I have been seeing Brienne Wapenyi for four years now. She is wonderful. I look forward to our sessions each time. I told Brie if she every went somewhere else, I would follow her like Bob in "What about Bob". She knows my story and I don't want to explain my story to someone else. Brie you rock!!!

Good experience

I have been going to therapy for about 7 months and my therapist has helped me so much. She is a great listener and has some amazing suggestions. I would be lost without her.

Not sure why people are complaining so much. I have a couple ideas as to why though. Try Brockton highpoint and figure it out. When I went to gosnold, both detox and css I was pretty amazed at how nice it was. Maybe other people that gave bad reviews had trouble with the staff or other patients. That's one of the big things in any place. Also, I'm guessing there's a lot of spoiled brats around that area that go there. I met a few spoiled brats when I was there and it's like, are you kidding me? I only went once to detox and then another time straight to css because I was sober for a couple weeks but felt the temptation getting stronger of drinking again. I had a great experience there. Both detox and css.

My view is different from most of the rest of the ratings. I went in with a plan. The staff tries as hard as they can with everything involved. My nurses were great. The new facility is great. There is one of the head RS’s named SARAH was the most helpful for me, she was OMG so super helpful. Listen this is a detox. If you have been to a few like I have my experience was good. Most of the bad reviews you see are probably from the bad eggs who were sneaking drugs.

Food and all the staff are great and very helpful. The people detoxing were from all walks of life were very helpful as well, there for each other when we needed it... If you need a safe place to detox, I would highly recommend it

Great place for addiction recovery

Its really all in what you make of it. If you come here with the intentions of doing the work, then you will most definitely have a positive experience. Staff are kind and extremely helpful. I learned a lot from my time here. The grounds are huge and well maintained. The building is very old, but its clean and organized.

This place has really been helpful especially the partial hospital programs. Both the CBT and women’s DBT program. I can’t say enough good things about them. Their programs and staff really focus on wanting to help you, and the staff genuinely care. From the moment you walk through the entrance where you’re greeted by security I’m immediately put at ease. It doesn’t matter if I’ve been there once or several times, they always welcome me back with open arms.

Butler is great but they need help on hiring better staff . I had a horrible experience with a nurse practitioner that lied on my progress didn’t want to change meds that were hurting and making me sick lied to staff and said I was not doing what I was suppose to do moving forward I want Gabrielle back she’s my day 1 nurse practitioner I will be requesting her when I go back in the near future you need to be careful you get as your team I recommend Gabrielle as nurse practitioner she listens she’s smart and she honest and as for therapist I recommend Sarah summers she was great she listens she gets to the point and grounds those are the people I love working with Gabrielle I know for over 7 years and Sarah is more recent . They were awesome as for others recently I had a newer nurse practitioner and she made up lies about my progress and said I wasn’t doing what I needed to which was a lie I did everything I had to do I feel she was upset that I was doing good and that’s shady she didn’t have my best interest like Gabrielle I’m requesting her moving forward I will never agree to work with that last person terrible vaules and not a match for maybe for someone else she great again Gabrielle and I been working for over 7 years there we had a disagreement I overreacted and they changed her I admit I was wrong . Butler does great partial just focus on getting rid of toxic staff members . Thanks for always supporting unfortunately some people you hire are not the best please do better butler we’re. I still support you because there so much good at butler

Gifford Street comprehensive treatment center in New Bedford Massachusetts on Gifford street was my saving Grace if it wasn't for them I don't know where I would be today. I love the staff I want to give a big shout-out to Cindy Borden & Sandy and Cindy Jo. And a big shout-out to Kim the dispensary nurse. And Maria I love you ladies

Understanding and non-judgemental . In and out .clean respectable place to receive help.

Bedrock was the launching pad for finally getting my life back on track. I was fortunate to spend three weeks in their mental health program where I was able to address both my mental health & substance abuse challenges head on. The staff from top to bottom made for an incredible experience with nurses (ex. Nicole), clinical members (ex. Mathematics), and management (ex. Andrew) who were open about their own recovery journeys, clearly heard what I would say beyond simply listening, and provided guidance I still follow today. The facility is also extremely accommodating to any specific personal needs and empowered me to implement healthy lifestyle habits, like a disciplined healthy diet, which I have followed since my first day at Bedrock.

Brook has been nothing but helpful for my recovery. The groups are helpful 99% of the time. Everyone on the staff is helpful both in recovering from addiction and in coming back from an, (unfortunate), relapse. For people with problems that are confined about resource or had past problems with recovery I highly recommend contacting Brook Recovery.

Moving from detox into the real world is terrifying, but the staff at Brook Retreat made it seamless. I loved the holistic approach; combining traditional counseling with yoga and meditation helped me heal parts of myself I had ignored for years. I feel truly balanced now.

I found a level of peace here that I didn't think was possible. The mindfulness practices gave me the tools to handle my cravings and anxiety without spiraling.
