I have read some of the negative reviews on here and the only thing I can say is when your going through detox every bad thing that happens is greatly magnified and things are not always as bad as you think. It’s a detox not day camp. If you are truly being sick and tired of being sick and tired and you want help getting clean and sober I would suggest going to Farnum. This place definitely saved my life. If you are looking for a place that will help in your recovery then please reach out to them. I didn’t get it right the first time so I’ve been there twice over the course of 5 years but both times I’ve been there all of the staff were all very helpful and caring. To anyone reading this “you are not alone and recovery is at your fingertips.” Good luck!

I was in farnum March 11th 2024 farnum saved my life it's a really really good recovery program,, I suggest going there he talks in 28-day program the staff the case managers the R.i . the director I'm so supportive and wonderful 3 months cleaning solver still and still strong keep it simple love Rosanna

Kyle was an amazing person! Made everyone comfortable!

Just had one of my last groups with Kyle. Even though it was a tough reality to deal with an OUI, he made it incredibly welcoming and comfortable to be in group, he also made things very easy to get through, navigate and find. Definitely hope to meet him again but under better circumstances!

I don’t have insurance and they found every way to make treatment affordable for me. Super kind and took their time.

Staff was friendly and kind, went after work 15 minutes before they closed and they did not make me feel rushed or unwanted. Dr. Wu was a blessing. Proper diagnosis and speedy prescription. Even calling to make sure the pharmacy would be open and suggested which to go to so I could start getting better same day.

Quick service, generally not crowded.

Been coming here for over a year and it’s great. Beth is an amazing councelor who really goes above and beyond for her patients. Highly reccommend her

I’ve been at the clinic for a year and a half now with Beth as my counselor and I have nothing but good things to say they actually care about us and don’t just raise our dose to make us happy like other clinics do.

This is a review I should have written a LONG time ago. This review is for Jaclyn and Kristen. Jaclyn works directly under southbay, I believe. I hear about some of my peers’ experiences with early intervention, and while it’s always good, it still really illuminates how above and beyond Jaclyn went for us. She was always available, she always listened, she was the water that surrounded our stone. She listened when we needed her to and she advocated loudly when we needed her to. We’ve been out of the program for a YEAR and not a day goes by where we do not think or talk about Jaclyn. My son still asks for her. He has since been diagnosed with level two autism and we couldn’t haven’t gotten that diagnosis or help without her guidance and support. I was at the end of my rope and without tools, I feel that my child, despite my devotion and love and patience and empathy, probably would have been traumatized with out her because I simply did not have the tools to help or cope. Or the hand on my shoulder to tell me it’s okay, I’m doing a good job. She was always on time which was great for my sons very big need for punctuality, even as a baby. She was so personable and loving and was truly apart of our family. She intuitively picked up on small nuances and evolved accordingly. I wish I could have done more for her as we parted. Jaclyn was one of the best people I’ve ever met, and the world is better for having her in it. Kristen was also amazing. She was my sons behavioral therapist and she offered a lot of truly helpful insights. ABA can be quite controversial these days, but I never felt I had to change my son with Kristen, or make him fit into another mold. Though I’m not exactly sure Kristen did ABA specifically, I felt we all knew that’s what she was there for. She helped me to analyze what made my son tick and why. She didn’t try to change him, she helped me to anticipate his wants and needs and translated his special language to me. Jaclyn and Kristen worked phenomenally side by side as a fantastic team to offer us the support that every parent in my situation dreams of. I have often fantasized about attending a town hall or public forum to advocate for early intervention to be extended to children over 5 years of age. If you’ve made it this long, thanks for reading. This review was the least I could do for these people who have done so much for us.

Very pleased with services I have been receiving. People I have met with are God sent, they listened to me and provided advice. They are very thorough, involved, and given helpful resources. Acute care has prevented me from being hospitalized which I am very grateful for.

Ok. So far starting with this place it’s been a little bit of a nightmare due to all the appointment dates and that their answering service is messed up. Never correct. I’ve met with my Case Worker Sabrina. Really connected with her and know she is good peoples and knows what she’s doing. Very happy about that. Then today I met with my med doctor David. Very intelligent man. Was funny and told him about all the bad advertisement they have. I told him if he makes me see someone else we r done. He’s like that won’t happen unless you change it. So I had a good experience when I went today. Sorry for everyone else so far. I saw all the reviews. Looks like the system isn’t established correctly yet.

Just had to say the program director actually spoke to me for almost an hour. I was a complete mess from crying over worry for my daughter who is not even at Pegasus House. Currently she is incarcerated and we are looking for a program. I googled residential and due to the holiday, I really didn t think I would reach anyone. Staff who answered transferred me to the Director who was actually there. Before I could say hello back, she told me to take a breath. She didn t know who I was. My daughter will be calling in the morning to complete a phone interview. Never will I forget the patience and kindness that was shown to a frantic mom

Six months ago I showed up in Nashua, NH a broken and hopeless person. I was out of options and I believed I would never truly get better. I had been to a dozen other treatment facilities and from the moment I got here I knew things would be different. They cared about me when I couldn't care for myself and they provided the structure and encouragement I needed to heal. The entire staff genuinely cares about each and every patient, from the behavioral techs to the CEO. In terms of actual care the clinical director and my therapist, April, has literally changed my life. I had been misdiagnosed with bipolar disease for years and she recognized this and started to treat me for PTSD. My medications and treatment were directly focused on this diagnosis and finally my outlook on myself and what was possible had changed. Slowly over time i have been able to conquer my emotional and mental struggles through therapy and the coping skills I was taught. The individual therapy sessions which are done weekly are unparalleled in terms of quality and depth. Why I worked on my internal struggles I was introduced to the best recovery community I have been apart of here in Nashua, NH. We are everywhere up here and we are thriving and I truly feel a part of something bigger than myself. I am so happy with this place I have decided to stay up here. GH Recovery Solutions gave me a home again, a place I belonged and for that I am forever in their debt.

The staff, the facility, and living arrangements I consider the best treatment program I’ve been to hands down. My individual therapy sessions with April were amazing. By far the best therapist I’ve ever had. The way she makes you think about your past and yourself and helps you to deal with issues your having past, present, and future is amazing. I hope I can find another therapist half as good as she is. I’d highly recommend GH to anyone trying to get clean and sober. Never been to a more helpful treatment center. Thank you to all the staff that helped on a daily basis get me through the day. You guys are awesome keep up the great work.

I don’t understand how Bridgewell Counseling Services gets bad reviews. I have the upmost respect for them. I can not begin to explain how much I went from bad to good . COVID 2020 I began at Bridgewell and had an exit interview thinking I was capable.I insisted going back after I had a 2nd mental relapse due to osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia’s chronic pain the central sensitivities came crashing worse than ever .A Special Shout out and Thank you to my friend and therapist Rex . I have been talking to a counselor here for several months. She has been very understanding and patient with me. I am very grateful!

I have been utilizing Bridgewell's counseling services for over 7 years , I am very satisfied with them. Due to a high demand job, trying to find a day a week for therapy was very hard, but my Clinician there worked with me to find the right day/time that works for both of us. The clinicians here are very informed, educated and empathic with their approaches for therapy. The Psych Docs/PNPs are also very understanding and welcome the client into trying new approaches to benefit their treatment. All in all I would defiantly recommend this place to others :)

they have been very supportive.

I was actually doing well in the beginning, when I started to take the medications they had put me on. I unfortunately stopped taking them and I had reverted back into depression again. I fortunately had realized today that I need to get back into the meds.

So far for my severely depressed teen its only issue is timing: It takes a while to get set up with a team. However, mental health providers are in VERY short supply everywhere these days especially since COVID, so I tend to believe that is inevitable. Now that the team is in place (a therapist, a DBT therapist and a psychiatric NP), my teen is very happy with all of them, which is great. In fact my teen didn't even want to move on from the temporary therapist who was great too.
