My name is Lucio Torcivia. I am a client at Morris County aftercare. I just wanna say this is the best clinic that has helped me so much. My counselor Regina is the best. She’s always there and ready to help me in any situation all the counselors one specifically Betsy, who’s been there for very long time she’s always at the middle window with a smile on her face to greet me or anybody in that case And the head nurse I forgot his name. He’s a great man too. Everybody, everybody in that clinic will always open their arms to help you trust me. I’ve been there for almost 8 years now and I wouldn’t wanna go anywhere else and thank God I’m starting to do good in life. It took a while, but nobody ever gave up on me especially Regina. She never gave up on me and now I’m finally I can say that I’m clean one day at a time I would like to thank everyone at Morris County after care for the smiles the warm welcomes and all the help that I’ve needed through my course in life. I’ve never have been in a clinic better than Morris County aftercare in Denville. They are aces in my book. Just want to thank everyone there, especially Regina and the whole medical staff Betsy everyone they’re just a great bunch of people.🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ If anyone is struggling with drugs, especially opiates I recommend this program because it’s the best one and if I can do it one day at a time you can do it. Seriously the best clinic ever! I recently switched due to moving and it’s the biggest regret I’ve had yet in my 8 years of sobriety. I had no idea how lucky I was going to MCAC. They truly love you and treat you with respect. I’d give anything to go back here over where I’m at now. Complete 180. I went from the best clinic to the worst and regret it. If you don’t have to leave here, don’t do it. If you’re looking to get clean, go here! I promise. If you’re willing to do the work, this place WILL help! I have 8 years of sobriety thanks to them. The staff at MCAC is exceptional. From the intake process to the regular meetings with counselors, everyone is incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. The clinic’s counselors truly listen and work with patients to create individualized treatment plans. They are always available for guidance, and genuinely care about their patients progress. The nurses and medical staff ensure that dosing is properly managed, safely administered and adequate to sustain recovery. The medical staff is thorough and they check- in to monitor health and progress. The facility is state of the art, clean and inviting and leadership is invested in ensuring that all patients receive quality care in line with the mission.

I been a client since 2022 and I would like to leave a 5 review to my counselor Mr RahJohn Rouse . He has been my counselor for almost a year and what a great guy he is. Very easy to talk to and a guy who really cares about his clients recovery and would go the extra step to make you feel comfortable. I would also like to leave another 5 star review to the staff member who whe front window Mr Sadiq Rouses he is very pleasant person and a great guy to talk to he makes the morning very easy since he knows ever client by name he will never have to ask for your number he knows ever one by face and have you checked in and tell you what you need to do before you go to the window.. It's been a year later and MR Rouse is still the man if you come here try and request him if you can. He is a amazing counselor and person

I REALLY appreciate the kindness and compassion that literally greets you at the door... I've only been on the program for a couple of months and I haven't met any staff member or supportive staff member(i.e. nursing, admissions) that have not been respectful and helpful... Ms. Smith is so-oo down to earth and knowledgeable, she makes it easy to identify and address my issues...I'm so glad that I chose Lennard as the foundation for my recovery... I am feeling like I'm gonna be a success... So if, like myself, your issues got issues, come to Lennard, open up to one of their awesome counselors,(like Ms. Smith and/or Rajahn) find yourself, and reach for the stars🌠...

I have been going to this clinic since my first pregnancy 7 years ago. I loved the doctors there, the front desk staff are amazing most of the time. The nurses and doctors assistant are great. I just started taking my child to the dentist there that was good too. I will recommend them to anyone.

While attending a program at the Harlem Parish next door, my mother of 91 had an non-emergency, urgent situation. We entered the facility not knowing what to expect. We were greeted with upmost respect and kindness. From the security detail at the door to the 2 receptionists at the window, these wonderful people worked collectively to get us what we need to attend the program comfortably. I am so thankful for the kindness and compassion that was extended to us.

I was nervous at first, but the therapist created a calm environment that made opening up easy. Instead of feeling judged, I felt supported and uplifted. It changed how I see myself and my relationships.

I came for a surgery and was treated with the best care from the administrative part with Margie, to the nurses (big shout out to Meghan), anesthesiologists Dr. K, and phlebotomist.

Id personally like to thank Rebecca and the lovely staff whom assisted my cousin and I on September 18,2025. I got the process done October 27,2025. I didn't luck up and get the swaddles (sling) #ladyliberty #metoo

My mother arrived with colitis symptoms, including severe diarrhea, nausea, weakness, and strong stomach pain. Despite her condition, we were placed in a room and left waiting for over an hour and a half without being checked by any medical professional. During this time, my mother was crying from the pain. I had to approach a nurse myself to ask for help. He acknowledged that the wait time was excessive and said he would speak to the doctor. However, another two hours passed with no one checking on her. After four hours, a staff member entered only to have my mother sign insurance papers. When I asked when the doctor would come, she said she did not know because she only handled insurance matters. The doctor finally arrived after five hours, with a poor attitude, and offered minimal evaluation. She only prescribed medication for nausea and did not address my mother’s full symptoms or level of distress. It then took two more hours to receive the discharge papers and prescriptions. During our entire visit, the emergency department had very few patients (approximately four), yet the delays were extreme. My mother was visibly weak, crying in pain, and still no one prioritized her care. This level of neglect and lack of urgency is unacceptable. We were waiting from 7pm to 3am

UPDATE: I want to update my review after staying there. Let me start with the positive.... a HUGE thank you to the nurses in Pediatrics who help with surgical recovery. They are amazing and will go the extra mile to help patients. Im very grateful to them. I found all staff to be kind. What I would say is some areas of the hospital need updating. The OR looks dated and is extremely cold while the Pediatric until has rooms that are too hot. There seems to be poor temp regulation. But again, tell staff and they do their best to adjust things for you. Another suggestion is the food in recovery. I was given post op foods that had red dye 40, high fructose corn syrup and gluten...even though I explained I had a gluten sensitivity and didnt want anything with that. These are not good recovery foods to help a body. They create inflammation and issues. Whole clean foods is the way to go when a body needs to recover from trauma. Our country is antiquated in this area. Lastly, it would be nice to have warm blankets available right as someone is transitioning out of anesthesia. Those are my honest suggestions. I will update this review as needed. During my first experience at Hoboken, I found the hospital to be dated and a bit dingy which gave me reservations about scheduling a surgery there. Then I reviewed the reviews and I have to say, I grew even more concerned about the level of care provided while in the recovery rooms. I dont know if this has changed but I seriously hope the hospital takes these reviews onto consideration and does something to improve patient experiences. The reviews in conjunction with the dated appearance are going to prevent people from selecting this hospital for a surgical preference which wont be good for the hospital. Also, does the staff feel appreciated? If not, this trickles down to patient care.
