I had never been to rehab before. I told Myself I would be able to get Myself better by Myself. It doesn't work that way. I went to Branden House and they helped me so much more than I thought I needed. It's hard at first... Discipline and withdrawal. I had a hard time everyday at first trying to not cry but they all welcomed my healing tears. I feel so much better about society today knowing that there is places like this with caring people out there for struggling people such as myself. God bless Branden House.

My experience here was a learning experience and they have a lot of good hearted people here when I was there in 2011. I didn’t always feel comfortable with talking with certain people. But I was able to meet good people who helped me learn more about myself and teach me how to communicate better and take responsibility and control my emotions. When I came to Symetria I was fairly depressed about my abuse of alcohol. The Staff at Symetria Recovery ( Deborah, Anna , Maria, Elsa , etc..) all treat their patients like family. They are all so Caring, Loving and Supportive. After 10 years of battling addiction to various drugs I went to ECS for 28 days of rehab. It was a life changing experience that started on 11/29/2018. I have been in recovery for nearly 2 years now. I’ve become close with my family and opened a personal training business helping men in rehab and employing men in recovery. I have also gotten my position as a general foreman back at my regular Job as well as my freedom in my life and am a better man than I have ever been thanks to the counselors, staff and Dr Sharma at ECS.
A 6 year sober and in recovery update. I am now making over a quarter million a year with a Fortune 500 company, have kids who love and respect me again, 2 homes in 2 states, real friendships and a life beyond my wildest dreams. I have been seeing my psychiatrist there for 3 years. Dr. Godbolt is great! She takes her time and has given me a new hope on life. NOW, The after hours answering service is another story! They rarely pass your message to your Dr. They are very disrespectful. I just called the answering service a few minutes ago. I have terrible insomnia and I've been awake for 3 days. I'm hallucinating because I have been up for so long. At first she was not going to contact my doctor because she said they don't do psychiatry after hours.. what is that? Then I told her that I have been awake for 3 days and I am starting to hallucinate and she said hold on came back two minutes later and said you know what just call back at 8:30 in the morning that's all I can do for you. Something just doesn't seem right there

I finally found a great doctor's office...NP Shan Brown is an amazing person incredibly understanding and knowledgeable the nurse that took me to the back is great and the receptionists are very professional and friendly, I've been there twice with no more then a 5 min wait..this place is amazing compared to any other aunt Martha's I've been to!

I went to the ER because of severe chest pain. Dr Blizzard went above and beyond to make sure I was okay. I was kept overnight for observation and every single member of the Healthcare team was top notch and treated me with dignity and respect while making sure nothing was missed before sending me home. 10/10 recommend.

But recently it's a problem with the insurance they say I have to pay $20 weekly because my insurance didn't pay but they have not given me proof of the months not paid I have my proof. But yet I have to wait and see there proof it's been almost 30 days now I have been paying that's not legal and on top of that they have billed 2 of my insurance

I recently switched to this clinic because it’s closer to my job, and I couldn’t be happier with that decision. Carolina is truly wonderful!!! <3 She runs the clinic with such care and always does her best to help me find appointment times that work with my schedule. The front desk staff are welcoming, the medical assistants are kind and friendly, and the doctor takes the time to really listen and explain things clearly. My husband and I even ended up seeing the same doctor on separate visits, and both of us had a great experience. The clinic is also very clean and well-organized, which makes every visit that much better.

I would pick St. Joseph hospital ANY DAY over Silver Cross!!!!! When coming out of recovery, I had a PTSD attack & the nurses their handled it very kindly & effectively w/o any drugs. At Silver Cross they immediately jumped into injecting me with drugs & shipped me off to Silver Oaks!!!!!! I'm ALREADY in a doctor's care for my PTSD & they NEVER notified her that they kidnapped me! My PTSD was worse than ever after leaving that place. Stick with St. Joe's if you value your life!!!!!

I was treated today at Silver Cross Hospital and I have to say it was such a pleasant experience. This hospital staff was so accommodating to me as well as my husband throughout my procedure. Everyone was so nice and thoughtful yet very professional during my procedure. I’m so glad that I chose this hospital.
