I attended RCA for 34 days at Bracebridge Hall. It was the most awesome place for a rehab. I learnt about myself and my addiction. I attended rehab there November 15th - December 17th. The staff in it's entirety, from counselling to doctors, counseling to dietary. There was not one thing they didn't cover in my treatment. The place was the most beautiful place and the treatment was the best treatment out of anyone I have heard. From all the ladies and guys in nursing through the ladies and guys in the kitchen. I will never forget that place or what I learned there. I will always appreciate them for all they did for me. As well, my insurance did not cover my stay. I went through their program on scholarship. I could not thank them enough for what they did for me!!!

My experience at RCA bracebridge Hall is one that absolutely saved my life. It started with a nursing staff. My counselor was absolutely amazing and her name was Tammy. I honestly believe that she wasn't my counselor, I would not be where I am today. I have to mention Chris grape, Lauren and Tom. Without these people my journey would have probably ended short..Beth was my case manager,she was absolutely the best at what she does.Mary who did Mat class is phenomenal.She was my inspiration in the area .she is amazing,she never missed an appointment, which is crazy knowing her workload.Elijah...WOW! I HAVE NO CLUE HOW SHE DOES WHAT SHE DOES.absolutely amazing.She is so calm,and always had/has the right answers at the right time that I need them. I am currently at sober living and the house manager, which name is Evan, deserves a Nobel Peace prize...no really. He has the patience of a god. I don't know how he stays so calm in the situations that he's put through. Even on vacation he still made sure the house was being ran up to par. If I missed anybody I'm so sorry everyone I dealt with it RCA was amazing I don't have anything bad to say about anyone. Nothing but love for RCA and I would recommend this place to anyone who has addiction issues or mental health issues.all love. Oh and Miss Holly is absolutely amazing also she is the best for the kitchen staff. Laura at PHP has a way about her that only she can get away with and she is all love to everyone. She cares so much about her job and is very passionate. I came here on 11/4/24 for treatment due to my substance and mental health. During my time here I have discovered alot about myself and the reason I was making unconscious decisions. The staff here has been very helpful and instrumental in my recovery. More especially Mr George, Mr Dooley, Mr Ronnie, Mr Joey, and Ms Vonda. The program is very hands on and a great resource for those willing to put in the work. It recently was a deciding factor on the judges decision on not incarcerating me. CAM has by far been the best program I ve been on. I was at another program (Cherryhill) for years & that place Hod change your whole energy. I would go in happy, come out in a horrible mood! There were a few good people there like Mrs. Hope & Nurse Michelle & a few good counselors, but at CAM, everyone has been amazing! From the beautiful woman at the front to the nurses & counselors, I am grateful for each one of them. I ve been clean for 14 years & continue to be clean because of CAM.

I was a broken, desperate, suicidal, hollow, empty shell of a heroin addicted woman, even after several failed stints in inpatient facilities. After a stay at MARC, I came to Kolmac for IOP and continuing care. 2 years, 9 months and 13 days later, I am the healthiest and happiest I've ever been. I owe my life to the staff at this wonderful facility. They work miracles here if you let them. I still do followup care here once a week and they always go above and beyond to help every patient here. This place saved my life. I never would have survived without them and I will be forever in their debt for that reason. Thank you, Kolmac! <3Update: It will be 11 years on 12/11/23 since I started my recovery journey for the last time. I have been clean and sober ever since. I am living a life I never could have dreamed would be possible. I ve been happily married for nearly 5 years, I have a steady job doing something I love, and I own my own home. I still attend continuing care sessions via Zoom twice per month through Kolmac. I recently switched from Suboxone to the Sublocade shot to finally wean off of MAT hopefully for good. I went to The Retreat at Sheppard Pratt experiencing severe depression, anxiety and OCD. I'd been to other facilities and had to wait in line for up to an hour or more for meds that were dolled out without any consideration for the patient. I also had psychiatrist's who would schedule virtually once a week. This was NOT the case at The Retreat. The staff there were awesome! Absolutely ALL of the staff there, especially the doctors and nursing staff, were extremely attentive and knowledgeable. It HONESTLY felt like they cared.I literally cannot say enough great things about the OCD team, led by Jon Hershfield. They were tremendous! I met with Jon or one of his staff nearly every day I was there. Absolute pros! I spent 4 weeks at the Retreat at Sheppard Pratt last summer. I came in with horrible panic attacks and anxiety, especially around being in cars and transportation. When I arrived, I literally couldn t be in a car for more than 10 minutes without the help of medication.I was ultimately diagnosed with OCD and very very lucky to be treated by Jon Hershfield and his team including Melissa Mondich. I started exposure therapy the 2nd week. My exposures were around the triggers to my panic attacks like motion sickness. We drove in circles in the car with the music on loud, and the heat up way too high, while I read from my phone. At first I was exhausted and it was tough but it is pretty amazing how quickly this produced results and I saw myself growing stronger. I had so much support and encouragement by the staff and my peers in the program. This program was very well rounded. I also had yoga sessions with Leonora, Acupuncture with Trina, and training with Terry, all of which I miss very very much.I went into the program being scared about driving 10 minutes away to a target and left the program and went to Greece to enjoy my regularly scheduled summer vacation and did not need any anxiety medication at all. I have been with Port Recovery for about a year and a half now. I've had sessions with Alana, Elaine, Courtney, Joanne, and Carol. I also had M-F 9am group sessions as well when I was on probation. I like the place enough that I've decided to stay with them after probation to keep seeing Ms. Cook as my psychiatric nurse practitioner. The welcoming environment is exactly what I need, and most likely you too. I was referred to Port Recovery from my Probation Officer. I got into trouble by wrecking my car into a ditch while sleep driving on Ambien. I couldn't remember a thing, only waking up in the hospital. So, I stopped taking extra Ambien even if I can't fall asleep back in February 2020. Now, I'm getting help at Port Recovery with my severe anxiety, depression, and PTSD issues. Best place I've been to for those issues, and being able to see all the professionals I need under one roof is perfectly convenient. Everyone is on the same page! Good luck to everyone else!!! Highly recommended!

I picked up produce from here. The line of cars was long, went out onto the street, down Harford Rdand up the next street. I was stuck at the end of that line.The staff was very well organized. If you do the right thing like they ask it's all gravy.. Been here for years and only go once a month. My councilor is very persistent and easy to talk to. You can tell she honestly cares about her clients and always has some good advice. She will go out of her way to try to help. Kristen is the best and I love talking to her when I'm there.
