I loved my experience, you need to realize it is a treatment center and no matter how nice it's a hard thing to do but rac is an amazing treatment facility and the staff from the techs to the case managers to the therapists really do care. My only suggestions would be to offer more diabetic friendly options. I absolutely loved the staff!! I do wish art therapy was done everyday. For those of us that are older with physical limitations gym days are waste other than watching. As for shoutouts to the staff, they ALL deserve a raise. I ve been on 2E, 2W and Military. I haven t had a bad experience with any of them. Can I move in permanently?

I d like it better if I was able to get more than a week worth of medication. I know that they have access to my Casper and can see that I was previously on monthly medication. I m losing time from work having to go once a week. I mean it s been a good place Idk why I m having to go in once a week tho and it s costing me a lot of money. I wanted to contribute to these reviews because I've read quite a few that pretty bad and honestly it's hard to believe....I'm not saying they're not true because I have no right to do that,I just want to add that this place has been life saver for me!! It started out great I was given an immediate appointment within an hour of calling they had a ride on the way to get me and took me back home ,my medication has always been correct and everyone that works there have always been so nice. They're not perfect...who is? But I feel like they do the best they can and I've been very happy for the year I've been a patient here. I'm grateful for the entire staff and I hope for one day to have a similar job and be given the opportunity to give back what has been given to me. I've been clean for almost 2yrs now and that is a miracle!!!!! Brightview will help make that a reality for anyone that desperately wants to get clean and finally change their life.....God bless us all

10/10 rating with the departments/therepist I've contacted or been treated by. Now days it's hard to come by psycatrist, therepist or any provider you may be in hands of care with, who seem to care. who actually show any type of care towards your current emotions or past trauma. I will say I've had multiple therapist but I can say there has only been ONE , always given me the upmost sympath etic advice for myself , health & positive thoughts. I Attended the Partial Hospitalization Program At there Facility...Its an Awesome Program With Strict Guidelines and lots of Structure that I needed at The Time to Help me with my Physical, Mental, & Emotional Health and Wellness... I saw a Psychiatrist who saw me and adjusts my meds as needed depending on how I was doing......I attended group therapy and was taught how to Deal with my Emotions in a Healthy Way......They Even had an Emotional Support Dog Named Triton That Came in with our Therapist Ms. Allison Several Days A Week which was the Best part of the Entire Program in My Opinion.... Animals Reduce Stress and Anxiety and Help With PTSD and are proven to power blood pressure and Stress Hormones.....Ms.Candy Bruce helped me throughout the entire process as it was my first time being in that type of Environment.....She's Gifted and passionate at what she Does and "That's Saving Lives"............She will do everything in her power to See that you succeed in Your Recovery and if Your Slacking In Anyway she's definitely gonna call you on It.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was able to schedule an appointment for that evening. Medical assistance was friendly and efficient and kept me informed of when I would be seen. I drove by Avenues yesterday and it made me reflect on how far I ve came since leaving there in November. Today marks 160 days in recovery and since leaving avenues, I ve moved into a new place, got a new job, got a new car, started repairing relationships, working on my steps and most importantly, I have all my babies back home. This week is spring break for my kids and I m able to take them on vacation. We re currently in Nashville for the next couple of days and I just get to enjoy my time with them. I know without avenues and all the amazing staff, I wouldn t be where I am today. There were so many awesome staff members that cared and took the time to talk, I know a few times I thought about leaving but glad I didn t and am glad everyone who talked to me. I wish I remembered all their names but I don t. I ve been to another avenues about a year and a half before going to this one and I have to say hands down this one(Clarksville) blows the other one out of the park. From the staff to the food to how the program is laid out, they care and will go the extra mile. I only wish I lived closer so that way I could work there once I hit my year. I will always remember the kind hearts of those that work here. This place got me my life back and I know my kids are thankful for that.

There are some amazing facilitators at avenues recovery in Clarksville who understand what I was going through and helped me understand what recovery was all about. Avenues helped me better understand myself and helped me make an aftercare plan so that i can remain sober. I recomend Avenuse to anyone who is serious about getting sober and staying sober.
