Couldn’t have asked for a better support system when my boys were going thru a very hard time. My kids loved going and talking to someone who could help them voice their feelings on what was going on at the time. They communicated with me and made sure I felt at ease with what was going on with them. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience when it was such a difficult time in our lives.

I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for these great people . After twenty years of opiate /heroin addiction I'm almost two years with absolutely no opiates ! They saved my life . No withdrawals!!

I am a recovering IV heroin addict, I have struggled with maintaining sobriety and managing bipolar and anxiety. I have been going here for a few years now and I have been able to stay clean with MAT and consistently manage my mental health. I have seen a few different providers in my time there but they have all been amazing! I feel heard and safe and every there has your best interest in mind. I look forward to my appointment every month. Everyone from the receptionists to the pharmacy and providers are very friendly and knowledgeable.

I can’t thank the team enough and especially Dr.Throop. I was in and out of rehabs for years in my younger years and even told I would die by other counselors at said rehabs. After a stent of sobriety I messed up bad and was depressed to no end. Thankfully through a random friend I found this amazing clinic. The team from the greeters to the nurses, the pharmacist, and especially the psychiatrist have put me on a sober path that has led me to one of the happiest times in my life. Even after a separation and split custody of the kids even they can see how much happier I am. I owe my life and 3.5 yrs of sobriety and counting to this amazing place and people. Special thanks to Dr. Throop for helping me keep a level head and showing me life is amazing after we begin to recover. From the bottom of my heart if you are struggling this amazing team will show you all the good sober living has to offer. It may not always be easy but life rarely is… but the ease is 100 fold when your mind is not clouded and surrounded by people that will cheer you on no matter what life throws at you. I will say that. Success is more obtainable with ARCA and worth the alternative by light years!

I didn't know this place out it's resources existed until about 6 months ago... I have been shown nothing but the kindest, caring, and compassionate human interactions that I didn't know existed for struggling addicts. Cory and Pam probably will never know it but they have honestly saved my life... just by asking me "how are you today?" Or "we're glad you're here" Pam is someone who really, truly cares about people. I feel like I could tell her anything. Cory is like the older brother I've always wanted. . . Their hearts are really in it and it shows, to me anyway... Harm reduction is really their passion. I respect them and this facility so much. If I don't make it to the other side and get clean I just want you guys to know how much you've impacted my life. X-Thank you-B

I came in angry. with the extreme paitances from denial he helped me become a better person. thank you Daniel. I first thought this was bull until I put forth the effort that was needed for my recovery I have 4 weeks til I'm finished looking forward to each meeting thanks again won't let me enter until I have 35 characters. don't think I know 35 characters this about Daniel and myself thank you

Great mental health services

Professional and courteous. I witnessed no rude or discourteous behavior when I was at this office. Pleasantly surprised, actually.

The owners of this institution are clearly capitalizing on the broken system locally, IE no bond bail, privatized court services etc- but somebody’s gonna do it and they do it pretty well. The staff is friendly and courteous, and for a retail environment it’s pretty laid back. Expect to pay extra for whatever you have to do. In comparison with other interactions with the law,EMASS will be one of your easier/ friendlier ones.

My experience at Alsana Residential was absolutely amazing! The staff there genuinely cared about me and my recovery. They didn't just do their job they went above and beyond! I am so grateful to my care team there and the DC's that put in the extra effort. There was only one there that I felt cared more about their title than they did about genuinely helping and being a part of the community. I also met some of the best people. I will never forget you all. Thank you for being a safe place for me , for helping me to see that the apple fell far from the tree, and for showing me that I am human too and deserve the same rights as every other human on this planet! To Tracy, Jojo, Mae, Katrina, Jordan, and Karlie: I am a better person for knowing each of you and you have all touched my soul! I will never forget any of you and what you did for me! Before Alsana, my daughter was so deep in her eating disorder and co-occurring mental health issues that functioning without these things felt next to impossible. She seemed entrenched in this disorder, and I didn’t know how to get her out. Each time we took her Alsana, they’ve helped pull her out of some of the darkest points of her life so it seemed at the time. The staff and philosophy of Alsana guided me through the ups and downs of early recovery, never giving up when she would stumble. I felt like everyone I met truly cared for her and her recovery. Now, after Alsana, she is living a life of freedom from the grips of this life sucking eating disorder. SHe feels stronger, more capable of dealing with triggers, and more compassionate towards others in a similar spot than ever before. Thank you for giving me my daughter back.

To all the people giving this establishment 1 star, it's not anyone else's fault but your own that you had to go to this place, maybe instead of blaming other people for the reason you yourself got into whatever mess made you come here, consider where it came from and why I have nothing but positive things to say, all of the staff I had to interact with were very professional and were definitely not afraid to tell you about yourself when you chose to be complacent Honestly, I hope I never have to do a state mandated program ever again, but, I know where to go if I'm ever in a pinch next time 10 stars out of 5 Very easy, state accredited, state required comparable, etc etc. Don't be so harsh on the people who have no idea about the situation that you chose to put yourself in

Good people working here. Remember, they are not the reason you are here, don't give them a hard time. Also, they don't come up with the costs, the state does that. They will treat you like a human being here, it's up to you (and me) to act like adults when were here.

Very nice people

I recovered 2 years ago but relapsed two times before getting into BJC, what they did was showing me to change the bad habits for good ones and because of that I became able to get a full and long term recovery.

Counselors created the necessary bridges between us to free my mind, talk, and tell all I needed to. I learned how to cope with daily anxiety and depression thanks to them.
