I've tried a few methadone clinics, this one is the best I've seen. They do have a few rules that seem rather stupid, but they have gov oversight, so ya have to deal with that kind of BS anywhere you go. They are definitely the nicest and the friendliest out of all the ones T have been to.Update... the staff that you interact with i.e. the counclers and the nurses are definitely very nice and appear to be honestly intrested in the clients wellbeing, however it took a few months...like 6 or 8 months for the office staff to get my VA insurance worked out and I had to pay cash in the meantime. That was over 2 years ago and they still have not re-embersed a single Penney however I verified with the Va the were paid twice once by me and once by the Va. Should be a law against that sort of thing. I believe it is called fraudulent billing.... If they end up owning you money don't expect to see it soon...however if you owe them and can not pay the will start detoxing you, they did to me when I told them I get paid in 3 days ... they detoxed me for those 3 days. Good luck if you have no other options.

Great place. Great counclers. Clean. They have clean bathrooms. Very friendly staff. They have the new check in mobile system so it saves your spot in line. They are fair. Some of the rules are a little silky but they don't set those, Corporate does. So it's not the staffs fault at this location. They probably saved my life. The doctors is very helpful and understanding. She listens. The nurse is a godsend. And the counclers are top of the line.

I went to the treatment center at Zion in Clarinda. It was the best experience. The staff was amazing. The building was clean. They made sure you were always taken care of. They helped me tremendously. I felt like a new person after 28 days. I HIGHLY recommend this facility to anyone taking the step to recovery. My personal experience was AWESOME.

The room was huge, converts from labor/delivery room to an actual inpatient room. My labor experience was not just amazing; it was truly memorable because of your kindness and support. I was already 6cm when I came but I did not feel any panic, it was chill and calm. I especially appreciated how the nurses created a fun and light atmosphere, even while I was experiencing labor pains. Nurses/Techs were always there, checking in on me (since I was not a caller) haha, making sure I have ice water/comfy. Also to Dr. Kenny, who delivered my baby with incredible gentleness and expertise. Thank you all for making this journey so beautiful. I was admitted on the 25th of July and release on the 27th all the staff from emergency room to discharge was fantastic. The surgeons were fantastic making sure that I was not in pain when removing the cysts from my shoulder. The nurses were just as great Twilla and Rod they went above and beyond. the PCA's were great as well. People in the dining room that took my order for my meals were great and the food selection was very impressive. All the Doctors that came by I want to say that they were great friendly and very enjoyable to be around. They explained everything to me in terms I could understand. Dr Yang met my granddaughter he tried to talk to her in Spanish and she finally talked to him. He came by checking up on me constantly. Everyone treated my wife just was well.

I m struggling to understand why this facility would get anything less than 5 stars. Valley Hope has truly changed my life. I called on a Wednesday morning and was in a bed by Friday. This is more than a facility or institution. It s a home full of love and care. The staff are much more than staff even down to the cooks. They truly do care. They go above and beyond to listen, recognize and love. I HIGHLY recommend V.H. To anyone who s truly wanting to live a life of sobriety. Current Inpatient resident who would like to say I came with much trepidation and anxiety. All of which I was able to shed easily on account of the staff and friendly fellow residents. Not in any small part because of Kerry (think I spelled that right) in detox, because she is @$$@ ing hilarious, and made me feel a lot better. I mean, guys, it s rehab.. ;) But this is a very good rehab. Admins listen.EDIT: It took guys.. It really took this time. I shed the $&!t colored goggles. And the world is vivid.. bright.. and while i honestly believed I'd be dead by now... In reality I'm happier than I think I ever have been. I couldn't see it back then.

I haven't personally been a patient here, but I have had several friends complete the inpatient program for substance abuse, and they all seemed to like it. I know you can still smoke cigarettes, but no cell phones the first few weeks and limited if any contact at all with the outside world. It's coed, so that probably helps people when making a decision for an inpatient facility. Especially when we're talking 30+ days or more, detoxing off any and all things good, lol! The entrance to check in is tricky to find too, it's actually on the back side, or really, it might even be the side of the building under an awning. Hit the buzzer, and someone comes to help you get checked in.

This Center is the best in Omaha probably the best in the country from the staff to the guest or clients that reside there I'm from California and I have never experienced such kindness, humbleness people with good hearts that are willing to help you overcome what challenges you may have. It's simple...without Valley Hope, I would not be alive today. I am a healthy, happy, thriving person today because of the decision that I made to begin my journey in recovery at Valley Hope. I am here to say that my experience at Recovery Village was absolutely AMAZING!!!! EVERYTHING about it! Before even coming I was welcomed and well communicated over the phone about my stay. When arriving at Recovery Village I immediately felt welcomed, loved and accepted. The staff, therapists, nurses, doctors, techs, cleaning staff, chefs, everyone was great. The groups were excellent. I have learned so much and have so much more hope for my future! I am so so grateful for Recovery Village. I felt so loved and accepted.
