I see Josh Fortney for medication management and Viola for therapy and I can say with confidence that I've never had better mental health care. I've struggled with therapy my whole life because of trust issues, and I actually look forward to my appointments with Viola. These people have been so good to me. I can't give them enough praise - I feel like I finally have the tools and support to take my life back from mental health problems and Viola and Josh showed me how. If you’re looking for thorough and kind patient care, Total Health Chiropractic is for you. Dr. Rogers is very knowledgeable, kind and patient. He listened, explained and answered questions so that I was able to understand the process. He tailored my care to not only remediate my problem and weak areas, but then also gave me things to do to provide long term results. He took time to show me exercises he recommended and watched and critiqued to make sure I was doing them correctly. Highly recommend him for your chiropractic needs! But wait… there’s more! How about a massage after your treatment with Dr. Rogers? Wowza…. Lori gave me the best massage. Very thorough as well and the combination of my adjustment partnered with a massage had me feeling amazing. You won’t be disappointed and you’ll be on your way to feeling better!

This place is great, getting sober is not easy or fun and the only issue I have personally witnessed is that yes; all of thier staff cannot be in recovery or understand us addicts but they truly have made a huge effort to adapt to this new age in which you can get into a rehab basically for free, get decent if not really good food(DFD) and have the chance to.btreak old bad habits etc. Im 39 and when I first tried to get sober at 18 or so it was incredibly difficult to find a rehab that didn't cost 40K. Jail or the streets were your option so remember that these people are getting paid very little yet choose to work here because most of them do care but there are thinhs called HIPPA laws etc and so that takes a toll on certain aspects of how they have to structure thier program. This place and ann arbor will keep you sober and help you recover for better or worse.

The negative reviews are confusing to me. My wife has been here several times recently in the icu and across the hallway. Absolutely everyone from the doctors and nurses were wonderful. I wish I knew the others names they were so nice. Two nurses really stood out though, one lady from the icu (I'm sorry I didn't catch her name). And Mackenzie from the second floor. You deserve the recognition for being the best of the best. Seeing such a drastic positive change after you had her was very encouraging for me when I needed it most. Thank you all so much.

I completed 8 days at their outpatient program back in March. The psychiatrist, Doctor McFarren, was absolutely amazing and I wish I could bring her into the outside world with me. She listened to how I was feeling and didn’t resort to putting me on some hard core addictive pill right away.
The program was nice as well, they had different classes you could choose from so if something didn’t apply to you, you didn’t have to attend. They also had activity classes which were really nice. Group therapy was great and it was nice to be with other people who understood what you were going through. Micah (my group leader), was absolutely amazing. I’m so thankful for them and how comfortable they made group.
The only complaint I have which I put on my outtake form was that the group leader Rachel, really should not be leading classes. She might do better with 1-1 or something like that but every class I had that she led, she was not interactive and acted like it was an inconvenience to be there. I even tried to walk out of one of the classes once I realized she was the instructor. One day when Micah was out, Rachel filled our class and we had multiple new people in group and multiple of them said that they were not coming back the next day. A couple girls and I talked to them and explained Rachel was not our normal counselor and Micah was great so they should come back the next day. Thankfully they did, but when I mentioned how much I was struggling with Rachel, over half of my group agreed and said they didn’t not want to take any of her classes and that they wished they knew who the instructor was before we signed up. Maybe for the future- adding the instructors names to the list would be helpful so we can choose accordingly :)
Derrick at the front desk was absolutely amazing as well!! And so is Ethan!! So thankful for most of the team there that made a difficult time in my life, seem not so difficult. I made life time friends from this program and I will forever be thankful for that.

The new management in the facility and the personality of therapists and security are the best parts of this program. The contracts that the state writes with the KPEP facilities is almost enough to make you want to commit suicide. Underfunded and given very little permission to actually make improvements to the place makes creating positive changes in this place almost impossible. Despite all of this positive things do happen and I would credit this to the new management and the personality of the therapists and security who in my opinion entered the job for the correct reason.

It is a rehab facility. It is not a prison. Residents are treated fairly. It's a great way to get into a federal job atmosphere. Just know it's a lot of hours but a lot of pay as well. Residents get three meals a day. Smoke breaks store and comisarie. It is a male only facility.

This place is complete trash. Not only was there male driver touching on me, but should men be driving female women around who are in treatment & probably have very traumatic situation‘s happened to them. That was me! The next thing I want to talk about is the fact that they kicked me out saying I was dirty when I never was! The next thing is when I left they continue to except my packages that went there and continually told me that they weren’t, but I called the places that my packages were being sent from and they had pictures of them being dropped off there. Over $500 in merchandise that they just kept for themselves. I’ve called over and over and over! They never respond. I was not the only one that the driver was touching on and I’m also not the only one who got their packages stolen from them. This place is a complete joke! Do not go here. So many staff have quit that place because of the things that they don’t agree with that they do. Yeah it may have saved a few peoples lives but it’s also ruined very many peoples lives. What a joke.
