The receptionist (Kathy I believe) is such a sweet lady!! I enjoyed talking with her while I was checking in and she was extremely helpful. My counselor was Sheila and she was also very enjoyable to speak to and extremely empathetic. She gets straight to the point but is also a great conversationalist in between. Both Sheila and Kathy were helpful in ensuring I could create a schedule that worked for me. I called Thursday and had an appointment by Friday morning. I was very nervous at first, but felt welcome and comfortable by the end. I highly recommend choosing ASAC.

I went here with a broken wrist and was seen almost immediately. They were able to X-ray me right inside of my room and gave me a cast and were able to discharge me before the 10:15. (We got here from Chestnut Mountain at about 9:30 pm) Very nice emergency room. Staff were all very nice.

“We had an excellent experience at MercyOne Emergency Room. We were seen immediately with no waiting, and the staff was incredibly attentive and caring throughout our visit. They made sure we were comfortable, providing warm blankets and even food while we waited for test results. The nurse was especially helpful in assisting my brother to the car when we were leaving. Aside from the reason for our visit, it was truly a very positive experience. We’re grateful for the kindness and professionalism shown to us.”

Excellent professional service, AFFORDABLE evaluation price, great staff, next day appointment, unbiased assesment, and much more offered at this location. The counselor, Jack Phillips, evaluated me on 1/15/2019. We talked for about an hour and he DID NOT recommend additional treatment or classes. He was attentive and listened to what I was saying about what and why I was ordered for an evaluation. $$$$ WAS NOT his motive; an accurate assessment was his focus. Jack thanks again for the job recommendations and I appreciate your services. Ashleigh (the receptionist) was VERY helpful!!! She gave me plenty of copies of the evaluation assesment, and even faxed proof of the evaluation to the concerning parties. I could not be happier with Changes Place and its business; I was treated like a person not a customer or dollar sign!!!! Thanks again, your the BEST!!!

As someone who has been to several treatments, The Abbey is the only place that, after going, I’ve been able to maintain my sobriety. The staff is brilliant and very kind. In all honesty people may talk down on greendale staff and the place that gave them a place to lay there head because they don't like rules which if they can't handle the rules and feed back that would help them out in life then that's on them and I wasn't too crazy about coming here seven months ago and I'm going on my 8th month and wanted to leave on my 2nd month but if you give the staff a chance to talk to them and interact with them then you would think twice about listening to others how horrible it is here which it isn't at all. I actually learned a lot here. I learned patience which I had none at all well very little when I got here now I can stand in line at a gas station for a hour and don't mind but what I'm trying to say is greendale helped me a lot and the staff does listen to your needs and concerns and everyone handles things differently in a positive way of course. Also they made me look at everyone isn't all bad people and everyone does things differently it's just that you want to change or be stuck at the bottom and they honestly opened my eyes and made me see the glass is always full and ever half full anywhere u go there's going to be that person who doesn't like something or someone well guess what that's life and if you want to change and I was very stubborn person words goes in one ear out the other and as time went on isnt like that for me anymore here not to kiss butt well put this if you want the help and want to stay clean and sober greendale and greendale staff is here 24/7 for who ever also the residents is pretty cool too.

I moved into greendale after a 30 day inpatient stay at rosecranse. Greendale helped guide me! The structure and accountability was detrimental to my life.The staff was amazing and were always there to help me! I'm extremely grateful for this program!

These people are amazing in helping us. You'll have your reviews that claim otherwise but those are people who don't want to follow rules or are not serious about recovery and leading a normal life. Im in a much better place because of them. Rules change but they post them and tell you. The counselors and nurses have their own set of rules to follow and shooting the messenger isn't very kind. I've had 3 counselors but one received a promotion, one moved away, and my current Pam is amazing. I get sound and useful advice from them all. They help me fix issues. They are not just talk. If you want your life back and truly want help id go here. I drive an hour and 45 minutes just to get help from them specifically. I regret none of the gas mileage...

But anyways unable to get records from old building, for my certifications , anyways needed record as to why there was a release of info from rock county to green county wi, odd. But hey they never tell you that anyway. The treatment provided by both Mike and Kim is beyond incredible, they have differing dynamics of counseling that complement eachother in ways that have helped me with so much more than alcoholism rehabilitation. From my experience, if you take the classes seriously and be honest with them, you can learn more about yourself and achieve a level of personal growth greater than a counselor or medication could ever provide.

They were very willing to help us and even assisted us with the process of applying for insurance for the expectant mother. The entire team was professional, kind, and compassionate. The hospital was extremely clean, like a large hotel. When we first arrived, we felt very nervous because of the language barrier, but they kindly provided interpretation services online for us. Within just a few hours, they completed all the tests, including blood work, urine tests, and ultrasound. We are very grateful and will always remember this experience. America is truly compassionate—especially here in Dubuque, Iowa, where the doctors and medical staff are not only skilled but also ethical and kind-hearted. We also noticed Christian statues and images in the hospital, which made us feel even more comforted and trusting. We sincerely hope they will continue to support us in obtaining insurance so that she can receive proper prenatal care and give birth safely in the future. Been going to the rt2 Sinnissippi Centers for over 16 years now off and on. It took a while to get to a point that I feel I'm getting the help I need as I came from other facilities that weren't helping me. Over the years I've had quite a few therapists and some were not a good fit but most have been genuinely concerned about my mental health. Not only do the councilors care but there are several programs to help people with just about anything they struggle with. I've recommended Sinnissippi to many people who have expressed wanting help and know a few who are now going there and are getting help. I've also seen people go with the idea that it will be a quick fix and that's just not how these things work. It takes time and repetition to get ourselves to a better mind state. This is the place to do it.
