A customer satisfaction coordinator reached out to me regarding a concern and did not follow through. I called 4 times starting a few months ago and have not received a return call. My messages were courteous. My issue was never addressed and I have been repeatedly ignored. I’m disappointed that the person who handles issues is not addressing my recent 2 issues. With the exception of my last two concerns I have been pleased with my care, which is why my recent experiences have been disappointing. Customer care extends beyond the facility. If i could give 1000 stars i would! I couldn't recommend symetria enough. Everyone there is absolutely AMAZING! From the front staff (esp Ms Shuranda who keeps everything running smoothly), to the wonderful counselors, the medical directors (shout out to Ms Cynthia), my knowledgeable counselor Ms Beth, the beautiful nurses aka angels in scrubs (Kat, Gizelle and Mel).. you are surrounded by nothing but complete love, support and understanding. There is never a moment you feel judged or unsupported. Everyone has been there for me in more ways than I can count and if it wasn't for the staff I don't think I would be where I am today. You aren't treated like a number or just another patient. You are treated like FAMILY! Choosing symetria to be the first place I went to help be recover was the best decision I ever made and I'm forever grateful for everyone there who has been there for me since day one. I see a lot of negative reviews on here and my experience might have been different due to my age (late 30s). I wanted to be at TK. I didn't have someone make the decision for me, although my husband was very supportive.Out of all the staff, there were only 2 I didn't like. Not that they were bad, just a clash with our personalities.I have epilepsy, it's chronic and active. I had to go home to have surgery (a replacement battery for the device that helps control my seizures). I was gone for about 36 hours. The staff was great with my seizures and with my surgery.I thought I was going to need to go back when my husband passed away, but I made it through. A lot of that I can credit TK with for giving me the tools to work with.The only problem I really had was leaving. Leaving was terrifying because that safety net just vanished. That is one thing I think the staff needs to prepare you a bit better for.I've been healthy since leaving. Sure, I still get the feelings/urges on occasion but I created my own safety net. I can control the urges. I'm actually rather proud of myself.PS - If any of the former staff ever reads this "Meany Mo-Mo" you know who you are. Thank you, for all you did. Your patience, your help, and just being there when I needed it. You literally are the best. <3

I went to Branden House and they helped me so much more than I thought I needed. It's hard at first... Discipline and withdrawal. I love this lil gem that's been a Godsend in my life. I never knew this Dr's ofc was inside as I drove many times past. The Dr's are phenomenal & the therapists are excellent. I was I went to PHP from the Residential and than I stayed for the IOP and I can tell it was awesome the therapist there are always willing to talk even if they are not your therapist I miss this place and Maria is the director but she was the best and she knows what she is doing and I felt I had so much support there and they was awesome.

My PHP experience has been everything and more than I could ask for. The groups are educational and meet all of my needs. Erin, my therapist understands exactly how I feel and meets me where I am. She pushes me to my limits and had made me a better person all around. I have been doing better as a whole and that is due to the support of this amazing step down program.

I am so grateful i found timberline knolls. I feel it helped more than i even thought it would. I was impressed by how much everyone cared and how helpful everyone was. For the first time i see hope in recovery and feel i can be successful.

I'm glad I came to this hospital to have my baby. The staff is very kind and very dedicated to their work. I was there for 3 weeks and they made me feel comfortable. My baby stayed in the NICU and also received the best treatment from the staff. Thank you very much.

I went to the ED and there was a guy NP on staff last night 4/7 and I think my nurse name was riley. They both were amazing the NP( can t remember his name I think his name was loudon) dx me with a gall stone. I came in with severe pain and left with answers. Very appreciative

I ve been getting my Chemo and Radiation at Hinsdale Cancer Institute.The staff hereat Advent are great! The quality of care is absolutely great! The Nurses and Ocologist are very good and radiation staff are so awesome too..I could not ask for a better place to be cared for during this difficult time.Thank you!

Solleys Place is an excellent establishment to work with while on your sober journey. Their staff and management are always friendly, fair and willing to work with you. The doctor is also an amazing person, Vietnam veteran and has compassion where a lot of doctors do not. I would highly recommend using them for your continued IOP care. Just remember you have to put in the work to make it work, being sober is a process but it is possible.

I use to go to this clinic almost 20 years ago and let me tell you every other clinic I've been to is terrible one way or another and to this day I have never found a clinic that compares to this one...I'm in the process of switching back to this clinic cause in the end why try to find a clinic like this just go with the best forget all the rest just wish it was a little closer to me but it's worth the travel.
