Couldn’t have asked for a better support system when my boys were going thru a very hard time. My kids loved going and talking to someone who could help them voice their feelings on what was going on at the time. They communicated with me and made sure I felt at ease with what was going on with them. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience when it was such a difficult time in our lives.

My first time visiting JC VA medical facility was truthfully the highlight of my day. Valet members were so helpful and were insistent on putting a smile on my face before even entering the building. I needed water and the woman running the cafe at the front of the main building gave me ice cold water free of charge. I was reading signs trying to figure out where to go on the first and second floor, and each time, a VA team member stopped to help direct me. I had multiple appointments here that day and every provider was so attentive to my questions and helpful with directing me where to go next or what to expect. I look forward to whenever I have to come back and couldn't express the gratitude I felt for the staff at this hospital during my visit!!

We walked directly in and straight back. Service was quick, friendly and straight to the point. Dr. Ted was very friendly and wished he had an office for future visits! Five stars for my experience! In and out in 1.5 hours!

First of all, I have been going here for years even before the new location and Mike and the staff have always been wonderful. Today though they went above and beyond. When MODOT decided to restripe the roads and make me late, they still found a way to fit me into the schedule!

I had a late afternoon appointment here and the receptionist bent over backwards to get me checked in and ready. She even had a sense of humor. I ĺook forward to future appointments there. First rate staff!

food is trash but what to you expect, bring you're own pillow and blanket if you can the stuff they give you is worse than bob barker. i`d buy the pillow and blanket brand new if you can or they might not allow you to bring it in they wash all used items you bring in so if its some huge comforter leave it at home I doubt that will slide. think small if you cant buy brand new. they have TVs with DVD players and movies to skim though, had roku while I was there may or may not still be around. there is a smoking section, you go as a group every couple hours. buy brand new packs of cigs before you enter open packs are not allowed. Other than those obvious flaws, flaws you would find everywhere. the staff were respectful and caring. This place is doing its part in saving peoples lives the staff are nice as long as you make an effort, they know you are going though a tough time you won't be forced to do anything if you don't want to, could be 7 days in bed only need to get up to do meds and heart rate readings. Would recommend to anyone.

Compass health is a wonderful experience and affordable. They excepted the insurances and made appointments right away. The location is perfect as well. I highly recommend Compass Health for dental needs as well as other health needs. They do it all!!

First and foremost . They canceled my appointment because I can't legally drive, due to epilepsy. I have to use the Medicaid man occasionally they might be late. More often they'll get you there before your appointment though basically I'm not going to be seen because of epilepsy. was seen once. They were not helpful. This is actually being polite. Here goes report that is why it's seriously getting one star. If zero stores were an option, that's exactly what it would get. I get a letter from my physician telling me to call them. It was then I was informed they weren't going to see me. The reason being is because the Medicaid then sometimes just late getting people to appointments or doesn't show up. It isn't my fault that I have epilepsy and can't legally drive! Talk about discrimination.

Did inpatient treatment their absolutely loved it. It helped me get through a lot of struggles I was dealing with emotionally and mentally. Thank you Gibson

The employees here are kind, non-judgmental, and very understanding. Will try their best to work around your schedule. It seems like they actually care about you as a person and truly wish to help.

I've been going since January and have had a great experience with the people and the clinic as a whole. My 1st day (intake) wasn't a painful drawn out process. They were All professional and on point with each level of the appointment and best of all I got to dose and got take home doses for the weekend the very next day when I came back for my second dose. I'm still going strong and SOBER (NO DOPE❣️) Thx so much for helping me

Just trust me. Never send your people for individual therapy. Cold, uncaring, unorganized.

I have always been happy with my care. The appointment process is easy and when I arrive I get seen pretty quickly. I never feel rushed. when I am seen.

The nurse and nurse practitioner spent a lot of time with my husband. They were kind and caring. He has a much better understanding of his illness and now has a plan in place for treatment.

Well in the 30 years I've been going there they have only really failed me twice to where I probably should have reported what happened.

I had a great experience at Centrec care. Fighting alcoholism was very tough on my own and Centrec care taught me the tools and coping skills I needed to strive and thrive in life. After only 4 months of IOP I was able to kick drinking and have been sober for 5 months. I recommend this place for a great community and people you can trust! No complaints

I am so thankful to Teen Challenge! After only two weeks in the program, God took hold of my heart, and I truly accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. That was the moment everything changed for me, and I began to walk out of my new faith. Over the course of a year, all 4 felonies were dropped, my family was restored, and I felt true peace for the first time in my life. Today I celebrate my 13 years in ministry. God blessed me with a beautiful, godly woman as my wife. I was told many years ago that I could not have children, but God blessed me with a son who is now 5 years old. I also get to serve in the ministry where I met and fell in love with Jesus. Thankful
