This is a private probation office, the ladies working there are about as friendly as one could possibly hope a probation officer can be. Curteous and polite, from what I'm told anyway. But, honestly you only visit this place for 1 reason. And noone wants to deal with that If they don't have to.

So I've been on probation a little over a year now and while its not an ideal situation to be in the staff at Private Probation Services have made it as easy a time as it could possibly be, they work with my insane work schedule which is HUGE for me being a single dad with limited free time. My officer Ms Janelle Wall is not only an incredibly beautiful woman but an amazing officer who's been extremely patient with my particular situation. For the people who have just made a mistake in life and are doing everything they can to repair that mistake , One of the stipulations Might be to take a Random drug test. That is where I find myself And the office of Tammy Burg private probation is where I Must report. I’ve been to other places before, and this is hands-down, the most comfortable place and the most honest place that I’ve found in Jefferson County. They are flexible if your time line is cutting it close they are courteous and they deserve your respect . They are here to help and so If you ever find yourself needing their services, be courteous And conscience of any messes you might make during that process. Hannah is very polite And is always wearing her smile throughout the process Even when I neglected to clean up my mess after the fact. Luckily, I witnessed it and it has stuck with me ever since. I recently finished treatment at the Aviary. It changed my life. All of the counselars truly care about every single clients and are awesome helping you in anyway they can. The nurses are super awesome and friendly. The coaches care and run their butts off helping all the clients. The admin office will work their butts off helping in anyway they can(especially hounding your hr department at work to get your insurance info when they drag their feet getting the info sent off). The kitchen staff are awesome, they work so hard fixing good food and they deliver. Love ya Miss Debbie!!!! Nothing bad to say about the Aviary. Thank you so much for helping me. N.P Miles, Kaitlyn, and Dr. Cooper have been absolutely amazing from day 1. N.P. Miles listens, plans, and makes adjustments to meds when something is feeling off or if there's a crisis going on in my life (too many to count). She thoroughly explains my care plan in a way that I can understand. You can tell that they genuinely care about the patient's well-being in this office. It's definitely a rare find these days. I don't think that I would have gotten through my "getting shot crisis," or any other "crisis," for that matter, without the care that this office has given me. I could not recommend this office more!

I am so thankful to Teen Challenge! After only two weeks in the program, God took hold of my heart, and I truly accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. That was the moment everything changed for me, and I began to walk out of my new faith. Over the course of a year, all 4 felonies were dropped, my family was restored, and I felt true peace for the first time in my life. Today I celebrate my 13 years in ministry. God blessed me with a beautiful, godly woman as my wife. I was told many years ago that I could not have children, but God blessed me with a son who is now 5 years old. My experience at Alsana Residential was absolutely amazing! The staff there genuinely cared about me and my recovery. They didn't just do their job they went above and beyond! I am so grateful to my care team there and the DC's that put in the extra effort. There was only one there that I felt cared more about their title than they did about genuinely helping and being a part of the community. I also met some of the best people. I will never forget you all. Thank you for being a safe place for me , for helping me to see that the apple fell far from the tree, and for showing me that I am human too and deserve the same rights as every other human on this planet! Before Alsana, my daughter was so deep in her eating disorder and co-occurring mental health issues that functioning without these things felt next to impossible. She seemed entrenched in this disorder, and I didn’t know how to get her out. Each time we took her Alsana, they’ve helped pull her out of some of the darkest points of her life so it seemed at the time. The staff and philosophy of Alsana guided me through the ups and downs of early recovery, never giving up when she would stumble. I felt like everyone I met truly cared for her and her recovery. Now, after Alsana, she is living a life of freedom from the grips of this life sucking eating disorder. SHe feels stronger, more capable of dealing with triggers, and more compassionate towards others in a similar spot than ever before. Thank you for giving me my daughter back.

My new psychiatrist is very good. Have only seen her once but I can tell. I've had good luck here in the past but during the pandemic had to see other ones that weren't so good. I'm seeing a lady named Amanda now and she seems wonderful. Compass bought Comtrea which was my old Health Network. Compass doesn't believe in prescribing benzos. I haven't been back since I found that out.

My child has been here a few times. This is one of the better inpatient facilities that my daughter has been to. I received communication from the doctor, medication changes were made and overall my child felt safe here. There were issues with communication but that’s almost everywhere due to the amount of children and short staff. My daughter improved the most while being here, overall and I’m appreciative for that.

The staff was amazing, I spent 3 days there and enjoyed everyone that was there. Staff made it feel like a second home in a sense. Food could of been better, but what do you expect for hospital food.

I was there for 14 days in 2022 and found it quite pleasant and restful I checked myself in and met with the psychiatrist every other day had a bout of depression and anxiety and was prescribed a antidepressant , antianxiety med, attended group therapy with a outpatient follow-up recommendation. The staff was respectful and helpful the Doctors were pleasant and professional the other patients were welcoming and the food was good Free time could be spent with the other patients watching TV or playing games or alone in your room. All in all a helpful experience If I ever find myself in need of help I'll go back.

Couldn’t have asked for a better support system when my boys were going thru a very hard time. My kids loved going and talking to someone who could help them voice their feelings on what was going on at the time.
