Rockland Recovery has been such an incredible experience so far! As someone who has been to multiple outpatient facilities over the years, none of them compare to Rockland’s compassionate staff, insightful groups and recovery program that Rockland provides to their clients!

I am grateful for a second chance. Over the last few montha the program welcomed me back and I have made some positive changes in myself. The groups are really helpful, lunch is always top tier. Honestly I do get a lot out of the group therapy, my therapist hold me accountable and i have made some good friends. I feel comfortable being honest with all the staff, thank you for believing in me.

Woburn Wellness is truly amazing. They have the most supportive staff that are dedicated to each of their clients. All of the staff care for and treat each client with respect. I would highly recommend to any person who is looking for any support on their recovery journey.

This was my second time coming to NERC (hopefully last). I had lexi as my case manager and she was fantastic. She was extremely attentive and met with me almost everyday. She is so sweet, easy to talk to and extremely good at her job. I cannot say enough good things about her. 100/10! Ok

What a life changing experience! I have too many good things to say to list them all here. The buildings and the grounds are new and well maintained. The staff are all wonderful and go above and beyond for every client. I got to see first hand how hard everyone, frome the cleaning staff on up to the directors how hard they work for us and how much they care. The clinical staff are so knowledgeable and caring. I felt like everyone there was working on all my issues with such a drive and the highest level of competency. The recovery specialists do a food job of fostering a positive and safe group culture. I was especially impressed with Katie, who's commitment to the clients was demonstrated daily by her caring, upbeat, positive nature and willingness to go above and beyond for every client, all day, everyday. A big thank you to Katie and to Rose, Erin, Nikki and all the others who helped me change my life so drastically for the better in such a short 28 days. There are recovery centers out there doing good work and recovery centers doing great work. This place is doing phenomenal work. They help people make lasting changes in their lives. Thank you all!

This is a wonderful detox and treatment center! They will get you sober and give you the tools and resources that you’ll need to stay sober. Kind, caring, knowledgeable people (Case Managers, Recovery Specialists, nurses, food service staff, cleaning staff), nice, clean facilities, good food! Couldn’t ask for more. The folks at NERC truly care about you and your recovery. Special shout-out to Case Managers Sara, Tara, Brittany, Grace and Diana, as well as Recovery Specialists Pam, Gretchen, Danny, Nikki, Nikyrah, Esmeralda, Lauren, and all others whom I haven’t mentioned by name. Rose is an amazing family therapist. There are a lot of great, caring folks working here who truly want to help you! They also offer free, confidential family support through their Magnolia program. I highly recommend New England Recovery Center for detox and Clinical Stabilization Service (CSS).

A truly amazing place staffed with kind, caring, wonderful, professional, fun, generous, thoughtful, and highly-skilled staff (I could go on) who are experts in ED recovery. My therapist at Laurel Hill is by far the best therapist I have ever had — I learned so much from her and am still in awe of how she challenged me and ED narratives. The clinical director treats clients like family and invests her time and energy into each and every one of us — she spent her Christmas holiday with clients baking cookies, enjoying holiday kareoke, and other festivities that she planned for us… it was a special holiday, filled with so much love and support. The nursing staff are SO cool and kind. The RCs are absolutely the best.. I don’t know how they do such a specialized and demanding job and do it SO well, all while getting to become so close with the clients. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone struggling with an eating disorder. I had lost hope when I entered treatment, and now I look forward to the day when I can say I am fully recovered, because thanks to the LH team, I know that day will come.

I’m currently in blue hills care and have been since may. I was very resistant in the beginning but they are the first PHP program to break down my stubborn walls and help me become open minded to recovering and choosing to improve my mental health for myself. Jodi the clinical director takes time out her to talk to every single client no matter the time. All of the staff that work here have the clients best heart at interest. I relasped and blue hills took me back and I’m better than ever. I’m applying for a job and getting my life back from domestic violence and 22 years of mental illness. Thank you blue hills recovery for a second chance of a healthy life.

I came into this program as an older woman, scared and unsure of what to expect. This was my very first time in treatment, and after coming from an inpatient program where I honestly felt like I was treated more like an animal than a person, I didn’t know what I was walking into. From the first day, the staff and clients made me feel welcome and safe. I wasn’t seen as just a diagnosis here, I was seen as a human being. That meant everything to me. The groups were supportive, the staff truly cared, and I felt like my voice mattered. This program gave me hope and reminded me that healing is possible at any age. I walked through these doors with four years clean after working at Walmart, started as a tech, and found a purpose that hit deeper than any paycheck ever could. Came off 170 mgs of methadone without any major problems. I slept, ate, and was overall content. Nursing and tech staff made the stay what it should be. I’m not really a taker but sometimes a smile from a random staff would get me out of the funk. They reduced my methadone 10mg a day from 170 until 20mg. I thought I would feel awful at 20 but the only problem I had was high blood pressure and sweating. All symptoms I could deal with. It’s detox! You’re not going to like everything about it! Atlanta, Mark, Christine, Joe, JAMIE! No techs or nurses ever made me feel like I was a bother. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get off a substance. Especially methadone, in I feel 1000 times better without that crap in my body. I live in NJ, only one place would take my ins. The rest would only detox from methadone of a 30-40mg dose. Sunrise did not rush me and kept their word I wouldn’t receive surprise bills. They even didn’t bill me for things they should have. Shortly before I went there I was on a ventilator. I am Doing the work but this place helped get me across the line. If you complain here it’s your addiction talking. Has your addiction ever been correct with advice? Great place!
