I was a patient at this center before, and the counselors, psychiatrists and even the medical staff are good people that sincerely are committed with the recovery process of each patient. They really work hard for the most in need.

The room was huge, converts from labor/delivery room to an actual inpatient room. My labor experience was not just amazing; it was truly memorable because of your kindness and support. I was already 6cm when I came but I did not feel any panic, it was chill and calm. I especially appreciated how the nurses created a fun and light atmosphere, even while I was experiencing labor pains. Nurses/Techs were always there, checking in on me (since I was not a caller) haha, making sure I have ice water/comfy. Also to Dr. Kenny, who delivered my baby with incredible gentleness and expertise. Thank you all for making this journey so beautiful. Shout outs to Kelsey, Rachel, Ashlie and all the nurses/techs who took care of us.

Our Mother passed away on 1-10-25 after being cared for in the ICU for several days and then later moved to the 5th floor for "comfort care"ICU Jeff B, Paige H, Tiffani M, Sarah B, and Makenzie H5th Floor Abby B and others we didn't catch their namesEach individual was unbelievably comforting and professional. In a world where many people think the younger generation do not care about others, they could not be more wrong. Their Peers should be proud as well, My Mother was not the best patient due to the pain she was in and the complications of her illness. We kept apologizing and each worker said, "we understand, its ok" "We don't take it home"Please pass on our gratitude and praise to these young professionals and I hope they all continue in this path as they are as much part of the healing as any medication or procedure.Proud and fortunate to have Mosaic here in Saint Joseph!

I was admitted on the 25th of July and release on the 27th all the staff from emergency room to discharge was fantastic. The surgeons were fantastic making sure that I was not in pain when removing the cysts from my shoulder. The nurses were just as great Twilla and Rod they went above and beyond. the PCA's were great as well. People in the dining room that took my order for my meals were great and the food selection was very impressive. All the Doctors that came by I want to say that they were great friendly and very enjoyable to be around. They explained everything to me in terms I could understand. Dr Yang met my granddaughter he tried to talk to her in Spanish and she finally talked to him. He came by checking up on me constantly. Everyone treated my wife just was well.

Since I entered this country, for me, Samuel is a place where he serves well with good discipline.

No long wait time

The staff here is awesome! We had several different staff members help us during our visit, I wish I could shout them all out. Everyone was very kind, very informative, and of course there s a longer wait to be seen it s the ER but they were transparent about wait times and got us in and out quicker than we imagined. Thanks again for taking care of me today!

Waited quite a while to be seen, but I was not in a grave condition. Got my emergency taken care of. I was probably there 4 hours, on a Sunday.

Salvation Army when I went homeless after the military I didn t know they had services for veterans like this. The KCVA helped to get into the Salvation Army. I had to stay here due to indifferences at my house. My stay was comfortable and peaceful. The other Veterans are kind. My case worker Irene was very hard on me at first lol! After I was admitted in she was kind and loved all of us. Integration was easy. Irene will help you get more % to help in your case. She is there for you. Use her and let her know how you feel. She has been working there for 15 years (KC,Kansas). What an accomplishment. There are others that work with Irene that are just as important to you.You have to do chores but they aren t large duties. Roger will be on you. It s good to clean your surroundings makes you feel good.Breakfast isn t the greatest but, that will change. Yvette serves breakfast she has to have thick skin because she didn t make the food. She has no control on what is being served. Be nice to her always and your days will go better. Lunch and Dinner are more filling. Blake is one of the cooks trying to make new desserts and new meals. There is a suggestion box downstairs so fill it out. They have snack later on in the night. I met Tom from Salvation Army very stand up person he is kind and cordial. They have a gym for basketball and a small workout room.The Veterans I met are my forever brothers. I will stay in touch after I leave. Thank you Salvation Army for helping me find my way.

I liked that they give you a xmas basket around the holidays but dnt give you much. Still was nice cnt be choosy

Update: I still love this placeThey made my teen feel welcome and safe. Love the after school activities.They helped my family during a dark time. They have different events that help with Christmas gifts and back to school supplies. They never made me feel less than because I couldn't provide for my family. Love the energy here!

Services my daughter came to this place when we were going through a dark time in life. They have been wonderful with her, gave lots of support and very communicative through out the whole process. I am truly grateful that this place was available when we were in need!
