I finally registered for VA Healthcare and with some doubt, made an appointment for a physical. I was completely surprised and impressed with the whole experience. The staff was knowledable, friendly and showed concern. They were all articulate and spent considerable time with me. The facility was clean and modern. I had a follow up with the Pharmacist to go over my meds and same thing, she was wonderful. I am now using the VA for my primary care. Thank you for making me feel welcome.

It feels dramatic to say Gosnold saved my life, but it helped me get started. I have been to many detoxes in the last year, and not one compared even remotely to Gosnold. My time there was efficient, I was respected and I had zero complaints. The staff were phenomenal and I couldn t have asked for a better experience. I feel so blessed to have made the trek from Boston to the cape to go to Gosnold, it made all there difference.

There is no right or wrong way to go through the 12 steps of Alcoholics Anonymous. But I can honestly say that the Brook Retreat has a revolutionary grasp on reaching the broken hearted. The level of care and accountability this program has for its clients is in-measurable from my past experiences. I had the pleasure of staying on an extra 6 months as a house manager at one of the phase down houses. Been on liquid handcuffs for 3+ years finally starting to decrease my dose, this place saved my life they re awesome and don t treat you like an addict. My only complaint is they should make it easier for take homes. I don t understand why they don t give everyone 1 weeks worth and if the patient messes up then take them off. I feel like if I git take homes right away I could have winged myself off. Because yes Dr s know a lot and a lot more than me but I know for a fact I know my body better than any doctor. I ve only been to detox twice. Once at RCA in Danvers and I definitely wouldn t recommend going there. High point in Plymouth is INCREDIBLE. All the staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Kind. Just started coming here a month ago and I ve been kicking myself for not coming sooner. Definitely had some misconceptions about methadone clinics that have all been proven wrong by personal experience here. Every single member of the staff from the security at the door to the counselors, medical staff, and dosing nurses are incredibly kind and supportive and just want to see you succeed. Despite being spread thin and having minimal staff for the sheer volume of patients they see the staff is always so positive, helpful, and caring. I am incredibly grateful for every single person working here. I have already seen a difference in my life from having a set schedule in the morning to adhere to, and the staff here made this entirely possible for me. I don t think I would ve been this motivated to become clean if it wasn t for the people that make up PCTC. Thank you so much! Y all have made a difference in so many peoples lives, including mine.

I m a grateful patient there and I m not sure where these photos were taken but it s certainly NOT Brockton CTC! Brockton CTC is in SERIOUS need of an interior update. There are NO spacious Group room s, NO spacious dosing waiting area(we line up around corners & halls), and dosing is ABSOLUTELY NOT PRIVATE like these photos are portraying-Others stand right behind your back and can watch!I m a very grateful patient there and very thankful for the amazing services provided there! This is the place if you re really struggling and need some outside help. The rules are pretty simple. However my big Downside is this is a for profit company. For the 80 or so they get from each patient it should be invested into quality case workers. I m not saying they are all bad but I ve been here for about 5 or so years, and I ve just been given my 7th case worker granted only 5 we re supposed to be permanent. The case worker I just finally got Is the only one you ve hired that has personal experience.

Saved my life. Not your typical recovery house. Martha, the program director with her hand-picked staff identify with the residents because they know what we're going through. Most, if not more are graduates of the house themselves. They help you face addiction head on, accept it, cope with it so you can heal. There's something magical about the place and Gosnold would be wise to remember that. It's not uncommon for former graduates to request a visit to remember how Miller House helped them recover and stabilize their lives to become contributing members of society. We've had our son in a handful of rehabs, but this is the first time we feel hopeful. I stayed on unit 3 when I left I felt a million times better but do wish I had stayed longer staff was great food was good but for most can't complain when you got three hots and a cott when most people don't have nothing going in to the program one day at a time prays to everyone dealing with some sort of stuff

I ve only been to detox twice. Once at RCA in Danvers and I definitely wouldn t recommend going there. High point in Plymouth is INCREDIBLE. All the staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Kind. Clean and friendly place to be. If I ever need to go back to treatment I would absolutely go back there.

High point staff are amazing! Most are in recovery and they care about us so much food is pretty good! Snacks suck! I will say that if your an alcoholic or a benzo addict to be careful here, I watched 4 ppl have seizures when I was there. There a protocol is insane!
