They are the best. I definitely recommend this to everyone in need. Great Doctor. The staff is amazing and a very knowledgeable staff. The staff is non judgmental. Private. It’s not sketchy like most MMT clinics. They don’t put up with no junk from the patients, which I like. You come here with the right mindset, then you will accomplish what you set out to do. My daughter is seen by the therapist and Dr here. I called, I'm authorized to speak for her, and the receptionist was very rude, said the people in line in front of her took priority over her answering my call. Very rude, uncaring people to be in the mental health field.

John my therapist helped me so much! Getting me to finally accept my mother’s death was hard, but I finally did get through it because of him! Amazing therapist! I want to add the entire team of BHT’s. They did so much for me! Andrew’s, Thomas, Kendra, Marvala, Sharla, Andre, Joe, Lorenzo, and Erica! My intake was done by Tamara who was also so amazing! Best food I’ve eaten in a while! Shout out to Miss Monica and I hate that I don’t remember the other chef but his food was also so amazing. King Dre! You are the man! All the therapists were also so amazing! Christina’s energy was incredible but scary! Haha. Just kidding. I had the best experience at ADC! If anyone at all is having substance abuse problem? You can’t go wrong at that facility! It changed me completely and I owe it all to that staff at ADC!

DO NOT GO HERE! Employees are extremely rude and treated me and my husband terrible. They are the reason it’s taken so long for me and my husband to get custody back of our child. My husband went to cheer for an A&D assessment and he CLEARLY stated that’s what he wanted when the appointment was made. We went to cheer with no other intentions other than an A&D assessment, like a month later after many rude phone calls and denial we found out they in fact do not have a provider doing A&D assessments, that the test he did was a mental health assessment and they ask A&D questions, but do not have a provider doing a full A&D. It took them forever to even tell us that, and they didn’t tell us they told our dcs worker. Also ladies if you are married to a man and your man signs a release to make decisions on his behalf or talk on his behalf… it doesn’t really matter because they don’t care. My husband signed digitally and in person and they told me I still had NO say… me and my husband walked our happy a$$’ right to generations, they gave him an actual A&D and were way more nice than cheer mental health.

I'm gladly to say that I have had the most and well care with Cheer Mental Health Center. They were there when I needed them. Staff members were awesome, took the time to listen and understand my situation. Dr. M. Slatton, Dr. L. Atkinson, and case manager Grace Reynolds were my doctors, friends, and most of all my rock. My therapist Dr. Slatton was there to help me with my problems and mental health. Always gave the right advice. Dr. Atkinson made sure that my meds were right for me. And case manager Grace Reynolds has made sure that I had everything I needed to get and always asked if there was anything that she can help me with even if it was food transportation. Always had her heart to help me in any of my needs. Overall, my five years experience at this facility which includes staffs and personnel, it was excellent. I would recommend anyone that needs help to them with my eyes closed. Keep up the great work.

Our family is deeply grateful for the outstanding care our child received at Pathways. It is clear that the staff truly prioritizes the well-being of their patients. Every member of the team — from the peer specialists (Ms. Brown) and therapists to the nurses and support staff — treated our son with genuine compassion, patience, and respect. 1/30/25 RECEPTIONISTS ARE RUDE!! They’re condescending and not understanding. We are the family members of those with mental illnesses, and you should be more empathetic. My family is so devastated and the lady at the desk almost didn’t schedule an urgent appointment I needed. I didn’t say not one word to offend her. She was projecting. I was actually scared to even call her out on her unprofessionalism in case she didn’t go through with it at all. I hope the right person sees this. Came here for assessment. I was diagnosed as bipolar schitzoeffective type 1 and was assigned a drug and alcohol counselor for weed and alcohol usage. My behavior was studied during assessment in a way that triggered me. Something along of the lines of me mumbling under my breath, in an attempt to keep myself from being outwardly disrespectful, being a sign of a disorder. I then proceeded to very intentionally trigger my counselor back because of her observation which in turn made her mumble a phrase under her breath; Something I went on to immediately point out being given the opportunity to do so. During my time with a drug and alcohol counselor I saw and heard them mumble "you're a psychopath" under his breath. So I'm not so sure of why I might trust any diagnosis from the people here. They are not good at their jobs.

I had the unwilling honor to spend Memorial weekend at Crescent Pines and I can't say I COMPLETELY wanted to be there; but I have to say, it actually really isn't a bad place! The staff is really nice and helpful. It was my first time in a place like this and it was absolutely not like anything seen on TV. We had three meals throughout the day and even a snack in the evening. If you didn't need medication they didn't force it down your throat. People don't walk around like zombies and really express themselves when they feel like it. If you're a smoker, they give you smoke breaks. You can't go out whenever you want but at least they allow you to have them. If you do what you're suppose to do, meaning; not showing out and actually following the rules, your time there will go by smoothly. The only downside is not being able to go to your room throughout the day. Like if you're tired, you would have to stay out in the community room and find a place to nap. You don't necessarily have to make friends but its helpful finding people you could pass the time with.

Im currently a client on methadone that has moved from Ca. to Ga. It was spur of the moment with no time to make arrangements. I spoke with ERIC on Healthqwests csr dept based on New Jersey. Fyi. Ive been in tech supt, customer service, Quality Assurance & M.I.S. For over 30 yrs Ive worn a headset and have been helping customers. Ive ALWAYS gone above and beyond to help, which is why I can say that ERIC assessed my dilemma for what it was and did his best to move Heaven and earth for me to get me the help i needed 2 days ago. He had an entire queue to help and he took my case as personal as was needed to help me. Moving here I have to change my Medicaid to Ga. which is NOT ez or quick. And I, having heart disease and 5 stents in my heart from 2 heart attacks. Short version of of i didn't get help and go into withdrawl the strain on my heart would no doubt KILL me. The man devoted most of his day trying to get my situation straightened out. Im detailing this because I want you to know this was the BEST service ive ever received in my 60 plus years on this planet, and it happened when my literal life was on the line. Healthqwest cant be beat if you want genuine effort with your help. The prices are competitive but you can't go wrong using them. Ill answer any question or comment too. The medication I take is no joke. I take it for a broken back I got when I was year ended on my motorcycle at a red light. I take it for Pain mgmt. Its a serious subject and serious things happen with it....and more without it. Id be crippled, so you can see the magnitude of my plight. Eric knew and did everything he could. I cant say enough for them. Chris OBrien

If you are apprehensive about getting help here, please, I urge you to come inside and just ask to speak with any of the counselors, or nurse Tony. You WILL be taken care of here, you will be seen not as an addict but as a person looking to make a change, take the first step.

This place isn't too bad. They have a very high turnover rate as far as counselors and pharmacy techs go. Always new employees rotating in and out. The director is fair and friendly, I like her a lot. There are a few counselors that have been there for a long time though, they are awesome and for the most part always willing to help resolve an issue. I guess the biggest downside to this place is all the drama that goes down in the parking lot before the place even opens, lawd there's some crazy folks that go here!

My favorite location to dose at. The director is super nice and you can tell she cares. The receptionist is very nice and doesn’t ever seem like she’s upset to be at work, really welcoming. The nurses are great too but the nurse Tony is the MVP in my opinion 😂 She’s always on top of things when I guest dose there and always atleast seems like she’s happy to be there and to help. In my experience it’s almost a thankless job and most people expect so much and can be super rude at clinics, but this clinic actually cares and does their best and you can tell.

When I made the ultimate decision to admit myself to this facility, I was greatest decision I've ever made in my life. It was a wonderful journey and a great experience. I learned so much about recovery, I learned so much about myself. They gave me all the tools, information, coping skills to manage myself with my addiction to stay clean and sober. I am forever thankful and grateful to the entire staff for believing in me, and not giving up on me when I didn't believed myself and for also giving me a new lease on life to be the best of version myself so I can live the life I am supposed to live. On a scale 1 to 5, they will ultimate score of 100 in my book 📖 Forever, grateful, thankful. Larry Jordan...
