I love this clinic. There's a man named Joey that works there and he is just the light of the building. He is so nice and has an amazing heart and he's genuine not doing it bc it's his job. Once again, we had to return to the emergency room because my husband is still sick. Not sure why people are complaining so much. I have a couple ideas as to why though. Try Brockton highpoint and figure it out. When I went to gosnold, both detox and css I was pretty amazed at how nice it was. Maybe other people that gave bad reviews had trouble with the staff or other patients. That's one of the big things in any place. Also, I'm guessing there's a lot of spoiled brats around that area that go there. I met a few spoiled brats when I was there and it's like, are you kidding me? I only went once to detox and then another time straight to css because I was sober for a couple weeks but felt the temptation getting stronger of drinking again. I had a great experience there. Both detox and css.

My view is different from most of the rest of the ratings. I went in with a plan. The staff tries as hard as they can with everything involved. My nurses were great. The new facility is great. There is one of the head RS’s named SARAH was the most helpful for me, she was OMG so super helpful. Listen this is a detox. If you have been to a few like I have my experience was good. Most of the bad reviews you see are probably from the bad eggs who were sneaking drugs.

Food and all the staff are great and very helpful. The people detoxing were from all walks of life were very helpful as well, there for each other when we needed it... If you need a safe place to detox, I would highly recommend it

I was treated with respect and given clear guidance, but I also had to admit to myself that staying focused wasn’t always easy. Progress came quietly and not always in ways I could measure day to day. I left feeling steadier and a bit more focused than when I arrived, even if I know I’m still figuring out my next steps. Sometimes simple, honest help is enough to get you moving again, and for me, that mattered.

Just wanted to take a min or 2 outta my Sunday afternoon to let ppl know wat a life saving program hptc Plymouth is,in Aug 21,I had just entered prgm for 7 th time in last 2.5 months,every time I left AMA,they wud allow me back wen I called looking for a bed,never judging me and allowing me my process,I was sick as a dawg and totally defeated, there was a beautiful pregnant nurse there that touched my heart,even tho I was physically unable to go stand up in med line,cuz I physically cud not get out of my bed,time after time she wud come to my room to dose me,it was my 4 th day there and w/d’s were peaking,I hadn’t ate in 4 days and that nurse and the staff ,thru their compassion gave me a slight glimmer of hope, after a positive covid test I was quarantined to a room for 10 days and at that point I knew if I left again I wuda been screwed so I stayed til the miracle happened,not only did I make it thru w/ds ,I got thru the covid virus and made it the 10 days,not long after clinician got me placed into halfway house in east bos and I haven’t looked back since that day,for sum reason I will always remember that pregant nurse caring enuff with her compassion and understanding and at that point I set forth a path of recovery and once again becoming a productive member of society,and most importantly a father to my loving son ty hptc and all of there workers who assist in making miracle everyday

Saved my life. Not your typical recovery house. Martha, the program director with her hand-picked staff identify with the residents because they know what we're going through. Most, if not more are graduates of the house themselves. They help you face addiction head on, accept it, cope with it so you can heal. There's something magical about the place and Gosnold would be wise to remember that. It's not uncommon for former graduates to request a visit to remember how Miller House helped them recover and stabilize their lives to become contributing members of society. Through the PHP program and therapy, I was able to overcome issues I wouldn't have able to do alone. The staff are pleasant and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place. Cristina is a superlative therapist who is as intuitive as she is attentive. She offers valuable perspectives to those who may be lacking in some regards due to their own specific, personal struggles. For patients in their 20s, she offers relatability in spades, which was comforting for a patient who presented as worn down, isolationist husk of a human being. I was fortunate to finish the PHP program and to be quickly referred to her as my first therapist.

Went here a few years back. During Covid, wild crowd, the intensity of the whole world to me was making me sick. This was one of the greatest things to ever happen to me. It is almost 5 years later and North Cottage stays with my soul everywhere I go. I love you guys so damn much _yes as others said, intense as in drug testing and checking mens etc. I earned trust and was able to go on runs into the woods almost every morning. This was the place I found God, I had just lost my brother and almost lost myself. I love you guys Thank you. I've been here for one week, respiratory issues. This is "the" best hospital I've ever been to. The care, is off the charts. (The nurses and doctors, actually care) Everyone is super friendly. From the dietitian to Rita, the cleaning lady. My only complaint.....is the CNA taking selfiies of herself on the 3rd floor. (There's a time/place for everything) If I ever need medical support again, this is my only stop.

Butler is great but they need help on hiring better staff . I had a horrible experience with a nurse practitioner that lied on my progress didn’t want to change meds that were hurting and making me sick lied to staff and said I was not doing what I was suppose to do moving forward I want Gabrielle back she’s my day 1 nurse practitioner I will be requesting her when I go back in the near future you need to be careful you get as your team I recommend Gabrielle as nurse practitioner she listens she’s smart and she honest and as for therapist I recommend Sarah summers she was great she listens she gets to the point and grounds those are the people I love working with Gabrielle I know for over 7 years and Sarah is more recent . They were awesome as for others recently I had a newer nurse practitioner and she made up lies about my progress and said I wasn’t doing what I needed to which was a lie I did everything I had to do I feel she was upset that I was doing good and that’s shady she didn’t have my best interest like Gabrielle I’m requesting her moving forward I will never agree to work with that last person terrible vaules and not a match for maybe for someone else she great again Gabrielle and I been working for over 7 years there we had a disagreement I overreacted and they changed her I admit I was wrong . Butler does great partial just focus on getting rid of toxic staff members . Thanks for always supporting unfortunately some people you hire are not the best please do better butler we’re. It had been 8 years since my last stay at Butler and I was afraid that it wouldn’t be up to the same standards as it used to be. But it definitely was, with just a few exceptions. The PAS experience was much improved- kinder and more attentive staff and a much shorter wait to be transferred to the unit. For the most part the care was good to excellent. Of course there’s always a few that need a major attitude adjustment but then that’s the same way anyplace. The two things that were a bit negative were, the food. It used to be good but it is really awful now. Budget cuts I assume. The biggest and most bothersome issue is the horrible changes in the belongings policy. I understand the problem of people bringing in contraband but the policy is just ridiculous and absurd. I brought 4 sets of clothes and 1 nightgown and underwear. It took 24 hours before I got anything. And then I got back 6 things- none of which matched and all rolled up into a ball and wrinkled. I had had them neatly folded. It told me that they didn’t care or respect my belongings. I did not get my nightgown nor my underwear! I couldn’t have a book that I had brought or any of my toiletries. I was extremely upset about this and I honestly don’t believe that it needs to be quite that restrictive. The doctor was ok and the social worker was wonderful! When I was discharged and got my belongings back I was really angry that they had stuck a sticker with my name on the back of my phone. I was unable to get it off completely and have had to buy a new case. Very disrespectful. So all in all, things were pretty much as they were before. I was reasonably comfortable and well taken care of. So yes- Butler is in my opinion still the best place to be when you need psychiatric help. Don’t hesitate to go there. Thank you.

I can’t speak to the inpatient services here, but I recently discharged from the Women’s DBT Partial Hospital Program, and my experience was honestly so much better than I expected. The facilitators / staff are very invested in the work they are doing, which made the entire experience actually work for me. Vs. feeling like it was just going through the motions. DBT is a complicated therapy model but a very good one. And the staff here know their stuff. Which is important when you're facilitating a DBT program. I will recommend this program over and over again. It was truly a lifeline. From intake to discharge, every single staff member/therapist/doctor etc I interacted with was skilled, engaged, receptive, and invested. They took me seriously, and didn't take what I was there for lightly. I appreciate that a lot. I can genuinely say this program helped me in a huge way. And that's what I needed going in. So, thank you. TLDR: A very well organized DBT outpatient program with a skilled team and a system that worked for me.
