I can't understand why would anyone down this facility and the staff there.My name is Maurice Dixon and a person has to put in the work the staff there give and do everything for you to succeed,recover,and live a more position peaceful life.I knew I had to do something for myself cause i was killing myself and branden house and all its staff supported,assisted and taught me what was needed and i still use it and apply it today and life us so beautiful now but it wouldn't be for me if it wasnt for branden house

The stay staff all are hand picked the greatest. Counselors are all one of a kind especially if u get Mrs cora ball of energy and Elijah motivation that and others do care or Steve called my probation officer and help you get off probation concerned checking in on me the staff there want to see everyone who there that it possible to overcome anything we may have faced let it go and don't give up on our selves . Rated the 100 miss my fgc family even pres me prince understanding and encouraging nurses are the best ever also. They offer recovery home as well.fiod good to miss Kathleen and Eric.there drivers they are encouraging uplifting and motivation. The food is restaurant quality fulfilling wonderful.

I have been dealing with this place for 5 days trying to get a loved one help. I have been dealing with one person directly by the name of genell( spelling may be wrong) but this woman. Has been a absolute god send. She has went above and beyond for us, she is has been good to her word, she had complete compassion and in my opinion she needs some serious appraise for the work she is doing ... genell I give you 5 stars girl.. you truly deserve to ve recognized by your company for your beyond excellent work.

The Joliet Symetria location saved my life!! What a great bunch of people!! They work with you, and guide you through everything!! Heck Tonette even got me an Uber one time because my car was broke down and I was going to miss my dosing. I know I have heard good and bad about Symetria but this location (Joliet) goes out of their way to make sure patients and good. I love them so much (NO JOKE THESE PEOPLE AT SYMETRIA (Joliet) are amazing. Thank you Tonette, Zoe, Erin, Maria & Debra, Elsa & Kim. You ladies are the light of my life. I love you all!!!

I really like the help I receive from the Symetria staff here. Especially Maria and Erin, they are very down to earth and caring.

ECS has helped completely change my life for the better. The counseling sessions are great and so is the staff I can't stress the fact enough that if you want true change this place will give you the tools to achieve it thank you ECS!

With that being said, It's unsettling to read some of these negative reviews knowing that they are the farthest thing from the truth. Unfortunately it's all too common a trait for someone like myself - to make everything else the problem except me. It's sad to know that these people leaving bad reviews didn't give themselves a chance by accepting what is so simply laid out in front of you the moment you walk through the doors of ECS ~ A WAY OUT! A better life. Better relationships. A comfort with myself that I didn't know was possible being sober/drug free. A desire to participate in society as a functioning human being! These were all things that did not exist less than a year ago but do now. But if I didn't make the decision that I wanted things to change the moment I walked in the door, then I'm almost certain that I would not be here today. ECS never lied to me or sugarcoated my problems. They never mistreated me. They simply expected me to respect my peers and the staff just as they did to me the moment I walked through the door. And I thank God I did! Some of us just simply aren't ready. And when that's the case we find them unable to accept accountability and work hard to change. I did find it hilarious how one of the "negative" reviews unintentionally said something positive by saying "these reviews are by people who work here" By saying that he admitted just one more way that Dr. Sharma helps us out! (I have never worked at ECS but I read through them all. And out of the 100 plus reviews only a handful are from employees but their voice counts just as much, if not more). But it is very cool that some people go through ECS and then are trusted enough to be employed by the very people who know their darkest days. Kudos ECS!

I'm very great full for this place it brought me hope and helped me get my life back in order I more than likely be dead if it wasn't for this place it.also brought me hope and a better way of living i would very likely recommend this place to people that need help

Staff was professional, informative and helpful regarding the problems I experienced.’ They even tested me more to be certain I was okay. I always admire their policies and procedures!!!!

The nurses and doctors were wonderful. Working on me the second I was in the room. Hooking me up to the heart machine and IV’s. Taking blood and sending me for tests, answering all my questions. Everyone was very pleasant.

I went here about 6 years ago. I don't know if the Staffing is the same at this time as I haven't been in touch with them since then. In November I'll be 6 years clean. I'm in a place I never thought I'd be. I find myself having all the things I struggled to attain in the past. If I never attended here who knows where I'd be. Thank you Heartland.

Higgins is # 1 in my book. I have known the parents for years. Great family and I can always count on a honest working family.

I am so grateful for the entire staff of Heartland. At some of my families toughest moments, they were there to help support in all the ways that they would. I have had the unfortunate need to seek treatment for a family member and this is the place I would always recommend for any family I know. From a Mom who has been there..Heartland is a place to trust.
