I was very happy to have learned of this establishment. Many insurances are accepted like Medicaid and Medicare, although certain counselors accept certain insurances. The scheduling coordinators are very friendly and work with you to receive the help you need. It is also worth noting that services are offered for kids and even toddlers, with referalls offered as well.

I miss HCRC Westfield and Liz!!! I don't know if she's still there but I'd love to say hi. Did the clinic move from the brick building on N Elm St? I ask only bc when I just Googled HCRC Westfield it was in a different location! Anyways, I am currently 3 years clean from illicit substances. I am a patient at HCRC Northampton, which is great as well. HCRC is a lifesaver the whole entire staff is always so empathetic from the smiles you get from the front desk to the Nurses always asking how are you doing not to the mention the amazing medical staff who took me out of really bad situation because all they want to do is help. The Dr is so willing to hear you out and make things better on top of that Nick my counselor he's just amazing he pulls you out of your head and you don't even realize he did it's just a natural thing for him and one other person would be Kristen she runs that place so smoothly but with a heart that matches the smile she gives every single time when she asks if you're ok and that's why HCRC Westfield is the best!!! This clinic is NOT like the others. They are fast, friendly and more helpful and accommodating than other clinics. A few things could be tweaked a little bit, but most can be addressed with your counselor if needed. Office Staff, Security, and the Medical Staff are TOP NOTCH! At this clinic there is NO REASON NOT TO GET HELP!!

I've been to a few methadone clinics due to moving. And this one is by far the best one yet. They are fair and they are consistent. They don't let you get away with more or less than anyplace else, they are just easier to get take homes and to work with.

I've got to say I'm a driver that takes people to healthcare centers and resource centers the one in Chicopee is the most words I've ever seen they lock the doors before 5:00 not to mention sometimes I have people that have canes and walkers they'd be going up the ramp and he still has the audacity to lock the door in front of their face with a smile after this comment here I will be calling the administration because something needs to be done.

The Facilty is clean, I felt like I was at a hotel. The staff is phenomenal from the therapists to the RS’s to the cleaning staff. The chefs cooked amazing food. Most importantly, the detox and the inpatient residency tailored to my physical and emotional needs. The directors really showed they cared ,Tim is a great guy.

Talk about a great place to get help in recovery and mental health. I had one of the best experiences of my life here at Boca and would highly recommend it to anyone having issues with use and mental health.the staff are amazing and cater to each individuals needs and are super supportive. The groups help teach everything from after care to coping skills. And the food omg don't get me started ..amazing chefs. Great nursing as well to keep you on your toes and happy 😊..please give them a call and get help if you or someone you know needs it , it would definitely be worth it ..thanks again Boca for all the help and for all the memories. ❤️

Always feels very safe and comforting there in Leeds, just an FYI I visited the Veterans Memorial that they have on Front Street in Chicopee where the old Chicopee High School is, and I highly recommend to check that out it is very honorable and reflective

Carlson was the right place at the right time for me to bring a friend of mine who had finally decided to detox and go into an aftercare program, from addiction. The place was well organized, seemed to be run well and plenty of patient supervision, from the point that my friend made it through the complete admission process, she was able to reach out to myself and her sister, and her mother, and then transition to the Hope house in Springfield. I strongly encourage anyone battling with addiction and / or dual diagnosis as well, to call Carlson for bed availability and go through the program. A lot has changed in this field over the past five years, but most notably over the past two years, and there is help and there is hope, if you know somebody who’s struggling out there, they are somebody’s daughter they are somebody’s son. They could also be somebody’s spouse and they could also be somebody’s parent as well, try to do what you can to help them as long as it’s within your cable tow. God bless.

I think the Carlson center was awesome. They medicate you so you are really comfortable. Their food is incredible and you can get seconds too which is helpful when you are starving and coming off alcohol. Every time I relapsed I went there because I knew they would give me another chance. You should go to groups but yes you can sleep if you’re tired. I remember the first time I went there. I was in serious alcohol withdrawal. I had the best sleep after being medicated. Their staff is great too. They saved my life. They wake you up for vitals early but you may need medication. They have punch in the tv room which I drank like no tomorrow. Snacks too. I’ve been there like 7 times and they always treat me great. I wish I could say my name but can’t. You will always get a second chance there

I have recently attended the PHP program in Glastonbury with great success. The support you get from the providers and staff is phenomenal. The groups are relevant to what is going on and how to stay sober. You feel seen and heard by both the staff and the clients who are there with you. It is a non-judgement zone so you can truly be yourself, learn from others and work on your sobriety journey. Whether this is your first or tenth time, you are always treated with respect. I am now in the IOP and close to graduating to the Outpatient program once or twice a week. I have all the tools I need to be successful, from who to reach out to, to coping skills, to distraction and more.

The IOP was very helpful for me. A majority of the staff were very supportive and helpful. There is one woman there “beau” I think is how you spell her name. Always giving me dirty looks, I would wave at her and no response. It made me very uncomfortable in a therapeutic setting.

IOL has been there for me when I was at rock bottom. My first time there in December 2023 was ok, the staff was kind except for one tech from the adult unit... When I went back last December, I ended up staying for Christmas, and the staff did their best to make us happy with gifts, games, etc. I stayed for almost a month and started becoming myself again with help from my favourite tech and my favorite nurses. This was the first place that actually treated me like a human being while being in a psych facility. Most of the staff were still there from the first time and they had a better understanding with what was going on. I was so happy they remembered what had helped me last time.

The Institute of Living's Intensive Out Patient (IOP) program is outstanding. Very qualified and caring staff with expertise in my, and many other specific needs. Evidence based treatment approaches, cognitive and dialectical behavior therapy, individualized treatment plans, a safe and supportive environment, a thorough intake process and the ability to address co-occurring conditions, different levels of care and substance abusive. Quality therapy sessions like coping skills, self esteem, family issues, stress management, etc. IOL is an outstanding 200 year old institution with a seller reputation.

This is a great program to go to even though it's a Faith base program they help you out you go to church do groups and they take out places like the rec building, theater to the park. I went to swift river back in March. When discharging from rehab I had a hard time finding a place that took my insurance. I had a quick intake on the phone with compass and they took me right away right as I discharged from rehab. All the counselors were very welcoming and super nice. What’s nice about compass is all the counselors have been through the same experience as the patients there. They are very relatable and supportive and that makes the experience 100 times easier. I’m so glad out of all the places in the area I picked compass if I didn’t go through with this program with the structure they gave me. I would have been so lost with going through early recovery alone. They are the perfect place to get you started on the path to recovery. Will forever be grateful for compass!
