Plymouth Heron Ridge cares about each of their clients. They were bought by Optum and it was a hard transition for staff and clients as all adjustments are. They are now finally getting adjusted and the therapists, receptionist, NPs and Psychiatrists that are there now are client-centered.

I have only ever interacted with this company or it's employees over the phone or virtually. Janet Kallen is fantastic and helped get me into a place where I can better manage my thoughts and feelings. I am currently at a point where I do not need to meet her on a regular basis.
Kara Lee helped to speed up the process of getting my teenage step daughter in for care. Many other therapy offices have a wait list, especially for that age group. We were thankful to have help and quickly! The therapist is very empathetic and offered several options for additional support. As a parent, I am grateful to have the therapist available to help with difficult discussions and topics. We were informed about what our insurance exactly covered before we started sessions which was great too! I have recommended Kara Lee to others because of our positive experience.
