Boca Recovery is awesome! I had no idea what to expect and I was so scared when I arrived. When I got here, there were patients in the main lobby that were so welcoming and so kind and couldn’t wait to talk to me as I was just as excited to talk to them. As we are all here to get the help we need. Nursing staff (Emahnie, Kat, Alecs, Jordan) are awesome and very helpful and understanding. Topanga, Bob, Malijah, and Tim (BHT’s/RS) were so kind, friendly, helpful and fun. All of the therapists are great as well. I am happy that I made the choice to come here to live a better life and have also made some new friends.

I was here at the Boca Recovery for the full 30 days and it was the best experience I have had at treatment. I learned more about myself and recovery more than I thought. I enjoyed every second here and have never had this many laughs in a while. The staff here is truly some of the best people that you would want in your life to start your recovery journey. My favorite person here was Ricky he helped me and so many other people that were here with me. The staff here really cares about you and your recovery. Hands down recommend this treatment center to anybody struggling with addiction.

I switched from Hartford Dispensary which was a horrible experience.My counselor is the best and really cares about me and my sobriety and other personal problems.Her name is Stephanie. I have to say this clinic is the best clinic I've been on and I've been on a few for the last 15 years . everyone is treated with respect a Westfield HCRC, they go above and beyond for you . Kristin is the lead supervisor there and she always makes sure she returns my calls and every problem I've ever had she always takes care of it . I feel like I have ppl that have my back at Westfield HCRC and I'm so very thankful for them and my recovery !!! SO A BIG THANKS TO KRISTIN AND ALL THE STAFF AT WESTFIELD HCRC . I have guess dosed at the clinics in Greenfield and I gotta say the clinic on Kenwood the nurse there are nice and it wasn't all to packed but the one on miles st is a zoo with not so nice ppl at my clinic (Noho) the staff is wicked nice and not scary at all they try and make u feel safe and comfortable the best they can when I was first trying to go get help to get clean I was so scared idk how it was going to be or if the ppl working there was going to give u them judgmental looks an I gotta say I have NOT gotten that look at all from them they actually want to help u with whatever problems or issues your having if your in the market for a change and wanna get clean I really think you should try this place out and if it's to far from your house they can set you up with a pt1 to help u get there really wat do you gotta lose??? 🙂😉

The IOP was very helpful for me. A majority of the staff were very supportive and helpful. There is one woman there “beau” I think is how you spell her name. Always giving me dirty looks, I would wave at her and no response. It made me very uncomfortable in a therapeutic setting.

IOL has been there for me when I was at rock bottom. My first time there in December 2023 was ok, the staff was kind except for one tech from the adult unit... When I went back last December, I ended up staying for Christmas, and the staff did their best to make us happy with gifts, games, etc. I stayed for almost a month and started becoming myself again with help from my favourite tech and my favorite nurses. This was the first place that actually treated me like a human being while being in a psych facility. Most of the staff were still there from the first time and they had a better understanding with what was going on. I was so happy they remembered what had helped me last time.

The Institute of Living's Intensive Out Patient (IOP) program is outstanding. Very qualified and caring staff with expertise in my, and many other specific needs. Evidence based treatment approaches, cognitive and dialectical behavior therapy, individualized treatment plans, a safe and supportive environment, a thorough intake process and the ability to address co-occurring conditions, different levels of care and substance abusive. Quality therapy sessions like coping skills, self esteem, family issues, stress management, etc. IOL is an outstanding 200 year old institution with a seller reputation.

Nicole is incredible as a therapist!! She's empathetic, kind and genuinely listens and cares about how I've been and how I can feel better. Carlson was the right place at the right time for me to bring a friend of mine who had finally decided to detox and go into an aftercare program, from addiction. The place was well organized, seemed to be run well and plenty of patient supervision, from the point that my friend made it through the complete admission process, she was able to reach out to myself and her sister, and her mother, and then transition to the Hope house in Springfield. I strongly encourage anyone battling with addiction and / or dual diagnosis as well, to call Carlson for bed availability and go through the program. A lot has changed in this field over the past five years, but most notably over the past two years, and there is help and there is hope, if you know somebody who’s struggling out there, they are somebody’s daughter they are somebody’s son. They could also be somebody’s spouse and they could also be somebody’s parent as well, try to do what you can to help them as long as it’s within your cable tow. God bless.

I think the Carlson center was awesome. They medicate you so you are really comfortable. Their food is incredible and you can get seconds too which is helpful when you are starving and coming off alcohol. Every time I relapsed I went there because I knew they would give me another chance. You should go to groups but yes you can sleep if you’re tired. I remember the first time I went there. I was in serious alcohol withdrawal. I had the best sleep after being medicated. Their staff is great too. They saved my life. They wake you up for vitals early but you may need medication. They have punch in the tv room which I drank like no tomorrow. Snacks too. I’ve been there like 7 times and they always treat me great. I wish I could say my name but can’t. You will always get a second chance there

I was very happy to have learned of this establishment. Many insurances are accepted like Medicaid and Medicare, although certain counselors accept certain insurances. The scheduling coordinators are very friendly and work with you to receive the help you need. It is also worth noting that services are offered for kids and even toddlers, with referalls offered as well.
