Very good place to go if you were needing help with an addiction very good workers. Everyone is nice all staff kitchen and maintenance and medical plenty of recreation to do to stay busy big classroom plenty of people to listen to and listen to their addiction stories to try to help you cope with yours into eight in your recovery very good program. I was there last August and I am now a year and two months sober so I highly recommend this outfit. My brother went through it as well. A long time ago and it worked for him as well. Took great care of my Dad! Nurses and staff were excellent. Only complaint is the valet service they are super concerned where you park and get rude when you are trying to pick up a sick person. But hey make transport work a little harder and the elderly stay in the heat a little longer as long as you don’t have move away from your fan.

In general, my parents have received great care from the doctors, nurses, staff at Mosaic over the decades. We are so grateful. Most recently, Dr Bader has been my dad's internal medicine doctor. I can't say enough great things about him. He has helped our family navigate through difficult care choices with, grace, compassion and honesty of the reality. As a daughter, it's comforting to know he is that kind of doctor. His approach is so appreciated in stressful circumstances. And to the rest of the staff we've interacted with, my sincere thank you. I been going to them for a very long time. They help my son and husband. However, ever since the med Dr left and my son got a new one, it seems like they do not return calls or anything. My son takes a med that can't be refilled. His old med Dr would do a 3 months script so he wouldn't run out. I called last week, pharmacy sent them something last week and nothing. This med he takes is important and he has been out since Saturday. I like their services but now I wonder if I need to find another Dr to do the meds. Very frustrating. Hands down on therapy services and everything.

I had a personal surgery done yesterday and I could not thank these amesome nurses,doctors and anesthesiologists enough. They were absolutely amazing in making sure I was comfortable and felt safe. The only nurse I can remember was Robyn. Thank you again Bryan west for having some of the best staff!!

Having been to and having worked at multiple treatment centers, I have to say that Sana Lake is the best one I have been to. The staff cares and work their butts off. They were short-staffed when I came, but they were still able to pull it off and gave me a great experience. Great food, too! The owner even comes in multiple times a week and runs a group on Thursdays. He shares his personal life story. You do not get that very often. The nursing staff is very caring as well. I could not sleep for several nights, so the nurse practitioner tweaked my medication several times until we found the right combination. If you’re contemplating going or returning to treatment, you are going to find a better place, in my opinion. I feel that I am ready and finally capable of staying sober long term. Thank you to ALL the staff at Sana Lake.

My husband went through the independence center over 30 years ago. He did relapse after the first 3 months but he did not attend any aftercare or AA. Within a year he started going to AA and has been sober for almost 35 years. My son has also been through the independence center twice with varied success. He has had relapses but maintained sobriety for the majority of the time. He has used the tools he learned there to get sober again after relapsing without having to reenter treatment. The program will work for you if your honest with yourself and do the work. Good luck and god bless!

When you are ready, you are ready. I did three rehabs in the span of three summers and I’ve been sober a year and a half since going to the Independence Center. The ENTIRE staff wass genuinely interested in my recovery. Of course it’s up to me how honest I want to be with my counselor, Chaplin and myself (and God), but their unwavering encouragement doesn’t hurt and it didn’t. The facility is much better than others I’ve been to in Nebraska and they keep the distracting extracurricular horseplay to minimum. They have a great culture and alumni in the A.A. and Lincoln communities.

This program gave me so many tools to continue my recovery and maintain my sobriety. Anthony was my counselor and I truly loved him - the time, his patience, calm aura and knowing he truly cared about me. Beth and Sam were also very amazing and always well prepared. I'm a chronic relapser and have been to Valley Hope several times. My relapses had nothing to do with Valley Hope and the care they provided. It just wasn't my time yet. I love Atchison Valley Hope. The staff are A+. They genuinely care about the patients while there and after their discharge. I get calls from my counselors and case workers periodically just to see how I'm doing. It's more than collecting an insurance check with them. I finally took their advice and went to php and iop, in addition to an addiction counselor. I'm 65 years old and sober for the first time in a very long time. There's no treatment center that's going to keep you sober or drug free. It takes work, but at AVH they will provide a serious reboot for your future. Alec T.

I used to visit this Topeka VA center frequently and some times had to go to Leavenworth and KC. I relocated to the Tulsa, OK area. I was never displeased with the VAMC in Topeka, usually content and satisfied. I did not know how good I had it! I miss the Topeka VA very much. The Oklahoma system state wide is bad and Tulsa in particular. It is leagues behind in all categories. Topeka is a very good facility with good friendly staff and nicer and more thoughtful amenities to boot. I have experienced the contrast.

I was recently hospitalized for a relatively minor medical condition. The company I work for has an arduous process for returning to work after being laid off for medical reasons. I desperately needed to be seen on short notice so that I could return to work. The staff at the Lincoln V.A. worked with me diligently. My primary care physician, Sasha Grantski, went above and beyond her normal duties to "squeeze" me in for an appointment. Thanks to her and the Lincoln V.A. staff, I am back to work. I am extremely grateful.
