I am angry that tiffany huxman works here. She ruined my life when I saw her at newton prairie view. She told me to cut my hours at work. All that did was make the family angry at me and caused my house to go into foreclosure. She didn't listen to me when I told her it doesn't work cutting my hours at work. When I cut my hours at work due to tiffany huxman badgering me and peer pressuring me then I was disrespected by my family which only raised my blood pressure. Besides that tiffany huxman is a jerk and when I would give her my honest answer she yelled at me for being direct. Tiffany huxman also prescribed welbutrin on top of caplyta which raised my blood pressure. Tiffany huxman is dangerous and shouldn't be a nurse.

I remember driving my stepdad to inpatient treatment in 2018, and then taking my brother to treatment in 2021. Addiction impacted our family deeply, but Valley Hope was there during some of our most difficult moments. After completing inpatient treatment, my stepdad continued with Valley Hope's outpatient program, and that ongoing support was vital to helping him maintain his sobriety. Having a continuum of care made a tremendous difference in his recovery journey. Valley Hope has been instrumental in our family's life. The care, compassion, and support they provided helped change the course of our loved ones' lives, and we will forever be grateful for the impact they have had on our family. Today I am over 100 days sober and so much of that has to do with my experience at Valley Hope. I met some of my best friends there as well as my sponsor! As someone who was terribly frightened of starting on the path to mental health recovery, Comcare made it very easy. The workers were patient with my inexperience and my intake was a breeze. My greatest fear was that I'd be treated as an attention-seeker, or foolish for having done my research. Instead, my intake practitioner was thoughtful and receptive, and agreed with my basic coverage of things; though I am not a skeptic of therapy, it was not what I needed. Referral to a medication consultation was quick and painless, as was that appointment. Above all, everything has been immensely affordable -- and more importantly, Comcare doesn't pressure you to cough up. I've never once been made to pay in office, or even asked to. I get my bill in the mail, and pay when I am able.

I appreciate my old therapist (for privacy reasons I will not State who that person is) He was very polite. A gentleman. Had a very caring nature. I appreciate his willingness to help me. I also appreciate him being skeptical when I wasn't being honest with him. I appreciate him allowing me to rethink the whole moving in with my dad discussion because it would have been bad. Towards the end I needed a change because I went through personality changes. I felt that my therapist then did not recognize me anymore because I changed after being in state custody. I appreciate the receptionists for always making me laugh and giving me candy at the time and a rubber stress ball. Very kind. Thank you!

I was blessed with the opportunity to go to wrc at the beginning of 2016. The Kimtechs where very personable, I used to always ride w ms.dourthy to go pick up the food from Options, we was allowed to smoke cigarettes in the courtyard, which I enjoyed. The only issue for me is who I got as a Counselor, Mrs Brown I believe her name was. She just wasn't as involved as other counselors. Maybe they paired me w her bcus they knew I didn't need a lot of supervision. which I didn't but it might've been nice to have some -one on one- w a professional, learning healthy coping mechanisms. Since that was my first attempt to get clean since I started at 12, I ended up having 4½ yrs clean that time ... Thinking about checking out their new location

I've had an excellent experience with Comcare during the past few months (as I've been inching my way thru a very difficult season of unexpected isolation & post trauma fear.) I've called their 24/7 crisis support 3x (when I simply needed words of support) and dropped in to the crisis center 3x (seeing a different crisis clinician each time), and each of those clinicians was *very professional, astutely skilled in helping me, compassionate, and encouraging. I've also been getting short term case worker support (weekly, with one clinician), which has been exceptionally helpful in giving me emotional support (and the *excellence describes her, too!). Definitely a 5 star experience for me, and I'm so grateful.

I am 5 starring this for treatment purposes only. Unfortunately they weren't able to help me cause meetings made me think of drugs more and intensely. However there were a lot of successful recovering addicts whom the program worked well for. I cant 2 star it because I didn't get much out of it cause thats my issue. I was able to become a recovering addict with 5 year clean eventually tho.

Walked in without a clue or insurance. The staff was kind and patient. After almost a year of addictions treatment and therapy sessions I'm better prepared to handle life and happier. Medication was discussed but never pushed. Every therapist I came into contact with seemed genuinely interested in helping me even when things got complicated with my lack of insurance and on multiple occasions I witnessed the staff going out of their way to help others in the programs with me. I was willing to change for the better and I know I was only going to take out what i was willing to put in. These people are not all knowing or perfect but they care and will do what they can to help.
