My family worked with Travis to help support one of my children with addiction by coaching, educating and being a sounding board for the entire family. He is exceptional at what he does and has been tremendously helpful through this difficult period of time.

I hired Travis Alfonso to work with my son as a recovery coach. Travis was down to earth, easy to talk to and caring. Both my son and I found him easy to relate to--thanks Travis.

Marguerite’s Big Book studies were my favorite! She truly goes above and beyond for all of her clients and cares sincerely about our success! Just like Marguerite, Betty also takes the extra step to get to know you and provides the best advice and insights you could ever imagine. I have learned so much from them both. My grandfather is there at the long term care home facility nothing but great care and service there for him there so far he’s been there since September

My father was brought into the ER with a heart issue. The staff were amazing! Everyone worked diligently to stabilize his condition and make him comfortable. His stay was extended a few days and stents were needed. The nursing staff in the step down unit were absolutely incredible. Many thanks to Erin, Nicole, Haley, Jen, Dion, Jess, Amy and Jolyn!

My Mom had surgery here over the summer. Everyone treated her with such respect, and kindness. Pre-op nurses and post-op nurses were all incredible.

I can only speak on what services I have used in the last year which is their labor and delivery which was 10/10, highly recommend delivering there if you are a low risk pregnancy (no nicu) the staff were so friendly and helpful. Their laboratory services were also amazing!! We had blood work done on our one year old and the staff were friendly and did an amazing job making our baby feel comfortable. They took us on time and had awesome availability for working people. Highly recommend Riverview for these services.

Outstanding DOCTOR'S and nurses.

I was really surprised on how nice and professional all the staff are. This is a great VA hospital with staff that staff that really cares.

The VA gets a bad rap but the people make it good. The system is tough to work with but like I said all the workers, from janitors to Doctors and nurses make it bearable.

I am forever grateful to Serenity and Sean. He went beyond to help my loved one. He is a man that cares. A man with compassion. Sean gave me hope for my loved one. Brianna is also great. I would give this place a million stars if I could. Serenity made my difficult journey a little easier.

Brianna the case manager was amazing through my whole treatment at SNJ. She was always there when I needed someone to talk too, she set me up with an amazing PHP program. I’m super thankful for all the support she gave me and willingness to see what I couldn’t see in myself.

Excellent therapists who seem to really care. From time of intake until you are actually assigned a therapist was quite fast. The therapists are compassionate and experienced.

The new owners, Patrick and Michael, are some of the most genuine, caring people I’ve met. They have both been part of the recovery community and understand the needs of patients to provide the best care possible. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone who is in need of a professional recovery center.

Relevance Treatment Center was a necessary step in my recovery to secure sobriety and live a life worth living. Their PHP, IOP programs helped me to regain tools and skills to support my mental & physical health. I have been struggling very much and when I arrived, I was met with the upmost respect, care, support and kindness. It is a comfortable & safe environment for those struggling with mental health issues, substance addictions, etc. and it is all owed to the loving staff. In their own respective manners, the amazingly sweet receptionist LeaAnn made the environment feel warm and friendly from the very beginning, she always said good morning and how is your day, truly caring about how you felt and being honest, it was hard for her not to make your day better. The technician and maintenance team involving the hilarious and comforting Joe & Rob would always find a solution to any of our needs and make us priority #1, yet would always have some time to talk and joke around with us during our groups in between groups. They are tremendous and I thank them for making rough days better. Words cannot describe the level of care and effort put by the clinical team, but Chelsea, Gracie, Henry, Monika, Josh, Julie & Victoria (Both case managers who helped individual clients with housing, financial, income, etc.) were monumental in my recovery and ability to cope with my issues in life. I am grateful for the work they do and their passion behind every intent. I felt validated everyday and I cannot thank them enough. The medical team including Dr. Paul Gazzara, nurse practitioner Latifah Oparison & Nurse Patty were incredibly helpful and understanding in the medications that were necessary for me in my beginning stages of recovery. Everyone in the admissions team including John, Gina, Dan & Tabitha made the initial steps very easy to grasp and helped throughout the way. They helped majorly ease any financial burden. Clinical directors Jess & Melanie deal with a lot of work and not often did I see them, yet they always made time for anyone to come and talk about any issues or just to have a conversation with them. They are incredibly kind and amazing at their field of work, they care and I am very grateful. Would definitely recommend for those who have or are currently with mental health/substance abuse. In my experience of rehab centers, detox, sober living, this has been one of the greatest.

Despite after reading some negative reviews, both my daughter, Elizabeth, and I cannot say enough about Relavance ! From the first phone call I received from Gina, & completing my intake with Leah Ryan, on 2/10/25, both my daughter, and I knew, this was the solution for me to get better.❤️‍🩹 From day one, everyone in this facility made me feel welcomed, important, and not to mention , safe enough to open up, share my heartaches, without being judge or embarrassed. I have learned so much about myself, and for the first time, in a very long time, not only am I “Worthy,” but I am “Important,” and I don’t need a supplement of any kind to achieve this. When people say, “First impressions mean the most,” what I experienced on my first day. It made all the difference to my world. I have, and will continue to recommend Relevance House in Freehold New Jersey, to anyone who is seeking help. “I’m not just a spokesperson, I am a client 😜” Did I mention most of the staff got my sense of humor. Great program

Sunrise cherry hill was a godsend. The nurse Sydney is absolutely the sweetest person you'll ever meet. I went there over a year ago and and she remembered me and made sure my stay there was comfortable. Unfortunately I've stayed at quite a few other facilities and NEVER was treated with such respect and kindness that she treated me with. She deserves a raise lol! On the other hand..I made a very good friend in my time staying there..we kept in touch and we were both struggling. I was trying to be a good girlfriend and put my own health aside waiting waiting for him. I now know know that I need further assistance than just detox . He's not even. Being a decent human being/and/or being nice about it. I tried called the Sterling location 5 times where my friend is. She told me there is in IN FACT beds available but the person on the phone wasnt so friendly..almost demeaning. He said "just because there's beds available doesn't mean there's beds available". I was very confused...almost like he didn't want to help me save my life. And he was just annoyed to be answering the phone. He told me over and over in an annoyed and stern voice as I was in tears to call back at 9am. Im just lucky im not someone who is WAY more fragile and sensitive amd nothing terrible happened 🥺

Supportive and non judgement staff at Brentwood location. Very clean and group sessions were great. They truly make you feel like a human being a person. I would absolutely recommend this place.

Absolutely the best facility and most caring people I’ve ever come across. Shout out to everyone at the nurses station for holding it down for me when I was at my lowest. I am not a fan of any facility whatsoever but these guys genuinely do it right. Can’t thank y’all enough. Best nursing staff ever

High Focus came into my life at the right time. I was really hurting and dealing with major depression due to some tough life circumstances. High Focus gave me my life back. Their staff was so welcoming and kind. My clinician Taylor was so incredibly helpful and challenged me in all the right ways to get the growth I needed out of the programs. The groups were educational, foundational, and very easy to understand. I leaned so much in my time there. I couldn't recommend High Focus enough to anyone struggling. If you put in the work, High Focus can work for you! :)

I just want to say that if you have any trauma, anxiety, depression or addiction issues please do yourself the favor and look into high focus for the mental health your seeking they are all amazing and the clients are all supportive and make you feel like your not alone... I would recommend high focus of freehold to any/everyone... you all help save me and words can not express that enough. THANK YOU

High Focus has been pivotal to my success in understanding, as well as coping with my mental health. I have gone through the program twice in 5 years and this time around was fantastic. Kellie my clinician was excellent, she was compassionate, understanding, and really pushed me when I desperately needed to be pushed. All the clinicians who ran the groups were fantastic, Karyn, Ashley, Taylor, Kellie, Kendall, you all have made such positive impacts on my life. I can’t recommend high focus enough to those out there who are struggling mentally. I’ve been through Princeton house prior, and High Focus is far and away the best program around.

The Cardiac Cath staff are all wonderful. They are all knowledgeable and courteous. From the tech Marcus to the nurses and APNs. They kept myself and family up to date on my progress. The nurse Chelsea in the cath room was very calming to me. The cath recovery nurse Deborah checked on me. Dr Saybolt is the Best. I was very nervous but the staff all placed me at ease. I can’t remember all the names but Thank You to All!

Went for same day surgery and the nurses and doctors are A+…they were totally focused on patient safety and organization, would highly recommend to anyone needing ambulatory surgical services

I have had the best experience with the neurology department. My doctor and the eeg team. I had to see them once a month during my pregnancy and Tina and the rest of the people in the eeg team (Leanne & Mathews) went above and beyond to be nice and welcoming!!! Could not have had a better experience anywhere else. So thankful for them

I have worked with Discocery institute for years. I personally referred a dear friend recently and from their outreach team, to their clinical team to their nursing staff, everyone was so compassionate and helpful. Every experience I have ever had with them I left feeling so supported. If you are thinking of going to Discocery or looking into it for someone you love look no further.

I am a volunteer with a nonprofit sober living. A lot of our residents have been to Discovery Institute and maintained sobriety. A common thing I hear them say about Discovery is how cared for they felt. They were treated like humans. Highly recommend.

This place works miracles. I've seen it transform many lives, and the staff is unmatched. They offer many resources for those without insurance, and really do their utmost to help people struggling with addictive disorders. Just miraculous.
