I was assigned a CSP worker and when I requested to get a new one I was told that this company was no longer willing to work with me. The original CSP worker I was assigned is someone new I was told and she kept calling me to change the times of my appointment. They are very unorganized and refuse to help people or meet their patient’s needs. Don’t come here they have low ratings for a reason!!!!

When I was a small child going through the toughest moments of my life, the school forced my parents, through poor standards of decisions, into sending me to the "Boston Center". NEVER in my entire life, have I been treated with such rudeness and disrespect, and I don't ever plan on getting to such a point again. I was NOT by any means a "troubled child", I had a disability that was refused proper recognition, but I was lumped in with the "future lawbreakers of America" who bullied and mistreated me without any reinforcement on my behalf from any staff member. My mother would sit outside the locked doors each day, crying her eyes out as she couldn't fix her son's torture. I'm nearly at the age of 23, and to this day I haven't escaped that awful trauma from nearly seventeen hellish years ago. In the words of my father, "I wouldn't have sent my worst enemy to that place." Dad meant that with all truth and no exaggeration, and for all I went through, I hope all those who participated in this culture of cruelty can see what they did to me and everyone else they mistreated, and that they're able to reconcile with those they hurt and traumatized so badly.

Wait times can vary, but overall, the quality of care and compassion shown by the providers more than make up for it. They also offer helpful resources for recovery, wellness, and community support, which shows they’re truly invested in helping people improve their lives.

Intake appointment was smooth. I was seen by very compassionate APRN Heather and had visit with behavioral specialist. My first therapy session is scheduled for October. I have high hopes.

I want to thank the entire team at the Glastonbury Rushford office for helping me navigate this new chapter in my life of recovery. I was so lost and broken until I made the call to get help with my addiction. It was not easy making this life changing decision but with the help and guidance from everyone at Rushford I am now 10 months clean! Rushford Glastonbury truly has something special going with their evening IOP program. Everyone I have had the pleasure of working with has gone the extra mile to help me in my journey. From the director, to the clinicians, to the provider, to the administrators. The evening clinicians are extremely insightful and kind. I have worked with many clinicians over the years and have never made progress like I have with the ones at Rushford Glastonbury. The provider has worked with me closely to get me back on track with my medications. I cannot recommend them enough.

Wonderful programs full of caring, patient, and respectful clinicians. Their IOP program was top notch. Rushford also has an in-house medication provider that was very accessible and responsive to patient needs. Highly recommend Rushford for anyone looking for a new way of life 🙏❤️

I've never had a problem with BHN in the ten plus years I have been here, the only problem I had which was years ago was the constant switching of therapists, mine always seemed to leave after a month or three of working with me.

I have been going here for about a year. My therapist is awesome I have had no problems. Whenever I have had an issue my therapist has been there for me. I would not go back to my former therapist.

Doctor Walvek is an absolute gift from gods in the dental world. He’s is attentive, he educates you in your situation, offered solutions and listens to your concerns. Every second you are being treated by him you feel the professionalism and can tell without a doubt he truly loves his field of work. I hope and beg he never leaves. The hilltowns in my opinion has never had a dentist this great. I hope the office does everything in their power to keep him there.

Bloodwork didn’t get forwarded but everyone was so kind and worked with me to find a way to get it done. I really feel they treated me like a friend not just a number. So glad we have the health center here.

Addiction treatment at it's best! Really great people, super helpful; love the IOP groups and the individual counseling - the counselors are all really great! They also offer Early Recovery support groups, days and evenings, and that is really helpful, to have that available around my work schedule! Overall, and excellent experience!

I started typing a comment that took a half hour to type. I finished and shook my head. All I really wanted to say is, “I am grateful to the P.H. House. They didn’t call me up or send me an application to live there. I wrote a letter from jail asking/ begging to be accepted. I called them every week.” I could think of things to complain about while I was there. But I have to tell myself to remain grateful. I really miss the P.H. House. I met a lot of good people. I also lost a lot of people who couldn’t remain sober. That hurts. If it wasn’t for the P.H. and the staff. I would be dead today I believe. The Pheonix House saved my life. I don’t know if completers can still come back. I just miss being a part of something great.

One day at a time 7 years and counting. Loved this house. They did alot for me. Ended up getting back with my now wife got a good job with a good position wake up every day and thank god. Now I wish I could work for a place like this and help others and do what I can for them that today is my dream.

I entered the Phoenix House in Springfield January 2004. I walked out February 2005. It was both the longest and most important year of my life. I changed as a human being. I’m still sober. I had a relapse in 2007, but I got right back up and owned it and moved on. Been sober since. I learned so much about myself. It’s meant to be hard. In hindsight, it was life training. It taught me how to be accountable. For everything. Nothing beats laying my head down at night with a clean conscious. I got married. Bought a house. Had a child. I love being a father. I never would have accomplished so much without their guidance. Did I hate it when I was there, yes yes yes. It’s hard. They ride your behind. It saved my life.

I have nothing but good things to say about the staff here! I have seen many therapists in the past due to my depression, etc but, the therapist I have there actually takes the time to listen and gives me great advice and other ways of coping.

It's thankless work doing reentry. They helped pay for work supplies, food, got me to appointments not to mention literally put clothes on my back. You can't please everyone but you helped me. I want to thank Richard Romero and his boss Richard Guy personally for being professionals.

I'am lucky to have the best physician in the world. Dr Jeff Scavron. I'am 65 years old and have been with him since I was 17. I have always been seen reasonably quick and have received the best care from him and his staff. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I continue to express my gratitude for this practice. In over a decade I am confident I've found a doctor that listens to me and validates my concerns. They're very accommodating and have helped me so much these past three years. I asked for help and they answered. Their customer service is excellent and consistent every time. This hospital has saved my behind many times. The staff are kind, accommodating, and professional. The doctors are knowledgeable and considerate. I believe the 2.6 star rating is inaccurate and due to ppl who are impatient.

I think hospital reviews are bogus, as it's probably all about ER waiting times, which understandably are frustrating. JMH is amazing. I felt well taken care of by my nurses and doctors when brought in for an emergency appendectomy. Great people, great knowledge, great food.

I am so so grateful for all the stuff members in the ED and Geri/adult psych , nurses and doctors , supervisors and other for buying me a breast milk storage bags, cooler, soap and finding a way to store all throughout my stay in there.
