I’ve been coming here for almost 4 years. It’s helped me so much, it’s a clean and well maintained establishment , the staff is amazing and nonjudgmental. Wouldn’t pick any other place, highly recommend.

I've tried a few methadone clinics, this one is the best I've seen. They do have a few rules that seem rather stupid, but they have gov oversight, so ya have to deal with that kind of BS anywhere you go. They are definitely the nicest and the friendliest out of all the ones T have been to.
Update... the staff that you interact with i.e. the counclers and the nurses are definitely very nice and appear to be honestly intrested in the clients wellbeing, however it took a few months...like 6 or 8 months for the office staff to get my VA insurance worked out and I had to pay cash in the meantime. That was over 2 years ago and they still have not re-embersed a single Penney however I verified with the Va the were paid twice once by me and once by the Va. Should be a law against that sort of thing. I believe it is called fraudulent billing.... If they end up owning you money don't expect to see it soon...however if you owe them and can not pay the will start detoxing you, they did to me when I told them I get paid in 3 days ... they detoxed me for those 3 days. Good luck if you have no other options.

Great place. Great counclers. Clean. They have clean bathrooms. Very friendly staff. They have the new check in mobile system so it saves your spot in line. They are fair. Some of the rules are a little silky but they don't set those, Corporate does. So it's not the staffs fault at this location. They probably saved my life. The doctors is very helpful and understanding. She listens. The nurse is a godsend. And the counclers are top of the line.

Today I had a surgical procedure done at Mosaic, and I want to talk about the care I received, because, WOW.
The nurse who walked me back after check-in was named Wendy. Yes, like the restaurant. She made sure we all knew that 😅. She was genuinely funny, kind, and made sure I was settled and comfortable right away.
The nurse who started my IV and took care of me before surgery also had an excellent sense of humor, which I desperately needed because I was pretty nervous. She looked over my chart and casually reminded me that since I had a way more serious operation done three weeks ago, this recovery would be nothing like that. Bless her for that alone.
I already knew the surgeon, Dr. Amspacher, was fantastic because I have met him a couple of times, but he still took the time to stop in, mark everything, check in with me, and make sure my husband and I felt good about the plan and had no questions. Calm, confident, and reassuring.
The anesthesiology team deserves a special shout-out. Three weeks ago, when I went under anesthesia, I panicked right beforehand because no one was talking to me. They were just…putting me under. This time, I asked that someone talk to me. Whoever the anesthesiologist’s assistant was, I am terrible with names, he absolutely showed up. In the OR, he could tell I was still anxious, so he held my hand 😭. That is the last thing I remember.
Less than an hour later, I woke up in recovery with a gentle nurse who made sure I was comfortable and reunited me with my husband as quickly as possible.
I may not remember everyone’s name, but every single person who cared for me today deserves recognition. The compassion, professionalism, and humanity I experienced were incredible. They answered their calling, and this patient is beyond impressed.

I am so happy I was referred to the guidance center. After suffering several crises, I didn’t know where to turn and ended up inpatient . After coming out of inpatient care, I was so nervous to go back to daily life. I was referred to the Giidence Center and the team that I have working with me are amazing! Shout out to Ellie, Mindy and Sara ❤️ The team is always kind caring and supportive answers all my questions and helps me find additional supports when I need it. I can’t say enough about this place!

I see Dr. Karim. I have for a few years now, and I really like him. I do not feel rushed when I see him, and I feel that when I have concerns or questions, that he takes the time to answer them fully.
The issues I have are more in regard to attempting to contact the practice by telephone. It can be tough especially during early morning or other peak phone times.
While their website has good information on it, I wish they would incorporate some sort of portal, to handle the more routine non-emergency requests between the patient and provider.

I won't pretend to understand how challenging social work is. It takes a special person to invest themselves in doing something for others because it is right while knowing that they will never see or hear the positive results of their care.
I don't know how they do it, but the staff here can help you understand the complexity of trauma and the seemingly insurmountable tangle of events that occur before, during and after. This is only possible through a diverse network of supportive services. A comprehensive approach from shelters, counseling, childrens play therapy and on; they offer the greatest hope of a stable future for victims and family's. They also have an amazing program for perpetrators of domestic violence. Holding individuals accountable and offering a path to being a better non-abusive person.
Reach out and they'll help. If they can't do it directly due to the overwhelming demand on them, they can at least offer other resources. And if you ever get a chance, thank them for the lives they've touched and never knew they have saved.

I was impressed with the professionalism of the entire experience with Assessment Services. I spoke with Mr. Reed after scheduling a time with a super helpful and kind office manager, Marge. During the class session Dennis Robinson did a great job. I thought he was very honest, professional, and insightful. This place is really a good place. Most of the old reviews on here were from the past. We got a new director and she is doing her absolute best. This place is of course isn't perfect, and it is under a lot of work. The staff have their days, and us clients don't help situations because we aren't the easiest to work with. Most reviews for this place isn't right it's children trying to hurt the company because they did their job.

I stayed there march 11-18th 2025 in Unit 7 I miss it there it was awesome the staff was great! Im glad that there are people looking out for kids with mental health problems

Reading the other reviews made me worry about sending my kid here, but our experience was much different. I felt they took good care of my kid. Communication was great. Visits were easy and enjoyable. The family safety plan helped us understand why this happened. They gave us resources to help prevent this from happening again.
