I give it a 5 because staff is nice, they listen to what I have have to say, work with my work schedule, doesn't take a very long time to get take homes. As long as you're doing what your supposed to do then you move along quickly here. I've been to several clinics and this one is definitely the best in my opinion.

I am a client at the moment, I am going to be honest with you and you can do whatever you want to with the information, I have been on methadone for about 21 years now and I have not ever had been blessed with my take home bottles for good condition and being sober, I am not sure what they do that is so much better than any other clinics I have been blessed to have been saved by. I think the difference is that you are not there to get up with all of your get high buddies and if you do bring them on they'll be better than they came

My experience and stay with Maryville was very positive. I had not one issue with any staff. The food was very decent and you get out of the program what you put in. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone seeking treatment.

I went to this detox and rehab several times and they always accepted me back and let me keep trying to get myself clean a year and a half ago I went to their pemberton campus which is not the best of places but I made due and I’ve been clean a little over 18 months now so I don’t think it’s ever the rehab because I’ve been literally everywhere just has to do with if the persons willing to put in the work to make the best of the place they can get in get as much out of it and not go back out and use so you don’t ever have to be in an uncomfortable place like detox and rehab rehab and detox isn’t supposed to be comfortable and with how a lot of these places are they make it so comfortable people want to keep coming back but this place not only was my counselor great but the techs were great and went above and beyond to make sure that I was fed if I was too sick to get up and go to any meal and made sure I was up for my smoke break I owe Merryville my life because I’d probably be dead if they didn’t get me extensions and set me up for my mat treatment for when I left. Thank you Merryville for helping me get back to where I needed to be I owe you guys big time

I would like to thank the entire staff at the Williamstown location for being there! This experience was very hard for me and even harder to stay and complete. However, I did complete, Thankfully! The CITs, nurses, counselors, administrators, and in the kitchen (good food) were there each and every time I needed to talk to someone. Helping me find peace within that moment. Thank you all!

When one decides to seek therapy, there’s so many emotions that run through your spirit about it. Being vulnerable, being transparent, combatting what we may view as weakness, and fear of facing the unknown face first and healing! I struggled with this myself, I even had a panic attack prior to coming to my first session with Dr. LaRhonda Harmon from the very first session saw me when I was so invisible to even myself… I was a battered spirit and even through my imposter syndrome of my own talents, she helps me see me for me through my own eyes. My Journey to this point has consisted of 3 rehabs(not court ordered), 2 DUIs, as well as LOTS of good times, lots of travel, the best Friends and Family! A valuable life worth living! A true Alcoholic that should never ever hold or pick up a drink! Unfortunately now I'm plagued with Kidney and Liver Disease. Initially the mere thought of having a 3 hour meeting with a Therapist and small group was the LAST thing in my Vision. However I need this service for 3 months to possibly get on the Kidney Transplant List. I have grown to truly enjoy Kyle's IOP group. I look forward to it and miss it on Wednesdays and Fridays. Kyle has opened my eyes and nudged me to attend meetings. My answer turned from NO thank you, to I will give AA meetings a go. Keep in mind that I have been in and out of the Program for 20+ years. Guess what? I am enjoying AA meetings now! I dreaded them before. I am grateful to Kyle and his group for pushing me to my next step in Recovery. Such a blessing!! I would highly recommend Key Recovery and Kyle!

I went to Bowling Green almost 4 years ago. I first went to the detox program, then the rehab, and then I stayed for their extended partial program and although it wasn’t a completely perfect experience, and you can smell the mushrooms in the air from a nearby farm, they must have done something right because this was my 27th rehab facility and it worked for me. I’m still clean to this day and I’m grateful to Bowling Green because of it

Redemption is truly a special place, Brandon and his team have no agenda other than helping people get sober! He is such an inspirational person, his goal was to create a rehab that people actually wanted to got to, and he succeeded with that goal! The positive impact Redemption has had on my life is hard to put into words because it's so significant!! I would recommend anyone and everyone struggling with addiction to go Redemption. This place is truly amazing. If I could give it more than five stars I would! This team is phenomenal! My husband was struggling of alcoholism and went to Redemption for help. We were both unsure of what to expect but from the moment he arrived, it was clear that this was a place of healing and hope. The staff is compassionate, knowledgeable and committed to not just treating his addiction but to helping him understand the root causes of his struggles. They are also available to provide guidance and direction to the family giving us the tools needed to encourage him without enabling his addiction. They go above and beyond to be sure that he feels supported every step of the way. The level of care and concern that you receive here is just amazing! And when they tell you they are available at any time, they mean it. They are always available for any problems or questions or concerns that either one of us has.
We’re both more hopeful and optimistic about the future and a big part of that is thanks to this incredible team. I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for a recovery program that works.
