I brought my teenage daughter back in 1997. I was so worried that I was an emotional mess myself, very resentful of addicts in general. It took only a very short time for me to begin to love and understand these people. It was so enlightening and healing. My daughter took ten more years and some hair raising experiences to escape her addiction, but I still give much of the credit to Valley Hope, because what she had learned saved her later. She is doing very well. She’s married with two kids and is successful and respected in her work as a hair stylist. She’s been clean and sober nearly 20 years now.

What a great place and Chris was the best counselor I have ever seen for my son. The Chaplin Jamie needs to quit judging people by their looks or how they dress. Give some grace to these hurting people and quit judging . Be there to encourage and build someone up with Gods love . You are a poor example of a Chaplin. Last time I saw a doctor was in the military 17 months ago. The doctor told me I have a slipped disk, my vertebrae is out of place and will be in a wheelchair in the near future. I haven't once gotten help; every time I call I get given another number to call. I've gone in to enroll in benefits, turn in the paperwork just to find out a month later from another clinic that they don't enroll people anymore. I'm tired of being in pain. I don't want to be in a wheelchair. And they can't even do me the courtesy to give me one update. We all sacrificed for a higher cause and now we're thrown in the trash. I can't be the only one furious and embarrassed by the lack of professionalism with the VA. If I can be held responsible for my failures then they have to be as well. We demand accountability.

I joined the 30 day residential program at Resada and I am speechless of words to say as this facility was the best treatment center I could have attended, the staff is amazing, Veronica, Karma, Niko and Isaac did the above and beyond methods to make me as comfortable as possible and the most amazing role in my treatment to recovery, and everyone else follows along it is by far the #1 and I will recommend anyone and everyone I can that is seeking helping addiction. God puts us in places and in the paths of others for so many reasons and I can say I don't regret my addiction because he put me in Resada to meet so many others in the same situation and I wouldn't change it if I could. I give Resada 10 ⭐. Thank You Resada for helping me to my new life and journey of Recovery. Oh and the food is amazing Ms. Bonnie and her staff are the best.

This place saved my life!!! I was going through treatment here and then I unexpectedly moved back to Dallas. I was unable to get into a clinic there for reasons unrelated to WTCR. I relapsed and I knew that I needed to get back to Amarillo and back into "my clinic" here. I did everything I could to try to get me and my dog back to Amarillo. 7 very long months passed and I was desperate and ready to give up when a ride back to Amarillo found me. Me and my dog arrived back in Amarillo around 2 am. We had no place to go and no one knew that we were coming back. I was there when they unlocked the door. I told them of the dreams I'd had about being back here inside this building and how happy I was until I woke up and it had only been a dream. I would be heartbroken and just bawling. I had come to the clinic hoping to get an appointment for intake. I never thought I would be taken in that very moment, yet I was. I thank God for these people each and every day!!! I have met and made friends with some of the most amazing people!!! I have had my hopes restored! If you are in need of help this is the best place to begin. Everyone here whether it's staff or client is happy to offer encouragement. This place saved not only my life but untold countless other lives as well.

I was court ordered to come here when I was 18 almost 10 years ago for weed this place will absolutely break you the staff don’t care about you. I got kicked out because I got hemorrhoids there went to the hospital and they gave me suppositories my roommates were college age coke heads and they wanted to make fun of the fact I had to take suppositories so i threatened to get a knife from the kitchen and even up the score when I was young and dumb. I went back to jail after that and the cokehead douchebags that were my roommates there didn’t get in any trouble. When you make fun of someone’s medical condition you get what you get as far as I’m concerned. Also I never had a problem to begin with i still smoke weed regularly and I make approximately $130,000 a year now and own 6 businesses. They told me it wasn’t possible to be successful with my lifestyle but thats clearly not true .
