I was a patient at this facility and can’t say enough good things about it and the people working there. The “recovery team” aren’t there for the paycheck. They are a group of people that are living in what we call “the solution” and passing that on to the patients.
The therapy sessions were informative and life changing. Personally, I was there to learn coping mechanisms and listen to others that are living the kind of life that I want to live. Essentially,, I received the gift of recovery and continue to practice daily.
The food was great and the living quarters were comfortable and clean. For anyone looking to change their lives and commit to the solution, I would highly recommend this facility. The therapy and medical staffs are fantastic and take the time to help the patients at all times. Good luck to you or a loved one looking for an opportunity to recover from this insidious disease.

Updated 2024 - Still grateful for ARS. The nursing & front window staff is incredible. THEY are who holds this place together & keeps it running smoothly. But since my original review, owners have taken on even MORE patients. I have gotten to a place where I only go 2 xs a month. So doesn't affect me as much as it will newer patients. But still wanted to make a note of it.I have to start out saying ARS is what you make of it. I have been on this program for many years (that is MY journey, maybe not yours) but i have YET to have ANY issues with staff abusing power. A legit 10 + years and not ONCE has anyone abused their power w me. *IF YOU* Come and do what you are SUPPOSED to. LEAVE when u are done. Stop using (u have time to adjust.) Give clean drug tests. Dont cause chaos & drama. Treat everyone how YOU like to be treated. You should NOT have any problems. *But...If you* Befriend all the slackers w no jobs doing nothing w their lives still. Chill in parking lot for an hour (or until kicked out by security.). Make BFFs w other patients that are STILL living dirty. Find yerself a boyfriend or girlfriend that is still using OR new in recovery also. Basically if you treat this place A SOCIAL EVENT/ dating app - Yes, you WILL have issues & time there WILL suck.I do agree w/ one of the posters before me...it WAS better in Sommers Point. When we moved locations they took on WAY too many patients. When I started there was a little over 200, now there is 3 TIMES PLUS that. Staff doesnt have the time they need & have WAY too much on their caseloads. Granted, Dr.Roth is a SUPERHERO. He will gonabove and beyond for you if he knows you are doing the right thing. But for a PRIVATE (aka for profit) facility, I DO expect to get what I NEED out of it. At OVER $100 a week per patient + payouts for things we accomplish (i.e. groups, sessions, ect) it would be nice to have the community feel we once had here. It was SUCH a great place when the staff wasnt overloaded. And I mean GREAT. I understand this IS FOR PROFIT clinic but it's started to get that "state funded" feel. I mean, obvi this IS a BUSINESS, but still. There has to be a line drawn somewhere. I have moved many times for work in life so have been to 5 diff clinics. State funded AND private. I picked this place BACAUSE it was privately owned. It's STILL a great place, and i am grateful for it. Don't get me wrong... but if u knew how much better it was run BEFORE the move -you'd understand.Again-Stay away from the slackers & drama queens/kings. Do what you are supposed to do. Give clean drug tests, Go to at least 1 group OR see yr councelor for alternate ways if u have a career/work days. GET A JOB or go to school & make something of yourself. Nothing will change if YOU don't. JUST KEEP ALL THIS IN MIND.IT IS 80% WHAT YOU MAKE OF IT AT ARSXO Jess

Met me where I was and was very understanding and encouraging. I was accepted into the program as where I was not accepted into another program without going inpatient despite my circumstances. Scottsdale Recovery Center offers | Treatments Programs Payment Options | This place has saved my life! Great program great staff 5/15/25 an update since first review: I have now completed the program here at SRC and its been the most amazing beautiful experience here! From the 2 week residential then to the IOP living at Trullies for 90 days, then completing the rest of IOP while I moved to sober living. Everyone from the CEO Lee to the therapist's to the facilitators, to the behavioral health staff, peer support staff, case managers, and receptionist they all work together closely for each individual patient and their case while they are apart of SRC. Each phase of the program is held delicate for the patient's, to make it a smooth transition on each phase. They offer OP (outpatient) for the patient's that have graduated so they still get continued doctor's appointments, and still are able to have therapy with the therapist that has been with the patient through out the whole program. SRC has offered my life back to me, has taught me many coping skills, relapse prevention skills, trauma therapy, communication skills. They offer job support, housing, reentry programs, medication management. I HIGHLY recommend SRC for substance abuse and mental health treatment. They have a wonderful detox center, that doesn't make you feel shameful. If you are needing help, there is no reason to look anywhere else. My partner spent 9 weeks here last fall. Having tried other inpatient and outpatient programs, I can say that Soberman's truly helped him discover what life was worth living for. The staff and the care they provide are top-notch. I think this place truly saved his life. From a family perspective, I really appreciated how they included me and others in his family in his care. Gallus Detox Center, in Scottsda | Treatments Programs Payment Options | Gallus Medical is a really great detox facility, from the beginning, the staff was very welcoming and professional. One nurse, Ingrid, truly stood out. She went above and beyond in every aspect of my care, and I cannot thank her enough. The care I received under her watch was phenomenal, and she truly enhanced Gallus Medical's reputation. While all staff members were kind and helpful, it was Ingrid's support that really made a difference. The facility itself is comfortable. Each patient gets a private room with a large bed and TV, and you can keep your electronics and wear your own clothes. There is a balcony for smoking you can use whenever. The detox process for Fentanyl was the best I ve ever gone through. Gallus uses a micro induction method, combining small amounts of subutex with opiates, which gradually lowers the opiates while increasing the subutex.I live about an hour away from the facility, so I was essentially told to figure aftercare out on my own once I left. After paying a substantial amount for the program, I truly believe this is an area where Gallus dropped the ball, especially considering their emphasis on aftercare during the intake process. But I guess that is because this is strictly a detox facility, once the drugs are out of your system your on your own. I called 10 days after leaving asking for help however I was more or less on my own, not something most detox facilities do, aftercare is usually super important. So 4 stars if we include aftercare however 5 stars for the facility, staff, and detox protocol.

My start there was a little rocky, but the staff helped me walk through my dramatics , for lack of a better word, and showed me so much patience and compassion. My daughter came to Fountain Hills recovery center to seek treatment for her depression, OCD /ADHD , which caused her to become a non -functioning young adult. Sleeping most of the day and dropping her college classes one after another , which caused us a lot of distress and sadness about seeing our daughter mental ability deteriorating in front of our eyes and we couldn t do anything. Finally and for the first time ever she asked us for help. We inquired about where to send her to, and we heard about Fountain Hills recovery center from a friend of ours. I called Sandy who was very helpful, gracious and she explained to us the admittance process and the type of treatments they offer . From my conversation with Sandy I trusted that this program could be a good fit for our daughter. We brought our daughter to the house on Dale Ave 5 weeks ago, and she stayed there for one month and now she moved to the all girls house. From our experience so far I can tell you that we couldn t have chosen any better place for my daughter to stay at than Fountain Hills. She is turning her life around a great deal. I haven t seen her this joyful for a long time, the way how she talks has even changed and in a positive way. She tells me that they have the best staff and she loves everyone over there. Dr Robbie, Dr. Abraham, Page (who communicated with me many times to give us updates about our daughter), her therapist Jenny (we communicated with Jenny several timescand she was very helpful and encouraging ) and now Krista in the 2nd home are all doing amazing job.My daughter underwent TMS treatment, 1:1 therapy session, group sessions and many other interventions techniques and is on the right medications that are helping her tremendously. She still has 3 more weeks to go and she has improved in a way we couldn t dream of. We are finally seeing light at the end of the tunnel, and have some hope that our daughter s life started to take a turn to the better.I can tell you that this center is the best you can get in Arizona, they are genuinely trying to make a difference in the lives of people who seek treatment for mental disorders, addictions or for both, and they are truly making a difference. We thank God for all the wonderful staff! Also not allowing the use of personal phones for 2 weeks initially is great, since my daughter got to isolate herself from the outside world which is full of distractions and got to focus on herself. One last thing to add is that the therapists and psychiatrist won t brainwash your child, something that is very important to us as parents . I give Fountain Hills Recovery 10/10, and I recommend it for any parent who are reaching a dead end with their children or with a family member, believe me there is hope and is within your reach don t wait too long!

I ve been to multiple different treatment centers before coming to Fountain Hills, and this time around in treatment I feel like I ve made a lot of progress in my healing journey. I started doing trauma therapy with Mike in residential, and I learned a lot about myself, my trauma, and what I need to do for myself moving forward, with his help and support. Josh communicated with my mom throughout the whole time I was at FHR, took time out of his day to meet with me to discuss any concerns I had that came up, and sat down with me and helped me build a resum and fill out job applications. I was able to get off almost all of my medications that I came in on at very high dosages that weren t working with the help of Dr. Robbie. I underwent TMS treatments and ketamine therapy to help with titrating off my medications, as well as helping my anxiety and depression. Moving to PHP, Tripti has been a huge support in my trauma therapy through EMDR, as well as being a safe space to talk about very difficult things and understanding me and the trauma I have. Krista also helped me a lot through family sessions with my mom and sisters, which was very helpful in re-building relationships with them, doing some inner child work, and working on my self-esteem and self-love. Chloe and Dane, along with the other therapists, led great group therapy sessions on a variety of different topics that I learned a lot from and plan on taking with me as I re-enter society. The BHTs at the house were all very supportive, kind, and helped me through times where I was struggling. Charisse was very kind and helped me schedule outside medical appointments, along with getting us everything we needed for the house and the clinic. Matt provided a lot of support behind the scenes and did a lot to help all of us in the program. Rob helped me get to outside medical appointments and provided a lot of support inside and outside of the clinic. I appreciate all of the staff and this treatment program so much and am looking forward to continuing my healing journey in my next steps.

My Mom has been with Soul Surgery for the past 2 months. It's been truly amazing to witness her transformation & continued progression since joining.
What I love about Soul Surgery is that it has provided my Mom with a stable environment to live alcohol-free, receive support and training for sober living, and encourages her freedom in creating a fulfilled and joyful life.
She rides her bike every day around the city and nearby parks, chooses to meal prep her food weekly for health, enjoys fun hobbies, and is free to come and go as she pleases. She is vibrant, excited about life, and is consistently engaged in the training activities and group meetings that she attends daily.
I am happy that we are able to spend time together anytime on and offsite. It was great to get together on Memorials Day for swimming & family time. It is so nice to get to visit and talk on the phone and in person.
I am extremely grateful for Soul Surgery and the difference it is making for my Mom. I am looking forward to seeing her continue on her path of recovery and create everything she desires for her life. <3

| For people with opioid addiction in Glendale, Arizona sometimes counseling alone isn’t enough to help you overcome your addiction. In that case you could be a perfect fit for the medication assisted treatment at Community Medical Services. Community Medical Services is an addiction treatment center located in Glendale, Arizona. This organization | Treatments Programs Payment Options | The day I came to this clinic for me intake appointment just happened to be on a day where there was a company wide meeting or something going on in addition to a few other out of the norm things and it seemed at first they were going to ask me to come back another day. However, Tina, the main person working the front desk, moved a lot of stuff around and coordinated with a few other people and their schedules so that I could be seen that same day. In all honesty, I would have probably felt like they didn't care and I never would have come back if they had asked me to return another time. But, from that day forward I could tell that she really cared if I was there or not, and that really made a big difference.I had been to a similar facility a few years ago and the staff at that place (except for two of the counselors I met with) didn't seem like they cared either way, so I know the difference. My counselor, Eron, has also been instrumental in my continued attendance and interest in succeeding in the program. He is always available when I need him, and always does everything in his power too help me with what I need. He also seeks me out to check in on me.The office manager (title?) is very much so in tune with what is going on in the clinic, without cutting down the effectiveness of her staff with unnecessary micromanaging. However, when they, or one of the cllents needs something she is available, quick to act, reasonable, and helpful. The nurses are also great, and never make me feel judged for increasing. They are also quick and efficient. I am usually done at the window in 2-3 mins, but never feel rushed.Something about the system must be working because today is the first day I haven't used you know what in a very long, long, long time. Yet here I am with the energy and interest needed to write thus review. Anyone every trying to go without, knows just how big of a deal even some seemingly so small is. I am interested to see what the future will bring. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the facility is a bit antiquated to the point it just seems to be at that stage where it doesn't seem clean even when it is, and because of the strange scheduling approach to seeing a provider who seems only to see people via webcam but you have to be in the office to do it, as well as some minor administrative issues that are enough to be annoying, but not on an unmanageable level. But the sum of all the parts did result in losing that last star.

My husband (RJ) and I decided that he needed to go back to detox after he had relapsed following over 4 years of sobriety. He was very ashamed and didn t want to face anyone that he may of known being that he was working in recovery prior to his relapse. We finally got him there and everything was wonderful. They treated him with respect and made him and I feel very comfortable. A couple of the nurses remembered him from when he got sober there in 2020. This place is amazing and gave me my best friend back. Thank you so much for all the wonderful things you guys do.

I have never had to do anything like this before in my life (and hope never to have to do so again). They made the experience so easy to understand and answered any and all questions that I had. My father was recently admitted at Banner University for a high white blood cell count, and the staff there was amazing. All the nurses were constantly running tests, giving him his meds, and treated him with great kindness and care. The doctors informed us of what was going on and would call me directly if I had questions if I wasn't there to ask when they came to see him. Not only that, they were relentless in trying to figure out what was causing his symptoms and treat him. Not to mention, they provided me with a reclining chair with a pillow and blanket so i could stay with my father while he was there. This is, in my opinion, one of the best facilities in the Valley from the care they provided to the excellent treatment my dad and our family received from them... Thank you Banner University (7th floor tower 2 the pod with room 6) for all you did for us and my dad.

An Unforgettable (and Unexpected) Stay – 5 Stars and a Thousand Thanks!
Well, my recent trip to Phoenix took an unexpected turn on May 6th when an e-scooter decided to introduce me to the pavement a little too intimately. The result? 2 Facial fractures, a messed up shoulder, and some rather artistic hand injuries. My introduction to Banner – University Medical Center Phoenix was via the trauma ward, and let me tell you, if you're going to have an accident, this is the place to do it!
From the moment I arrived, the entire staff was nothing short of exceptional. "Efficient" doesn't even begin to cover it – they moved with a synchronised grace that made me feel like I was in a well-oiled machine of healing. But beyond the impressive efficiency, they were genuinely friendly, compassionate, and caring. It truly made a world of difference when you're feeling like a crumpled piece of paper.
A massive shout-out to my incredible nurses, Carlos and Victoria, who were absolute angels. They have the perfect blend of professionalism and genuine human connection.
And to my trauma surgeon, my maxillofacial surgeon, and their respective teams – you are all simply fantastic. Not only did you piece me back together with incredible skill, but you took the time to answer every single one of my (probably numerous and repetitive) questions. Your patience, kindness, and even some well-timed humour made a really tough situation so much more bearable. It's clear you don't just treat injuries; you treat people.
From the Canadian crew (who were constantly asking how I was doing and camping out in my room!), a huge thank you for your outstanding service. And from myself, Bravo 217 (yes, it stuck!), an even bigger, more heartfelt thank you. I genuinely couldn't have asked for better care. You all turned a rather painful and inconvenient detour into an experience that truly highlighted the best of humanity.
Thank you, Banner – University Medical Center Phoenix, for your incredible work and for getting me back on the road to recovery (though perhaps not on an e-scooter anytime soon!). You're the best!
