Frank Shea is hands down the best therapist ever! He has an amazing soul. Very kind demeanor.He goes above, and beyond his job, and it shows.Its not just a job to him. He genuinely cares. Extremely professional. I worked with him for MANY years. I don't know where I would have been without his help. He will hold a special place with me for the rest of my life!

I was very happy to have learned of this establishment. Many insurances are accepted like Medicaid and Medicare, although certain counselors accept certain insurances. The scheduling coordinators are very friendly and work with you to receive the help you need. It is also worth noting that services are offered for kids and even toddlers, with referalls offered as well.

Health Care Resource Centers Hartford Has saved my life I was spiraling out of control I didn't know about methadone until a friend of mine told me. That was 20 years ago I've been clean, I don't even drink anymore either. My life has totally changed. Thank You to the people who have worked with me over the years.

Love the way the staff is super helpful and really seems to care about the patients getting better! My councelor is awesome and the doctor is the best! We haven't had such a great staff in years past... But now it's absolutely wonderful! The people still hang out in the parking lot - but it's a good, healthy environment inside!

I’ve had a very positive experience with this clinic. From the beginning, the staff made me feel welcomed, respected, and supported in my recovery journey. The counselors are compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about your well-being. They take the time to listen and tailor the sessions to your needs rather than just following a script. The medication-assisted treatment has been life-changing for me. The medical staff is attentive and explains everything clearly, making sure I always felt informed and comfortable with my treatment plan. Appointments are well-organized, and I rarely had to wait long. Communication was smooth, and I always felt like I could ask questions or express concerns without judgment. To be honest I was thinking I didn’t need to go and I was mandated to go for court and it turned out to be a experience that I was not aware that I needed we as people need to be more open to mental health and this is not to judge or target it’s just for self care I would recommend to everyone

It's thankless work doing reentry. They helped pay for work supplies, food, got me to appointments not to mention literally put clothes on my back. You can't please everyone but you helped me. I want to thank Richard Romero and his boss Richard Guy personally for being professionals.

Very short waiting time, and the seats in the waiting room are actually comfortable. Kindness from everyone. One bad apple, not naming names Kristine, but is the best hospital I've been too. I've read the one-star reviews, and there is not enough space to point out all of the nonsense they write.

Received excellent care from a phenomenal team of providers. Thorough plan of care provided in a professional and compassionate setting. Every single person was top notch. Thank you.

My names charissa m I went to this er five days in a row and each and everytime I showed up they were caring and gave me the up most care ever.The doctors the nurses The receptionist and the security guards were all top notch the best.They figured out what was wrong and they were not stopping till they had the right answers I greatly appreciate every single one that helped me all 5 days.Between the care the concern and the humor it was a great experience.

Always feels very safe and comforting there in Leeds, just an FYI I visited the Veterans Memorial that they have on Front Street in Chicopee where the old Chicopee High School is, and I highly recommend to check that out it is very honorable and reflective

The staff at 4 Upper are amazing people. They genuinely care and are professional. I can never express enough how amazing the program and staff are.

Always been good to me

Staff and PA’s are great. The labs are great and pharmacy is efficient and works with you. They could probably use more admin staff - appear stressed. But that could also be fear of job loss due to political climate. Mental health is responsive and helpful. Mr Higgins is a great medical professional , hope he comes back soon. Establishing a rapport is important.

My first experience was great with everyone in the building.

People on most part are great and very thankful I've had services both twice when laid off from job and now that retired. Only downfall or complaint is the whole VA phone system to get a hold anybody to cancel or leave message is a real cornfield maze.

Carlson was the right place at the right time for me to bring a friend of mine who had finally decided to detox and go into an aftercare program, from addiction. The place was well organized, seemed to be run well and plenty of patient supervision, from the point that my friend made it through the complete admission process, she was able to reach out to myself and her sister, and her mother, and then transition to the Hope house in Springfield. I strongly encourage anyone battling with addiction and / or dual diagnosis as well, to call Carlson for bed availability and go through the program. A lot has changed in this field over the past five years, but most notably over the past two years, and there is help and there is hope, if you know somebody who’s struggling out there, they are somebody’s daughter they are somebody’s son. They could also be somebody’s spouse and they could also be somebody’s parent as well, try to do what you can to help them as long as it’s within your cable tow. God bless.

I think the Carlson center was awesome. They medicate you so you are really comfortable. Their food is incredible and you can get seconds too which is helpful when you are starving and coming off alcohol. Every time I relapsed I went there because I knew they would give me another chance. You should go to groups but yes you can sleep if you’re tired. I remember the first time I went there. I was in serious alcohol withdrawal. I had the best sleep after being medicated. Their staff is great too. They saved my life. They wake you up for vitals early but you may need medication. They have punch in the tv room which I drank like no tomorrow. Snacks too. I’ve been there like 7 times and they always treat me great. I wish I could say my name but can’t. You will always get a second chance there
