Great family owned place, I’ve been here 3 times and every time they’ve been a huge help. As someone who has been to 15 plus treatment centers I can vouch for this one at least in terms of the type of program they run is one of the best.

Lighthouse is amazing it’s smaller so the therapist and facilitators really get to know you. Virginia and Treasure are exceptional at what they do, they really care and are priceless here. If you want somewhere to really concentrate on you getting sober and getting to the root go there. Carissa and Jess are 2 Techs that actually know how to cater and nurture your recovery. If you really care about being at peace while you’re going through recovery definitely come here, Sue is amazing at everything she does and really runs a great program. Christopher was the first tech I met and was kind and patient explaining how everything worked here ,, he also has been one of the techs I can always go to for guidance.

2 years later and I definitely got my moneys worth. Treatment is the easy/fun part... the hard part is following up on what they teach you here, when you leave.

I can't say enough good things about this treatment center. From the moment I walked in, I felt supported, understood, and treated with genuine compassion. The staff here truly cares- not just about your recovery, but about you as a person. Every therapist, counselor and nurse took the time to listen, guide, and help me every step of the way. I will forever be grateful to 1st step .

So from the first day I arrived I was made to feel very welcomed. They made sure I ate and was very comfortable. The staff was amazing, the techs are very understanding and relatable people. Loved all the nurses and providers. My case worker got so much done for me during my Stay and my therapist really helped me figure out my triggers and trauma and I loved the facilitators as well. Even after I left the staff still check on me till this day to make sure I’m alright. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re serious about recovery.

They say that they are a christian place but they did me wrong. I had to pay $7,500 for one month and sure to circumstances I only did one week and they won't give me any of the money back, not one cent. They're just like every other rehab, all they care about is money. It's disappointing because just once I wish a place was genuine

I attended Hanley for 60 days and attended Intensive Outpatient for one month. This was my second rodeo. I was a Prosecutor and Drug Court General Magistrate (Judicial) for 25 years and spoke at every facility you could imagine. Actively involved. I took the fall myself (go figure) and put myself into Hanley because I was well aware of their reputation. It was the best and most holistic experience of my life. Great facility etc. BUT that is not what matters. The 12 Step Concept they utilize along with dual quality education and therapies saved my life.
