Suncloud has been a life saver. The staff was and is always welcoming and caring. One of the things that has been the most helpful for me has been the aftercare, follow ups and continued connection I get with them. It has become part of my family now and its a lifestyle. One of the things I lost in my life was a sense of being part of my community and having that desire to isolate from people. I dont feel that way anymore because of Suncloud. Now I have friends and people I really trust. Which is huge to me with my trust issues. Suncloud taught me that I cannot do this alone and showed me that I wasnt alone. This is a lifelong journey and my life is better now because I chose to do something about it, and Suncloud gave me the tools I needed. While being at RCA I met people who genuinely cared about me getting well. I was a little skeptical at first that what I was experiencing was real, but throughout my stay I found that these people genuinely cared. With their help I learned that the only way that I was going to stay well is by connecting with others who are serious about recovery and by participating in my own recovery. I am sober today because RCA was there for me then and is there for me now via Alumni meetings and events. I want to thank all the staff for their professionalism, genuine care and for just being there when I needed help.

This facility is just amazing! Truly felt like everyone cared about me, and I can honestly say I trusted everyone in there. Trust is very hard for me, but the adult program and the staff allowed me to be myself with no judgement. I'm trying so hard to follow the rules and not name any staff but will give a broad review. Right when you walk in the staff is friendly, always smiling which in turn made me smile. The supervisor is amazing; the head of the counselors who leads the group therapy is one of the best people I ever met. The staff that lead the groups cared about me, and it was genuine, and they are so smart and fun. From the psychiatrist to my therapist everyone was on the same page. I just want to say thank you to everyone there from the bottom of my heart!

I had a wonderful experience with my program! Everyone was amazing and i truly wouldn’t be in such a good place in my life without the help from this facility! Life feels beautiful again and i couldn’t be more thankful! Brad is a wonderful human and you can really feel how much everyone there cares. BEST EXPERIENCE!!! This center was perfect for me because I am not a very social person and the small group sessions were perfect. Also, the small group allowed for me to learn more and get the most from the program. The instructors are very well versed and knowledgeable about addiction. I looked forward to going every day. Our group became very close knit and we do activities together outside of class. If you do not want to be just a seat filler and actually get something out of your recovery journey, this is the place.

When I first came to Care Addiction Center, I’ll be honest, I arrived pretty much kicking, screaming and non compliant. I was in a very dark place, but what I found was an organization filled with people who truly care from my counslers Alice and Tori, to my fellow Group members . From the moment I walked in, everyone was accepting, kind, and understanding. Even when circumstances were working against me, like my insurance trying to force me to go elsewhere despite the clear progress I was making, the staff never gave up on me. Matt, who is genuinely dedicated to helping people heal, reassured me not to worry and even offered me a scholarship to continue. His only concern was that I continued to get better. The compassion and support I experienced at Care made all the difference, and I am deeply grateful. The care addiction center is a Life changing, Life saving orginization.

I choose to take part of the Symetria program voluntarily and it was one of the best decisions of my life! Not only are the staff like family, so are the individuals that pick Symetria too. Now days, customer service is pathetic and people are rude and most push you out the door, but not here. This place has the warm feeling like "The door is always open", and "how can we help you", We are here for you, it doesn't matter the time or the day, we care about you. You're a shining star and a success, not a failure. This place is secure, confidential, clean and has several options to help you along your journey. You are able to volunteer your time, make new friends and can help save a life, change a life and feel proud of who you are. Brian and John from Naperville are excellent group leaders (you are lucky if you get to meet them), and (Chris from Vernon Hills is a great counselor, who will make the time to ensure your needs are met). Symetria creates an environment where people feel safe, supported, and valued. The morning IOP group supported me through the hardest part of my life and I will forever be grateful for the amazing people I met. I think each one of us in the group looked forward to our time together in that healing place. Our counselor Brian is an expert in his field. He led our group through many difficult topics and conversations and did so with enormous compassion. Individual sessions with Brian were always insightful. Brian has a unique way of making each of his clients feel good about themselves. If you struggle with addiction and are looking for a place where you can start to make changes, I highly recommend Naperville's IOP program. Thank you for helping me change my life.

This place is major help for anyone needing any treatment they need. The people that work here are like family and wait times are extremely short. Do be careful with some of the outside nurses that dont work for this location, they can be quiet judgemental. 5 Star none the less.

I really enjoyed the program here at Banyan Chicago. The staff here was very helpful with assisting me in my new recovery journey as well as my goals. Being at Banyan has been an absolutely transformative experience to say the least. My recovery journey from where I started before Banyan to where I am now after Banyan has been a complete 360, and I owe it to the staff and the knowledge that Banyan provided me. Amanda, Payton, Maggie, Alexis, and Mike are the best recovery counselors I've ever worked with before, and its been a privilege to work with and learn from such state of the art individuals. I'm actually heartbroken to be leaving this program, because their help has been so impactful. I look forward to going to Banyan Alumi meetings in the future, and I want to say a big thank you to all those who helped me along my journey to recovery.

I had to attend because of my job for substance abuse treatment and it was great, I actually enjoyed listening to ways of coping with stress and addiction, my counselor was Faith and she was really great and understanding. I must say, during a time when a person is going through an awful situation and trying to get back to normal, it is important to know that there are still people out there who genuinely do the hard work to help others to get back on track. Patience, understanding, and true effort are given by this team! I am grateful for the real diligence and authentic car of the Care Clinics of Naperville! The inpatient facility for detox from alcohol and other substances is the first step to recovery. The staff was understanding and accommodating. The first few days are made much easier with their care and support. Afterwards, the transfer to an outpatient program on Mill St. for a PHP(Partial Hospitalization Program) and an IOP(Intensive Outpatient Program) is necessary to continue recovery. You'll be met with an amazing staff who will provide extremely helpful skills and techniques to help overcome addiction and assist with mental health issues. Great positive and effective energy here. Doctors, Nurses, Therapists and all Staff were friendly and professional.

I went through PHP/IOP at Linden oaks and it was one of the best experiences of my life. I was in the Adolescent Dual program for substance abuse and mental health. I tried to make to most of my time there, since I had never been through PHP/IOP. I had a wonderful time and Kris and Linda were very sweet and always advocated for me and every other patient. I would recommend this facility to anyone and everyone looking for help.

We brought our son here to the Naperville Linden oaks back in December I was leery reading the reviews. I want to give a shout out to all the staff Dr kolowski therapist Jillian nurse Sean, but Mason Pablo Christian and Frank those are the names my son still speaks of weeks later as he says helped him get through he mentioned Mason yesterday even bought a pair of converse like Mason wears.. My first time here at Linden Oaks. I stayed at the inpatient facility, I truly feel I gained new skills and learned how to apply them in different situations. The staff was very nice and accommodating and listened to the patients and myself when needed. After reading some of the other reviews I feel like there is more positive than what was being written. I felt at home and was very comfortable being myself and highly recommend this place.

Saving lives and keeping families together is what this place has done for many years people I knew personally and abroad. The number one thing is mental health. I'm an alcoholic, have been for years. I got treatment before I decided to give the Gateway, Iopc,a try. Im not religious and religion isnt pushed at GateWay Iopc, which is why i gave it a try. My Dr suggested it so I decided to do that treatment after my detox. Also my counselor Dan in the Joliet office is a great counselor. I, like most people are closed off when going thru this process. Eventually you will begin to open up when you see there is several other people dealing and going thru a similar situation as yourself. And believe me Im the most closed off person there is. You may not agree with all of it, as I didn't, but there are parts that's help. Everyone is dealing with something different and everyone is affected differently. Focus on yourself and don't let outside influences stop you from what you want.
