I have nothing but positive things to say about Seafield. It basically saved my life and has guided me to a much healthier and happier way of living. I have 1 year sober, and I give much credit to this facility for getting me so where I am today. From the West Hampton rehabilitation center, to the women’s sober house, to the outpatient counseling and meetings, it has been nothing short of wonderful and life changing. I have been coming here since they opened. It's a very clean, new office. They have a lab on site and if you go in the A M they send your blood draw up to VA North Port and the lab work is ready the next day for your appointment at North Port VA.

Especially the Counselors, My Counselor in Particular. Her Name was Jenn. A Wonderful Person and an Absolute Dear young Lady.
She was Extremely informative and Knows just how to make you feel Comfortable and Cared For.
I was going through a Rough patch, but looked Forward to my meetings with her every week and Every time I left her office, I ALWAYS FELT BETTER AND FELT LIKE SOMEONE CARED..
I can Honestly Say, Meeting Jenn was a Highlight of my Time there.
I only left there because I found a place Much Closer to my home out East.
But my Counselor there will always be close to my heart.
And I Thank Her Dearly.

Excellent rehab Hospital. I came here to rehab after my back surgery. Very professional! The PT and OT sessions really got me back on my feet. I had 3 hours a day while under the care of doctors and nurses. Everyone is very nice and cared about my welfare. I saw many hospital administrators who wanted to make sure I was happy with my rehab. Social worker was awesome. I even saw the VP of rehab medicine who I felt, was genuinely concerned for my comfort. I cannot say enough good things about this Rehab facility. The whole Catholic Health group is fabulous. The employees are to be happy working here. Even the food is great. I would definitely recommend this facility.

From 2018-2022, two of my sons were clients at Causeway. While as a parent I was not technically a client, I feel I also benefited so much from the experience. Our family has had a relationship with Causeway Collaborative for a number of years. They are able to guide young men including those who are neurodivergent and their families through the issues that many young men face today. They were able to identify our son's challenges and connect with him immediately. Additionally, they have included our entire family in the process and it has benefited each of us. Today is my 43 birthday and I am so grateful to Project Outreach saving my life. I am sober and my mental health has never been better.
I am a single mother of two children who suffers from major depression and alcoholism. A little over a year ago I walk into Project Outreach broken like never before. I was scare because I lost hope. Their treatment plan saved me.

The Recovery groups are lead by an amazing team of experts. All the therapist, psychiatrist and more are at master level and above. I have to say my daughter speaks nothing but great things about this place and she’s been in and out of different places for a couple years now, but this experience for her has so far helped as far as structure activities and even just feeling like a normal kid. I went here years ago I was on C unit and F unit..It was 1994-1997 we went trips on Thursdays. Had the lions club throw Christmas parties. Harry legette and Jeannie Lavalle. Funny thing is I can remember every name from sagamore But highschool middle school forget it 😂.Not a bad place we were over medicated. And some of the patients were transferred to other hospitals like Brunswick and south oaks. Suffolk NY still has a lot of these places open..

Before choosing this place I read the reviews and I was scared but honestly I had limited options. I’m so grateful I came here. I was able to get taken care of and the groups were helpful. I have found a great therapist and nurse practitioner in Chris and Siji. They are friendly and truly care about my progress. Together we have explored TREATMENT plans ..... giving me the discipline to tackle my BIPOLAR and ALCOHOLIC issues.
