There have been a few things I would try and change or do better but I’m Not sure how much my advice or concerns would change the way things are done due to years of it being pretty much the same. The staff we have is great. I love our manager, Keisha and Julie and they do a great job of welcoming new people and making everyone who have been there still feel important as well. Day in and day out everyone has a great attitude and willingness to help. With such a high turnover rate If it were up to me I would make sure everyone got a raise and was based off of what they feel like they should deserve to be getting because whatever that number would be they have gone way over and above to make BHG feel like home even down to the decorations. It doesn’t makes sense to me in a day where no one has work ethic or desire to work and high turnover rates that you get good work who wants to be there and not compensate them for that. Everyone we have at this facility needs to be compensated for their time and effort and on making a choice to stay and put in the work and not constantly disown us and leave which as an addict consistency is something we need and when there’s turnover we feel it too. If we are truly cared about and this is a company that is truly trying to help in recovery we need to make sure we’re all getting the help we need and that also obviously includes the great team who makes it all possible and we don’t want to lose them!

The ladies here are amazing….If it wasn’t for them, I wouldn’t be so dedicated to showing up for myself and treating my addiction, bc here at BHG I never feel judged only cared about. I’m grateful for this place.

The BHG Elizabethtown clinic is a life saver. It’s helped me get my normal life back on track. From the counsel you get to the ladies in the dosing room they’re all grade A ladies. They always greet you with a smile and a “how are you”. They never make you feel like a number. Couldn’t recommend more!

Great place. Wonderful staff. Very attentive to you as an individual. More than just clinical needs. Clean facility. Plenty of food and a very eclectic mix of both patients and staff. Had a good 30 days here and would recommend it in a heartbeat.

Listen, this is the best rehab place I’ve been to and I just graduated a program on December 19 and their staff and they strive to help you achieve you cook your own food so it determines whether you’re a good cook or not whether the food is good hope is a really good person. She makes it fun for the holiday Festive The staff tried to help you out as much as they can as much as you’re willing to go with your treatment so if you weren’t willing to work on your treatment, that’s the reason you didn’t get help. I’ve learned a lot of new stuff from this rehab and even though it’s just a 28 day treatment. I’ve learned new coping skills and everything in there and I would recommend this place to other people so for all the negative common you shouldn’t have done things to get you kicked out I was in the treatment center for 28 days and had one right up because I was focused on my treatment not doing everything else thank y’all, I’m really glad I had y’all as a part of my journey

Good people staff is friendly they could use new kitchen equipment but for a 30 day program one of the best ones also could use a work program after the 30 days to help people get back on their feet the director hope has a very good staff and she's willing to help you anyway she possibly can within her means

I was in and out of this place since I was 10 to 14, this place was like a safe haven for me. Away from my awful mom who always played the “victim” act but the staff that were there back then, I will forever remember them. They did so much for me, I can’t count how many times I’ve been there, and they always cared. Especially a staff member named Amy, and a nurse named Mrs Mary’s but this was years ago back in the 2010s

All the staff here treat me like I was family from the time I walked into the day I was discharged I did have an incident where I got attacked but it was taken care of right away I would definitely recommend this place for anybody having mental issue

I am finishing treatment at this facility tomorrow. This has been an incredible treatment experience for me. The focus on 12 Step spiritual discipline integrated with CBT, Mindfulness, Motivational Techniques and multiple daily treatment groups will help insure my long term sobriety and recovery. I see Laura for my Dr and becca for my counseling and I couldn't have chosen a better place to help me get my life back! I abused opioids for almost 10 years and thought I'd never break free but Applegate has been a blessing in my life. I will be clean 3 years December 2026. I can't recommend Applegate enough. They're so kind and truly want to help you reach your goals. Becca is amazing! they don't just prescribe you Suboxone there, case management has helped me find dentists, apartments, obgyn when I was pregnant and anything I need they want to help. If you're debating getting sober please take this review as your sign to call Applegate and take your life back ❤️

These guys are the absolute best! They have been life savers to me on days they didn’t even realize it! I can’t say enough good about Dr. Stocking, Lara the NP, Mick, and James. The office staff is exceptional as well and my wife and I are always treated with kindness and respect. We moved here from the Cental City area and was with a clinic down there that we THOUGHT was good, now we know how a clinic is supposed to be ran and we would never accept anything else and my point is not to run another facility in the ground but to just warn others that they are worthy of the correct kind of care! Being in active addiction is a hell I wouldn’t wish on anyone, but recovery is achievable with the correct kind of help, with people who are going to challenge you and hold you accountable. I don’t doubt one bit that my team at Applegate would help me navigate anything that would come my way in the line of a setback or a life event or a even a relapse (something I hope would never happen, but it always is a possibility if you understand the disease of addiction), I have full faith that they would assist me in any way they could!
