!
The staff here really do care. My PACT team has been on point helping me to resolve emergent health issues. It took some community referrals because Atlanta is so busy, but I feel blessed NP Williams and her team rock!

Friendly and helpful staff, excellent lab techs. The Nurses are Professional and throught with their screenings and will answer any and all questions they can. The Dr's are OK when you can keep on long enough to get to know them.😁

This was my first time using the VA for medical and it was a pleasant experience. I requested an appointment online and was called a couple of days later to confirm the date and time. It is easy to find and there is plenty of parking. The front secretary wasn’t exactly warm, but otherwise everyone was very friendly. Dr. Bigoms and the staff at the eye clinic took their time with me and made me feel like I mattered. That doesn’t happen often in healthcare anymore, unfortunately.
Place is the best! They helped me tremendously through a rough time in my life, they are the best mental health treatment center ive gone to in the greater atlanta area and i truly believe it is my last!

had a good time getting help here with friendly staff, clean facility, great food and compassionate clients. I was sad to leave! If you’re looking for a good mental health facility, this is the one. They also offer tours if you’re interested in seeing for yourself beforehand.

Ft. Mac offers a lot of services to us veterans and dependents. I wished they had natural medicine doctors instead of the ones the only thing they're taught to do is issue pills for everything.
They have excellent therapy services they saved me in my time of crisis!! Thank you, Dr. Williams and Ms. Barbara Smith, for my sanity, I couldn't have done it without either of you and your staff!!

This AMAZING place is honestly the best of all, hands down.
From the doctor, director Jennifer, miss Holly amazing nurses especially Yolanda, and many more especially when you are recovering in recovery the amazing counselor's , such as sweet, caring, and supportive while REALLY LISTENING AND KEEPING IT REAL and making you feel comfortable and in a safe place is just a big perk in recovery. Counselor/therapist Ames. Adrienne has really helped me with so much.
But I do want anyone who is reading this that knows someone or if you are struggling with addiction and ready to live a good life if you are scared to do it cold turkey or don't have the support or financial to pay for rehab or detox and all that this is the best place to do it and recovery can happen in all different forms cold turkey clinics Suboxone and it doesn't matter what you do as long as you do it and make a difference in your life and better yourself but this is the place to go and is a great option if you're open to it and ready to do it just make sure you're open ready and you want it and I encourage you that this clinic is the clinic for you or anyone if you know anyone struggling . And they also take health insurance and offer a new health insurance called ambetter that will cover all costs as well so reach out if you need to and make a change start it today.
